Impact Urgent Care

The lady at the front desk Lisa took her time to verify my insurance. The staff team worked in a unit and helped me feel and get better. Dr Hawkins and Sara made me feel like family. Best service i have received in years!

Ive brought my children here a few times & have had great care. I actually prefer it over their PCP. I went myself yesterday & was treated professional, compassionate and thouroughly. In the past ive often left clinics feeling like i was not treated & wasted my time. Just to end up going elsewhere. Not here! Everyone of the staff has been aweome. From the front office, PA, Drs & their assistance. I have nothing to complain about. Furthermore being in the medical field myself its easy to start critiquing :) but hands down this is the best urgent care ive ever been too.

Carman, Chris and Jennifer PAC were very friendly and professional from beginning to end. The care was thorough, informative and personable. The facility was super clean and snacks were available. Best practice was followed to the T! Look no further, I recommend this facility if urgent care is an option.

Ive been sick for a few weeks and the staff has been so helpful and so patient! They are right by my work and Ive been able to be seen very quickly every time! I know my co workers have too. Its so great that I can check in online and just go over there on my lunch if I have the need to see a provider. Great experience!!

Very professional friendly staff. The healthcare provider, Mr. Ronald Dinges, PA was very thorough, professional, friendly and caring. Plus, this was a top rate facility with state of the art equipment. Thanks to everyone at the facility for a good experience.

Wonderful care from the front desk to the back. Alexandra Naschke PAC is amazing. The online check in is great and has worked really well at this clinic.
