Dr T is an amazing, intelligent, kind human- and I am so grateful for his care over the last 8 years. I finally ended up with a full mesh sling- and am very grateful for this. He spent 4 hours fixing me- and I am so thankful. Thank you Dr.T for your patience and perseverance.

He is a good doctor but the receptionists are unfriendly and rude. The receptionists after being rude, hang-up the phone to me when I asked how much I have to pay on the day of my visit. She responded in a really bad mood hat I can call a day before. I told her my appointment is Monday morning, thats is why I am asking on a Friday. She got so upset that she hang up the phone. I called back but of course she didnt answer the phone. Is this what we pay for?

Office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Tracy was filing her nails while I was trying to speak with her about a problem. They’ve put me on hold until the office closes. They’ve told me things like, “Don’t call us. We’ll call you when we’re ready.” (Three times and it was 3 months before they called me back ) Refused to listen to me about what my insurance said about billing and refused to call the ins. co. Was told, “We don’t call insurance companies.” I liked the doctor but I can’t take this abuse anymore. I was I. Tears when I left their office today. Gotta find someone else.

Terrible Service from Tracy! My wife tried to make an appointment, she refused to accept the referral after it was faxed and sent through portal on multiple occasions. It is such a shame to have employees like this.

I am 21 years old, and was passed around from specialist to specialist since the age of 18. Being so young I never felt any Doctor had taken me seriously about the pain I was feeling. Finally was referred to Dr T. After 3 years being passed around by different doctors, he was able to assess and perform the surgery within 2 months and my pain was gone. Thank you Dr. T for being so patient and listening to my concerns.

Dr Treszezamsky had already impressed me with his extensive knowledge in his field and wonderful bedside manner before and after surgery. After his initial exam in his office, he sat with me - explained everything that he would have to do and even took the time to draw it out. However, when he took the time to personally call to check on me after surgery, answer some of my questions and reassure me that what I was feeling after surgery was normal I was again impressed. He also encouraged me to call if anything felt wrong and let me know that his answering service would get in contact with him if I needed. Not a lot of doctors would have taken that kind of time, some are too busy or some have a nurse check in which is nice thing to do as well but for the doctor to call added a nice personal touch. As for his office staff, I found April and everyone else to be both pleasant, friendly and very easy work with.I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews this is my second review ever but if you are looking for a good doctor and someone you can trust, Id recommend Dr. Treszezamsky hands down.

The office is very hot and stuffy with furniture that doesnt match and was very uncomforable to sit on. We also were made to wait 1-1/2 hours in waiting room and 1/2 hour longer before seeing the doctor. The assistant was very unprofessional and left me alone in the room with a catheter which hurt, she said she would be right back, after waiting 25 minutes I used my cell phone and called and told the receptionist to send someone in to take the catheter out! After complaining it did not good. He may be a good doctor but he needs to fix things.

Great doctor ! But really rude unhelpful staff. April is the most rude, unhelpful, sarcastic receptionist I’ve ever encountered. No telephone etiquette, none what so ever, she cuts you off, she is deliberately unhelpful, offers zero empathy and offers no solutions to whatever obstacles you have. So rude I will not get the help I need fromThere, the first time I had myAppointment she was just as rude In Person as she was over the phone. I work I’m customer service and would never treat a customer like that over The phone or in person! You work I’m he medical field, YOUR JOB is being understanding, empathetic and helpful to yourFellow man, especially in Urogynecology when most Of The people you see are in pain. Shame on you.

I saw Dr. Alejandro Trezezamsky in 2020 for an evaluation about a bladder prolapse and bladder leakage. He confirmed I needed a cystocele (bladder lift), rectocycele (rectum tissue repair), and urethra sling (fix bladder leakage). So I had the surgery in August 2020. In October 2020 while filling my gas tank in my car, I felt something major shift in my pelvic area. Went to see Dr. Treszezamsky again to tell him something was seriously wrong! He advised I should get a sonogram and said I could get the procedure with a pessary inserted (not the case). He gave me bad advice and said I needed to do a CT Scan or MRI since it looked like there were some spots from the sonogram that he really couldn’t see. I got sick and tired of him not listening to me when I consistently kept telling him how bloated I felt. I decided to go see another urogynocoligist (Dr. Ash Dabbous). Lo and behold he discovered I had an ovarian cyst the size of a honey dew melon!!!! I had that removed in February 2021. Just sending this review to be forewarned about Dr. Trezsezamski!!!

I went to see Dr. T after months of terrible bladder issues that my urologist seemed unable to solve. I have a history of recurrent UTIs, endometriosis and adenomyosis. I will say I was highly impressed after my first appointment because he spent a lot of time listening to my history. However, Dr. T didn’t do a urinalysis once in the time I saw him, even though my chief complaints were frequency, urgency and bladder pain/irritation. I had also been given a preliminary diagnosis of IC, which Dr. T said was unlikely. He diagnosed me with OAB and suggested an implant to help with frequency. After the initial trial, my frequency had improved but I still had significant irritation and pain. He told me there was nothing he could do about that, and thankfully he was good enough to refer me to a different urogynecologist. She discovered almost immediately after a special urinalysis that I had FOUR different bacteria growing, aka a UTI that had been left untreated for months, because neither the 4 physicians I saw at Urology San Antonio nor Dr. T did adequate testing, and as I said, Dr. T didn’t once do a urinalysis. I have since learned that the device he placed CANNOT be placed in someone with an infection. I’m so glad I went somewhere else. If you have a previous diagnosis of OAB, and have not suffered from frequent UTIs, he’s probably your guy. But if like me, you have a history of UTIs, look elsewhere.

Does not offer local numbing agent for cystoscopy procedure, which is an extremely painful procedure without any numbing. It’s unheard of to not use at least a local numbing agent, please do your research.
