Any Lab Test Now

I came here to get lab tests done, Irma helped me out and she was wonderful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I had to get several tests done and she was able to find a panel that worked for my needs and turned out to be much cheaper than I was anticipating. I have very small veins that are hard to get to and she explained that they were out of butterfly needles but that she could try with the regular one and was able to get the blood needed for the tests. I had absolutely 0 bruising which is very rare for me so her skills are truly exceptional. I got my lab results the next day. Overall awesome experience and I would recommend not only this location, but Irma to anyone!

Walked in with no appointment and was seen right away! She was very kind, helpful and answered all our questions! While taking blood samples she was gentle and quick. I would definitely come back if needed!

5/9/24 435 pm. Door was locked, nobody inside, phone went to voicemail. Hours of operation online and posted on door indicate business should be open. Called another location, they anwsered. I ask why this location would be close they said its a franchise and alot of people have called to complain about location. If youre considering coming to this location definitely called before wasting the drive.

I was sent over to another Any Lab Test facility because they tried twice and couldn’t get me. I walked in and was seen right away. Erma listened to me and understood my veins were small and used a butterfly needle instead. She took the time to feel my veins and was confident when sticking. She got me the first time and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Wonderful experience.

Irma was amazing she was so nice! She was fast and there wasn’t a long wait at all! Also normally people struggle with finding my vein they almost always poke me a few times but she did it in one poke and it didn’t hurt at all :) THANK YOU AGAIN!

For context Ive worked customer service for a number of years, so I understand when customers are being unreasonableIrma was very nice in person, I was in and out within half an hour. I was told my lab results would come through email in 3-5 business days, fast forward 2 weeks I never got any email. I attempted to call them but kept reaching their voicemail and I needed those results ASAP. I call one last time and Irma answers me and immediately shouts at me saying Im calling too much and shes busy with bloodwork , DNA Tests, and all the services they offer. I say Ok and she yells that shes putting me on hold. She then asks when did I come in, I tell her and she says she doesnt have any record of me. I tell her what test I got and she says she has no record of me. Then she interrupts me talking saying she found the records, she re-sends the results to me (Never got them in the first place).Its understandable shes busy doing bloodwork, but this wouldnt have happened had I gotten my results on time, or if she simply answered the phone saying if I can hold that shes busy the first time I called. Instead, I got yelled at, got my results 2 weeks late, and now have 0 faith in this location. I had contacted the Olmos Park location and they answered my call immediately and were very nice and helpful over the phone. I will recommend them

Ms. Irma was very sweet & helpful when I was there. Very professional when answering my questions & explaining to me how the process works as well. She also gave me a little run down on some of their other shots they provide at their location as well.Thank you Ms. Irma!

Ms.Irma was professional, attentive, and friendly. Customer service was on point. I was in and out quickly. Was able to make an appointment to get my immunization titers done with no problem and my results should be processed in a more timely mannerthan some of the other labs that I have dealt with in the area. I needed these labs done for my travel nurse assignment after another local facility botched my blood work. I am thankful for options like Any Lab Test Now.

Went in for a blood test and Erma ( I hope I spelled your name right ) at the bandera location was so sweet and so nice. From someone who doesn’t do well with blood coming out of her own body, Erma made it go by quick and painless. I didn’t even know she got the full vile of blood with how much she was distract me. So I needed to do a hair follicle test, the website listed the price at $189. But according to the receptionist, the actual test plus deposit comes out close to $500. She says this is because theyre website is showing the California prices. Which is weird because their company is based in Atlanta and there isnt even a Any Labs in California. Im sure the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable but why did the receptionist say that?Update: OK so I did some calling around. Turns out the price the receptionist told me wasnt based on California, but because its a franchise, the owner makes up the price. Just letting everyone know, the Any Lab on San Pedro and De Zavala are both half the price. Each location makes up their own prices.

Had an unexpectedly rough time with the blood draw I needed this morning, but Ermas understanding, patience, and compassion was much appreciated.

I came by this place for an important blood test. I arrived at 5:16pm. Since I dont have a car I walked 45 min to get therr. The employee said it was too late because quest already came by so I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked how they could be open to 6pm if they couldnt do any blood tests. They should change the name from ANY LAB TEST NOW to ALMOST ANY LAB TEST NOW UNLESS ITS AFTER 5:16 BECAUSE THAT MEANS QUEST ALREADY CAME, but that would be too long for a sign

Any Lab Test Now San Antonio is a good place for blood testing, In and out is in 15-20 minutes only, there is no waiting time and good thing is that you dont require doctors script. They have affordable range of tests. Its a nice, clean, hassle free place and staff is very co-operative. I will recommend this place for others. 10/10

Bad experience on my first visit they opened at 9 when it says 830 and secondly the lady didn’t know what test to administer on me she had to call different people and locations for help like wth beyond ridiculous hire someone who knows what there doing thanks!!!!

Got there in the middle of their business hours on a Thursday @1100 for a scheduled appt and everything was dark inside and the door was locked. No answer on the phone the 2 times I called. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to get a hold of the lab director for four weeks now. Left numerous messages and nothing. Even went to the facility.

This place sucks. I came to get blood work and saw a sign on door that says closed for lunch 1 hour. Theres two ladies inside that just looked at me. Didnt even let me know what time it would open back up. 😒

Very horrible AnyLab facility. Rude. Unprofessional. Oh yea and be careful, they do not honor prices that are clearly listed on their website for THIS particular Bandera location. Will not be back. Ever. Never experienced this at other locations.
