This clinic has the most welcoming staff I have ever experienced. The office is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and doctors treat you with so much care here. They do well at making you feel comfortable. Love this team!

Let me preface this by saying that I look forward to every appointment in the future with Apollo Wellness! From the first greeting as I walked in, to the wholesome good-bye as I left the building, my experience was impeccable. 100/10 recommend! Especially anyone who identifies LGBTQ+ , as they cater to individuals who are apart of the community. They offer primary care, amongst other services, and are super professional and respectful about the intake/initial consultation process.I had my first appointment with Dr. Thackeray, and I felt like she really listened and responded well when discussing my health care. Not once did she ever make me feel unsettled or uncomfortable, which is one of the issues I’ve with PCPs before in the past. She was respectful and well-spoken, and maintains a gentle beside manner when talking about things that aren’t the easiest to discuss.I appreciated how focused and understanding she was, and how easy the whole thing seemed once it was over.The staff alone were super respectful and very hospitable. I was nervous jumping into a new doctors office and finding the perfect PCP for me, but thankfully with the help of the bubbly staff and the very clam atmosphere of the place itself, I was put at ease in no time. I look forward to recommending this place to my friends and family, and returning for future care :)

Apollo Wellness is such an amazing healthcare provider. As a former social worker, I can say that the staff here are very culturally competent. I appreciated the level of comfort I felt to talk about anything I needed. Stevie, Sammy, and Rosemary served as my primary points of contact, and they could not have been more pleasant. I was searching for a good PCP fit for almost a year after relocating, and Apollo Wellness is perfect. My search is over, and I’m looking forward to working with them for my healthcare needs! Oh, and the well-stocked coffee, tea, and snack bar in the front lobby was unexpected and welcomed! Rosemary even brought me a seltzer while I waited for test results.

I would I like to thank the staff here at the Apollo clinic, everyone is very nice and friendly. Rosemary and her staff Sammy and steve makes me feel like I am at home.. highly recommended!!!

This has to be the best primary care medical facility! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with such warmth and kindness. Though all are welcome at this facility they specialize in dealing with the healthcare needs of the LGBTQ+ community. From the support staff to the provider are simply amazing. They are very respectful, and very professional. Sam who sits at the front desk is very professional and diligent in his work. The provider Rosemary Casimier FNP, has such an outstanding bedside mannerism. She listened to all my health concerns and health needs. She worked with me to address them all. She did not make me feel rushed like most providers. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her examination. During my initial visit, she provided me with a wealth of health information specific to my concerns and needs. Located in northwest part of town, in a low traffic shopping center with plenty of available parking. The facility itself is brand new and is nicely appointed. They have an onsite laboratory so no need to go somewhere else for any blood work. I highly recommend this facility and provider for all your primary care needs and more specifically LGBTQ+ health concerns.

Apollo staff is amazing and the clinic environment is so chic! Rosemary is the best and is so welcoming of a doctor that you can voice all your concerns! You can tell she is very passionate on what she does-which I love! And the staff is so friendly and personable-great conversations and laughs-while also taking care of needs! I switched to Apollo for all my needs and would recommend to anyone!

I am immensely grateful to my husband for his thorough search, which led us to Apollo Wellness. Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed with a warm smile. The facility boasts a modern, upscale decor that adds a touch of elegance to the experience. The waiting area is equipped with complimentary beverages and snacks, making the paperwork process far more enjoyable.My interaction with the staff was exceptional from the start. Sam escorted me to my room with both friendliness and professionalism, his expertise and attentive care clearly evident. Rosemary soon joined us and displayed the most compassionate bedside manner I have ever encountered. Her genuine approach made it easy for me to be open and honest, enhancing the quality of care I received.Stevie, who assisted with my blood draw, was equally impressive. Aware of my history of fainting, he ensured I felt comfortable and engaged me in conversation throughout the procedure, which helped me stay relaxed.In summary, the team at Apollo Wellness truly goes above and beyond. Their natural compassion and professionalism are remarkable, making it clear that assembling this team was a carefully considered decision. I am thrilled to have found a healthcare provider where I feel valued and well-cared-for, and I look forward to continuing my visits to Apollo Wellness. Very kind and easygoing staff. They were efficient and very helpful. The M.A. Sammy was great. Sammy made me feel comfortable enough to joke around with her and no stress at all. N.P. Casimier was great as well. She provided insight and information that helped ease my anxiety. Would definitely recommend.

After having multiple experiences with primary providers where I felt more of a patient , Apollo honestly makes me feel like family. The great environment and staff make it easy for me to overcome my fear of reaching out when I’m ill. Overall , the greatest primary care I’ve received in my lifetime.

This office has given me by far the best experience I’ve had in a medical setting. The staff are all so inviting and kind, and Dr. Casimier is so personable and comfortable to speak to. I have no intentions of going anywhere else for any of my medical needs!

Amazing, Professional, Caring, Dedicated and overall 100 and 1 percent what I needed in my health journey! From the second I walked in , I felt completely comfortable. The atmosphere was as if I had known everyone for years! No stress, no worries about what to expect. Everything was explained step by step with room for questions and concerns. I was there for an extensive visit with a couple of concerns. Each were addressed individually and care was to ensure I understood and felt comfortable with the suggested treatment. I felt as I had a voice in the health decisions that were made. Dr. Thackeray was an amazing on every note as well as all of the staff. My bloodwork and vaccinations were taken care of in house. My annual tests were scheduled and all medications sent to the in house pharmacy. All my concerns were eased and I was completely relieved of my fears and anxiety of the unknown. If I could give more than a 5 , I definitely would!!! If you are looking for primary care…. I would definitely without a doubt… recommend!! Apollo Wellness is the establishment you need. Primary care, prep, and testing, the upmost inviting space. The staff is warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable and ask all the right questions. They care about your health. It was a refreshing experience to have a staff who are personable and will make you comfortable about your visits. As a highly anxious individual who doesn’t regularly do doctor visits Apollo wellness has restored my faith in healthcare. Your needs will be met. This place is pristinely clean with updated decor, none of those ugly doctors offices here. Ladies and gents this is the place to be. Went there for primary care establishment left with sexual wellness testing, necessary bloodwork and left with the best cappuccino and snacks. Sam, Sami, Stevie, & Rosemary, thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The staff is amazing!!! I felt so welcomed the moment I walked through the door. Sam was so welcoming and professional, Sammy and Rosemary Casimier were so helpful with questions that I had. It’s been hard to find pcp care that my insurance will cover and I’ll tell you it’s been an absolute nightmare. But now that I’ve found Apollo Wellness the nightmare is over!! I’m so glad to have found them and their amazing staff! I’ll be looking forward to seeing y’all on my wellness journey! ❤️

This clinic is definitely unlike anything I’ve ever experienced!! It doesn’t even feel like I’m at a doctors office. The provider Ms. Rosemary was so kind and listened to all of my concerns without me feeling rushed. The staff there Sammy and Stevie made me feel welcomed and even offered me juice or water after my visit!! I’m so excited to continue hauling Apollo for my care!!

This clinic was amazing! They are very understand and helpful. The staff was professional and patient with my technology issues! My provider took the time to listen to my concerns and talk about my future treatment. I have told several of my friends about coming here and I plan to transition to Apollo for my future care!

I love Apollo wellness. I immediately made them my primary physician after the first visit. Everyone is super friendly, Stevie made sure I was as comfortable as possible and helped in anyway he could. The staff is so welcoming and I’m glad to have a great team working to help better both me and my health.

Wonderful service and atmosphere, the staff is very kind and welcoming, was scared to come in but they made me feel comfortable and the provider really explained everything to me in depth and I feel very informed with a good understanding. Definitely will continue to receive care from Apollo Wellness in the future and recommend them as well.

It is amazing to have a clinic designed for the lgbtq community. It’s nice to have a safe place to go to address issues that we have and not be judged. The staff was great and attended to all my needs and I will definitely be using Apollo for my continued care.

Top notch care! This is the place I had been looking for. If you need a primary care doctor and hiv prevention this is the place to go! Rosemary was so attentive and communicated everything very clearly, Her staff was amazing! I felt so very well taken care of.

Makes u feel catered head to toe. Was offered water or beverage while waiting for nurse practitioner. Was very comfortable in brand new office and sweet lounging electric chair for patient, I just kicked my legs up and answered thorough questioning for the utmost care and concern. Got a goodie bag at end which was AWESOME! wont reveal the surprise and also high tech cappuccino espresso machine inside office. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+++++++++!!!Not only takes care of HIV but also prescribs Prep so why dont you see if they accept ur insurance, check em out!
