Amazing care during a tough year of fertility treatments. Interacted with all the physicians in this practice and I was met with compassion and support. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of care, support and attention. I always felt there was time for questions and great education provided. I LOVE Dr. Munch! After I was pregnant, when I called after hours with a concern the on call physician spent 15 minutes explaining and reassuring me on the situation. I feel extremely grateful that he took the time to listen to me address my concerns.

We had such a wonderful experience with Texas Fertility Center. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and kind. The nurses and staff were always easily reachable for questions or concerns as we navigated fertility treatments. Dr. Munch is amazingly gifted and the kindest doctor I’ve ever had. She was always honest and explained in great detail what to expect all along the way through our time in treatment. Our nurse, Anahi was always so helpful and kind as we began IVF. The front staff always greeted us by name when we arrived for our appointments. Overall, TFC made the difficult and discouraging process of infertility treatment manageable and doable with their consideration, understanding, and expertise. We are so glad we chose TFC and are now looking forward to welcoming our baby boy in March 2025. Thank you TFC for helping us create our family!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Munch and her team! The entire team is attentive, caring, empathetic, supportive, and overall lovely to be around. Dr. Munch is hands down my favorite provider I have ever come across. She handles every situation with such compassion, grace, patience, and really takes her time to explain things. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she is clearly passionate about her work. Never once did I feel rushed or unheard as patient involvement was always evidently important to her. It was a bittersweet moment graduating from TFC. It is also extremely comforting that they care for updates throughout your pregnancy! I look forward to seeing them again!

We came to this clinic after not being satisfied with another clinic. The difference was night and day! Dr. Munch listened to our concerns and provided a step by step plan. Thank you to TFC! We welcomed our baby girl this year and we feel so blessed. A situation like this is hard on its own with out having a Dr/staff making things feel worse (I had prior bad experience), so when we were recommend this Dr./Clinic we decided to make the 3 to 4 hour drive and we dont regret it. Dr. Munch and her team were amazing. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, patient and kind. An extra thank you to our nurse Hannah, she was the one we worked the closest with and answered all our questions/concerns.

Love Dr. Erika Munch and all the amazing nurses and staff! I was having many years of difficulty getting pregnant, and I was diagnosed with infertility of unknown origin. I felt I was on my last leg when I started seeing Dr. Munch. But she was so hands on and supportive with me and my fertility medications and treatment that I felt hopeful again about success. She guided me thru successful egg retrieval, and I was blessed to get pregnant after she performed my first IVF procedure! My son is 5 months old now! It’s finally time to write a review about our experience. Our doctor was Erika Munch. I had an ovarian cyst removal surgery first with her and then we tried IUI for 4 times (unsuccessful ) so we decided to do IVF. They retrieved many eggs (around 21), but only 8 were good. We did genetic testing (that I definitely recommend getting), and we had 3 embryos. I waited a month, had a protocol but right before the transfer I had something in the uterus, so we decided to skip this cycle. And on my next cycle we did a transfer and it worked after the first try! We had our 9.9-pound baby boy in May 2023. Now my baby is 10 months and we are ready for the next one, so will be back next year!Dont rush into the protocol if you see that something is not 100% right, and also take an all-inclusive vacation right after the transfer, relax, and think positive and everything will be good! Good luck everyone with their protocols and Thank you Dr Munch and the clinic for everything. We will be back soon!

TFC was excellent in guiding us through our journey. Dr. Munch has a great balance of bedside and medical care. We were very pleased with her guidance. Where do we start?? Dr. Munch and the entire Texas Fertility Center SA team made our dreams come true. After five years of fertility treatments, obstacles, and disappointments, we are expecting our first baby this spring and are totally overjoyed! We began our fertility journey at a different clinic and after a few years made the difficult decision to change doctors. After meeting with several doctors, the choice was easy - it was Dr. Munch. Her expertise really impressed us, and most importantly, she gave us hope, something that not all doctors did due to my advanced age. During our time at TFC, we always felt at ease, taken care of, listened to, fully informed, and supported 100%. Dr. Munch never gave up on us and continued to give us the confidence to continue even when chances were very slim and doubts were creeping in. Hannah, our primary nurse, promptly responded to our (many) emailed questions and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Ruby, at the front desk, always made us smile and laugh and took such good care of us. We are forever indebted to the entire team for making our dream a reality. We cannot wait to share pictures and news of our baby boy with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

I highly recommend Dr Munch, her and her staff are amazing! Ruby is awesome too, she helped me so much understand our copays and deductibles, and even had me hold on to the copies in case I needed to refer back to them when our claims were filed (that helped out so much). I absolutely loved Sam, she was so helpful when it came down to understanding more of the treatments and any questions I had. My husband and I struggled for 2 years trying to get pregnant, and we were so lucky to find Dr.Munch. Our little boy will be due in December, and we cannot wait to meet him, and have him meet the doctor and staff that helped us create our family.

I just want to say how amazing Dr. Munch and her team are. From the first time I walked in They have helped me through this whole journey with doing my fertility treatment and 2 years later now I’m Pregnant with my baby. I’m currently holding my daughter that I’m extremely lucky to have here today thanks to Dr Munch. I always had a positive appointment with her and her team. Any questions or concerns I had didn’t get turned away no matter how silly I or my husband must have sounded. She always treated us as if we had known her for years and with the respect we didn’t receive from other doctors that told us we were “still young and had time, don’t rush.” Id choose Dr Munch over again over again and can’t wait for our next baby in a few years. I also want to thank Anahi, who I could always rely on to answer ANY questions I had. She was always a email or phone call away. She was always smiling and friendly every visit and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Dr munch and your team for my little miracle.

On 12/22/23 I had an appointment with Dr. Han who is assisting me with some ultrasounds needed by my fertility clinic in California. All I can say is Dr. Han gave me hope that their are still doctors out there who truly care about their patients with regard to comfort level, pain levels, anxiety, previous traumas and so on. Dr. Han has no idea how many times I have dreaded having anything done with regard to ultrasounds, paps, and fertility procedures. My experiences have not been the best. He is the first male doctor I have worked with (regarding paps and ultrasounds) and I am beyond recommending him to those who are in need of true care during this process. In my experience with female doctors there has been a notion that i need to get over pain due to what a baby brings. That my body is just like another woman’s. And that at 38 almost 39, I am considered a geriatric patient. I already know I’m older with having a kid, I don’t need a reminder. This process is already emotional and I will end by stating again that, you Dr. Han as well as my male doctor in California have brightened this IVF journey for me and hope that others will seek you out for assisting in making their experience a pleasant one too!

Dr Munch is so helpful and supportive. She makes she you understand your options and feel Comfortable. There are so many questions and feelings of being lost with fertility and after meeting with the team at TFC you feelMuch much better!My husband and I were now expecting in June!

We are so grateful for Dr. Munch and her team. A year ago we started our journey to parenthood and now we have a newborn. The office is definitely LGBTQ friendly. We actually got pregnant on the first try with IUI and I truly think it’s because Dr. Munch is an expert that perfectly timed the procedure. That even meant her doing it on a weekend! My wife and I will undoubtably be going back to her when it is time to expand our family.

My husband and I spent several years trying to get pregnant & after finally making the decision to see a fertility doctor, we have now been blessed with a perfect baby girl! Dr. Erika Munch was so helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend the Texas Fertility Center as Dr. Munch is patient & sets up a plan designed to address the areas of concern. No other doctor in my city understood why I wasnt getting pregnant. I had to travel to San Antonio to visit the Texas Fertility Center because for about 3 years, we were not getting pregnant naturally. But it was well worth it because after two virtual consultations and three visits to the Texas Fertility Center, I was able to conceive right away. We started the consultations in December and by February/March, we got pregnant. We now have a 3 month old baby girl and we are so happy we made the right choice in visiting the Texas Fertility Center. Thank you, Dr. Munch!

Dr Munch is an amazing Dr as well as her staff. They were very attentive to all my needs and questions. (Trust me I had a lot) This is where I went for my first round of IVF had I stayed in San Antonio I would be back but unfortunately I moved out of town. Over all I definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Munch is Godsend! She knew how to fix our problem right from day one at the consultation. Thanks to her I’m 10 weeks pregnant! She’s very smart and knows her stuff. The nurses and doctors were always so nice! I loved my nurse Annahe (not sure how to spell it). I’ll be going back to Dr. Munch and my nurse for more transfers!

Dr Munch and her staff are out of this world!!! I can’t imagine going through such a journey with any other doctor. My wife and I were initially with another fertility clinic that sadly didn’t result in the outcome we were hoping for, so we made the decision to change Doctors… that’s when we met Dr. Munch! She’s an angel!! So professional, so informative, so knowledgeable, but most importantly she’s empathetic. Every families journey is different and in most cases difficult… but not once did she allow us to fall into the hole of worry. If I could give TFC more stars I would. Dr. Munch is the best, she has has been so amazing. From the start she was honest and transparent about everything. I had an appointment last thursday. Dr. Munch was very informative and we liked that she made us feel comfortable. The reason for the low rating was the front desk staff Sharon. Let me preface by saying my husband and I know that these treatments cost money and aware it can be expensive. I gave my insurance information 3 weeks ago, plenty of time to verify my infertility benefits. We told Dr. Munch before and treatments or procedures, we would like to know our out of pocket first. After the consult Dr. Munch asked if we wanted to do an ultrasound my husband asked how much will it cost. She shook her head waved her hand and said it was nothing. When we went to check out Sharon grabbed the superbill and told us our total was $492. She then was rudly correcting the woman at check in for not collecting my insurance card. Which she did and it was even attached to my chart had she taken the time to look. We said for what. She responded the consult and US. I asked how much my insurance was covering and was told it was too late to verify my benefits.. mind you UHC has a 24 hour website. We informed her what Dr. Munch said and she just shrugged her shoulders. We asked if we could pay some now and be billed the rest after submitting to the insurance she shook her head as if we were inconveniencing her. I immediately called UHC and confirmed these CPT codes were covered and all I should have paid was a copay for a specialist. Now we are stuck waiting who knows how long for them to submit the information to the insurance and another 15 business days to get reimbursed. Sharon really needs to fix her attitude and insurance needs to be verified prior to patient appointments. Because of this we are unsure if we will be returning to the facility or seeking treatment with another provider.

Dr.Munch and the staff here are amazing! After trying on our own for 5 years and never having any luck and wondering why, we decided to set up an appointment...and I’m so happy we did! They were so kind and informative from the beginning. And after just a few appointments, we were expecting!! Now here we are today, blessed with a 3 week old healthy baby boy in our arms! As a newly married couple, my wife and I were confused as to why we were not able to conceive. After going to the Texas Fertility Center, this was the best decision we ever made. My Wife is now pregnant and we are so excited! The people who work here are not just employees, they go above and beyond for everyone. My husband and I cannot thank Dr Munch and TFC staff enough for the greatest gift we could ever receive!! After being declined by another fertility specialist based on my “older age”, Dr Munch and her team went of their way to help my husband and I. We owe everything to TFC!!! Texas fertility center and Dr Munch helped our family become complete. They are very professional and friendly.I have referred multiple couple having fertility issues to her office. We do live out of town and did travel hours to see her in San Antonio. But it was worth the time and money.

Dr. Erica Munch has been absolutely fantastic throughout our treatment. Our issues and concerns arise from the current state of the office and practice, and the extremely poor level of care we are receiving currently. Dr. Munch is out on maternity leave and there has been no new doctor assigned - instead, they decided to have the only other doctor take on all the patients when she clearly is unable to do so. We have not been able to get questions answered, we have had new medications pushed on us with no explanation, and they almost botched our attempt this cycle. We have been scoffed at and dismissed by technicians and nurses. It is clear that no research was done on our file as the doctor who took over was asking extremely basic questions that would easily be answered by a quick glance at our file. As if that wasnt enough cause for concern, if it wasnt for us requesting a sonogram they would have done an IUI at the wrong time. This is completely disrespectful. Your patients pay you a lot of money for the very best chance at getting pregnant and right now you are failing to deliver quality care. The sad thing about this is that if this is our experience then many other patients are most likely experiencing the same things.

I have to say overall even though Im currently in the process of an IVF w Dr.Munch...that between her and the staff...they have been kind, understanding and patient...Dr.Munch has made the right options for me with my medications and I cant thank her enough. Definitely highly recommended ❤👼👼F/u....04072022 I had achieved a successful pregnancy with my IVF cycle. And delivered a boy and girl, fraternal twins that mean the world to me and I cannot say thank you enough to doctor Munch and her professionalism and Proficiency in making this happen for our family and thanks to the staff that assisted her in doing so, if youre reading this then trust me youre in good hands, the best reproductive endocrinologist that Ive experienced with in growing my family besides Dr. Summer James who used to be also at this practice , may God Continue to rest her soul and family prayers.

If I could give TFC 100 stars I would. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Munch who helped me have a successful and healthy baby. Every single staff member had the best attitude each time my wife and I had an appointment. The girls were always so cheerful on each step we took and that was comforting to my wife and I. When going through a process like IVF, IUI or any procedure, it feels amazing to have such positive and supportive people around. It didn’t matter how many questions I had, they were always there to answer them. Our nurse was Hannah, who was the absolute sweetest and most patient/informative person. We were so sad having to say goodbye to them but we are very happy we will be seeing them again when we are ready to expand our family. Dr. James is the most incredible Doctor Ive ever worked with! She is so patient and kind, as are all of the wonderful ladies who work in the office! I have never felt more like a true concern and not just a number!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. James! She is my miracle doctor! Finally conceived after 6 years of trying, but only one month with Dr. James! I had been to multiple Reproductive endocrinologists, but was never successful, until now!!!

Dr.Munch and the oll staff here are amazing! I m 53 years old and i knew that my chances to have a baby are very small .After trying on our own for 7 years and i had 11 IVF procedure i never having any luck and we decided to set up an appointment...and I’m so happy we did! They were so kind and informative from the beginning. And after just a few appointments, we were expecting!! Now here we are today, blessed with a 7 months old healthy baby Lilia ! Thank you TFC/Dr.Munch for everything you did to help us out!!!

Texas Fertility Center is amazing, the care we received there from Dr.Munch and her staff is immeasurable. They’re ALWAYS there when you need them. It’s hard to find a doctor you can actually like but Dr.Much has our whole hearts. It’s really hard to leave and go to another OB for regular care now but I look forward to going back for our next addition, specifically for Dr.Munch.

We were with TFC for a year and 10 months! Throughout that time we got to know the staff and Dr. Munch very well. We did three IUI attempts in which all failed and then went to proceed with two IVF transfers. The first IVF transfer was a success but unfortunately we miscarried and throughout that difficult time the staff was there through everything! Not only the staff on site but the staff that works in the billing department as well! Dr. Munch was wonderful and guided us through every step as well as our nurse Anahi and gave us hope when we didn’t have any. Their compassion throughout the miscarriage was remarkable and made our lives through this difficult time a little easier knowing that they shared our pain. Once we began our second IVF attempt they understood our anxiety and fears and were nothing but reassuring and never dismissed us! Our second IVF transfer was a success and we have officially graduated from the TFC clinic. It is a bitter sweet feeling because we have been with them for so long but are overjoyed that we have progressed in our fertility journey to now see an OB/GYN. They are like our family and we will keep in touch with each of them.

Dr. Much and the nurses here are great. It was a little difficult to work with the billing department so I previously gave a lower star, but they reached out and clarified things. I find that out of pocket cost might be more effective than going through an insurance company (in my case - Progyny) - so confirm what the office will bill your insurance company before starting the procedure.

Id honestly recommend Dr.James &/or Dr.Munch to anyone who is having fertility issues & are seeking treatment options! (And actually have recommended them to friends!) Ive been so blessed with seeing both doctors! Where to even begin, these ladies are the sweetest women you will ever meet. They know what they are doing! They are there for you day or night, no matter the time, no matter how silly the question seem to be to you. They walk you step by step through everything & answer all your questions. I never once felt they were rushing the explanation, both took their times in explaining anything & everything to me. And trust me, I asked the same question like 20X because I kept forgetting how the process went or what the answer was! They never made me feel stupid or complained that I asked the same question or needed explanation again every visit! They truly took their time & made me feel special, every single visit. I drove from Corpus to San Antonio, they always accommodated me & what worked for my husband & myself. They will not do things until everything is 100% perfect. Which may seem so daunting at the time, but when you receive the results you are seeking, you are praising them for waiting until everything was just right! The staff, holy moly! Tess & Natalie are absolutely two of my favorites! Tess still cares months into my pregnancy! There was an incident that had Tess giving me her personal phone number because she wanted to make sure everything went alright! Why? Because that is how caring & loving their staff is!! Their entire staff is just absolutely truly one of a kind & remarkable all around! I am seven months pregnant & truly blessed to have found these doctors & their excellent staff to help me achieve the unachievable! I now live in Louisiana but already have plans on going back to Texas next summer to put my second daughter in by Dr.James! Also, Dr.James numbers speak for themselves. She has a very high (higher than the national average combined!) success rates! Which also helps explaining why she waits until everything is PERFECT before going through with certain steps! But, ladies, it does PAY to be patient. I promise you!Thank you Dr. James, Dr. Munch, Tess, Natalie & the rest of the staff for always being there for me! I am truly grateful for everything yall did for my husband & myself. I cannot wait to send yall pictures of Madison when she is born. Thank you all so much!

Dr. James was highly recommended to me by my ob-gyn when I told her about our difficulty in conceiving. Indeed, she was extremely knowledgeable, caring and pleasant to work with from the initial consultation appointment. We had a rather difficult journey requiring several cycles over a year to reach success. In Feb 2016, we welcomed a beautiful boy/girl twin who brightens our lives and we feel Dr. James is an integral part of achieving the happiness we now have every day. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. James and the TFC staff (Sharon, April and Nora) that took us through this journey. If you are struggling with conception, I would strongly encourage you to meet Dr. James and consider taking this journey with her.

Every appointment is rushed and little to no information is given on what the next steps are. The techs rush out as soon as possible and your expected to know everything the doctor is talking about while your legs are up, then no information is given to you as you walk out. Cattle, you are treated like cattle. Every appointment I have to go search for a random nurse to pull my chart and explain what is going on/medications/what appointment is next/what I need to do. I was in major pain after an IUI and my husband called in to see what medications, if any I was allowed to take. The nurse said she would have to doctor call back later, which never happened and we were left to figure it out. There is not enough literature, text reminders/phone calls, support or communication. I would not recommend this clinic for such a delicate process.

Dr. James, the nurses April and Sharon and receptionist Nora are the best! They are very caring and sweet through the whole process. Everything was explained and I had total confidence through IUIs and eventually IVF. TFC and San Antonio IVF are great about working with insurance to get the most out of your benefits. The best part is they know who you are when you walk into the office or call on the phone, and treat you like a person and not just a patient. They are very LGBT friendly and did not give us any static about being a lesbian couple. Im pregnant with our first baby thanks to the great staff at Texas Fertility Center.

The amount of care and service the entire TFC team provides is outstanding. They are such a well-run facility it absolutely amazes this Type-A-Project-Manager-By-Nature-Mama. They are responsive and timely at appointments as well as communications. Although they are definitely a larger facility, I never once felt like just another number on their patient list. Dr. Burger was caring, informative, patient, and kind. If I wasn’t able to see her due to scheduling Dr. Hansard and Dr. Propst swooped right in and made me feel like they knew me and cared about where I was in the process. The IVF informational session given by Dr. Silverberg the month I chose to attend was incredibly helpful and demonstrated the passion this team of professionals has for their work. Infertility sucks, there is no doubt about that; but knowing that you have a team of people that are thoughtful, experienced, and truly care about the outcome made all the difference in the world. I cannot sing their praises enough and cannot wait to introduce them to the Little One they helped us create.

The team at the Texas Fertility Center is AMAZING! It is hard and emotional dealing with infertility, but every step of the way Dr. James team showed compassion and genuinely cared about my husband and I. I just want to say THANK YOU to Dr. James and her staff. Ladies you made my journey as easy as it could be.

Dr James is wonderful & sweet!! The team members are wonderful as well. They all show great compassion for their patients. I highly recommend this place. They are with you every step of the way! Very blessed & happy I chose this center ...Im blessed with a healthy 1 year old little girl.

Dr. Summer James and I have been working on my issues getting pregnant for almost a full year now and I have never felt so comfortable and cared for by a doctor. We had to do some tests and surgeries but she was there every step of the way. I will be recommending Dr. Summer James to EVERYONE that is in need of fertility treatment.

We saw this facility to help figure out why I couldnt get pregnant. unexplained infertility I thought they would do more test to dig to see what could be the issue, I honestly thought thats why i saw a fertility specialist. They just referred me to a endo in SA, I dont live in SA. I called to see if they can refer me to someone locally, nothing. I even called to give them name/phone to an endo locally to send that referral. nothing. That was the end of my fertility treatment at TFC. Never heard back till this day.

Long overdue review here. My IVF journey with TFC started back in 2016. The late Doctor Summer James was my doctor. She was sweet, kind, patient & AMAZING at what she did. Even with going through chemo, sometimes literally doing a treatment while she worked, she never gave up on us who all had the desire to be a parent. I did have the privilege of having Doctor Munch as my secondary doctor & who did 1 of 2 of my transfers (among a few other patient visits). She was most definitely following extremely closely behind Doctor Summer James & was honestly learning from the best. She is a brilliant, kind, understanding & caring doctor. And I truly appreciate all that TFC has done for me. Thank you Doctor Summer James, I know your husband & children are beyond proud of you. Thank you so much for everything. And as well big thanks to Doctor Munch. I wouldn’t have my rainbow without you (& Doctor James). I highly recommend Doctor Munch at TFC.

My wife made an appointment 3 months ago. We show up today and I was told that they had been trying to contact us all last week. Turns out they had input our contact info wrong and couldn’t get a hold of us so they canceled our appointment.Soonest appointment available. 3 months…6 months total wait time for an appt? I would suggest having your staff double check information that is keyed in. This really ruined our day.

Dr. James is amazing and so is the staff. Thanks to these amazing people we are finally expecting our baby in August!

The staff was friendly and helpful as well as very professional.Dr.Munch was very kind and passionate through the whole process and always willing to answer any concerns and questions.I would highly recommend to all for a very positive experience.
