Absolutely horrible communication from this location. I received an email to confirm an appointment I had set for 9am (first appointment of the day), I show up at 8:50am as I’m coming from a night shift, 9am comes and goes, 9:10am comes and goes, and no one is at the location, no one calls me to cancel/confirm/reschedule the appointment so I call them! First agent doesn’t know what’s going on either so I decide to wait until 9:30am just in case someone is running late and no one shows up so I call them again and surprise! She doesn’t see my appointment and system now tells this agent the location is closed. That was news to me. Emergencies happen but a phone call would have been more appropriated than the detective work I had to do to find this information out.

Horrible and unprofessional. We had an appointment for fingerprinting and arrived early. They turned us away at the door because they were closing early then blamed IdentGo for not emailing us. What kind of business randomly closes on Thursday when there are appointments? Also, it was incredibly unprofessional to turn us away when the process takes 5 minutes and we were the only ones waiting. We took a couple hours off early for work.

Marissa is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend this facility for anyone needing quick labs.

I went to this place for a TB test. In their office they have a form that states 2 step TB test it’s $76. I asked about it and the lvn states that form is old and it’s $47 per TB test. She then said it’s only a $2.00 difference. I did the math and said no that’s a $20 difference and if it’s listed you should honor the price that is listed on the form, she then got very nasty with me and told me, I told you what it was and that form was old. I then called the corporate office and spoke with a customer service representative, she was very kind. She explained to me that she has told her manager this but unfortunately it isn’t going to get fixed. She transferred me to another person who was very rude, started yelling at me and then hung up the phone on me when I tried explaining to her that the form states one thing but the LVN and online is stating another thing. Long story short I will never go back to Wellnessmart. This is a horrible company that is only about profit.

Great place to get services done extremely fast! They accept walk-ins and the nurses are very professional and very friendly. I needed blood work, physicals and a Tb test for nursing school and they were able to get me in and out of there in 30 mins. So much faster than going to my primary care provider. I would definitely recommend this location to get services done!

Terrible service. This lady had me waiting outside for 30 mins. My appointment was at 1:10 and said to arrive 10 mins earlier, which I did, but she left me outside waiting until 1:11pm.Horrible service!!

Marissa helped me today for my fingerprinting. She was very kind and helpful. She was very calm and patient. Marissa made the process very quick and easy.

Came in for finger print appointment for my emploent, 30 min early, receptionist told me computers were down and it will take however long it takes and to wait, can back 20 min later , very rude and rushed, had an issue with employer code, called employer forNew code and they said I had to completely set up a new appointment, store was not busy at all and the customer service was incredibly rude , I will never come back to this location again and refer all my friends and family to avoid at all cost, *sidenote they took my. Drivers license and held on to it for the 20 min and almost forgot to return it back to me

I had a TB skin test performed through your clinic and your lab assistant read the test results incorrectly and told me I was positive and she told me she can get me prescription for chest x ray for $35. I went to see doctor right away as I was scared and he told me that she read the test incorrectly. I’m not sure if she was incompetent or it was a money grabbing scheme but this is unacceptable.

Had an appointment for finger printing on a Saturday. No one was there. No email for cancelling and no phone numbers posted to call. There were lots of appointment and people all waiting but no one ever came. Highly unprofessional. If I could give no stars, I would.

I came in to get a TB test for nursing school and I was finished in less than 10 minutes. Better pricing than other places that offer the service. The person who checked me in and administered the test was very polite. Highly recommend!

Went to go and get my fingerprints and it was in and out no waiting time and great customer service! The lady’s there were very sweet and helpful.
