The surgery with Dr. Jackson was Amazing. Recovery hardly no pain, walking the next day. I feel Wonderfully 3 weeks down the road. My Quality of life is BETTER! I Highly Recommend Dr Jackson. ❤️

My experience with Dr. Jackson and her staff has been very good. After surgery all I can say is I have received excellent care and absolutely no problems during recovery.

Dr. Jackson is terrific, very bright, thorough, professional, easy to talk to and explains things so it’s easily understood. The entire team is just wonderful. I highly recommend her, she recently performed a surgical procedure at North Central Baptist Hospital and it went well; I am very pleased with the results.

The surgery itself went very well and I am pleased with the overall results. However, they demonstrate a lack of concern and give a lot of excuses for your needs not being met. Your phone calls are not returned even after you have surgery and are having post op problems and concerns. I did a lot of planning with my pain management doctor and my rheumatologist to address who would be managing my postop pain considering I’d have to be off my biologic medication for 6 to 8 weeks before the surgery. I was given 2 1/2 days worth of pain medication Oxycodone and Gabapentin prior to surgery and discussed my concern with the nurse practitioner and surgeon way in advance that this would not be enough to manage my post op pain. I also called them to notify them in advance I was going to be out of pain medication and then again when I was out of pain medication for 5 days before this was addressed which caused an excessive amount of stress and discomfort that could have been avoided. I was kept being told to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol despite the fact that I had told them many times that I could not take Ibuprofen because I have kidney damage, a gastric bypass and an ulcer and my doctors said I should no take it yet that didn’t stop them from continuing to redirect me to their normal regimen. I have been told to go see my pain management doctor manage my pain after surgery. After 5 days, today 8/6/24, I was called in 5 pills. They tell you not to take over-the-counter medication five days prior to surgery, which with my history of chronic constipation this was very tough for me to do considering they canceled my surgery twice and I was given three different surgery dates (7/10, 7/26, and 7/30/24) which kept me from taking my over-the-counter medications to manage my chronic constipation yet when I called them with postop concerns of difficulty being able to pass stool and symptoms of having an impaction they somehow could not wrap their head around why I was having problems after having a sacrocolpopexy, with mesh attached to sacral ligament, hysterectomy, and a posterior rectal wall repair and took them 6 days to address these concerns which I will be seen tomorrow 8/7/24. Not a happy customer.Not all patients are the same. You can’t fit all patients into one plan of care and expect quality outcomes. Each plan of care should be customized to fit the individual’s needs which they are not very good at this at all.

Dr. Jackson and her staff are truly fabulous! Everyone has been kind, helpful and so completely knowledgeable with any questions I pose. No matter how silly I think my questions are, they never make me feel that way. My experience with them all made me feel at ease with my procedure and process. I highly recommend Dr. Jacksons office with more than 5 stars.

I found Dr. Dabbous after having a bad experience with another doctor. Dr. Dabbous is wonderful! I feel blessed to have been led to him and his entire team. My surgery and recovery could not have been better. Dr. Dabbous is professional and kind, and the best doctor you will find. Thank you Dr. Dabbous and team for taking such good care of me!

I had the greatest experience with Dr Dubbous and his team. From the moment I walked in to the end of my appointments.Great etiquette, manners, considerate, theyy take the time to explain thoroughly. JUST GREAT!

Stay away from this place, horrible place you are treated as a number. I experienced racism from Nurse Katie horrible person, I feel bad she seems like a very unhappy soul. It took a while posting this message but I don’t want everyone go through what I went through at this place, Hispanic ladies run.

Dr. Lindsey Jackson was simply amazing! I was in a lot of pain and she addressed my issues immediately. My surgery was quick and painless thanks to Dr. Jackson and her kind staff! All of my discharge instructions were clear and concise. The office called me the next day to check in and schedule my follow up appointment. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Jackson!

Unsure of the service because I cant get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment, the scheduling option goes straight to voicemail and says they will get back to you in 48 hours if you leave a message. My referral was sent last week and Im still waiting.

Had a surgery back in May two procedures done. I got the sling, a mesh to help my bladder. Best decision Ive ever made. Also vaginal back repair. It was a slow healing process for me. I did everything I was asked to recover. Now I am feeling my very best. Im so thankful to God for Dr. Jackson, she did an amazing job. I recommend her to anyone having bladder problems. Staff was nice and helpful.

My surgery went perfectly. Everyone was very organized and efficient and explained every step to me before, during, and after the surgery. I had absolutely NO pain. They gave me pain meds, but l didn’t have to use them. I’m doing so well l have to be careful to not do stuff l’m not supposed to. I have followed directions exactly as they told me and am doing extremely well.

Dr. Lindsay Jackson is a fabulous doctor!! She changed my quality of life. I had surgery on my bladder and I feel so much better. Dr Jacksons office from the time you walk in Jackie greets you with a smile and is terrific. Nurse Cynthia is so sweet and very attentive to your needs.

Dr. Dabbous and his staff are phenomenal! I had a Myomectomy robotic surgery and the results were amazing! No complications, minimal incisions. Dr. Dabbous provided answers to all my questions and alleviated any concerns I had. Katy, the lead nurse, was always available and patient with my needs and concerns. I can’t thank this wonderful group of people enough!

The doctors are well trained but the staff is unprofessional and will negatively affect your well being. All went on schedule with the testing. Surgery was advised for an implant. Then a staff member made a scheduling error requiring I make several calls that went unreturned and requiring me to call the hospital prior to surgery for time and post op instructions & address. While waiting on the phone I heard this staff member laughing and saying “nobody calls me a liar.” I should have taken that as a threat and scheduled with another provider. I had no idea this person had no supervision.I was given inaccurate preop instructions by this person which caused us to wait for 6 hours prepared for surgery. When I had implant issues after 4 months & a plane trip that could have been corrected this same employee told me to call the manufacturer again but she would leave a message for a doctor. THREE MONTHS later that call was returned. Meanwhile the Medtronics patient group tried to help. During the doctors return call I was ask if bleeding when the device was turned on and erratic speed was a reality or “just my perception.” When I called another specialist they made an appointment quickly telling me I had every right to be concerned. It does not matter what kind of training they have or the skill level of the doctor if the practice is disorganized, refuses to return calls, is managed by a staff member that has some serious personal issues that may well impact your health. I have never been treated with such disregard when my health was at risk. My records request was met with a referral to that same staff member who sent me a list her various professional titles but of course no intention of doing what she was ask. This isn’t a retail outlet where a bad and vindictive attitude results in poor customer service. This staff member caused me a high stress situation and endangered my well being while trying to adjust to an implant as they ignored all calls about side effects for a 9 months.Meanwhile the side effects continued and increased. The bewildered receptionist takes the calls and directs people around to other people who don’t return calls. My questions about why this individual would tell me that they didn’t know anything about the device to call the manufacturer was met with the comment “I don’t want to tangle with this person.” After almost a year of this I am assuming the doctors know about and don’t care to correct the problem.I wouldn’t recommend this group to anyone. It’s sad that these two well trained personable doctors tolerate this. It makes it a poor place to seek health care.

This Doctor and his staff are top notch. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with the procedure I underwent. Dr. Dabbous and his staff answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in a timely and compassionate manner. He is a phenomenal surgeon and I knew I was in great hands. It is clear he has surrounded himself with a first class team. I am very happy to have found Dr. Dabbous.

Dr.Dabbous did my surgery successfully . He is an excellent physician . Very competent and well trained. He was able to explain thoroughly the procedure . He has great bedside manners . The recovery was very prompt . His staff is very professional. Very happy with the care I received.

I cannot adequately put into words how amazing the care I have received from Dr Dabbous and his staff has been. A surgery with NO PAIN afterwards was beyond my expectations. Dr Dabbous and staff have been friendly, informative and patient with me before, during and after my procedure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a multitude of procedures performed by Dr. Dabbous on 07/06/2020, during the COVID pandemic; uncharted territory. I work in healthcare as well and it was very intimidating to be on this side of surgery. His nurse, Katie, was there to answer all of my questions in a thorough and timely manner and she always made me feel comfortable asking questions. The staff has always been courteous and accommodating for me. Dr. Dabbous did an incredibly wonderful job and put the extra time, effort and professional decision making that only a seasoned board certified UROGYN could do. He took all of my thoughts and concerns into account when making these decisions on my behalf during surgery. He took the time to explain everything to me at my post-op appointment since I could not see him while in the hospital. I am very appreciative for him and his team. I am excited to experience all the results, once healed.

One of the greatest experiences I have had with surgery. The office staff very attentive and listened to me. Dr Dabbous was awesome. The surgery center used catered to me made me feel like I was the only patient there. Awesome team would reccomend to anyone needing uro/gyn.

Dr. Ash Dabbous is clearly the BEST!! Not only are his credentials and professional expertise top notch, he is congenial, warm, caring, and supportive. (Did I mention he has a hilarious sense if humor?) Research his background and you will see he has performed over 1000 robotic assisted surgeries, has participated in international symposiums on this type of surgery and assisted/advised colleagues with these surgeries. He pioneered the robotic program at Stone Oak Methodist Hospital where he serves as Director of the Robotics program! When I had my hysterectomy, he carefully explained the procedure and outcome to my family and me in everyday language we could easily understand. I was so grateful to be in such skilled hands! His staff at the Stone Oak Womens Center is absolutely wonderful as well! They took care of all the behind the scenes measures with meticulous care and attention. I would highly recommend Dr. Ash Dabbous to anyone considering a hysterectomy!

Not only is Dr. Ash Dabbous a fabulous surgeon, he takes time with his patients to address all concerns as crazy as they may be. His RN Katie is also very knowledgeable and compassionate. His surgical team is second to none and I would give them straight A’s. I have recommended friends and family to Dr. Dabbous and trust that he is the best in his field!

I lost 4.5 hours from work!! I waited for hours before being seen by the PA. The PA and the Sono Tech were very nice! However, someone screwed up the scheduling and myself and 2 other new patients had to wait hours, I was the last patient seen so my wait was the longest. Plus it took me almost 2 months to get the appointment. then, I need to have a special test done but that would be another 1.5 months before they could get to me and then another 2 months to come back to see the doctor! BS! Its about time these clinics and doctors realize that we have lives, too and that we have to work. I would NOT recommend this place!

Dr dabbous and his staff are top notch. I have been seeing him for years and he has a great bedside manner and is a top notch surgeon. I have never had a long wait to see him but he would be worth it if I had to. That’s how healthcare is. The best doctors you some times have to wait for.

Arrogant Doctor who cut me during robotic surgery in 2016.(a Wednesday)I Coded after surgery and heardNurses screaming “Code Blue” I could not seebut could hear until I passed out... Very frightening to wake up surrounded by nurses, and a Dr I did not know and a NUN!!! Well I knew it wasn’t Heaven but it was frightening.Dr Dubbous not only did not show up that night or the next day he told them to release me with a very low Blood Pressure!!! I told the nurses I was in pain and they knew I could not walk alone....Well Dr Dabbouse comes in all cocky on a Friday , thinks nothing is wrong w me! ( was Rude) sent me down for CT and then comes back all nice” Sweet Arlene you’re belly is covered in blood we have to do emergency surgery “!!!What wait !!! The man who left me and thought I was bluffing- No ...I’m sorry! Because what you can’t seem imperfect. We are All imperfect . I certainly am because I am still scared by this experience and have to pray about it. I still have pain.!!But I would never recommend him. His actions /attitude never changed . And since then my sister has had 2 surgeries and the Surgeon is kind of talented, kind and man w a awesome follow through.They are out there!!! Do your research!

Dr. Dabbous has performed my 2 different GYN surgeries . Both times exceeding all my expectations. I had Stage 4+Endometriosis attached to many internal organs . Dr. Dabbous .. performed meticulous laparoscopic surgery for over 6 hours .. and changed my life.. I had been experiencing symptoms for over 12 years and had been to several doctors with no relief or diagnosis.. Dr Dabbous is by far the best doctor I have ever had to address any female issue.. I recommend him to all my friends and family.. My daughter had Endometriosis as well and he performed her surgery using the DeVinci Robot.. through her belly button one tiny scar.. He is THE go to doctor when no other doctor can seem to help you.. And the best second opinion doctor out there.. His surgical skills are second to none..You will not be disappointed I assure you. He is conservative and a very trusted physicianHis staff are polite and efficient ..and do their best to work with you if you need an appoint sooner than later..BEST GYN DOCTOR & SURGEON EVER.

I would absolutely (highly) recommend Dr. Dabbous and his staff! In fact, its the best care I have ever received in reference to female health. Dr. Dabbous was very patient with all of my questions, and was a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth.

I had a sonogram today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had! She was really rough and rude. She told me I was too tense and she couldn’t see anything. She had me pushing down on my stomach but did NOT consider how rough she was being. She definitely reminded me that she has been doing it for 35 years.

Dr Dabbous performed my prolapse bladder surgery with great results! I feel I am normal again!Outstanding robotic surgeon and I will always be grateful! Thank You!

Tried to call and reschedule my apt because i got stuck at work, No answer. Do i didnt even get to reschedule. Then i get a bill in the mail for a no call no show. Ya right if you think im paying that. I see how you treat potential new patients. Just gross

What a disrespectful staff. When a Doctor makes you wait more than 20 minutes for your appointment, get up and leave!!! I could hear the Doc and entire staff down the hall, laughing & gossiping for 42 minutes while I waited and waited....as if I dont have a life, appointments and things to do. AND there were no other patients in the office!
