Dr. Hatem is the absolute BEST OBGYN! Dr. Hatem was my OB during my first pregnancy and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and worry free. Every appointment Dr. Hatem took the time to listen to my concerns/worries as a first time mom and answered all my questions, I left every visit feeling better about my pregnancy because of him. On delivery day Dr. Hatem checked on me multiple times and made my first labor and delivery experience as calm and smooth as possible. I definitely recommend Dr. Hatem and look forward to working with him again in future pregnancies.Also, office staff is amazing! Office staff and Dr. Hatem really take the time to build relationships with patients and made me feel welcomed and supported at every visit.

I was so pleased to have chosen Dr Hatem as my obgyn! I wish I knew about him with my other two children. He was very patient and explained everything and anything he could for me. I would recommend him as your obgyn! It’s not just a job to him but he shows that he cares about his patients. If I hadn’t tied my tubes I would’ve definitely have him for future pregnancies! The nurses there are sweet… Great experience from Day 1 till my delivery date!!!

I want to give Dr. Hatem and the people who helped deliver my baby. A very big thank you from the bottom of my heart they were amazing. I was considered a high risk case from the beginning of my pregnancy all they way to end. Had my baby at 37 weeks was but what can I say Dr. Hatem is #1. From the office visits even to the time of the delivery made me feel at ease. Would recommend Dr. Hatem 100%.

Dr. Hatem is the best ! I had my baby almost 2 months ago. This was my second pregnancy, my original OB had retired so finding another one was a little nerve wrecking. But I do not regret my decision with Dr. Hatem. I wish I knew about him with my first. This was my second C-Section and it went 100% more smoother than the first. His staff in the office and the hospital are super nice and friendly. I felt comfortable at all appointment and if I had any concerns during my pregnancy, he made sure they were taken care of. Thank you 😊

Hatam delivered my third baby and will deliver my fourth hes so amazing and no long wait times the new office is beautiful and the staff along with Dr hatam are just so amazing I give 100 stars if I can every expecting mother should most definitely go to him !!! Update I had a miscarriage for my fourth totally fine god had other plans I’m on my fifth pregnancy and Dr hatam will be the first I call for everything he is the best OBgYN I know and won’t ever stop recommending him my babies he’s delivered even know about Dr hatam !!!

I had my baby April 21st of this year. Dr. Hatem was of course my OB. Since the very beginning of my pregnancy I started seeing him. The whole time Dr.Hatem helped me through it all. When I had my emergency c section due to preclampsia, Dr.Hatem was great! He reassured me everything would run smoothly. Which It did. He checked on the whole stay in the hospital. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this man! 1000000%. He is amazing!

Dr Hatem was an amazing, caring, and all around wonderful doctor . Every single employee I encountered on my pregnancy journey here at the office was sincere, responsive and catered to my needs . They made my last pregnancy a special and easy one and I’m super grateful ! Thank you so much Dr Hatem and all of the staff ! I had an amazing experience because of you all !

Definitely recommend Mr. Hatem he is very patient and understanding answers all questions and concerns and cares about your well being. His staff is amazing very polite and organized felt very welcome in each visit that I had through my pregnancy they were there each step of the way. Thank you for everything!!

If there was more stars to add to this review I would add them. Dr. Hatem is the most awesome OBGYN! He is best! Being a first time mom, I was so scared. They recommend Dr.Hatem they told me “he was a great doctor for first time moms”, and they weren’t lying. He always took the time answer the million questions I always had, he made each appointment so comfortable. I had a high risk pregnancy, and he always made sure I well taken care of. I really like that I was able to call at any time, and him and his team were always so helpful. I recently had my baby and thanks to him and God every went great. My c-section had no complications, he did a great job. While at the hospital, he took time at out his busy schedule to go and check up on me everyday that was there. He is truly an awesome doctor. I highly recommend him!

Best doctor ever!! I hope to stay in San Antonio for a while so he can deliver all my future babies. I wanted to write a positive review after my first appointment because I was so happy with his great bedside manner and genuine care to hear and answer my questions and concerns. But I held off writing this review until I gave birth so I could write a complete review. His staff is wonderful! They are so extremely kind, which I find is hard to come by in most offices these days. Dr Hatem is extremely knowledgeable, very up to date in his medical knowledge, and very positive. I felt the level of care and concern for my pregnancy was genuine and personal, Whereas in other offices, after multiple visits the doctors still don’t know or care who you are. He is very particular about always giving you the option to make your own choices after his suggestions, which is very appreciated. My birth experience was so very positive, which is amazing since I have such bad anxiety around medical trauma/pain. I really didn’t think i could have a positive birth experience, but i did! After reading so many birth stories from other women with different doctors, i don’t think it could have been a positive experience with any other doctor. In an environment where I truly could not control much, I still felt very in control of my options during the labor process and I felt confident I was in the best hands during delivery. The nurses in the Baptist hospital were also extremely positive about Dr Hatem, saying he keeps up to date in his knowledge and is a GREAT doctor!

I was looking forward to finding a new ob , drove an hour & a half to come just to be sent home by Myra or whatever her name is. Front desk isn’t very welcoming at all. This was my first time and it was a waste. I won’t be coming back

Switched to Dr. Hatem Hatem because the other provider I initially chose made me feel extremely uncomfortable and wasn’t trustworthy at all. First impression is everything, and Dr. Hatem Hatem was amazing, very thorough, compassionate and I definitely feel at ease under his care and one of the best providers I’ve ever seen!

Big shout out to doctor Hatem Hatem, I’m so blessed to have such an amazing and safe delivery because of him. His staff is so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend to others.

Dr. Hatem is the best! He always makes me feel very comfortable at each appointment. Although I always have a million questions, he takes the time to answer every single one of them thoroughly and gives me the reassurance that I need, especially with it being my first pregnancy. All of the staff that works in his office is also great and they are all very nice. Unfortunately, I had to move to a different city and look for a new OB, but I would definitely make the drive to San Antonio for an appointment, it is hard to find good doctors like him!

Dr. Hatem was my doctor for my second pregnancy (twins) and he was so amazing, I was very well taken care of. If Im going to have more children I will most definitely be going back to him.

Dr. Hatem is the most caring and professional OBGYN or Doctors in general that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I transferred care to him recently from another facility. So far I’m getting 100% better care and actual compassion.

This has nothing to do with Dr. Hatem because he is so amazing. But the phone system sucks no one ever sneers and the front girls are always really rude once they do answer Baptist needs to change that what a disappointment of a good doctor customer service should be a whole 360.

I love my doctor. It’s the “manager” on the floor that helps with vitals that is by far the most obnoxious person in the history of obnoxious people. Not only can she not hear, which makes you say everything 3 times, minimum, she’s also pushy and argumentative- refusing to shut the hell up! You say no to something and she insists. Then goes on and on about why she’s insisting. It’s my body. It’s my decision. I’m allowed to say no and I don’t care about what the rules are. Then as if I’m going to be threatened she ends every comment with “I’ll let the provider know,” or “I’ll put it in your chart!” As if I’m going to change my answer cause she’s going to tell the person I’m already going to tell or put it on paper. When I asked why she was helping me and not my usual lady she said she’s the manager and helps out. I said she can’t be the manager cause her service is trash. And she asks “excuse me!?” As if I’m not going to say it again. I’ve had a mostly positive experience but today the fact that this “manager” couldn’t get the hint or shut up was astounding to me.

I was referred to Dr. Hatem by my PCP. I was sceptic, due to only seeing female gynecologists in the past. I had been going through a rough time with painful periods. The wait time and staff are excellent. When I met him it was like I was talking to a good friend or even family, he made me feel right at home, explained all my options and went into detail with a diagram. I was very surprised he spent so much time with me, and didn’t rush me through the appointment and my understanding of each option I had. His bedside manner is the best I’ve experienced. If you leave a message he or his staff will personally call you back.I would of definitely chose him to deliver my three children if I would of found him sooner.

I was skeptical, but my PCP referred me to Dr. Hatem for problems with my period. I was truly amazed at how he made me feel so comfortable it was like I was with a good friend or family that’s how comfortable he makes you feel. He explains all your options in great length and detail and makes sure you understand, without pushing his opinion on you. Always asks if you are comfortable & are experiencing pain during any exam. He or his staff will personally call you back when you leave messages.I only wish I would of known about him sooner instead of suffering with this pain.

Dr. Hatem is the best ! I wish I knew of him sooner to deliver my first born but thankfully I got referred to him for my second ..he took time out of his day to check up on me everyday at the hospital after my csection...the staff is amazing especially Jackie! I 100% recommend this Doctor YOU WONT REGRET IT !!!!

I highly recommend! Always ready to answer all your questions. He doesn’t have his nurses call you. He calls you personally to answer your concerns. I recently had surgery, everything was performed perfectly. He called me on the very first business day after surgery to check on me. Again, not A call from the nurse. He immediately scheduled my next appointment for results. Attentive and quickly taken care of.

Visit were too fast. I felt like he didnt give me time to ask questions and he didnt offer enough information during the visits. Lacked attention to labs, ended up finding out i had gestational diabetes from another provider 8 months in to my pregnancy. Staff is amazing.

Dr Hatem was the best OBGYN through my pregnancy he made sure if I had questions to ask them and he explained everything to where I understood and by the end of my pregnancy he delivered my daughter with such care and made sure I was comfortable

Front staff is extremely lazy that wont even check you in you have to do it online when its only a click to check you in, however they can be on the phone doing other things but what can you do only hope the computer system boots them out of a job you and we wont have to hear or see their attotude. First time seening and meeting Dr. Hatem and omg hes so understanding and explains everything to you and answers all the questions you have and gets you in the right path I would definitely recommend him to everyone hes awesome and cant wait to see more results with my baby the nurses and everyone there make you feel so comfortable and the wait time is not even long I was maybe in the waiting room for like 3 mins
