Great experience with them. Very efficient scheduling and getting you signed in with an appointment. Nurses listen and explain themselves well. Dr Prall explained everything in a way that I was able to understand and answered all of my questions in detail. They always left me understanding that if I need anything to call immediately.

I felt cared for 100% Questions I didnt know I had were answered! I feel knowledgeable about my diagnosis and prognosis. There is reassurance knowing Ive been doing all the proper health care stuff!Im very confident going forward. Thank you, Dr Brandt!

Appreciated responses to my inquiries during recovery. It was taking longer than I thought due to troubling back pains and continuing evidence of bleeding. Calls to hear that all was normal were assuring and hopeful. After 5 days I was back to “normal”.

Outstanding medical organization, highly professional staff, and Dr. Milbank is exceptional.He communicated to me in laymen terms, was aware of my full history, and no wasted time getting right to the point. I am fully aware of my condition because of his communication style, yet, not alarmed.

Dr. Shapiro is great. He makes you feel comfortable, and knows what hes talking about. Also likes to make fun little jokes. Highly recommend him.

My first appointment with Dr. Polcari went very well. He was very thorough in both the examination and explanation of the results and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. He also let me know how best to reach him should any other questions arise. I was very grateful for that.

I was so impressed with Dr. Puttmans expertise, kindness, and patience. The entire experience at MN Urology, beginning with Gou, who put me at ease immediately, to Dr. Puttman performing the cytoscopy , was such a positive experience. Can’t express the gratitude I feel for the great humanity and superb care rendered to me by Dr Polcari above and beyond what one would normally hope for these days. His compassion, accessibility and ability to communicate clearly and patiently as well as his great skill were a blessing to me. As a retired physician I would unequivocally recommend Dr Polcari!

I had a good visit with Dr Tareen, he listened to me and gave answers that were logical. Im overweight and I found that most doctors will play the weight card and blame the patient for the problem, he didnt do that. Far from it, we talked about what the problem could be; I also talked about my mother having cancer in the area and he took it seriously. Something the other doctors did not. The friend that was with me was impressed also with his calm demeanor and the extra steps Dr Tareen went through to make sure we both understood his thinking on the problem at hand.

It is often said regarding the game of golf, you cant buy a good golf game. However, it is prudent to use good quality equipment and surround yourself with a good support staff. In my mind Dr. Polcari is an outstand Doctor and surgeon. He has certainly surrounded himself with an outstanding support staff and I was the benefactor of his dedication to outstanding patient care. Couldnt have asked for any better. Thank you Dr. Polcari!

The whole place is super. Dr Polcari is very knowledgeable and patient. That matters when you have been through the pain of kidney stones before and want to avoid certain procedures if at all possible. So he got me on Flomax, kept me exercising and what do you know the 9mm passed. Sure he is busy, but when a physician answers the questions in the portal at 7 at night I got to say, thank you. Lastly, hes a Ted Lasso fan, I know this because he noticed and mentioned the sticker on the back of my phone. So to Dr. Polcari I hope I never see you again (nothing personal) but if I have to, then I know Ill be in the best of care.

Dr. Prall is a complete professional. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and what I was to expect. He’s an excellent doctor.

Dr Brandt carefully explained the options of the procedure with my Prostrate and we both agreed that robotic surgery would be the best option. I sincerely appreciated his advice and look forward to getting the procedure finalized. James C Gibson

Ive only seen Dr. Elliot one time for a surgery consultation. He will be doing my surgery. I found him to be a very kind and empathetic Dr. He explained things very well, took his time. Very pleased with my first time visit.

Good Doctors terrible scheduling. Update to my review: the clinic responded with phone number to contact their office. I have now called on 4 separate occasions and despite being “the next caller in the Q, and holding for 40 minutes, I have yet to actually speak to a person. My advice is that if you’re shopping Urology Clinics, you avoid this one. Probably the worst (non-existent) customer service I’ve experienced in my 61 trips around the sun.

MN Urology has been very responsive to my health concerns. They got me in quickly to address my issues. Dr Jenson found a way to fit me in and then referred me to Dr Shapiro to address some minor surgery needs. That has been scheduled and we will know in a week how the surgery will go.

Dr Brandt did great work on my surgery. The nurse at your office (cant remember her name but she wrote #6 triage on my paper) did a good job removing my Foley catheter. It was quite sore for several days, but I seem to be doing pretty well a week later. I would give everyone 5 stars on that one.

I was having problems after a dilation surgery in March that made problems worse with blockage occurring more frequently, and was told that I would need a permanent Foley catheter. I was referred for a 2nd opinion but unable to obtain an appointment for two months.I called Minnesota Urology and got an appointment in two weeks, seeing Dr. Elliott. He advised he could do an outpatient surgery that should correct the problem. It has now been two months and overall it is working quite well. I did have some bleeding later which blocked the catheter so called his office and the assistant was able to get me an appointment the same day to resolve the problem. His office has always been very helpful with questions I had concerning an infection problem that came up. At my follow-up appointment Jan. 4, he explained some items of concern to me. Dr. Elliott and his staff have always been helpful and respectful.

Unfortunately being such a large corporation, the call center attendants are not specifically aware of all the necessary details. My husband and I took work off, planned for child care and planned for a 3-day recovery after the procedure. Because of the incorrect information given to me by the call center attendant…it was an appointment only for the consultation NOT the procedure. The level of inconvenience caused by this mistake is more than this office will understand! Extremely disappointing!

I’m sad to say that my Eligard injection was not done after 6mos. last year. I went 1year without a shot. Someone dropped the ball!!😞

One of the best Doctors appointments I have had in years.Everyone cared about what I had to say and came up with a plan to repair my problems.

The Rezum procedure that I had done at this facility was not successful. Looking back on my experience, I was not given all of the options available to me for treatment of my condition. I was made aware of options that my doctor was able to perform, but not all of the options that are available for my condition. I had a post procedure issue after one month that I spoke about to their triage person on the phone who said someone would get back to me, but there was never any follow up after my call to them. My post surgical appointment 3 months after the procedure went well, but I chose physical therapy as my next option for treatment. They were supposed to have someone follow up with me to schedule the PT. It took weeks for someone to contact me to set up my PT appointment. I would choose to go to a different practice for any future issue that I may have based on my experience here and their issues with following up in a timely manner.

The experience in the clinic was highly professional. Received good advice and dialogue between Dr. Shapiro and his staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had it not been for the long wait time in getting an appointment, it would of been a 5 star rating.

I have great confidence in Dr. Shapiro‘s abilities.

Both appointments I had I was brought back on time, PA/RN/MD all friendly and efficient. Made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible-thank you!

I had researched prior on Dr. Brandt and he gave me the most confidence and peace of mind based on reviews I found going into my Vasectomy process, the reviews didnt lie! 5 out of 5, was only in the chair for maybe 10 minutes and didnt even realize the process was done. Today is 1 day shy of 2 weeks and Im at full recovery, hit the gym yesterday hard for the first time since surgery with zero pain/issues. Highly highly recommend Dr. Brandt.

Horrible time getting ahold of someone to discuss scheduling. Expect to be waiting for over an hour on the phone. Once you do get ahold of someone expect over a month out timeframe to schedule. Then after a month I received a call a day before my scheduled appointment in which I was told physician could not see me and I had to re-schedule with someone else. Why the short notice the day before?Good luck switching to a different location as well, in which I had to plead with someone to allow me to see a different doctor not tied to this location and see a DR in Edina or Brooklyn Park. Nurse on phone was also not at all concerned with any pain I was experiencing from my procedure and told me to continue to take Ibuprofen which I told her was not helping.

Through comprehensive care by very caring and understanding medical professionalsSuccessful treatment care plan led to my near complete recovery from prostate cancer in only three months time.

Husband had a procedure.Patient paperwork days NO Ibuprofen afterwards, only Tylenol. The nurse wrote a hand written paper that says 800 mg Ibuprofen for pain. What?!I Called to talk to a nurse to see which is correct? Waited an HOUR on hold to get an answer.UNACCEPTABLE to not have your patient aftercare paperworkupdated correctly.Wasted my time and my Husband had to wait to take the correct medication and was feeling uncomfortable by then. Update your damn paperwork asap and dont waste my time.

Dr Cleveland did a nephrectomy on me 12/19/23. He said the procedure itself went well. Afterwards, I feel there was a lack of communication between Dr Cleveland/MN Urology and my nephrologist Dr Khan, and between the surgeons and me. After the nephrectomy I had to get a CT scan because there was a pneumothorax. After the CT scan, because I got dye, they had to put in a hemodialysis CVC, and I was on hemodialysis for a month. I recently was able to transition back to peritoneal dialysis, but Im still waiting to get the CVC out.

I have been seeing Dr Brandt for over 7 years, which has included two prostrate biopsy procedures. Dr Brandt is pleasant and never handles the visits in a rushed manner. Always informative and clear with the medical information. Plainly stated, I hope my need for Dr Brandt expires before he retires.

Very positive experience with Minnesota Urology, Dr. Cleveland and extended care team (lab, nursing, scheduling). Professional, responsive to questions, empathy. I felt I was in very good hands and their professionalism gave me a great deal of confidence.

I went to Dr. Knoedler for a routine urologic exam, because I read in the US News he was rated as Top Doctor for Urology. I had no clinical symptoms. My PSA was at 4.5, normal for age. A repeat PSA level in his office was 4.3. He did a DRE, stating, i would have a very tiny prostate, recommending a Biopsy. He diagnosed me with prostate cancer with metastatic lymph-nodes around the prostate with one year to live. He never took a Biopsy of the lymph nodes. How does he know? To check the lymph nodes for cancer, the physician takes the entire Lymph node out, as one piece, because inserting a needle into a lymph nodes would spread cancer very quickly, if the Lymph nodes were cancerous. The procedure would require general anesthesia, which Dr. Knoedler did not do. Putting a needle in a lymph node is malpractice. After the prostate Biopsy, he recommended a radical Prostatectomy, removing 4 additional organs. Upon my request, Dr. Knoedler ordered an MRI of my pelvis, which professional urologists order before the biopsy. The first MRI needed to be repeated 4 weeks after the Biopsy-with all its side effects-, because of the bleeding caused by the biopsy. One of the side effects by taking a biopsy. The second MRI showed 2 tiny < 1cm in size benign nodules within the prostate, all capsules and lymph-nodes of the prostate were entirely normal. The prostate was normal in size, not tiny! as Dr. Knoedler, an experienced urologist, false reported. After the fact, I read, most patients will have metastatic prostate disease 8-15 years after the biopsy was taken, regardless if total prostatectomy or radiation treatment followed the Biopsy, solely, because of the highly metastatic spread of cancer from the Biopsy itself, which Dr. Knoedler said not one word about. As per Dr. Knoedler, the side effects of the prostate biopsy are: Bleeding, Pain and Infection. My 4th PSA level was 3.5. Then I read in the urologic literature, 75% of the prostate biopsies are false. After that, I have noticed, Dr. Knoedler modified my medical records to his advantage in order to look good on paper, I lost trust in him practicing medicine and was seeking another urologist outside of Metro-Urology. As per Harvard University, Boston: Biopsy and Surgery were not indicated, normal life expectancy. Dr. Knoedler faked the diagnosis of metastatic prostate cancer in order to make me so anxious and agree for a brutal, very lucrative surgery, removing several organs for his own financial benefit. He went to medical school and fellowship to mislead and lie, fake diagnosis to his patients for his own financial benefit. This is a violation to the Hippocratic oath he swore. I wonder, how many diagnosis he faked in patients who have no knowledge in medicine.

Dr Moore has been one of the best doctors I have ever had. It is very sad to find out he is retiring.Hopefully my new doctor can come close to him.Because after 20 plus years with him it will be a challenge for the new doctor to step into his shoes...

From the time I checked in to the time they wheeled me out the whole team was great. The nurses, the people who put me under and Dr. Hart are wonderful. Each one of the people I saw explained things in detail on what was going to be happening. They had a little issue with the WiFi so my friend who drove me couldnt get the text messages but the nurses and staff kept her very informed. All in all my time there for my surgery went very well and I feel I had a great team of professionals working on me. I was comfortable the whole time and never felt nervous as they all were very confident at all times.Thank you all!CSJ

It has been great working with Mn Urology on my medical issue. Dr Hart and his support team always made me feel that they understood my problem and would take the necessary means to cure it. Dr. Hart took his time to explain what was going on and possible treatments. I never felt rushed. His support staff of Michael Jenson, PAC, and Ben his assistant also provided great care and treatment. I would highly recommend MN Urology!!!

I was seen yesterday as a brand new pt. At check in everyone was kind but was told doctor was running behind. (Not an issue at all) so I knew I needed to make a follow up and my fiancé also needed to make an app. So they direct us to the check out girls. This is where the horrid customer service happened. Walked up to desk woman said she was busy to step back so we did. She called us back I explained I am being seen today but my fiancé needs to make an app for same thing. She was insanely rude and said we are not a walk in clinic I said I know we were referred here by hospital. She said she didn’t ever hear my diagnoses and didn’t know how to schedule us then loudly shouted it to the other receptionist who said all doctors were booked out a month which we said that fine. My fiancé was livid for them shouting my diagnoses and being so rude and ignorant about it and told the receptionist how unprofessional she was being. Then the other receptionist who wasn’t even helping us but told us they didn’t have appointments I’m not even joking was yelling at my fiancé loudly the nurse who called me name for my appointment whitnessed the receptionist disrespect and put her hand up for the woman to just stop trying to take us back to my room to be seen and the lady wouldn’t stop being combative and arguing about scheduling an app. Long story short we made a complaint and never had been treated so poorly. Neither of us left with an appointment my fiancé refuses to be seen here. This is a speciality and your receptionist are the first people we deal with when they behave like there to busy to schedule you or when you speak to them the attitude and rudeness. They just didn’t want to work. But the woman who was loudly yelling at my fiancé in front of nurse and other people and Loudly saying my diagnosis should of been fired on the spot. She broke so many HIPPA violations in that moment I was mortified

My experience w/ Minnesota Urology and with Dr Todd Brandt was very good. The check in and rooming process are done in a timely and professional manner. Dr Brandt is clearly very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the medial issues involved and gave the patient plenty of time for followup questions and explanations. His approach is both expert and practical and I was very satisfied with the personal and professional treatment offered. I was left with encouragement to stay in touch via the patient portal.

No problem with physicians & PAs but the bot system for contacting a person on my care will not allow you to book online appointments but a continuous look in the bot program says for faster service book online. But that is inaccurate and you will be told to call the main number to schedule and expect to be somewhere in a que of 19 or 20 waiting to book an appointment which you can wait for hours for the to move. Nothing moves the que. Hard to be patient when you wait for hours.

Dr. Moore was great to work with for my cancer diagnosis and surgery. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly. I also really appreciate his offices ability to get my appointment moved up to a sooner date to address the situation as soon as possible.

Came for an annual appointment as a follow up for kidney stone surgery. Dr Polcari has tremendous bedside manner and was able to answer every question and provide all the pertinent information in understandable terms,

To all of those in need of Urology work. I have had a very good experience so far with the initial visit and pre-op for my kidney stone removal. After the stone is out I will be having a tumor taken off my kidney in Sept. I am a Camp Lejeune U.S.N. Hospital Corpsman who was stationed there for 3.5 years. I spent 16 years active and active reserves on the medical side of the military. I appreciated every step I have taken so far with Minnesota Urology.If you are having issues, NOW is the time to take care of them. Waiting and procrastinating is only going to further your issues. The older you get the harder it is to recover so do not wait and get seen as soon as you can. I feel the 250 mile one way trip I have to make is well worth my time to get better. Without the diagnosis of a kidney stone I would have never have known I have a tumor on my kidney. Waiting would have cause the cancer to spread and maybe making it terminal.Please for your own well being do not delay what you can have worked on in the near future. I for one am very pleased with my care so far at the Minnesota Urology Clinic. I am sure you will have the experience there as I have. More on my post surgery experience and update to my review.

Generally, Dr Brant is an excellent physician. However, the front office staff are lacking. There should be more than one receptionist, a full-time billing staff and full-time scheduling staff. Getting an appointment for out-patient surgery is a nightmare. Patients are not responsible for scheduling their own surgeries! This is the responsibility of the clinical staff. Disappointed.

I highly recommend Dr. Hart and the rest of the Minnesota Urology team! They all did an amazing job making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Each nurse I got to be with before, during, and after surgeries treated me like family and listened to every concern I had, while explaining what would happen next in a super positive yet gentle way. Dr. Hart listened to everything I was worried about and took extra steps to insure I was as comfortable as the circumstances would allow. Everybody I was with at any given moment was understanding and patient which made me felt cared about on a more personal level. I definitely would only trust them with any more care I need in the future!

All the folks at MN Urology are great. They are compassionate and good humored, and take the time to make sure you know whats going on. I have utmost confidence in Dr Brandt and Dr Bergman and look forward to work with them in the future.

Minnesota Urology found an appt for me last minute since my Dr was out of town. Dr Elliot gave me great options for my treatment and spent a proper amount of time with me.

I was very pleased with the process. Preliminary instructions were clear which minimized time spent on forms & Q&A. Doctor & Nurse were professional, proficient and understanding.

In addition to being an outstanding clinician, Dr Milbank is incredibly engaging and personable. He offers great information in line with other expert opinions, his performance success rate is much higher than national averages, and he gives information and answers questions in a way that is easy to understand while establishing realistic expectations. I would 100% recommend him again!

I was referred to Dr. Todd Brandt for removal and biopsy of a bladder tumor. During the initial consult he was very informative and thorough and took his time. I felt confident in his expertise. The actual procedure took place at a day surgery center. Again, Dr. Brandt was excellent and all went well. I would highly recommend Dr. Brandt and MN Urology.

The whole staff has been remarkable by always being there for me..Jennifer & Anika especially. Those two ladies are the best! As for Doctor Hart he’s honest with me and always right to the point regarding my care as I fight this cancer..and that’s what I like. I Wouldn’t expect anything less while navigating though this. I can’t thank Minnesota Urology and Dr Brandt and his staff for all they have done for me the past 5 years.5 years ago I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. Dr Brandt and his staff made me understand what that meant explained to me what they would do and what to expect. Open honest and so so very compassionate. I just completed my 5 year CT scan and I’m doing good. So far all good. I can’t tell you how many times I was filled with anxiety over these last 5 years. Seemed every time I was close to my bi-annual then annual scan I was a nut case. This medical team always put me at ease. Thanks to Dr Brandt and his staff and my primary physician that actual found the cancer in its infancy I am doing good. Minnesota Urology is great everyone there is professional and good people. They care they take the time to know you!! I recommend them and Dr Brandt 100%!!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Steven Moore and his team at Minnesota Urology and United Hospital. They have been professional and personable throughout my treatment for bladder cancer, which has been successful so far. I have great confidence in them going forward.

Appointment was scheduled for 10:30. We arrived at 10:15. Its 12:05 and we just got called back. This is the 3rd appt in 3 weeks and they have all been over a one hour wait. Scheduling needs to do a better job.

Everything from appointment to follow up is timely and efficient. I appreciated Dr Brandt taking time and answering all questions. Test results were extremely fast. Highly recommend.

Dr. Brandt went over the two options for my surgery. He explained what was involved with the surgeries and I should think about which one I would go with. I feel very confident with Dr. Brandt doing my robotic surgery with his years of expertise in robotic surgery.

In one aspect of this entire situation was that I kept telling everyone and including this doctor about my extreme pain and was told to just continue with the Tylenol and ibuprofen. I suffered for 2 weeks of this extreme pain until I bled out and it was discovered that I had 2 large bleeding ulcers. When I was hospitalized, my hemoglobin was 6. It was determined that the ibuprofen is what caused these ulcers. All of the other aspects of this situation were handled beautifully.

I dont know what to write for reviews, but I felt if you are reading this - you have a reason to read these. From diagnosis, surgical prep, surgery and some complications I trust Dr. Polcari and his staff to provide excellent care/service. The surgery side was uneventful, However I did have some issues with recovery. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. As this isnt exactly the best circumstances to be in as far as modesty, the nurses here were excellent and kind. The follow up with the PA was informative and concise.Soooo.....If you are reading this review because of any concerns regarding urological issues --Dr.Polcari is highly recommended.

I met Dr. Hart from a referral from my primary for prostate problems.Im a retired surgical rep with much time watching all sorts of surgeries. As a Michigan rep and Ive witnessed good and bad surgeons. Since Ive just relocated to Minnesota, Ive relied on my medical colleagues for inside info on clinics and surgeons and Minnesota Urology was highly recommended.I was pleased with Dr. Hart. He was genuinely concerned for my well being and answered all of my questions as I expected through experience and research. I believe that my surgery and recovery went extraordinarily well because of his expertise and mindfulness. Hes quick to reply, his staff is caring and courteous and they all seem to work great as a team.I believe that youll be hard pressed to find a better outcome from anywhere else.

I cant believe if anyone can give this clinic a star at all, five stars? My husband went in for a bladder check (not for infection), two days later, he got severe infecton. He said the instrument used in the procedure was taking in by a nurse holding in her hand coving by a tower. The doctor had no medical training for the very fundamentals of how to handle medical insruments properly in the clinic? That was speard of diseases amount of their patiens. My husband should stop the procedure right there. It was a costly lesson to learn. Someone need to be re-trained or find a different career.

I have been a patient of Dr.Todd Brandt for 5+ years. My experiences with him and his staff have been positive. The aspect I appreciate the most is the follow up phone calls from Dr, Brandt post procedure for the communication of results. In modern times, personal touches like that are still appreciated. I will continue seeing Dr. Brandt and I would recommend him and his colleagues to friends and family given the opportunity.

Great staff from the office to the PA to the Physician. The PA Kasey Resch explained everything very well. Dr. Polcari was great. My procedure was quick and pain free. Would definitely recommend both of these people for their expertise and bed side manor.

MN Urology did a great job scheduling and even though they are booked out a bit, they maintain a cancellation list that I was able to take advantage of. The Dr. was professional and did a fantastic job on my procedure. Id recommend them, the process was very easy.

Ive been seeing Dr. Todd Brandt at Minnesota Urology since my recent prostate cancer diagnosis and have found him to be a very compassionate and caring physician. He seems very knowledgeable and has done a very good job of relating the pros and cons of various treatment approaches, without advocating for any particular approach. I would highly recommend him for any urological consultation.

My experience at Minnesota Urology was great! I cant say enough about Dr Polcari. He is a wonderful doctor. He is patient, friendly, compassionate and caring. He is a good listener and was able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. The nursing staff was also great as well as the check-in people. Thanks for making my experience great!

Peg has been amazing through my entire journey with Minnesota Urology and has been so compassionate and helpful every step of the way! I am very pleased with my provider, Jill Freeman, at Minnesota Urology. She is very knowledgeable in this field. She is a caring, compassionate person. She listens carefully to my concerns and does a very thorough job in her assessment and treatment of my situation. I have recommended her to several of my family members and friends. The staff at the Coon Rapids office are friendly and easy to work with.

I have a number of health care providers and Dr. Aaron Milbank is #1 on that list. In 2008 he surgically removed a tumor from my bladder and today Im doing just great. I see him every two years for a cystoscopy which, believe it or not, I look forward to primarily to see Dr. M and just plain catch up. He is a GREAT surgeon with an excellent bed-side manner and simply a really nice guy.

Dr. Tareen was very personable while doing my prostate biopsy which helped with my anxiety. I was also very impressed with how quickly he called with the results!! The only suggestion I would have is that IV meds for sedation/pain be offered, like they offer for colonoscopy (which is not a fraction as painful as a prostate biopsy), especially if 20 core samples are taken.

The process was thorough with great results! I do have two thoughts on how things could be improved: 1) A prep info package was sent out to me but I never received it. It would be helpful if someone followed up to make the patient did, in fact, receive that package. I had to scramble the morning of my procedure to get the items needed for preparation. 2) When I arrived for the procedure, I was told to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come get me for an anti-biotic shot. After 35 minutes, I asked a staff person if I was overlooked and it turns out I was. Within 5 minutes I was getting my shot. Thanks, Cary Nygaard

Had a GREAT experience at Minnesota Urology! Was greeted and welcomed into a clean, safe and inviting environment. As a first time patient check in was easy and sweet due to the new system check in that I did the previous day! Did not have to fill out a bunch of forms. Wait time was short, although I wouldn’t have mind sitting longer in the clean lobby area! My provider Jill Freeman was very professional, engaged, informative. Jill took the time to listen and understand my needs. Jill gave me options starting with the least invasive measures to help my condition along with education and what may best for me. She was thorough in questioning to get a better understanding of me and my health. Jill made it easy to discuss my condition. Thank you Jill and Mn Urology!

I got to know Dr Milbank at my first visit to Urology of Minnesota Woodbury. He exhibited a high level of professionalism and I was so impressed with the way he attended to my issues. He gave me the needed attention throughout my visit and gave me the needed words of encouragement. In all, my visit to his office gave me the needed hope in my quest to find a lasting solution to my medical problems. I will probably recommend him anytime any day. My visit was sweet and I am looking forward to my next appointment with him.

Dr. Brandt listened carefully as I described my symptoms and then followed up with needed tests and examination procedures. I was very pleased with his prompt care of my problem. He has taken the time to explain alternatives and has answered all of my questions. As a new patient, I feel confident continuing with Dr. Brandt as my urologist.

The office visit was very good. The appointment was on-time. The doctor was well prepared. He had read and was familiar with the lab results and the x-ray images. He recommended an increase in the dosage of a medicine. He communicated instructions for taking the medicine and the follow-up. The appointment time with the doctor lasted 10 minutes.

I bring my father here every 6 weeks for the past 2 years for catheter changes. Dr. Prall and nurse Jenny are excellent and go above and beyond to make sure Dad is well cared for. When he has an issue or infection they fit him in the same day to avoid a potential ER visit and helped us get the supplies we need. The clinic staff on site are excellent, professional, and helpful. We always schedule our regular appointments on site a few appointments in advance. The central phone switchboard manages multiple clinics for initial appointments has excessive wait times and poor follow through on call backs as people mention, but there are ways around this. Avoid having to call them if possible. Once you are a regular patient, request to set up my chart/patient portal and communicate by message/email. You can use the patient portal to communicate directly with the office or your health provider and they are very responsive. I got a call back in less than 10 minutes from the doctor when i asked a question at 8am and was shocked to hear so quickly (i had barely hit send).

I recently had a cystoscopy with laser stone removal, stent insertion by Dr Polcari. The entire process was exceptional , his clinic staff, scheduler and operating staff outstanding. I trusted in the process completely and was not disappointed!Today was my post-op follow up via video appointment. I unfortunately am experiencing some slight symptoms that brought me in to see Dr Polcari in the first place...we discussed my symptoms , he reviewed previous tests and blood work with me and jointly we decided to proceed with a CT scan and more blood work..I was so happy to hear he wanted to pursue this to find the cause and not just treat the symptoms. I have so much confidence in Dr Polcari and his skills, what a relief I have such a good doctor!

This was my first experience with major surgery. Everything went well. Dr Bergersen did a great job answer my questions and explaining everything. I have had a few follow up appointments with him and I am happy with the care I have received. All the staff, nurses and appointment schedulers are very professional and do a great job as well.

I am familiar with Dr. Moore through his treatment of my older brother ( who has a disability) that has been seen for prostate cancer. I always appreciate his conservative views towards treatment and his thoroughness in explaining things in very simple terms. Having had symptoms myself, he was my first choice to go to. And again I am completely satisfied with his care and explaining my options.

Dr. Prall was very professional and patient with my questions, answering all of them. I think he was very thorough and I appreciate His covering all bases with my tests. The office was very prompt with my test results.His staff was Was very professional in setting up my follow up procedures.However, on two occasions when I called about appointments, I was on hold for 30 to 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone.

Dr. Shapiro is the best. He has a wonderfully relaxing demeanor and is very easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Dr Spencer Hart has been my urologist since I was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. When I first met him, he carefully and fully explained what I needed to know and patiently answered all of my questions. He then was the surgeon who removed my kidney using a robot for the procedure. My understanding is that this is the most modern and best way to accomplish this surgery and my recovery was rapid and with very little pain.While Dr. Hart was technically excellent, what really makes him a standout is his kind, compassionate approach to medicine. I could not ask for a better professional with whom to navigate this process.Finally, his office, Minnesota Urology has been very easy to work with and the staff are excellent.

The Minnesota Urology clinic is very responsive, caring and efficient operation. Dr. Todd Brandt is an excellent doctor who listens and educates his patients on your concerns. I am very pleased and grateful with the care I have received from Dr. Brandt and the staff at Minnesota Urology. They are outstanding!

Had my prostrate removed in June 2022. Dr Brandt and his team did a great job: 1) getting me ready for the surgery; 2) performing the surgery; and 3) doing follow-up. I have two older brothers who had the same surgery done several years ago. Mine was a cakewalk compared to theirs.

I started seeing Dr Brandt in 2020 after my Dr of 4 years left I am very happy with him. He takes the time to listen and explain. I had my prostate removed in Feb 2021. He was supportive and helped me in the recovery. My last visit went well. I never feel rushed with him.

Had Dr Basir for a kidney stone procedure. Refused to provide even a few pain medicine. The next evening extreme pain and had to go to the ER. Cat scan showed some narrowing and er dr gave some pain med. if i had gotten just a few pain pills im sure i would not have had to go to the ER. Not sure if the entire practice does not give pain meds for kidney stones or kidney stone procudures, but im trying a new practice

My recent visit with Dr. Polcari was enjoyable. He is to the point and very professional. He discussed my PSA with me and also asked questions regarding my after prostate surgery. He then checked my healing after surgery incisions for any problems. He also setup the next 3 month appointment. Dr. Prall has been my doctor for a number of years and is an excellent physician. Extremely professional, very friendly and takes the time to explain, in detail, anything I have questions on. I always walk out of the office with a plan on what happens next. Also, the entire office is professional and courteous as well.

Minnesota Urology and Dr. Brandt were so easy to work with and they addressed my concerns with efficiency and professionalism. The office and staff were outstanding and so full of empathy. They are beyond patient and so caring for their patients. I watched in awe with how they handled every person with care and dignity. It is easy to give them 5 stars everything the do.

The medical care is fine when you get an appointment. It takes months to get an appointment . But what the are the worse of any clinic ever is talking to a live person for scheduling. I had to change an appointment took days to get through.They put you in a queue to call you back but never do. They have done this two times . As i write this waiting for them to call me it will be number three. It has been three hours and they will all go home at end of day and you will get dropped from the queueThe problem is the are about the only urology group in town.

Dr. Prall is very good. I have had kidney stone issues going back 30 years and I have seen many different urologists. He is now my doctor of choice. He is the only one who has worked with me to try and prevent the stones from forming.

Mu visit to Minnesota Urology Woodbury was fast. The waiting time was short and the people working there are kind, well prepared and goes straight to the point. Dr Prall listened carefully to my concerns and provided responses and recommendations accordingly. It is important when you know that the doctor is listening to you and care about his patient. I will go again for my follow ups.

I recently had several appointments w/ Dr. Michaels at MN Urologys Woodbury location related to kidney stones. Dr. Michaels was fantastic, she made sure I understood what Id be going through as my stones passed, what the triggers would be for proceeding with surgery and how best to manage pain. I really appreciated her clear communication and the excellent follow up she and her staff provided. Her staff was great about calling me to check in as well as helping with getting imaging appointments setup. I also worked with a coordinator to get surgery scheduled, Molly, I think, and she was wonderful as well, made sure I knew exactly how the surgery appointment would happen and what I needed to do to be prepared.If this review was only about the care I received, this would absolutely be a 5 star review. Unfortunately Minnesota Urology needs some major improvements in how they handle incoming phone calls. Ive never had less than a 30 minute wait when calling to schedule an appointment. Routinely having to wait this long just to make an appointment is very inconvenient, particularly when I dont often have 30+ minute blocks of time open during their business hours. Im hopeful now that my stones have passed, I wont be making any return trips to MN Urology, but if I do, Id really hope theyll make it easier for their patients to schedule appointments.

Ive never had to see or talk to anyone in Urology until recently and as much as I have going on while being pregnant I feel the care has been phenomenal! I feel very cared for and in wonderful hands with Dr. Tareen. Hes extremely thorough and helped me understand so much to the point I am not even afraid anymore & know I will be well taken care of throughout pregnancy and afterwards.

My visit with Dr. Prall went very well. He explained the process thoroughly and was very professional in the visit. We agreed that short hair was the way to proceed through life. My experience with the insurance side of things was less than satisfactory. In my past visits to clinics I have not had to do my own checking on whether a procedure was covered by insurance. At your clinic I was told I had to check with Medicare and my secondary insurance to determine if future procedures would be covered. I spent about 2 hours on hold with Medicare and your business office. I was finally told the procedure would be covered. I feel it should be your business office’s responsibility to determine coverage based on the information provided by the patient. I have a fair amount of experience with the internet and if I had this trouble think of those folks who would be confused by the whole process.

Have had many interactions with this place and every single one, multiple staff were very rude. Trying to get a hold of them is near impossible- you will sit on hold forever. Had to wait to get into a specialist, which is understandable, but they scheduled us with the wrong specialist who basically told us this isn’t my field, but I’ll send this on to my colleague and he’ll call and follow up on the labs you already had and the exam that doctor did, so we wouldn’t have to come to another appointment that was supposed to have happened that day.Needless to say that didn’t happen and we had to wait an additional 2 months to get into the correct specialist and were basically told “too bad, mistakes happen” by reception/scheduling staff, not to mention the wasted time my husband and I both took off work to attend. For the third appointment (second appointment with correct specialist), had had appointment scheduled for months and 10 days before they called and said actually he’s in surgery that day so you’ll have to reschedule and the next available was >1 month out.For us, this was fertility related and we were told we would both be able to attend in order to make decisions regarding next steps (COVID restrictions) both times I attended, staff was incredibly rude- on one occasion interrogated by reception and ultimately told by person who led us back that fertility appointments are the exception. Second time, person who led us back was very loudly rude and demeaning in full waiting room- asking who I was and what right I had to be there, when quietly explained that this had been allowed previously and reason for appointment, which is not something that should have to be disclosed in a full waiting room- woman was dismissive and argumentative; ultimately I was able to attend but it was only because she “allowed” it. And then when we were in treatment room could be heard saying disparaging remarks about my presence to doctor outside of door before doctor saw us.The doctors themselves were fine, but there is some kind of work place culture here that makes staff feel as if it is permissible to treat people poorly. It was our only option, which is why I assume people still come here despite poor ratings. After almost 6 months and several appointments it says a whole lot that even though my husband and I were told we would need to pursue assisted reproduction with my OB/GYN, which would normally be very upsetting news, our first comments to each other were relief that we would never have to come here again. If I could give it 0/5 stars I would.

Dr Riegelman was fantastic in his prompt response to questions via email Thank you doctor. However his surgery scheduler has considerable work to do to get my confidence. I called everyday for a week (sometimes twice a day) leaving messages PLEASE call me back so I can schedule my surgery. NEVER a call back. I pray that if she should ever need surgery she will get the immediate attention to have the needed surgery

Upon my first visit with Dr. Robert Gaertner, I found him to be extremely professional, thorough, a great listener, positive and, most importantly, competent and knowledgeable. As busy as I am certain that he must be, I felt like he cared about me.I feel confident that, whatever my diagnosis turns out to be, I am in good hands. (Voluntarily written)

I have been to the clinic and I have to say it has been an experience. He (The DR.) has identified some cancer in my prostate. I would guess that it is not spreading and is only in my prostate due to the long wait for surgery. The DR. is great but the time for surgery is a good way off.

Dr. Steven Moore has been my urologist for many years. When there were some indicators of a problem, he took the time and trouble to keep exploring even when initial tests didnt produce a quick answer. His persistence and judgment ultimately led to a cancer diagnosis at an early stage. The result was successful surgery with minimal side-effects. Im in his debt for both the length and quality of my life. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

I would recommend Minnesota Urology and Dr. Steven Moore to everyone. I had an emergency and Dr. Moore did the surgery and was a great doctor.I know he is retiring soon, but I would recommendMinnesota Urology and the other doctors there. Everyone was very nice.

Office staff was friendly and welcoming. My appointment was late morning and Dr Knoedler’s schedule was running 1 hr behind. They were able to get me in within 1/2 hr. Dr. Knoedler is excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and provides practical perspective to potential treatments. I am sad that he is retiring but I wish him a happy retirement.

Dr. Hart was welcoming, had great bedside manner and was willing to accommodate the fact that I was running very late. The procedure went smoothly and the whole process (besides the commute) was as pleasant as possible.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Regelman to address some post-c-section complications and he has been very thorough with explaining everything and suggesting a plan to get me back to normal, which will follow with surgery soon. It is a very busy clinic, but the drs work together well and help seeing each other’s patients when not available. Due to that, I recently saw Dr. Hart and he was very efficient and friendly as well.

I had an amazing experience. I appreciated how Dr. Bergersen sat down and spoke with me about why I wanted vasectomy, despite my young age. I was expecting to walk into my consultation and be rejected on the spot, frankly to be patronized by a provider who might think they know what’s best for me. But instead, Dr Bergersen treated my case with a holistic approach and made me feel respected and heard. He made sure I was aware of the permanency of the procedure, and any risks involved. He also broke down exactly what would be done and gave me some papers in case I wanted to read more about it. I highly recommend this location and doctor!

I have been a patient at Minnesota Urology for over a decade. I have always been treated with respect and concern. The doctors I have seen have taken as much time as was needed to answer my questions and provide recommendations for ongoing care. The staff, from the receptionists to the physician assistants, have always been friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Brandt with Minnesota Urology for the past couple of years and could not be more pleased with the excellent care he provides, along with his excellent staff. He is very thorough at each visit and is very open to questions or concerns I may have. He takes his time and makes sure that I understand any issues I may. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of urology care.

Kudos all around. Dr. Milbank changed his own off duty plans to remove my cancerous kidney two years ago, so it would be done ASAP. Two years later I am cancer free and always impressed at my six-month check ins that Dr. Milbank takes time to be thorough and clear about my status and prognosis. The staff at Minnesota Urology have always been pleasant and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend Minnesota Urology wholeheartedly.

I have been seeing Dr. Prall for many years with urinary difficulty brought about by an enlarged prostate.. He has been very patient with me and has helped me to successfully manage the issue through the use of prescribed medications. He has also evaluated my situation for surgery and has provided direction to me in that regard. I have no doubt we will arrive at a decision that is in my best interest. I highly recommend Dr. Prall for treatment of urinary conditions.

Dr. Prall and his nurse were fabulous & efficient. Dr. Prall was great at informing me of my options and shared his recommendations. I left the office with a solid plan. His staff provided wonderful follow up. This team knows how to get things done.

The doctor listened to me closely and decided on a coarse of action that sounded appropriate at the time. However i soon realized it would take over 7 weeks to do his next procedure, which would not address any of my immediate problems that were becoming severe. 4 attempts to reach them, a visit to the Emergency Room, and a very RUDE reply from his nurse ounce i did reach them by going to his office unannounced. Yeah maybe 2 stars is a bit high

The physicians at MN Urology are second to none. I have had the opportunity to have care provided to me by Dr. Milbank, Dr. Gaertner, and most recently Dr. Polcari. All have been wonderful. Dr. Polcari has been my main Urologist for the past few years and I appreciate him more than I can put into words. He is knowledgeable, caring, and really understands me and my situation. I feel like we have been on my prostate cancer journey together!

This was a new doctor for me and I was very pleased with his professional warm manner and the efficiency of the exam. I found the nurse terrific and very good at putting me at ease.. Also liked the space.

Had my 3-month post-surgery follow-up meeting with Dr Hart. As usual, he provided me with answers to all my questions, and reassured me that the surgery results are right on par. Nice visit!

I was treated for a chronic UTI by Dr. Tareen. I had been treating this issue with my PCP for 6 months. After one visit with Dr. Tareen the issue was resolved. He was very thorough and proactive. I appreciate the fact that he took into consideration my my medical history.

My care was passed on to Dr. Jodi Michaels after my previous doctor left MN Urology and moved out of state. I was in the middle of a treatment plan and quite concerned about having new doctor. My concerns were unfounded; it was clear that Dr. Michaels took the time to review my records and familiarize her with my case and was respectful in meeting with me and answering my questions. I am happy to be in her care and would recommend.

This is Jan Derwa. I had an appointment. They completely forgot about me. I waited for 45 minutes and they said they had no idea i was even there. Then this young man, who i have never met before (an employee) stops right in front of me, points to a room and tells me to unzip my pants. He didnt even introduce himself or tell me why i should unzip my pants. I felt very uncomfortable. I recd the results of my urine culture which were abnormal. I asked will someone call me and explain these results. I was reassured they would. NO ONE CALLED!!!!!!! So I called to cancel my cystoscopy. If they cant even take care of the bare basics, they sure as hell are not going to put a scope up my urethra!There is also a huge IN and OUT signs. I felt like i was in a car wash. Also the room I was talked with, was like a dusty broom closet.

Dr. Polcari was on time and ready to meet with me. His kind demeanor put me at ease and allowed me to be open about my health issues. He was very knowledgable and put forth a plan of action that made sense to me. He also discovered a health issue that other providers had missedI recommend Dr. Polcari highly.

Recently had an office visit with Dr. Hart.Doctor promptly seen me after entering the exam room.Doctor took time to discuss the issue and the possible causes.We discussed the CT Scan and the plan to continue how this will be monitored.

Terribly unprofessional desk/office help.I had to send three emails to them before they fixed their screw up. They didnt even apologize for the hassle or wasting my time.Long storyI had a minor surgery at Minnesota Urology Woodbury.In the surgery literature they give you, It states that you should avoid lifting over 20 lbs for the first seven healing days after the procedure.My job is physical at times. (lifting 100-200 lbs. and/or pushing heavy things.)I require a doctors note for my job.Before I left the clinic, I asked for a doctors note for work stating lifting limitations for the next seven days.The receptionist left her desk then came back and said an email would be sent to the Minnesota Urology portal for me. She told me to create a portal account.I went home, created a portal account, and saw that the doctors note was just an excuse note saying I was at the clinic that day.The note was of no value to me as I had taken the day off from work.I sent them a reply that I needed a note stating my seven day 20 pound limit lifting restrictions for work.Their reply from Angelica G. They wanted me to come back to the Woodbury office to give it to me or fax it to me. (I dont have a fax machine)She claimed that they cannot email me a doctors note to the portal.I replied: That I didnt want to drive all the way back out to Woodbury. And that they had emailed me the first doctors note. (excuse note that was useless)Their reply: From Angelica G was that she is turning it over to a supervisor and it will be handled by her supervisorI replied. Please have your supervisor fix this error on your clinics part and email me the correct doctors note.Later next day: Angelica G. did email the correct doctors note. And without an apology for wasting my time and neglecting procedural work duties.Then a response from the owner will reply to this unfavorable review for PR damage control.It will imply that customer experience is important at Woodbury Urology. If that was really the case, they would train their staff better.

My experience with Minnesota Urology has been very good. I am treated with respect and courtesy. I am seen in a timely manner. The practitioners are clear and straightforward in communicating information. My urologist, Dr. Anthony Polcari, is both thorough and efficient. He has earned my trust.

My first visit with Dr. Brandt and Minnesota Urology was very positive. I like being able to send in my health history by email. I had a very short wait (3 min.) I felt very comfortable with Dr. Brandts knowledge and diagnosis. He took the time to answer all my questions.

When I received my prostate cancer diagnosis I decided that I wanted a second opinion. I searched through the available specialists who were covered by my insurance, and I chose Dr. Anthony Polcari at Minnesota Urology. It was a great choice. Dr. Polcari spent as much time with me as I needed for my consultation, and he answered my follow-up questions very promptly. He explained everything very well and in ways that I could easily understand, and he gave me good information and advice to help me make the best decisions. After visiting with him, I made the decision to transfer ALL of my cancer treatment to Minnesota Urology so Dr. Polcari could be my main physician. I have complete confidence that I am receiving the best treatment available for my situation. And Peg at Minnesota Urology (Dr. Polcaris scheduler) has been incredible. They are so focused on my care, comfort, and physical and mental wellbeing. Choosing Dr. Polcari and Minnesota Urology is the best decision I have made in a very long time!

In the past Id experienced a UTI that ended up with sepsis and hospitalization. Recently a UTI happened again and I wanted to make sure there was nothing systemic. Dr. Brandt had told me hed be available if I needed him. The staff helped me set up an appointment and the whole process went smoothly. I felt cared for and involved. My workup was thorough and impressed my primary physician. Minnesota Urology is an important part of my health care now and in the future.

Dr. Brandt was very thorough as he listened to me describe my symptoms. He put a plan in action and called me at days end with the PSA results. He suggested I follow-up with another test within 30 days.

I had ongoing issues of urine in my blood. My urologist discovered a growth in my bladder that was not detected in the numerous tests I have had. She took the time to examine my bladder with a scope and found the growth. My surgeon, Dr. Regelman, discovered there were three growths. He explained the surgical procedure thoroughly and answered my questions prior to and following surgery. The staff was helpful, polite and thorough. The Patient Portal is an important tool for communicating with the staff with any questions and concerns I have. I am very pleased with the outcome and follow up care at Minnesota Urology.

Dr. Gaertner performed my robotic surgery last July. I was surprised at how little pain I had post operatively. Since then, my PSA level is undetectable and my recovery has been on schedule. I am very grateful I chose Dr. Gaertner and this option for dealing with my prostate cancer.

I was referred to Dr. Brandt at Minnesota Urology by my primary care physician because of an elevated PSA. I was contacted by the staff at Minnesota Urology shortly after the referral was made. At my first visit Dr. Brandt was candid with the likely diagnosis and laid out a clear diagnostic plan. Dr. Brandt reached out to provide me with the results of the tests. He delivered the diagnosis of prostate cancer with compassion. Despite a very busy schedule Dr. Brandt has being an exceptional resource and included me in each step of the process, treating me like a partner in managing my care rather than a patient to be managed.

The staff at Minnesota Urology and Dr Todd Brandt have been outstanding during my cancer treatment. I’m beyond grateful I received the care and recommendations they provided. Three years cancer free !

Brought my son to see Dr. Milbank and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. We didn’t feel rushed at all and he didn’t “talk down” to my son. Great experience and hope we never have to see him again but if so, he will be first on my list. A+!

I have seen two doctors at the clinic: Dr. Gaertner and Dr. Tareen. I have only positive things to say about these urologists. Dr. Gaertner is a wonderful, reassuring, detailed physician who has helped me to navigate the medical concerns of prostate and related issues. I have great trust in his know-how. I have met Dr. Tareen only once. It was a positive experience. I found him to be a good listener. He took time to explain the possible reasons for the medical condition we were discussing. He stuck me as competent and caring. The medical support staff is fine, typical in my experience. They do not overwhelm with bedside manner. They do their jobs even if they seem abrupt at times. The phone setup is horrendous as others have noted. Forty-five minutes on hold. No excuse for that. Aside from the communication problem this is a good medical outfit.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Brandt. Everything went great. From check-in to wait time to final exam. Dr. Brandt was very patient and explained things in plain english so that I could understand. Next appointment was scheduled before I left the office so no wondering when it would happen. I had a very good visit with Dr. Michaels. She was very understanding, listened to my concerns with patience and was able to address my health issues. The clinic was prompt with setting up follow-up exams and were very helpful and friendly.

Dr Gaertner is an excellent doctor, friendly and well informed about my previous visits. I have been a patient of Dr. Polcari for about 2 1/2 years. He surgically removed my kidney stones and I had a great recovery with no complications. He is helping me manage my condition to prevent future stones. His staff is wonderful and very responsive. If you should be unfortunate to get kidney stones I highly recommend Dr. Polcari.

On Thursday, Aug 5, I arrived at 9:25., 15 minutes early as recommended. Upon checkin, I was informed my appointment was at 9:40 AM. I paid my copay and had a seat. At 10:10 (30 minutes after my appointment time), I asked the front desk if I should say something and advised that I was still waiting. The front desk staff apologized and called someone. At 10:25 I was led to an exam room. Not a word was said other than my name and this way or something. At 10:40,  after 15 minutes in the exam room and 1 hour 15 minutes after my arrival, no contact had been made by the doctor or staff. Many other patients came and left as I waited. I requested a refund and left. The refund was issued.

Dr. Polcari listened to me carefully and responded in a caring and knowledgeable way. He took time for me even though my results were inconclusive and made sure I knew my options going forward. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Hart is a consummate professional. Great bedside manner, thorough and makes you feel at ease. Great doctor and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hart!

Dr. Hart, my urologist, has made the evidence (like symptoms, lab results and X-ray-like evidence) primary in our meetings, but he has always followed up with questions about my feelings and needs.He is open to further inquiries on my part---at our appointments and after and between. I appreciate his human approach.

I realize that some people have posted negative reviews regarding Minnesota Urology. I will say that hasnt been by experience. I particularly want to call out Dr. Prall and one of the nursing staff, Jenny (hoping that Ive spelled name correctly) as embodying what caring and compassionate medical care looks like. Dr. Prall is consummate professional - always willing to answer questions and for surgical procedures (as I experienced), he is top-notch. Yes, my initial surgery had some complications - but he was supportive throughout and listened to my concerns. Regarding Jenny, she was a God-send when I needed some reassurance and was there to help me through part of recovery process. I will always appreciate her help and support. In my experience, things.dont always go as planned with medical procedures - the best medical professionals are honest with you from the beginning and are there when things dont go as planned. I experienced this consistently with Minnesota Urology and wanted to say thank you as a result.

Saw Dr. Polcari this morning for vasectomy. Was very nervous going in. Thought it would be painful etc. But felt very little. Was super surprised how quick, easy, and painless the whole procedure was. Highly recommend Dr. Polcari and his staff.

My appointment with Dr. Michael Jenson was on 4/20/22 and to start off the building is very clean, the staff are friendly and professional and the waiting time for my initial appointment was perfect.I highly recommend Dr. Michael Jenson who takes a personable non-judgmental step-by-step method for treatment and this approach worked wonders with me and not just for the urological issue that Id come in for.Thank you Dr. Jenson and the amazing staff at Minnesota Urology Woodbury!

This past winter I had two major surgeries for rectal cancer. Following each surgery I dealt with urological concerns that became serious problems and inhibitors to my recovery. I was really in trouble. My surgeon recommended Minnesota Urology and I could not be more pleased with the care I received there from the schedulers, to the front desk, to the doctors. I was most impressed that they recognized my crisis and were able to get me right in for an appointment but they also called several times just to make sure that I was okay. All to say...I recommend Minnesota Urology to anyone needing excellent urological care.

My only experience is trying to arrange an initial appointment, waiting on hold over 50 minutes, and being told the doctor I hoped to see was booked 3 months out. Then I read these reviews about poor customer service and scheduling hassles. Then I decided to look elsewhere. Their doctors may be fine based on patient ratings, but the clinic clearly has some work to do on support staffing and admin.

I had a telephonic appointment with Dr. Polcari to review recent CT scans and discuss long awaited procedures. Hours before the appointment, I got a notice from Dr. Polcaris office to come in and see him instead that same day. This ignored the reason for the telephonic visit due to my very limited ability to get around and certainly to make a sudden same-day change in this important discussion. Since this caps a 4 year-long failure to resolve the issues, I have requested a referral from my primary physician to a different Urologist from a different organization.

My appointment with Dr. Hart went well in terms of ease of getting an appointment, waiting time once I arrived, staff friendliness and my contact with Dr. Hart during the appointment. I am struggling with the medication prescribed however and will be in touch with him.

Ive been with Dr. Brandt for many years and am completely satisfied. He goes the extra mile to make sure you completely understand the plan. Dr. Brandt and his team, from registration, assistants, schedulers, nurses to scheduling follow ups, are all top notch!

I have been being treated for bladder cancer at the Woodbury Minnesota Urology clinic. At this point,I have had four treatments. The care, conversation and compassion has been outstanding. It has only taken about ten minutes and I am on my way home. I hope it works and I will be cancer free. I cant say enough about the professional way I have been treated. Thank you

DR. Moore has been my urologist for many years. He is my only urologist. He is thorough, understanding, and caring. He listens and answers my questions. He has even called me in the evenings to follow up on exam results!

Dr. Todd Brandt at Minnesota Urology is that Dr. for me. Dr. Brandt has been excellent in listening to my concerns and making sure I understand the information given at checkups or when I get test results. Dr. Brandt has given me knowledge, peace of mind, and comfort in my treatment and I would highly recommend him when choosing a urologist.

Dr. Milbank diagnosed and treated me for Renal Cell Carcinoma. Tumor was on my left kidney, Dr Milbank, removed the tumor and a clean area around it. Complete follow up tests show no signs of cancer. The team at the Maplewood office was great to work with. Appointments were kept timely, Dr. Milbank gave me his full attention during our appointments. I was appreciative that he took the time to listen to all of my concerns without seeming in a rush. Tests were thorough and with the patient portal, I was able to view them as soon as they are available. I am very pleased with the care I received by Dr. Aaron Milbank and his team.

I didnt have to wait long for the injection. However, the shot normally takes 60-90 seconds to administer, and this time it was very fast. I questioned the shot giver and was told it was normal. Normal for her may be, but not normal for me

Down to earth dad. Doctor Hart talks to you before your procedure and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a kind and honest doctor.

Dr. Polcari was so great to work with. He was very thorough, explained what I could expect during my procedure and during recovery. During post op, very pleasant to work with and again, clear on next steps.

Dr Siegel and the team at MN Urology are the best! I’ve been a patient for 4+ years and have received wonderful care and never felt uncomfortable talking with Dr Siegel about sensitive medical information. He takes his time to clearly understand and then provides you with several options for treatment. He throughly explains each option to ensure you understand the pros and cons of each, without any pressure to commit. I’m grateful for his expertise.

It would be nice to share the very positive comments that others have provided. However, three separate times, Dr. Brandt needed to be prodded by me after I consulted with my children, on how to proceed. First time I had a fever over 100, and my kids asked did they take a urine culture? When suggested Dr. Brandt nonchalantly remarked that that would be a good idea. I was found to have a urinary infection and in the second attempt the correct antibiotic helped. The last time he did ask for a urine culture upfront and then after I saw the results and asked about it two days later, he reviewed it and said, yes, it seems there’s an infection. I asked what could be done as I was already out of town over those two days I waited in town over a day for having before having any contact from Dr. Todd Brandt. Poor customer service is my experience with Minnesota urology and Dr. Todd Brandt.

My appointment at Minnesota Urology was my first visit. The reception room was relaxing and put me at ease. The staff is friendly and Dr. Polcari was easy to talk to, clear with his explanation as to what was next and really made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Minnesota Urology and Dr. Polcari to anyone with prostate concerns.

I receive checkups for bladder cancer periodically. In the beginning it was every 3 months after surgery removed the cancer and then after 2 years it was every 6 months. I just hit the 5 year mark and now will receive every year. It is an event I hate but must say Dr. Brandt has made the procedure painless and uneventful, which is exactly how I like this to happen. So far no cancer return and I consider myself lucky not only for not having it return YET but also that I am in such good care with Dr. Brandt.

His treatment plan goes beyond his obvious medical expertise... he pays careful attention to the mental aspect of his patients. Anxiety, fear and stress can be overwhelming at times... he has a very calming and positive influence...explaining every detail and his plan of attack... He has told me repeatedly; well fix this.... I cannot begin to tell you how much he has helped me deal with cancer. He Is always available. After every PSA test he sends me a thumbs up emoji or looking good, Mike. Excellent care from doctors and staff that really are experts. My brother and I both are patients, and both of us have had outstanding experiences with the team.

Dr Brandt was able to get me in on very short notice and when one hears the devastating diagnoses of cancer the world begins to spin out of control. My last appointment was for a blood draw at the Woodbury location. It was at 8:30 am and all personnel assisting me were quite helpful in getting to that task. I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes.A follow-up to this appointment was to get my prescriptions changed to a new location, as I was starting a new Medicare drug plan. Upon my request and instruction Dr Pralls staff did exactly as Id asked and things went smoothly for this transition.Just as a follow-up to give your staff some background, my wifes previous insurance, which I was signed up for through Otpum Rx, had cost me approximately $20 for ED related three prescriptions. My new coverage had this total at $75 ($20 for the two separate ED pills, and $55 for the testosterone 1.62% gel) - ultimately, through Good Rx. I know you folks are not in the prescription business, but thought the recommendation to research as many possibilities for prescription cost as possible might help someone else.

My experience at the Woodbury clinic has been a positive one. Everyone I came in contact with has been very professional and kind.Dr. Hart listened to my issues and explained my options in dealing with the problem. I’m looking forward to a positive outcome.

It started with Mandy, Dr Riegelmans nursing assistant who provided me with excellent service. Then Dr Riegelmans came in and attended to my every needs with professional courtesy and a great sense of humor which quite honestly a lot of doctors in fact most doctors dont have these days I appreciated Dr Riegelmans sense of humor throughout my examination. A top notch doctor who I will continue to see as long as I am alive.
