I had blood drawn for annual physical in office. Originally, I had planned to have an in home visit, but visiting Estelle at her office very near the Witte Museum was comfortable and very pleasant compared to typical doctors office settings. It was a charming location with enough parking and I felt safe visiting the office. I was also the only patient in the office since she sees one patient at a time, therefore no waiting time. Also no fluorescent lights nor institutional wall colors.Despite my phobia, and attendant behavior, crying etc., Estelle was comforting, compassionate, and encouraging throughout. As other reviews mentioned, her method of drawing blood was practically painless. I was able to recline in a plush chair, she played the music I selected in the background, and the whole process was over in no time. She offered a snack and drink afterwards. I would choose this experience any day over visiting a doctors office. With Estelle, there was no question at any time of whether I was in good hands. This lady is undoubtedly an experienced competent professional. I have already referred my own mother to her, and I would suggest using Soft Touch lab services to anyone who wants to have a more pleasant experience having blood work done for themselves, their children or other loved ones.

They are amazing!! We had to travel from Mexico to do bloodwork. Estelle and Betty were super helpful. They even offered to pick up the supplies we needed for the bloodwork (sent by the lab) at a fedex office. The blood draw was quick and painless.

Absolutely the best experience. I have hard to find veins. Estelle found it in seconds. Whole process took about 10 minutes. I cant say enough nice things. The environment is calming. You feel comfortable and safe and that always makes things less stressful. I have hard to find veins and she gets its first try. Its a quick easy process. If you have hard to find veins or they roll or youre just scared of needles Estelle is your go to. Give her a chance. Youll never go back to a regular doctors office or a lab for blood work.

Best Phlebotomist EVER. I needed Therapeutic Phlebotomy done and am SO lucky to have found this great place! I’ve been to many labs and blood centers and also been hurt by a few or they couldn’t find my veins. I am extremely impressed with Soft Touch Lab Services and Estelle is truly a consummate professional! I was in and out really quick after a painless process and she was kind, definitely an expert and experienced Phlebotomist. I can’t thank her enough and will be back next month. Make an appointment with her, you will be so glad you did! I’ve got veins that hide and she ROCKS. I’ve been to many labs and donation centers in 40 years. No one comes close. We utilized Soft Touchs mobile lab services this morning. My son is autistic and weve had no success in the past in getting lab work done. Luckily, Soft Touch offers its services by coming to your home and doing the lab work and taking care of submitting it to the labs. Estelle was extremely helpful, gentle, and patient. My son understandably was resistant and tried to fight off getting his blood drawn, but Estelles approach, especially with him being autistic made it simpler to get the task completed.I would strongly recommend her services, but even more, if you have a child with a disability such as autism. Im glad I was able to utilize her expertise for this lab request and will be using her going forward for any of future lab work for my family.

Estelle was such a sweetheart. Our son has autism and is a big boy and very strong she was able to get the lab work drawn quickly and with such care. She would talk to him telling him she would be so quick and she was sorry if he had pain but he was such a strong and good boy❤️ I will always call her company for any further labs ever needed. We need more understanding people like her to know how to handle our babies on the spectrum 🩵 Thank you for being an angel 🙏

Estelle is the real deal! She was so compassionate and understanding working with my anxiety and doing anything to make me feel comfortable. She was able to draw blood on the first stick and it was over in under a minute. I highly recommend her!

She was able to draw my blood with one stick which doesnt usually happen. So her skill was evident.HER FEES ARE VERY REASONABLE!!Having RA & Diabetes, it can be very difficult for me to arrive fasting at an 8 a.m.appointment, wait my turn, have blood drawn before eating or drinking anything. Due to asthma, it is difficult for my elderly mother to tolerate wearing a mask for long periods of time while at doctor appointments or lab draws. Estelle was prompt, professional and friendly. She was also a fantastic phlebotomist. I barely felt the stick, and even when she was changing the vials, there was no movement. I have had less skilled people do it. There is a world of difference!

Working with Soft Touch Mobile Phlebotomy Services was incredible. I was able to set the time and the convenience of them coming out was incredible. They were affordable and there was no delay in having results compared to when I would go into the lab to do it. In fact, because it’s on my time - I feel it was quicker. Will be using them going forward - even after COVID.
