We were told to come in right after court but my ex was having delays. the receptionist was very understanding, accommodating and allowed us to get all the paperwork and things filled out ahead of time anyway. Very sweet, helpful and compassionate.

“I had a fingerprinting appointment at ARCpoint Labs scheduled for 12:30 pm and arrived at 12:00 pm. The front desk informed me that they’d take me after 12:30 due to their lunch break, which was completely fine. However, just two minutes later, another friendly staff member came over and offered to start entering my information into their system to save time in case additional details were needed. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend this place.”

I had an appointment for 2:00. I arrived early at around 11:30. I did not mind waiting till 2:00 if I had to for my hazmat fingerprinting even though there was no other people waiting for an appointment. After waiting about 5 minutes I was told they do not do hazmat fingerprinting. It was a complete waste of my time To make this appointment off of their website for my haznmat fingerprinting and they do not even offer this service. The lady behind the desk is very rude.

Plaçe was convenient and close to me. The employees are very friendly and helpful in every aspect of the process. Everything was conveyed in simple and easy ways, so that nothing was confusing or inefficient to process.Time wise, the whole process was probably max - 20 minutes. This is the fastest and best experience regarding anything dealing with Government processes.

The technician and doctor did a great job at finding out what was wrong with my nerves and muscles in my arms, hands, and shoulders. They were very thorough and helpful in letting me know what they were going to do, the process, and the results. I would highly recommend them.

The place is a little hidden, but finally I was able to find it, if you read the instructions to details when they give you directions you won’t have a problem finding it. As you walk in the place it is very clean and organized the first thing I noticed was the staff, very professional, very friendly. I told them what service I was needing, because they have different services, and they were able to help me right quick and were able to get my documents in order to confirm that I wasn’t missing any other documentation. I waited about 10 minutes In the waiting room after they call me up. The lady that did my process was very attentive and quick I was out in less than 20 minutes. Thumbs up to that place.

Arrived early and prepared with documents needed. They saw me early and I was out quickly. Everyone was polite and professional.

When I walked it I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and asked me what I was here for and answered all my questions with helpful answers. They bed side manners were excellent, also one lady was in training on her first day and the staff was really showing her the correct way and explaining to her and as a bystander it was reassuring that they do everything very carefully to when showing her how to correctly Seal packages and send off correctly. I would use ARC point on military dr again .

I was very surprised with ARCpoint Labs services while applying for my TWIC card. The Service was quick and easy, I recommend anyone trying to renew or apply for their TWIC card

Friendly and efficient staff made for a quick and easy TSA appointment. Be sure to read the instructions about your arrival before you head over. It details what you need to bring with you and also the location I went to would have been difficult to find without those details.

The TSA office services with ARC Labs needs better signage. I wasted 20 minutes trying to find their office due to a lack of prominent signage. The staff was very nice and we completed the meeting within 10 minutes. Overall good experience.

I came here to complete my application for a TSA known traveler pass. I had a little trouble finding the place, but once I found it, everything went great. My wait wasnt long, the person who helped me was pleasant to deal with, and the whole process really was a breeze.

The team was friendly and helped get me checked in quickly. I had an appointment but came a few hours earlier and they accommodated me not long after I arrived. They were having some system difficulties for the TSA Precheck system, but they were able to work through them and looked like they were keeping everyone on schedule.

Everyone there was very polite and efficient.

We needed our KTN approval, called and discussed with the team in San Antonio. An appointment was set up for us. We arrived and realized we needed individual appointments. The team at ARCpoint accommodated both of us. They realized we were under a short deadline to get this done based on upcoming travel. Not only did they work through the issue, but they were also very polite and professional. We received our KTN clearance in just a few days and in plenty of time for our anniversary trip. I was in and out for my appointment. No waiting around and staff was friendly.

The 2 ladies that were there the day I went were very nice. Their system went down and they were backed up so our appointment was late but even so they made sure to look out for everyone. Went around in the back to bring out chairs for everyone that was standing. Made sure everyone was OK and tried getting everyone in and out as quickly as possible.

My husband made an appointment and I was a walk in! They were helpful and curious from the time we went to the counter till we walked out the door. The process went smooth and they answered our questions. We will use the facility again. Thank you staff!

They were friendly and helpful throughout my entire experience. They explained the next steps in the TSA Pre-Check process and what to expect. The location was a little confusing to find but after reading my TSA instructions again, it was more clear reading it the 3rd time ;)

Processing my TSA PreCheck was very easy and the staff was very nice and seem to be very proficient.My main concern was being in the facility that also processes labwork and covid screenings. If Im planning on traveling, I would be concerned that people would be coming to the clinic because they are sick or even to possibly rule out covid. Consequently, I would be potentially exposed to viruses or covid even prior to my traveling. I dont think the TSA PreCheck office should be close to the area where people may be ill.

I went here for pre-check TSA appointment and I arrived about 15 mins early. I was allowed to be seen when I came in. The appointment was very quick and the staff helping me was knowledgeable and efficient with her work. I was out by the original time of my appointment.

TWIC walk in- There was no wait, the office was clean, check in through a kiosk, easy to locate the suite, helpful staff made sure I had all the correct paperwork, and very friendly staff, gave me information on what text/emails, I will be receiving while I wait for TWIC, and the process after I receive my card. I initially visited for a TSA pre-check appointment and was thoroughly impressed. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, making the process both effortless and efficient. During my visit, I also observed that ARCPoint Labs offers a wide range of laboratory services, showcasing their comprehensive capabilities. Moreover, the ample parking availability was a convenience, and the facility itself was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment.

Susie was so helpful and extremely friendly. This place is God sent. I don’t have any insurance and being the facility only does cash payment was a breath of fresh air. Everything that this company offers is extremely reasonable. I am definitely using ARC Lab from here on out. So I’ll see you guys in six months. Thank you ARC Lab

The process went smoothly. For some reason I couldnt lock into TSA system to get the number.The building is stuffy. It would be better if you stall air purifier units.

I had an appointment for my TSA pre-check application and this address was the nearest location to my house. It happened to be a Lab facility which I found unusual but they are an authorized facility and I did my application online. When I arrived for my appt at 11:40, I was missing the marriage license as proof of identification to match my birth name and married name and they allowed me to run back home and return without rescheduling because I told them I live 3.1/2 miles. They did caveat they schedules were fully booked but sometimes there are no-shows. Crossing my fingers for someone not to show because I scheduled a block of time off and had meetings later I could not miss. I high-tailed it back home on roads 40-30 miles an hr (geez) that was hard to keep. At least the “Odin” of traffic lights was in my favor both ways and I got back in 20min including looking for the marriage license from 2010. The ladies there were super friendly and helpful. When I returned, I only had to wait about 15-min and I believe she let me encroach in the lunch hr after the last customer/patient to wrap up my application (my original appt was 11:50am). I could not thank them enough. If I knew their names I would drop them here. The location is convenient and easy to locate. Right there at Military and Roosevelt in a strip mall.I also noticed that they offer a telehealth service for people who can sign up for a low monthly service charge. I think that may be a third-party.I believe you can also get your own lab test without a doctor/medical order with private pay (I think) from sitting there reading the posters.Anyhow, I am still waiting on my TSA Pre-check so I may contact them to see if they can help me follow-up with the status.

I would have given a 5 star review, but could not find phone number through Identogo website, which did not let me know it was in ARCpoint Lab. Probably a Identogo problem cs ARCpoint... I had to drive across town to ask questions and confirm the site existed (it didnt show on map when I asked for Identogo sites in my city). But, staff was very helpful, professional and quick. We went ahead and did a walk-in appointment.

Was told I only had to pay 93 for my Twic because I have hazmat. Went and got a money order for 93. Only to come back and was told it was 125. Since I got the money order I no longer had the funds on my card to get my twic card.. waste of time and money that I can no longer get back..
