Be weary and decline bloodwork done by this clinic. The doctor will test you for everything under the sun when there is no reason to. I received a big bill and am still trying to get it corrected four months later. On top of that they put another patients urine sample on my acct. Very negligent. There are routine codes and federal guidelines for them to follow. When they say they will call you back, they dont. If you email, they dont respond. Ive talked to everyone. I called recently and for the first time Im given a second number for billing issues. I was told to talk to one woman. Then I called and was told another woman who of course is not there will help me tomorrow. I wonder how many people have been stuck with BIG bills because of their ineptitude.

Whoever answered the phones today was EXTREMELY rude to our staff to the point of hanging up on us multiple times for trying to obtain an RX for a patient. Assuming from the previous reviews, it was Dr. Aguilar. There are ways you go about speaking to people in a PROFESSIONAL manner.

My recent experience with this doctors office was highly disappointing. The communication was poor, and the doctors behavior was downright disrespectful. Not only did she speak to me dismissively, but her overall demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I strongly advise against seeking care at this office.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE & WASTE YOUR TIME. Dr.Virgina Aguilar is rude & bipolar.One day shes super nice then rude and unprofessional the next. Ive only been with her office for 4 weeks so far & Ive been at all of my appointments early each and every time. Today I called 4 days in advance to reschedule an appointment I had & tried to inform her I was visiting my family for a week in California & she got so mad it was so awkward of how mad she was. She was questioning me way too much as if she was insinuating I was lying & She told me if I couldnt make it work to come see her today in less than 2 hours she wasnt gonna be able to see me anymore. I told her my husband is at work and I have a 1 year old son I have to take care of & I wouldnt be able to with such short notice. She had 0 empathy & decided to not have me as a patient anymore & Im so confused as to why this was such a problem for her Im not high risk I just had an appointment with her less than 2 weeks ago had a glucose test & ultrasound & got my cervix checked & everything was fine. Im only going to be gone for about a week. I dont understand what her problem is. I am 29 weeks today & thankfully found a new OB willing to take me in who has great GOOGLE reviews & not fake yellow page reviews that say the same thing about her.

Dr. Aguilar is amazing! I started to see her during my ungrad years now that I moved to another city, I drive four hours just so I can be seen by her. Her and all of her staff are amazing! So amazingly kind and sweet. They are always so polite and respectful, they all make you feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!!

An absolute horrible experience. This doctor is not here for patient care. Office will not release my records, unless I pay an additional cost. My previous doctor easily placed my records on my portal without an additional cost. This doctor is anything but gentle and compassionate. I will never return.

Terrible reception service. Bad attitude from the receptionists.Dra. Virginia treats you in a hurry and is not tactful when saying things or doing procedures, she just looks at you with $$$$ eyes.Very bad experience and very unprofessional, My pregnancy doubts were never resolved, and when she heard that I wasnt going to reschedule an appointment with her, she got very angry.

Dr. Aguilar has a literally zero empathy. I went in for a check up and I found out I was pregnant. I was asked to come back two weeks later and I did when she told me I had a miscarriage she said it with zero empathy. No emotion, no sympathy, and I think shes in the wrong business. The big receptionist lady who answers the phones needs to be fired. Shes extremely rude and unprofessional.

I went to Dr. Aguilar-Sitek after coming from Patience Millers office and I am SO GLAD I made that switch. Dr. Aguilar was so comforting, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable throughout my pregnancy. She genuinely cared about my mental and physical state and helped me get through my pregnancy with ease. Her staff is so sweet, I truly appreciate my experience with them and should I get pregnant again I will definitely be back.

Dr. Aguilar accepted me as a patient when no one else would since I was so late in my pregnancy. This was the first time I didn’t dread attending appointments, she made me feel like we had known each other for years. I felt very comfortable and at ease during a very stressful time for me. Delivery via c section was just as it should and Dr. Aguilar was very attentive while we were in the hospital. She continued to show so much care and concern for myself and new baby the month follows, addressing my PPD. Honestly, the other reviews are shocking to read. Most OBGYNS are pretty rushed and lack bedside manner due to their externally busy schedule, but I in no way got that front Dr. Aguilar or her staff. I really enjoyed being in her care and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Virginia has been my OBGYN for years!!! I love how understanding she is. She truly listens and really cares. I also love how quick she does exams. Fastest annual exams ever literally under 5 seconds and I never feel uncomfortable at all!!!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Aguilar and her staff. This started off as my primary OBGYN 7 years ago (2012) and to date they have helped me through 2 pregnancies along with Dr. Aguilar delivering both of my daughters. I always receive the best service and truly feel like they are family. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Aguilar has been my doctor for the 15 years Ive been back in San Antonio. I know that Im in the best care under Dr Aguilar shes not only loving caring and compassionate she listens to your concerns thats the way Ive always felt under her care. I recently had a partial hysterectomy with dr. Aguilar which meant Id have to have an incision over my old c-section incision it has been a journey but dr. Aguilar has been with me every step of the way I couldnt ask for anything more thank you for being the doctor that you are. Youre wonderful.

Wish i could give this office more than 5 stars. I actually transferred over from a different OBGYN because my needs just were not being met. I was actually referred to Dr. Aguilar thru a mutual friend and i couldnt be more thankful! The office staff is very much organized and very informative. they are easy to get ahold of at all times of the day and work very professionally. Dr. Aguilar definitely gets the job done and always makes sure that all my questions are answered and needs are met. Wish i knew about this place sooner !

Dr. Aguilar has been my doctor for years! She has always made me feel comfortable. The women at the front desk and the nurse are friendly. Dr. Aguilar recently performed my hysterectomy and she was very supportive and comforting.

If I could put a 0 star I would this doctor almost kill my baby I need it to transfer because she never listen when I tell her I was in pain she alwas ignored me made me feel stupid . I dont recommend her to go with her she is the worst all she is doing is take money from ur insurance she doesnt do anything.

Watch out yall!She changed the name of her practice, hence many reviews got deleted!! She is a horrible doctor with terrible bedside manners. Long waits because she has a c section scheduled that is running longer than expected..... is the excuse I received during my two only visits. Really rude and rushed, sees you for 5 minutes without properly listening to you or your concerns. Need I go on? Just dont go there. I am surprised she hasnt been hit with a malpractice suit.

I love Dr. Aguilar she is very straight forward. And she care about her patients, she always tell you exactly what it is, she send you to do all the test you need. Other Drs you need to suggest if you want it. Very flexible with the schedule and the employees are very nice. 💝💝

If there was a zero star option, I would give it. This has been the most unprofessional, money-grabbing doctors office I have ever dealt with. They purposely prescribe 10 month prescriptions and then 2 month samples to force you to come in at least twice each year, that way you are forced to pay completely out of pocket for the second visit because its no longer considered as yearly preventative care. On top of that, my wife had to wait over an HOUR both times, with her appointment being first thing in the morning. How is that even possible? I have dealt with them on the phone and all they care about is scheduling as many appointments as possible to get as much money they can from you. The doctor does not seem to know what she is doing and shows zero personal interest in you. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Old reviews were deleted when they changed the name. Terrible experience. Dr. Aguillar is extremely rude and rushed, and has no bedside manner. She showed up LATE to my surgery and ordered tests that I had declined. After that I transferred to a new doc and she made transferring my records extremely difficult. She didnt have ANY documentation of my surgery on file and said Id have to go through the hospital. I understand the hospital has the full records but to not have any documentation or notes of a surgery you performed on a patient is ridiculous! Extremely concerning that the name of the office has been changed so all the MANY negative reviews disappeared. Stay away.

Dr. Aguilar and her staff are great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great OBGYN. I have been seeing her since we moved to San Antonio 4 years ago and love her and her staff.

OMG!!! Worst doctor ever !!!! Please stay away from this place, she’s unprofessional, rude . It was my first pap and she didn’t have the time to explain carefully, also she opened the door while the proccedure and when I asked a question, she responded like if I didn’t pay anything. The one star is going to the receptionist. She was the only person helpful there. That lady Virginia Aguilar doesn’t deserve to be call Doctor 👩🏻‍⚕️.

I felt like my visit was rushed. I went to see the doctor for annual check up and they mucked up my billing and sent me a $7,000 bill. It took months to get it fixed. Very stressful.

I absolutely love Dr.Aguliar. Shes kind, entergetic, and caring. My mom just had major surgery for the first time and theres no one else I would trust doing it. Shes phenomenal go see her!!! Also, all of her staff are awesome too!

Condescending; Uninformative; and over all terrible bedside manner.After hearing the things the doctor said to my wife, we wont be returning.I expect better from a medical professional, especially considering she accepts medicaid. You would think shed be at least a little understanding given half of her patients are on welfare.Not to mention, treating a pregnant woman like shes killed her baby is the last thing she needs whilst carrying said child. Causing the mother stress and emotional trauma is the last thing a supposed OBGYN should be doing. Leave that to the Emergency Team.Very disappointed in a professional member of the medical community.

Do not go here. I found out I was pregnant September 29th 2017, came in to confirm the pregnancy and she set the due date and the hospital. Come to find out it was ectopic. She sent me back and forth between the obgyn and quest diagnostics to confirm it was ectopic. It was a complete nightmare and she could not answer any of my questions. I was already in a bad situation and she was not sympathetic with me what so ever. She told me to go to the ER to get a methotrexate shot. Did that. She had to end up coming up there to sign a form so I could receive it and she complained having to come up there like her situation was worse than mine. Weeks went by and turned out I needed surgery to have my left Fallopian tube removed. I went into the ER again and had my tube removed, the ER doctor called her to see about her doing surgery. She claimed I was lying and to go home and rest so we can talk about birth control next week. The ER doctor found me a new obgyn overnight and now I’m having to find a lawyer to deal with her. Unless you want to deal with a lawsuit do not go to her. Please. I will have to deal with this horrible situation for the rest of my life and I regret having such a horrible doctor.

Everything was great the staff are very helpful and welcoming to my honest opinion the bad reviews are a lie DR.Aguilar and the nurse explained everything and took the time to listen to me as the patient the only thing is the wait but honestly acknowledging she is a OB/GYN she has a lot of work to me it wasn’t a problem but when coming in don’t be in a rush an take time to understand..the whole staff deserves to be acknowledged and thanked for there excellent service.

She’s amazing have been seeing her for a very long time. She’s not only our doctor but friend, she’s deliver me and my sisters babies and is amazing. You may have to wait a while but it is worth it! All of my family loves our Dr. Aguliar ❤️❤️❤️

Make sure they know exactly what you want... put in writing, other wise everyone has selective memory. unfortunately my hair and my daughters hair did not come out the way we asked... showed a picture of the exact color we had our hair THE last time was told NO PROBLEM well I guess if was a problem.. I called explain it was not right in the natural light etc.. OK we can fix it no problem made another appointment to fix it.. 3 hours before The appointment OH by the way IT will be another 120 dollars because it was a special... in my world of customer service a special is a special!!! MY ADVICE DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Dr. Anguilar is very compassionate and has helped me tremendously. She is a great Dr!Im so happy to have found her.

Virginia is super down to earth very friendly and easy to talk to she is super knowledgeable and she advocates for her patients in ways that are priceless, Im my opinion!

Love the staff and the doctor, they are very friendly and listen to all of my needs. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience a few years ago with this doctor, at my first appointment she only saw me and assured me that I had herpes to which I was very confused and I asked her where I would get it from and she asked me: are you unfaithful? and I answered obviously no, and he told me then hes your husband, OMG! I left there crying and complaining to my husband to which he also told me that it was obviously not true so we waited for the results of the laboratory and it came out that it was a normal infection that Monistat removes and she gave it to me without even knowing. wait for the results of the herpes medicine that cost me 230dls. I dont have insurance so I paid for everything in cash and to this day I keep all her information so as to never go back to her or recommend her to anyone, very rude and crude.
