Fairfax Cryobank

We just had the best experience with Fairfax Cryobank’a phone ordering.We were under a time crunch for ordering our tank because of the weekend and our clinics hours, but Nadine was so patient and helpful staying on the phone as long as we needed so that we could coordinate faxes with our clinic.Nadine really eased our minds and was so nice the entire time we were on the call. We felt bad because the whole process took an hour and I could not believe how incredible she was to us.Thank you so much!!!

The facility itself is decently fine, but the patient pickup space is outrageous. They make you pull into what looks like a back alley with no outlet. Which means you then have to back out onto one lane Lexington which is not a quiet street and creates a very dangerous situation with low visibility.
