Nurses here are fantastic, respond to questions quickly and thoroughly! They care about each patient individually, amazing team!

Very minimal assistance is provided. Especially from the financial section very minimal understanding nor compassion being a single female trying to be a momIt was dumped on my end that I need to do everything. Im being pushed around to different people with no assistance

The staff is lovely, the doctors obviously genuinely care about the outcome of your treatment and about your well being as a patient. The facility feels like your own living room, not a clinic. Affordable pricing does not mean discount - quality treatment. Theyre wonderful and we owe our daughter to them.

This is only a satellite office. You’ll still need to go to Syracuse for full IVF procedures. Doctors all seemed to be on loan from bigger hubs, which made consistency difficult. In-person service was generally okay though frustrating at every turn to facilitate lead-up communication. Finance and billing department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with — they simply send bills and then stonewall all correspondence about them (won’t pickup the phone, won’t return calls, don’t allow conversation by email, etc). They got us pregnant, so there’s that. Otherwise, their opaque organization compounds upon what is a stressful and exhausting process to begin with.

I never doubted that I had an amazing experience at CNY Fertility in Rochester. From the beautiful, comforting design of the building that feels nothing like a medical office to the incredible staff that I truly fell in love with along the way, the care I received there was the very best. After moving to Florida and going to another fertility center, I value my experience with CNY Fertility even more. Their care, compassion and facilities are unmatched.

Avoid at all costs. Their accounting team is completely incompetent. Even if your insurance covers the procedure, they will flat out refuse to submit your claim, but lie and say they did and it was denied. Its sheer insanity.

I wanted to wait to write my review until I was holding my little miracle child in my arms! 2 1/2 weeks old now, thanks to CNY Fertility. They are not a perfect organization, but the thing that sets them apart, is that they understand that your ability to hope is an important part of this journey! I highly recommend the yoga for fertility class that they offer! It was through this class that I learned to set aside my fear, make myself more vulnerable, and believe that I would get pregnant. They also have some phenomenal staff that I looked forward to seeing on my many appointments! Also, if you are looking for it, youll find that CNY grads often stick together through motherhood!

My wife and I love this place. We started coming here after three failed IUIS at Strong Fertility. Our first IUI at CNY was a success. They really care about you and starting your family.

The layout of the building is absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing and calming. This was my 1st appointment and everyone was very nice, friendly and seem very knowledgeable. Hoping for the best 🤞

They treated my wifes intrauterine pregnancy as ectopic. Thank God we went to MadonnaOBGYN for a second opinion BEFORE we took a pill. Dont be fooled by pretty office, they are so impersonal.

Overall a great place. I personally havent had any terrible experiences. I can say there could be more options/flexibility for men, but overall good place.

WORST EXPERICE EVER! Do yourself a favor and literally throw out the money you would use here. Its a glorified jamba juice and their #1 priority is taking your money ANY way they can!

I have tried calling this place several times with no answer, when I filled out the online application asking them to call me on Friday, they called me on a Monday when I was unable to answer my phone. When they did leave a voicemail I had no names and they gave me a different number to contact. Whats the point of this business of they refuse to answer a simple phone call. Very disappointed, guess Ill take my business else where.

You call to make an appointment and their rude. The 1st time I tried I got hung up on for no reason. Please do not try with this place they make you not even want to set up an appointment they need to close down if they do not want to help people

They were very welcoming and finally helped me and my husband conceive our miracle

Scheduling appointments with Dr. Trussel is an absolute nightmare some employees are rude I would think they would have more compassion
