This is the most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with. More specifically their employees Jose Contreras, Pete Hernandez and Michele Durham. I applied for a job with them in September 2023 after they posted they were looking for employees, i called multiple times about my application and never got a response so i gave up. I finally got a callback in Jan 2024, interviewed and was offered a position. The person i was suppose to be working out negotiations with, Jose Contreras, stopped communicating after one day. I had to go through Pete for everything, which wasnt any better because he had no clue what was going on, where i was in the process nor did he know any current information. There was multiple calls and emails sent out to Michele Durham which i never got a response on til this day. They scheduled me for a UA and allowed me an hour to complete which was not obtainable specifically bc i had to go to houston to teach a class, so i requested it be set for the next day. The next morning i began my travel back to san antonio with time to make it to get the test done, had a car accident and of course that prevented me from making it to san antonio until monday. I reached out, requested the UA be sent so i can get asap, and Pete slipped up and sent the message I can really see him stirring up issues as he is already showing that to be the case even before starting. obviously a message that wasnt meant for me. in the end they had HR L. Fontenot contact me. Of course she was not given all the information and advised me that she would text me her email so that i can send documentation. What a suprise she hasnt responded nor has she sent me her email. Its obvious that the companys ability to retain patients isnts because of the patients, it seems that no one knows how to properly communicate. Its sad that these are the type of people that have patient care in their hands and rediculous how unfair and judgemental they were toward me simply because they thought they knew something rather than getting all the information before making a decision!!

I have many great experiences here. Beat provides mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling and groups. Intensive care options, bus passes, medical transportation, case management, STD/STI testing, referrals, and linkage to care. Remarkable employees. They really care about the people.

A guy named Ricky Tabares worked here and after he took my information and gave me results, he hit me up on facebook letting me know that he let men give him head for money. And I was appalled at the fact he just had me write a review about him doing a good job. He hinted to me that he was in a current relationship, but wanted to come to my house to do sexual favors to him... Glad to hear that hes no longer there!!!
