The staff were so amazing today during my appointment. They were all so gentle & kind & understanding. Especially want to shout out nurse grace!❣ She was absolutely amazing to me. Thank you so much!

My appointment was right on time. Receptionist was knowledgeable and quick getting me checked in. The nurse Lindsay was very kind and listened to what I was feeling. She was very supportive the whole time. This was the most painful experience of my life though. Not only emotionally but physically as well. I only opted for the mild sedation which was a mistake. I wish I would have done the moderate level. Bonnie, the volunteer in the procedure room was amazing. Im so glad she was there! After the procedure I did not recover well. Was very warm, couldnt hear or see and was in terrible pain. The nurses did what they could to get me to feel better considering the circumstances. I would recommend this place to anyone going through the same thing.

We are so lucky to have a clinic like this in MN-- one that serves up until 24 weeks. The staff is amazing -- people dont work at a clinic like this unless they care. I know they put up with a lot from patients that take all of this for granted. They are so respectful, trustworthy and accepting. In most countries in the world, this type of clinic doesnt exist. They would never question your decision-- because they respect it and trust you to choose your path. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I came here so nervous , they made me feel so welcome. Also better about the whole situation. I loved every single staff member I met , no judgment here. It was a great experience , despite the circumstances. 10/10 would recommend. The staff will make you feel good and always stand by what the patient wants and needs.

From start to finish my experience here was everything I could’ve asked for. I had previously gone to 2 other clinics before coming here and did not have good experiences and I would definitely recommend this clinic. The staff was so friendly and comforting. The wait time was pretty long but I was informed of that prior to the appointment but they gave me snacks and juice and I was able to wait in my own private area and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I would give -1000 stars if i could becauae the experience was so bad. some of the doctors and nurses here dont care about the patients at all, and dont even bother to treat patients like human beings. people like this should have their medical licenses taken away and face consequences for the trauma they put their patients through. why did they become doctors anyway? for a power trip? not to help people? it’s disgusting.

This is by far the best clinic of *any* type that I’ve ever been to. I came here for just for testing. The nurses at this clinic are some of the nicest, most caring health care professionals I have ever encountered. I had to get blood work done and I’m bad with blood, but the nurse was an absolute sweetheart and kept me distracted throughout the whole thing and even gave me a snack so that I wouldn’t faint because I hadn’t eaten anything that day. I’ve never felt so cared about by a nurse or doctor. Even the receptionists were nice! I think every doctor’s office needs to take a page out of their book.

Ex boyfriend was really pushy. He said he wouldnt support me and my baby. Wanted me to come here but this place was very dirty. Receptionist was very rude. So I left. Later on I did drive up to Moorehead. Had the same dirty nasty experience. Thank God I met another guy who was very supportive and understanding. I know this is a choice but its not what I choose. Best of luck girlfriend. My obgyn was also was trying to tell me about adoption. Something to consider. Its really difficult for women these days. We only have 9 months, then pop. 😂

Not negative feedback for the clinic, but to anyone who walks past here, please watch yourself. religious deathcult types stand with signs not too far from here because they are uneducated and loudmouthed. those protestors will try to harrass you and back you up into traffic. watch your back, ignore them, or they could harrass you into being hit by a truck. that being said, safe area besides the idiots, TRY to take the other side of the street if youre going to get medical care. safe travels and much love from a friend and ally.

I am so blessed to have doctor Mahoney, nurses Rebecca,Anne,Madison,Elena,Lesley and sally. They are so caring,nice and incredible people. I feel very safe with them.even the front receptionists are very polite and helpful people.thank you all for making me feel safe and comfortable.God may bless them always.

Nurse Nancy was one of the best nurses I have ever experienced in my life. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me on a lot. She definitely deserves a raise with how kind she is and how hard she works.

If you want to find a clinic you’ll be moderately sedated this is not the clinic I would choose. I was told I was going to be moderately sedated during my procedure and would “hardly” know what was going on and if I felt any discomfort to ask for something more. Right away I felt all of the pain and was 100% aware of what was going on. I asked them if I could be given anything more because I was still in a lot of pain and mentally not well and could still 100% know what was going on and was denied anything more for my discomfort. I feel very lied too and like my well being did not matter.

The people I encounter at this place where so nice and caring. From the nurse that check me in to the nurse that when over the process with me and the doctors, nurse, patients support lady everyone where so caring. I was so scared and nervous but the nurse and patients support lady they both ensured me every thing will be fine and I was in good hands.. My procedure went well. I think God and I thanks each and everyone that involved in my cared.

Theyre fine once they actually get you in. Ive been going here 5+ years and have never been seen at my appointment time, its always at least 30 minutes late. For todays visit I was told Id be in the office about an hour, I didnt get called back until an hour after my scheduled appointment. PP is great, but if you have anything else planned that day, pick a different location.

I had an abortion here last week, and I was terrified. From the moment I got there, there were women in blue who guided us in gently and told us where to go and to ignore the protesters. The security guards were kind and professional. I was told that the entire process would take 4-6 hours; we were out in 3.It was a very clean, calm, and relaxing environment. Everyone was very nice, and I didnt feel rushed into it at all. They answered all the questions I had (and I had a lot). They also provided me with a hormone-free IUD so that I wont get pregnant again (or at least my chances will decrease drastically). Apparently, a medication Im on was interfering with my previous method of hormonal birth control and making it less effective.The procedure wasnt comfortable, but there were two women there just to talk me through it, hold my hand if needed, get a cool cloth for my forehead, etc. It was over quickly and I was able to rest up in the recovery room. They gave me plenty of information on what to expect when I went home as well as over the next few days, and they also provided all this info in a packet. I had some cramping for the next few days, but its pretty much gone smoothly. I dont regret doing it.I felt very safe here. I felt well taken care of, informed of all my choices (birth and adoption were brought up as alternatives, although I was firm in my choice of terminating the pregnancy), not judged, and confident both going into the surgery and when I left the center.The people who work and volunteer here are heroes and I hope they know that.

There is no reason I should be waiting an hour past my appointment time. This is ridiculous. I’ll take the other reviewers advice and try “Abria” or back to the annex clinic. Unacceptable. Didn’t even let me know the wait times are this long. Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money here.

Most wonderful people in the whole wide world my daughter was screaming because she was scared when we came here she had mild sedation and when we were done she laughed and said that’s it because she has such a good time

I have been calling to schedule an appointment for 2 days now. I sat on hold for over an hour in the 1st day. For the 2nd day, I waited for 3 & got no answer. You get the option to leave a voicemail & someone will call you back within 5 business days. Some of us dont HAVE 5 business days to wait for a phone call. These choices women make are serious & some need help immediately.Not only this, but the scheduling online is a joke . You schedule the appointment to be told it will be a phone appointment. Once you have that scheduled, you are able to schedule a procedure appointment. Issue with this is you are told to call because something is wrong with your online system. So, once again on hold forever with no answer. This is a joke.

I GOT here at 11am currently still sitting here been 3 hours about to be 4hr. I got angry in asked them how much longer the nurse said I was being disrespectful because they never told me it was going to be a an 4hr to 6hr wait Ill never come here again.

I have to thank ALL the staff that Ive dealt with and talked to for the support and care that Ive received in the last couple weeks. I was nervous about what I was getting done and you all made me feel so comfortable through every step of the way. I cant thank you enough. I will be recommending this location to anyone that needs your care.

I stand with Planned Parenthood. But why let people schedule appointments if youre just going to make them wait half an hour or more past their appointment time? I like this clinic because of the convenient location but honestly Id probably save time if I go to the Rice Street clinic, Im always seen promptly there.

Amazing staff! Everyone here was so helpful and kind! From the security at the front of the entrance to the doctors, nurses and receptionist made my whole experience that much less difficult and emotional! Highly recommend this place and their staff!

The clinic escorts yell at people and are very rude. I’ve also heard of sketchy health practices here, but the MN department of health says they don’t inspect abortion facilities at all. This is not a nice place, Abria is a block away and offers much better care and it’s much cheaper.

For my first time being there i loved it. all doctors, nurses and staff are so patient, understanding and supportive they really made me feel comfortable about my situation and it meant a lot to me.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind. They all made me feel comfortable. Just about every staff member I met was so friendly and sweet. Thank you so much for making this a positive experience. I stand by planned parenthood.

Calm, comfortable and friendly environment. I have never felt judge or forced in one direction or another here. They fully support what you as a woman choose to do with your body, whether youre getting birth control, an exam or pregnancy information. Highly recommend.

Best expierence Ive ever had a clinic....staff is very supportive and I didnt feel like the staff was reading off a script to talk to me I felt as if they truly cared! Great customer service, and would recommend this place to anyone!

The people who worked there were super nice. It did have a long wait time but well worth it when you get treated with respect. Will definitely visit again.

The hold time is horrible some people don’t have 5 business days to call back my appointments that are scheduled keep getting canceled or states that I missed an appointment I know I received a call for. Booking an appointment and actually trying to get in the place is a joke seriously.

My wife made her appointment here after having her birth control fail on her and these folks helped her every step of the way it was fast easy and no judgment on her they also gave her extra birth control options to use from now on all and all its a great place to go if you have a unexpected life change THEY WILL HELP YOU AND NOT JUDGE YOU AT ALL NO MATTER WHAT ROUTE YOU GO WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THRY PROVIDED

Had a basically perfect visit at 1pm on a Thursday. I was walking out by 1:40. Kind, welcoming, professional, clean.

All of the staff here were so kind, efficient, and helpful. This clinic is also very clean and modern. I love Planned Parenthood!

The nurses seemed like they did not want to do their jobs they rushed me and was very rude not caring whatsoever and I did not feel like my voice was heard or needs where met I would not recommend going to this clinic especially if you are having a hard time with coping and making a decision with anything regarding yourself and physical and mental health I wish I could give zero stars I was really disappointed in the treatment I received today

Was quoted an hour wait time (with an appointment?!?) and waited over 2 hours. Not respectful to people’s own time. I don’t see why they have such a long wait for APPOINTMENTS.

The people are always so nice at this location! So greatful for planned parenthood!
