Latched support is a great place where they provide detailed classes ranging from prenatal, birth, newborn, and parenting. After attending sessions you get free materials such as diapers and other baby items which helps a lot. They have some hands on classes as well every month.

I have been going to latched since before my baby has been born. Latched has helped me mentally, emotionally, and physically. I got assigned to Raven as my specialist and she has made me feel so confident in my decisions as a first time mother and is always there to answer any questions i have. The other girls at latched as well have helped through my journey as a mother and have made me feel like family. Latched has provided me with tons of educational information , car seat (which they install for you), household items, diapers, wipes and many more.

This program outshines to go above beyond. Amanda, Gabriela..They have a new person on-board in training process which means this Latched Team is growing and doing well.Perfect example of resources provided for those in need of help of proper car-seat installation.Everyone with a carseat who needs a refresher or needs it professionally installed. Please go see them.I am not sure why they are not a five star rating.

I have been with the Latched program since I was 10 weeks pregnant. Now my son is 4 months old and I feel prepared as a first time mother thanks to the Latched program. They provided a bunch of education and items for when baby first arrives. Your partner can also be apart of the program! There are multiple locations such as the northeast, west, and south side location. So just ask to attend whichever location is closest to you! Amanda, even, observed my son’s birth to insure I was advocated for. Gabby helped me get into contact with the WIC office when they wouldn’t answer or call back. They are truly amazing! I recommend the Latched program! Thank you so much guys!!🥰🥰 O and free diapers and wipes are definitely a big help😉

Absolutely love what this organization provides this community. I have not used their breastfeeding support, which probably would have saved me from so much anxiety and stress as a new mom. But I have taken many of the parenting classes offered the past few months and I always walk away with something new to be a better parent. The diaper assistance is very much appreciated. Really love what you all do here for the San Antonio area.

Great support group for Parents with plenty our resources! Monthly diaper bank, classes on all topics children, lactation/breastfeeding help, clothing and food assistance as well. Customer service is on point! Staff is friendly and helpful over & above. Great place! Thanks.

I love Gabby, shes been the most helpful person through out this entire thing, Im a new mom so Im constantly concerned with my baby and she has made it so much easier to handle, and the classes have been so useful too ❤️ honestly been one of the best choice I made for my son and I.

I have been coming to Latched at the Rivas Street location since October of 2021. I absolutely love the staff, especially Ms. Gabby. I have bonded with her as one mother to another, we enjoy our visits every month, sharing experiences of motherhood and just connecting. That’s REALLY what it’s all about, staying connected. I have taken their online courses, a potty training and tantrum prevention class so far. I love it! Thank God for this program and its services!

I love all the classes offered! I learn so much from the car seat safety, potty training, and infant/ child safety class. And they go above and beyond to provide support and supplies.

The staff at Latched are excellent. I initially called to get resources for diapers, but they put me in touch with Erica, a parent educator. I enjoyed talking with her. She was able to point me to the resources I needed. Overall the staff are courteous and professional.

I’m a new member at Latched, and a mommy of one with one on the way. Taneka was amazing and extra helpful. Even as a second time mommy there’s so much to learn, and things to do to grow as a person. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Latched Support is an AMAZING organization!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially new mommies like myself 🤗👍I worked with Veronica and I can she was absolutely amazing! She taught me so much in such a short amount of time, I don’t know what I would have done with out her help and support. Breastfeeding was all new to me so I am truly blessed and thankful to have had Veronica there to teach me and my husband everything we needed to know and be prepared for. I also truly appreciate her being flexible with my crazy schedule and taking the time to schedule appointments at our home for one on one sessions being that we were unable to attend the available free classs they offered during the week.THANK YOU VERONICA! 😊😁🍼We appreciate all your help.👍❤️

New mommy after 9 years and I love the information I receive getting back in the groove of having a newborn. The ladies are always so sweet and polite. Thank you latched.

The women there are super friendly and nice and they give you the support that you need. They give you so much info and help with the babys first year and diapers really help because they can be expensive. And why not take the burden off diapers so you can buy baby clothes. I cannot recommend these women enough they are amazing if your first time Mom breastfeeding mom pregnant mom go to latch they are amazing they have Facebook groups classes they help you. They even have fun events for the children the drive-bys are so fun.

Latched is BEYOND a blessing!They’re conveniently located. They’re a “no strings attached we just want to help” organization. My family wouldn’t have been able to make/handle it the last few months without Latched. The staff is warm and kind. They’re also quick and efficient. They get you in and out; without rushing you. Just a great place overall.

Latched support has been so helpful. When I go in, I always get to the privilege to work with Ms.Jessica. She is always so friendly and helpful with finding other resources. Thank you so much Ms.Jessica.

I attended to a breastfeeding class and it was awesome. It was well-planned, straight to the point and the person that imparted the class was well trained and was able to answer all questions asked. They were also very kind and called and emailed everyone before the training to make sure they were going to be there.

I have been so happy with my diaper pick ups... I just had an appointment with Brenda she helped me install my baby car seat...thank you so much. I recommend these benefits to all families.

Latched is an Amazing Organization in this community. They offer you unconditional support for all mothers, no questions asked and no shame! I am so grateful to have learned about them! I will continue to tell friends and family about the services they provide.

Breastfeeding is hard! There were many times I wanted to give up but Ashley and Lindsey made my journey a lot more bearable! I am having fun learning and growing with my little guy while being patient and kind to myself. Thanks to Latched Support for all they do!

I am so happy I came across this organization! It’s a must for new moms! I used the in home consultation for breastfeeding help and cannot rave enough ! They also offer classes, help and free diapers! Excellent customer service !

Amazing organization. Their education are great. As a first time mom is great to know I have their support and knowledge available to me. They also help with diapers, which is amazing.

Very sweet and helpful. Helped me get a newborn carseat (free) Gabe me education on the safety of carseat, booster and more and also demonstrated how to install the carseat. They also offer other great services. Amazing resource for parents who need a hand.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve made it more personal to be able to talk about your child and give advice. I love the welcoming environment and they try their best to help with whatever you need.

They had em there for hours going through screens like a robot helped me with zero resources and wouldn’t even honor the supplies they told me I would get after completing a class in addition to my initial appt. Glad they actually helped other people because they didn’t care about me at all I was even treated rudely when I showed up to the appt and the saddest part they so called represent a church. My wife and I had our first child this past October and neither of us had a clue about breast feeding and when she was at the hospital, there were no lactation specialists that were available to help her. LATCHED has been awesome in educating us with the benefits of breastfeeding and helping my wife breastfeed. Our son was born at 5lbs 5oz and not even a month later, he weighs 7lbs, strictly breast fed!

I’ve been with latched for awhile now and have had such a great experience ! The love and support from them is incredible . Thank you so much Gabby for helping me with my next journey !!

They are super helpful. I really like the free diaper pick up and how they also give you other stuff for your baby besides the diapers its very nice of them 🙂.

We have been attending the support classes via Zoom and having sessions at the Windcrest location. I’m not paid to brag about our dear coach and friend Brianna (Bri) Reyes. She’s been very awesome to converse with and share ideas with. Shes not afraid to learn from us as we take in and apply her advice as well. If your a parent / guardian to a 0-3 year old, or expecting a child, PLEASE DONT PASS UP THIS FREE SERVICE. Ask for Bri when you call, tell her I sent you. PS. Yesterday we went to our appointment and we got 1 item that we desperately needed, a changing pad for the baby. We literally had 1 that she (the baby) grew out of…and boy when I tell you I was super excited, the whole office heard me. This is what you get for attending to your kids, you get what’s needed!! (Diapers/ clothes/ pads/ information/ toys/ socks/ hygiene products/ new car seat/ to name a few)***PLEASE DONT PASS UP THIS FREE SERVICE.***

Latched is a great company! They have helped me and my family out tremendously! Everyone is always so nice, caring and knowledgeable! I wish I would have found them sooner!

This company volunteered to call me and offer me help , which I would never turn down help (greatfull ) keep in mind they sent and called me a total of 5 times with in the previous week to remind me of my appointment, keep in mind I had a disabled infant , I had to bring with me get all the way to my appointment and they call me three min before my scheduled appointment to tell me they are canceling my appointment. I was so upset that was so unprofessional.

Shout out to my Educator Erica since joining she has been a great support system and Educator. The latched program has helped a lot the diapers and wipes are very much appreciated!

I have been coming to latched support since February 2022 and I really like the staff Alycea and Taneka are really nice. I like learning new things that I may need in the future with my baby.

EDIT: what a life saver. I was frustrated and worried sent an email for help and the latched specialist called asap. Gave me advice and eased some of my concerns. I was engorged and didn’t know it. I’m doing better but I can’t imagine what I would’ve done without their help. Can’t say enough, almost made me cry because I was so grateful.ORIGINAL:Was really glad to have been given a referral by my doctor, I wasnt expecting that. I am super excited to get started and learned a lot of useful stuff in the meet with the Latched Specialist.

1st day back since PP Ms. Taneka is my specialist . Highly advised any new mommas to go to her ♥️ She’s nice and thorough.

Latched has help educate me during pregnancy and motherhood and provided wonderful support always.

Do not work at this job Or accept services from them, you can get everything at the dollar store. Very unprofessional management and in appropriate. They Terrible training poor at communication. Mainly Veronica is the one who is mostly Chaotic.Not respectful, Veronica is very rude an condescending she’s also very nice at first an then she turns arrogant. Do not trust or work for them. They’ll waste your time.

Had my visit with Gabriela and she gave me so much helpful information and signed me up for such useful resources! I highly recommend stopping by!

Super nice people that are ready to help you and your family out. The information they provide is amazing! & they also give your child essential items.

I just want to start by saying I love latch and every girl that I know thats pregnant I tell them about it because not only did they give you Pampers you have classes that you go to they teach you about breastfeeding and they also give you the tools to breastfeed your kids and in the classes they also have community things that they also do just to help out the community and people that are with kids

The girls are so nice and helpful. The information they provide does help me alot. They are a great help to me and my son.

They never show up , they cancel every appointment they set with me, multiple reschedules. They cancel On the day of! So I’ll never know how the program works because they don’t show up. At least whoever Betty is , doesn’t.
