If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Lou Villarreal tells you one thing and another happens. I got genetic testing done at this office and I specifically asked if I should call my insurance to make sure I dont get a surprise bill. She reassured me that it would be taken care of and that Natera also covers Medicaid. I just got a $500 dollar bill for from Natera! I should have just stuck to my gut and called my insurance instead of taking her word.She also mentioned that she does not do the delivery due to being part time but then I got a notification of another $500 bill for labor and delivery?? I never confirmed that I was going to stick with her anyways so not sure why they would have put that on my file. (Its taken off now)During visits with her I felt like I was constantly repeating myself, she would make faces when I was talking about my medical history which was VERY uncomfortable. She mentioned that she would ask another Dr for recommendations to a specialist and never got a list from her so Im assuming she forgot. At one point I was in the middle of talking and she opened the room door ready to leave. The last visit I had with her she left the room to go get my records thinking she was going to come back... nope that was the end of the visit. Very unprofessional. I dont see her anymore and I glad. Im under the best care now.I will say the front desk ladies, MAs, and phlebotomist are super nice and welcoming. They were great!

Highly HIGHLY recommend NP Gennie. She listened to my issues even though I was a bit late to my appt. She made me feel heard about my issues and ordered what I needed. She was thorough and I appreciated her attentiveness to my back pain. Her aids Rosa and Cyndy were kind and fast with my paperwork. Best of all I got my labs done immediately as they have their 9wn Quest Labs there. 10 out of 10 love this NP and office.

First, I just wanna start off by saying CommuniCare at lucky ranch is By far the most amazing Doctor Office I have ever encountered. There front desk Staff are kind and sweet and very professional always. Their nurses are kind and sweet. They always check in with us to see how we’re doing and really get to know who we are and who our kid is lastly, My husband and I want to Honor David Stachniak he is truly a tremendous pediatrician. From the beginning, he made my husband, and I feel very comfortable, He gave me lots of peace how he was with my child. He is very thorough, caring and kind truly cares about his patience and the well-being of them. His team is wonderful.

First time trying to go here and probably last as well. I went through the online portal to book an appointment in person, which was 2 weeks away. The day before they call me to tell me that although I booked in person appointments, they only have virtual appointments. They asked if they could accommodate me 5 days later which I had already asked for time off from my job to make the appointment which in that case I rather go elsewhere. How are you going to have a 2 week pending appointment, and let them know they day before at 3:30pm? Like do yall not need to ask for time off when you need appointments to anything. If its starts as a headache, it will end in a headache.

I had my first visit here at this location and will be returning. Ms. Gennie, NP was the provider I saw and I was more than satisfied with her. She was very attentive to my needs and the reason for my visit and her manner was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Her staff was great as well they mirrored her professionalism and manner. Thank you all for the wonderful encounter.

My experience with Dr. Paulson today was outstanding at Luckey ranch location. From the moment I walked in, Cynthia, the medical assistant, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Stephanie, the lab tech, was efficient and skilled, and Jessica, the practice manager, ensured that everything ran smoothly. If excellent customer service is important to you, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Paulson and his wonderful team.

Despite being informed of no available appointments until the end of the year or acceptance of new patients, I contacted Communicare and managed to secure a slot within the month. Upon sharing my health worries, a courteous lady named Cyndy promptly reached out to me with a cancellation for the same week. During my visit, the front desk staff were friendly and hospitable. I was attended to by Nurse Practitioner Amber Gennie, who was kind, thorough in explanations, and addressed all my worries. I am deeply appreciative of the service provided.

Everyone is friendly and considerate of your time. I see NP Menchaca - he is the best, most knowledgeable provider Ive ever seen. He takes time to examine, listen and to review the plan of care. His bedside manner is far above any Ive experienced in the past!!

Front staff friendly & helpful. Nurse Maberly so sweet, patient, good memory of her patients & fast with treatment plan ( rxs & orders for further treament sent by the time i left). I saw her last on February 2024 at a different facility & she remembered me.Dr. Menchaca Jr. is kind, patient & listens to all your concerns. Stephanie the lab tech friendly & thorough on orders to make sure more labs taken than needed.

I was please with Maya, MA. She did a thorough job on her assessment, she was very patient, kind and professional.And this was the first time meeting Dr. Luo.She was very knowledgeable with great bedside manners.Thank you for a great experience.

Dr. Lou Villarreal was so sweet. She is very patient and makes you feel safe. I am glad I went to her, I never had a doctor be so warm hearted. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back to her.

This is the worst communicare I have been to. The medical assistants never want to answer the phone and when they do they navigate you back to customer care. Nurse practitioner gennie has no sense of urgency or care for her patients health needs.

Chastity and Andrea were great.Chastity was training Andrea. She is a wonderful teacher. They were both so patient with me.I went to see Arturo Menchaca NP for an appointment on 12/27.He was great, kind, and very knowledgeable.Spent time with me and explained lab results.Maya Umack took my blood pressure manually, and knew what she was doing.Very competent and kind. Made me feel welcome.Every time I go for an appointment with Arturo Menchaca NP. I am so impressed with his knowledge and patience. He answered my numerous questions and concerns.I very much appreciated the kindness and concern shown to me by staff Luisa and Chastity.

This was my first visit, I had to get a primary doctor due to my previous doctor moved. All I can say is I’m so thankful that I had to get a new physician!!! The office staff is the nicest, the office is so clean, wait time was minimal, I saw NP Arturo Menchaca and I’m so amazed at his politeness and attention. He listens and understands what your concern are and gives a great treatment plan. I never felt rushed or that I wasn’t being listened to. I can’t say that I’ve ever felt so happy leaving a doctors appointment. They have a lab technician Stephanie on site, I didn’t have to go to another location to have my labs done. She is so sweet and caring! This office is amazing, please don’t change anything there, you all rock!! I’m so happy to call them my Care Team!!

Dr Ryan Paulson is amazing! He’s been my PCP for about 3 years now. He really takes the time to listen and puts your health at his top priority and he’s also very personable. I highly recommend him!

Everything about the Communicare Health System by the University of Texas Medical System is first class. From the switch board operators to the attentive nurses and staff to the booking of appointments to accepting patients in a timely manner to the laboratory’s timely manner and especially to the Doctors it is a model of professionalism that all health facilities to follow. I am 70yrs old and was never happy with any health system I went to until Communicare accepted me as a patient ! In the fifteen years I’ve been lucky enough to be accepted in I’ve had many Doctors and Dentisits and each and everyone of them has been so very professional. I am now using Commerce St. Facility for Dental work and pharmacology. Dr Roller is my dentist and she is amazing ! Her staff is amazing ! If you have a 1:00 appointment you will be in the chair before 1:10. Lucky Ranch is my medical location and with severe COPD AND ASTHMA I frequently have breathing problems that pop up at any time.Rosa Gomez will return my calls immediately and sets me up either in person or video with my favorite Dr of all time. His name is Dr. Paulsen and he is not only an amazing Dr. but also an amazing man. I could never be happier over the last eight years he has encouraged me and kept my body in check ! My hat is off to the most first class medical system of all times ! In my opinion UT Medical system is the G.O.A.T. ! ! !

All associates are super friendly and helpful; Cyndy especially went the extra mile. Dr. Paulson is incredibly personable and puts you at ease. He makes sure that your care is being managed to your highest standards. This is a great practice.

Absolutely love this center. We started coming here because my son didn’t have insurance yet. It’s sliding scale depending on income, but that doesn’t affect the quality of doctors. We have seen two different ones and they are clearly invested in their jobs. I brought in my son today (he had strep and unfortunately developed pneumonia) and you could see the care and concern on the doctors face. All too often providers get more callous, and less empathetic, especially when you are doing that job day in and day out. The staff clearly enjoys each other, and you can feel the good energy. The building itself is new, and they do a good job of keeping it clean. I have had nothing but good experiences here, and even with my son now having good insurance, I think we will continue to be patients for a long time.

Dr. Stach and his team are absolutely great with my little girl!! My husband got to meet him on her first visit, but I had to take her in today and he made me feel so at ease with the diagnosis and treatment. He even took the time to play and make her laugh during the exam, when she started to get upset. I highly recommend the team over at Lucky Ranch :)

I have a serious chronic illness and I’ve been to many doctors over the last 25 years. I recently relocated to TX and was really concerned about finding a good primary care physician. My initial appointment with Dr Paulson was great. He is like a breath of fresh air. His passion for patient care is very evident. He explains what’s going on and makes sure you understand. He listens to you and gives clear directions on his plan of care. I’m looking forward to being under his care. I also want to mention that the office staff is very helpful and polite.

I have received great service. Dr. Ryan Paulson listens, explains, makes you feel very comfortable. Lab service is fast and the lady in charge has a great personality. The receptionist rocks. Overall, the whole staff has been great, assistants and nurses are always very nice.

Based on my personal experience with CommuniCare and its staff, the staff is always very attentive, professional and helpful , I truly feel they care about the patient. I am very happy with my Doctor, Dr. Paulson, his level of care has been excellent, he explains well and is very thorough, I have not felt like he is rushed or rushing me when consulting with him. I am so excited to establish care with Dr. Paulson! It’s been over 15 years since I had a good doctor and I had a long list of concerns. They took me right in without a wait, and he spent all the time I needed addressing every question and taking a detailed background. When I left, I was given all my appointments and referrals- many of them in the same facility! They have family, pediatrics, teens, and labs all right there! I would highly recommend Communicare!

I love how quick and efficient this location is. All the Doctors, Nurses, and Medical Receptionist I have come across have been absolutley kind and helpful. I have taken my toddlers in a handful of times and each visit never disappoints. We have always gone in as walk-ins and we were able to get seen almost immediately every time. Love this location and all the lovely staff that work there! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I came in for an appointment and from the moment we walked in the receptionist was very welcoming and checked us in immediately. The Nurses Sam and Ms. Amy were extremely friendly and helpful, Stephanie the lab tech was friendly and was and Dr. Menchaca listened to all of my wife’s concerns, never once cut her off or got irritated with her additional questions. We have never had an experience at a Dr’s office such as this one. We highly recommend this location and will be making this our primary physician doctors office.

Provider Menchaca at the Luckey Ranch office was exceptional, he listened to my concerns and helped me to manage my pain effectively.

I LOVE this place. They definitely treat us like family. The way that they welcome us as we arrive is so heart warming. My daughters (4 and 6) feel soo comfortable with Dr. Rodriguez and the staff that they actually like going to the doctor ☺ I love how they go above and beyond to make sure my daughters get the treatment they deserve. The staff is very responsive to messages and phone calls and I truly appreciate that. They genuinely show compassion when treating my girls. Thank you CommuniCare for taking care of my daughters.

I absolutely adore the staff at the Luckey Ranch location, so much so that I’ve made it a habit of bringing them cookies every in-person appointment I have! From the start, they have treated me with so much kindness and patience. I hadn’t had health insurance until last year and the front receptionist staff walked me through setting up Dr. Paulson as my primary care provider through my insurance portal. I then saw Dr. Luo who validated my feelings over my health concerns and made me feel seen. And once I had my first appointment with Dr. Paulson, I knew I was in great hands. He and I are not only working on bringing my weight down, but also getting the psychiatric help I requested so I can be my best self and live my best life. Even their office manager, Jessica(? sorry if I got it wrong, I’ve only gotten your name once!) went the extra mile for me by helping to resolve an error message I received setting up my patient portal just so I wouldn’t have to deal with the call center. This office as a whole makes me feel like a human being, unlike other Communicare offices I’ve been to. From the receptionists to their intake staff to their doctors, I adore each and every one of them for how they’ve treated me. I personally live 30+ minutes from this location, but they are so worth the drive. If I could give you all more than 5 stars, I would!

I’ve never circled back to write a review of a previous place of employment, but my experience with the staff at CommuniCare Luckey Ranch was so fantastic that I wanted to take a moment to share a few words here. I often turn to google reviews for insight and hope someone finds this post helpful!Jessica C., the manager at this site, cares deeply about the staff and goes above and beyond to ensure quality patient care. The MAs I worked alongside were attentive, caring, and genuinely good people. In my experience, the providers at this location treated MAs and patients alike with kindness and respect. From a behind the scenes perspective, I watched the providers dedicate significant extra time and energy to ensure their patients received adequate follow up (referrals, authorizations, treatments, medications, etc.) From an employee experience, this site was well-staffed, clean, cheerful, and well-managed.I will miss working with this wonderful team, but hope many in the nearby community will find a “healthcare home” at CommuniCare Luckey Ranch!

My first and last time going to this location. My son had an appointment set for 3/21 @11am. That’s been scheduled for a month… we showed up at 10:40am… to be told that Dr Mills took off for the month of March… BUT THEY FAILED TO CALL US TO RESCHEDULE. so we already starting on the wrong foot. We are told that we could reschedule for Thursday… as if we didn’t have work and life in general to upkeep. We already took time off work to bring him in and get him the help that he needs… a young woman comes from the back and says yes we can see him today… to then come back minutes later and tell us that the doctor is backed up and my son couldn’t be seen today… and then make a big deal about a doctors note and high he needed to go back to school… To end it here, this clinic is extreme unprofessional, I definitely do not recommend. The receptionists are unprofessional as well, they aren’t friendly… they make no eye contact with you when you are speaking to them. Not even a Good morning when you walk in. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great experience! Prompt check in. Front office staff took my insurance information and other information. She kept me informed while waiting. Back office staff promptly did my intake and again kept me inform through the visit. Provider listen to me and we both work on theplan of action for the management of my medical condition. I left with a virtual visit appointment. Great job team!

I had my new patient appointment with Dr.Paulson. And for years I had specially had only female doctor. But after finding this location on Google and reading all the review of his. I felt like God was highlighting him to me so I went with him. And I’m so glad I did. He was super friendly took his time with me. Genuinely seem caring and didn’t rush the visit. He took time to ask me questions and took time to listen. I also loved how he explained everything to me as far as how we were moving for when it came to my health. I also decided to sign up with my kids with the Pediatrician doctor they have there. And I decided to try their OBGYn too. I love the conviene of having all the doctors I need all in one spot it makes my life so much easier. The staff in the from was very nice and also caring and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend them and already started to tell friends and family about the lucky ranch location.

This location is always so fast and the team is always so welcoming. But the reason why I come to this location, even if its about 30 mins away from me. Is because nurse Cynthia Cindy has been the nurse that has seen me since I was a kid, back at the Barclay location with Dr. Blanchett. Thats been almost 30 yrs. Now I see Dr. Paulson and hes such an amazing doctor and always accommodates his patients!

Ive had a good experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. The Dr. is thorough. I visited after reading good reviews and it didnt disappoint. Im happy to now call this place my Primary Care and will continue to see them for my health care and bloodwork in the future.

I and my children are seen at communicare, we’ve gone to two different locations and we’ve had a good experience at both and with each doctor we’ve seen. All our concerns are always addressed and they make time for every question we have. The front desk is always very pleasant and helpful.We do always have very long wait time before actually being seen by the doctor, that typically goes well past appointment time. So always plan for a long visit. I think this is because they give each patient the time they need and do not rush you, so I find this to be a positive too, just make sure you plan for that.

My husband & I love Dr. Ryan Paulson. We initially met him at another location very close to our home, however he was moved to another location way across town. Well we followed him simply because he cares. He takes the time to evaluate your health. He listens to you and takes action. He has a wonderful bed side manner. We love his nurse, Hailey. Everyone at Lucky Ranch follows his example of caring & that speaks volumes.

From start to finish the front desk associates , nurse Sam , lab technician Stephanie and thee amazing Dr. Menchaca Jr. Was nothing short of amazing! Now let’s be honest how many times can you say that for a first time DOCTORS VISITS at a new facility where these staff members i mentioned personally rocked!! And I’m sure the entire office staff is the same way because how can you not work with someone with such amazing and informative spirits it not rub off on you . Clean office and such a high spirit team I have made them my primary Doctor office ❤️ Go Communicare Luckey Ranch !!

So great! My family was looking for primary care and Dr. Paulson is incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time and more importantly he listened. It’s a great feeling that I don’t need to piecemeal my healthcare and can get it all in one place. All other staff was also super nice, welcoming, and caring :-)

Had an amazing front desk (receptionist). Was able to get my information to help my little twin girl and got me seen with in moments of getting there. I know for sure to make an appointment but the experience and the visit was amazing. I do thank you team (doctor and nurses) for helping us.

And if youre anything like me, I can spend hours looking at reviews crossing my fingers hoping to find a provider that will fit.Dr. Paulson does not fall short for his patients. He truly will advocate for you, Im astonished. Every concern, every visit, I never leave discouraged. I believe he goes above and beyond, Im quite shocked because Im not used to a Doctor caring enough to even try. I highly recommend Luckey ranch cc! Staff is great and friendly!

Dr. Ryan Paulson is the best and listens to all my concerns. I like that he doesnt refer to his patients as patient he says my friend, it personalizes the care and makes you feel like he does care and wants the best for you. He also genuinely listens. 5 Star doctor!

By far the BEST clinic I’ve ever taken my children to. The whole stuff is very kind and welcoming. Dr. Rodriguez is the best. She is so patient and kind to my girls. She always listens to all of my concerns, no matter how silly they may seem to me. The MAs here are also so amazing. My daughter is terribly afraid of shots, and she screamed (like SCREAMED!). They didn’t judge her or I but came in the room and converted her. They reaffirmed to her that she did a great job! They made my daughter feel so loved. It is truly a family feel here. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable, doctors are always finding ways to answer your questions to where you can easily understand and your long term wellness is always their concern. I am extremely impressed with how clean the facility was. From the moment we walked in with our sick baby the receptionist showed us care and compassion. She was kind and attentive to everyone in the lobby and made us feel at home.The medical assistances engaged also with care and compassion with our sick baby. Although they had other patients they took their time and made us feel like we were the only ones.Our interaction with Dr. Mills exceeded our expectations. She actually sat down to discuss our concerns with our son. She was transparent, genuine and showed compassion with him. Normally when we go to the doctor I feel rushed but she took her time, listened to our concerns and created a plan of action to a speedy recovery.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Carolina who referred me to Communicare and Dr. Mills for taking care of our son!I will highly recommend Communicare to anyone in San Antonio seeking healthcare. Was a great initial visit. But hood luck getting care for a non routine issue. I called on Tuesday and Wednesday and got a message. Left a voice mail and never got a call back. Finally got a call center in the phone Friday to be told theyre closed. Was offered a virtual appointment for my kids chest congestion a 2 week old cough. Im seeking a new primary care asap.The day u went they said they did typically have same day availability. But they have to actually return calls for that to be possible . It stinks when good doctors practice gets ruined by the front desk.

When I arrived the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. My wait time was minimal. I arrive to get some stitches removed from my wound. The doctor was very nice and took his time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend Communicare Centers!

This was my first visit, everyone was very nice. Love that there was only one person at the desk not six. The doctor was very nice. So far I really like this place.

Returned to do a quick Nurse visit 11/4/22 and by far the best customer service from admin staff, Shantay. She was professional in her approach going above and beyond with my queries about vaccine records.Wonderful experience at Luckey Ranch Communicare. Dr Paulson always has positive vibes and the staff are just amazing from the front desk to the Medical assistants, everyone is helpful with my questions they take care of all my healthcare needs. Will reccomend to all my friends and family.

In general, I never have a bad experience with my doctor or his staff. Its always 5 stars for me.Mari met me at the front door to do the mandatory Covid screening before I could enter. She was exceptionally kind, and even spoke with me for a bit about some common interests. My son and I love this location most. Dr. Paulson has a wonderful team.

I love that they get you back in a timely manner. Allison and Chante are super nice. I like that they send pre registration forms through text to have completed, so when you walk in just put a code on the kiosk and your checked in. Cyndy is very caring and down to earth, good listener. Dr Paulson is very thorough, informative and caring good bedside manners. Kylee was fast and thorough w my check out and f/u appt. I also love how all MAs at the nurses station acknowledge every patient that walks through the area. I recommend Luckey Ranch location to anyone who is needing a pcp. Very convenient they have pediatrics, family practice and soon they will be having ObGyn services. Love you guys!!

I had an appointment for a lab follow up today with Dr Arturo Menchaca. Once again he was a very patient man! I have a hearing impairment and cant read lips through masks so he wrote every question down. I felt so respected! Many folks just try to raise their voice and its not loudness but pronunciation and lip reading that help me understand. The other staff were very patient too! I appreciate you all, thanks so much!

The distance was pretty far but I’m willing to make that distance for Dr Paulson . The check in was a breeze , very easy and convenient. The office lady with bleached hair needs to be talked to about her attitude. 2nd time with a run in with her makes me want to switch doctors all though I like Dr. Rodriguez. This time she really made me mad telling me that my daughter has symptoms that she has never had. Telling me I should have known it was a virtual appointment which I was never informed. The WIC office is great Elizabeth is always amazing. Only problem I have I with the office assistant in the communicare building she made the rating go down.

Mrs. Elizabeth was very helpful on helping me getting approved for WIC, as a first time mom I did not know what to do and what kind of help I could get. I was given a lot of helpful information on how to breastfeed. I live about 20-30 away and I do have other locations closer to me but I will stay at this location because of the good service I was provided with.

(NEW update!) for the response I received: As I said they are taking on to many patients and never tried to reach out to me about anything for anything. They need to refer people back to the insurance company and notify the insurance companies who set them up with new patients they cant accept news ones. Either that or they better expand and hire new doctors and entice them with better pay as long as they have the actual good medical skills.Just got placed with a doctor in this office and I cant meet with him for a month and I have some medical that I would like address asap that cant wait. The wait is ridiculously long. This company is to corporate its so impersonal.So they need to relax with taking on so many patients that it takes a month to meet. Thats to much time. Im going to need to find another doctor.

I can read and write ✍️.This is just for a childs physical not brain surgery.I made the appointment weeks ago, took time off for work and went to this clinic to face all this discrimination in this time and day?????Its almost 2023 people! Give deaf people some credit. Especially an educated deaf man with college degrees and a job.Dont be so holy ignorant. Cindy was so sweet and helpful in getting me get a Drs excuse thirty minutes before I was supposed to be at work. It showed the type of commitment that I look for in my PCP. Dr. Paulson is also very attentive and seems to genuinely care, and for that I am very grateful and on a road to healthier living.

I moved to Texas in Nov/2021...Came from California and had the same MD for over 20 years. Finding and navigating the MC Healthcare system is a world different. I asked my mothers caretaker and she recommended a few clinics. I called Communicare and was able to secure visit with a new physician and have absolutely zero complaints. He listens and directs me to the nest approach to Healthcare. AM quite satisfied and have definitely recommended him to my sister who was also looking for new doctor.

I love the WIC program! I’m so happy they opened a WIC in Lucky Ranch less than 5 minutes from my house. Elizabeth was great at helping me reapply and get benefits started right away. She also gave me information to SA food bank and they helped me apply for other services. I’m so grateful for the service they provide and everyone is always so friendly and personable. Thank God for WIC!

Went for 3rd booster jab. Friendly and efficient reception stall, Mari and Allison. Kaylee gave me the booster, very professional, I hardly felt the jab. Jessica checked on me after while I was in the waiting room to be sure I didnt have any problems. Very clean waiting area.

Absolutely worst place to book appointments. The pediatrician is always “out on emergency” causing my daughter to have to rebook her two month shots five times and at that never got to it. I had to find somewhere else to take her due to lack of appearance on the doctors part.

I was okay when I got there kind of shake up get a new doctor but when I got to see my doctor and his assistant 😁 I left there very please Dr. Paulson West awesome 👍 and Stephanie took my blood and she was great I really enjoyed the first time visiting cant wait to return love everyone great staff.

Really friendly staff. Very courteous. Doctor is polite. But you know you are just a 15 minute slot. My grandsons both suffer from PANDAS SYNDROME. Since this is not recognized by fda most physicians are either ignorant of the disease, know a little or refuse to speak with you about it. The doctor responded to me when I brought this up was he had other patients and could not spend time researching this for one patient. This illness put one of my grandsons in psychosis for over a year and left residual aftermath. Anti- streptomycin blood test need to be done every 3-6 months for titre. He was in the low 100’s but now is in high 500. FDA says that is ok. It is not. He did order the test for us but on the follow up with results of that test he said” and the anti strep test you seem to think is so important “. When this illness was diagnosed the count was in the 1000 range and his brother was high 500. Both not acceptable with the symptoms it produces. We still have not been put in with a psychiatrist for them. No rx for the younger one because he tells doctors he doesn’t need it. So now he has no rx st all. He refuses to take it sometimes because that is a symptom of mental illness he has. He is bi-polar and has anger oppositional disorder. I feel the dr is not showing concern for the problems these boys have by not showing interest in their disorder, fda recognized or not, this illness is well known by now and well documented. Not happy. Medicaid ties your your hands for good care. The medical field has liters closed it’s doors on Medicaid patients because they make more money with private insurance. So the oath they take mended to be taken off the wall. Communicare is a clinic. And if that is where you get stuck going you have to use all of their doctors. I have no faith in their knowledge if these boys get really ill. I think he will have to google it. Still looking for other options.

This clinic is beyond ridiculous!!! I have been on hold for about 45 minutes to an hour 4 TIMES !!!! It’s like nobody works in the office I don’t understand. It’s not even that busy for nobody to be doing their job . I have been waiting for weeks for my doctor to send a prescription in for my medication or a call back and I get neither . Very very disappointed it’s sickening and stressful.

The red head receptionist called in a false fire alarm, due to her having some gas. Fire department came and closed the whole shopping center for an hour and half. The whole incident caused mass hysteria for no reason. Had everyone outside in the sun for no reason. Fire department had to callCps to read the levels of gas in the air. Found nothing irregular.
