The pharmacist is very friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to answer questions thoroughly. They go the extra mile by working closely with your clinic to ensure all your medications and needs are met. Unlike other pharmacies that simply sell medications, Apri Pharmacy offers an impressive level of customer service. Exceptional!

Excellent experience with Apri Fertility. They truly understand what its like to do fertility treatments (the strict and often narrow timing windows, stresses, medical needs) and are incredibly customer-oriented. I felt seen and treated and cared for as a human being, not just an order number. I also appreciate the person I talked to (one of the owners I believe) hand delivered my medication to FedEx himself over the weekend to ensure I received it by Monday (which I just received, with plenty of time before my injection appointed time). Jojo and Taylor went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and to help me out. The supervisor was extremely nice and went the extra mile to help me out. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and when I asked her to explain how to administer my medication, she came out and very calmly explained exactly what to do. I can’t thank Jason and the Apri team enough for how helpful they are to support my needs during IVF. It’s stressful enough but even more so when you run out of meds because I forgot to check before the weekend! I emailed the pharmacy on and they were able to come in on a Sunday when they are normally closed to make sure I was able to get all my medications. The staff and manager at Apri fertility pharmacy are simply THE BEST. They waited for me to pick up my medication an hour after they close which is unheard of with any other clinic . They also have good prices for all the fertility medicines. Highly suggest using them as your pharmacy :)

Top notch service like this just does not exist anymore, so when I receive it I have to let others know. There was a delivery error from the shipper, who tried delivering our medication to the wrong address. We are just about to start our IVF journey so it was imperative that we receive it that day. My wife called me in a panic because tracking said it was attempted to deliver but failed and the shipper said there was nothing they could do until the next business day. , We both started to panic as it seemed as though we would not get our meds on time. Literally, while we were trying to figure out what to do, someone from Apri called and said they noticed we were not going to receive our medication on time and followed up with the shipper. Unprompted, no phone calls, no arguing with customer service. Just a company that is good at what they do and prepared in case things go awry. We ended up getting the package the same day and I want to thank the team at Apri for your professionalism, commitment and courtesy for your customers. THANK YOU!

As always, the pharmacy team went above and beyond with my ivf medications. Jason was very helpful. I drive three hours to this location for my ivf and my ivf medications and it is worth it!

I cannot say enough great things about this business. One of the owners (Jason?) has literally driven my prescription out to me at my home twice now because I had missed the delivery cut-off time but needed to take the medication that night. They are gracious, understanding, prompt, and professional. Highly recommended.

Apri Pharmacy really looks out for its customers to make sure they get needed medications in a timely manor, and do everything they can to keep cost down. Even though I live out of state, they came through for me when another large pharmacy company dropped the ball on specialty medication that I was in need of right away. I called Apri and they had it overnighted to me the next morning. I cant thank them enough for the help on such short notice. They have excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

We had such a great experience using Apri! With IVF being such a stressful process with a lot of coordination, Apri was more than accommodating to answer all questions, have medicines ready at a moments notice and even stayed open late when I had forgotten some urgent medication. I really recommend them to anyone going through this process as they are knowledgeable and have such great customer service.

If you want one of the best Services, look no further! This Pharmacy is the best. They go over and beyond what people should do for total strangers. Any issues I had whether it was billing or fed ex issues, they tried their best to correct it. These are some of the best people ever. Ive been dealing with pharmacies for the last 15 years and this is the best pharmacy. They treat you like family, and they literally go to bat for you. Their prices are also amazing, I paid doubled for estrogen at Safeway. What a mistake that was! You wont regret ordering from this pharmacy. They give you their best and more. They are professional and still treat you like family. What more could we want right! This journey is hard enough, but to have someone who cares about you at the end of that phone line really matters. This is what they do!

This pharmacy is the best because they genuinely care and understand that it is a stressful process. Jason was absolutely amazing, he took the time to answer all of my questions. I missed a chance to order my meds on Friday when I needed to and Bijan was there answering the phone on Saturday. I was SO thankful they were open on Saturday! I live in a remote area hours away from their location so he knew how important it was for me to receive them ASAP. He was kind and compassionate and answered all my concerns. The Stuff here are all amazing! You can call them with any questions and will get answers, with a lot of care and love. If I could give 10 stars I would! Every one has taken the time and patient. First of all, Jason, THANK YOU!In the in the last day of our IVF journey, we had to move. Our movers lost our IVF medication and we found out at 4:30 pm (and the meds had to be administered at 5pm. Our medical team called Jason, who stayed after 5 pm to make sure we were able to get our medication. This was a very stressful experience losing the medication and Jason and the entire team solved the problem for us. This is an amazing pharmacy, the team really treats you like a 5 star customer.Throughout the journey, medications have been delivered same day with super easy “call in to pay” system.Anyone going through the IVF or any other fertility related journey - don’t even think twice - just use this pharmacy!

I was really anxious to start the process of injections. With my work schedule, I wasnt sure how it would work out to pick up my medications and had a small window where I could pick them up this past Saturday. Because of the weather, my shipment was delayed and I wasnt able to pick them up at my planned pick up time. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I received my medications in time to start injections. He drove in the rain to hand deliver my medications and review instructions with me! I was so impressed with the service and am extremely grateful. It has been a huge relief to have one part of such a stressful process be stress free. A+++!

This pharmacy has been amazing to my wife and I. They take full accountability for your order from start to finish. They pick up the phone when you call, call you back when they say they will, and they go above and beyond to make sure you order is fullfilled with 100% satisfaction. The experience you will get from Apri is my opinion is far greater than you would with a larger pharmacy. The pharmacists at Apri are human and empathetic, they understand what you are going through and the stress you are under and they are truly there to help and to make this process easier and less stressful. Not only was Apri’s price the best option, but the staff was helpful throughout my entire IVF med journey. I have ordered from APRI Fertility Pharmacy several times now and have always been extremely happy with their customer service and my packages have always arrived on time. - In my last order I ended up receiving an extra 2 boxes of estrogen patches that I hadn’t ordered, but Jason sorted it out very quickly and easily for me - I am very pleased with the amount of care that they give their customers! I will continue to make APRI my go-to pharmacy for as long as I need fertility medications.

Amazing pharmacy! They definitely go above and beyond! I’ve ordered several fertility meds to either be shipped to my fertility clinic or to my home and each time the service has been top notch! They always arrive the very next day, when they call to collect payment they are so friendly and warm and helpful if I have any questions, and they arrive with ample extra items like syringes, alcohol wipes etc, I never run out! A previous pharmacy I used I would always run out of something and it was a pain in the butt! I hope to use their services again!

Amazing pharmacy. I needed an emergency fast medication for my process and called them at 4:55, 5 minutes before they close. I explained to them how much I need this medication and the manager kindly agreed to meet me outside to deliver this to me. They are accommodating with very reasonable pricing as well.

I want to thank the owner and everyone else who works here I’m so sorry if I can’t spell the name correctly but Bijon was the sweetest and stayed open a couple extra minutes until I got there I was 10 minutes away before closing I was really stressed for many reasons of course about getting my medication there was a mix up and confusion all around but they worked with me gave me great instructions even a sharps container for my injectables ! They are family owned and a local small business which I love to support and they do this to truly help their patients and clients I felt so comfortable and confident with their help and they made me feel welcomed thank you for everything 💖 !

My partner and I are trying to have a baby and went to Apri Pharmacy for our medications. The facility is easy to access, it’s very clean and nicely lit, the staff is beyond knowledgeable and helpful and made it as easy as possible to navigate all of the different medications we have to take throughout the IVF process. I never have to wait and I’m always in and out within 5 minutes, and maybe an extra 5 mins or so if they have to give directions. They’re currently working on therapy administration videos which will be amazing for their patients and customers. Thank you, Apri for making an already stressful process a lot easier on us.

Above & beyond: My doctor office forgot to order the trigger shot for my IVF and by the time I figured it out it was Saturday. The pharmacist, understanding my stress and despair over potentially missing my trigger drive up my medication to me personally in Orange County. He drove 70 miles to help me. I am beyond thankful for his kindness. Its so refreshing to find a pharmacy that has genuine care for their patients. I 100% recommend Apri.

Absolutely amazing! I was visiting from out of state and had an issue with my medication. I was able to call them and get my specialty prescription filled the same day! They stayed late for to make sure I could get my medication immediately! They were so kind and helpful and made a very stressful process soooo much better! The Apri pharmacy staff is absolutely AMAZING! They are a small specialty pharmacy that puts the patients first and will go out of the way to help their patients. I initially called to get a quote on IVF medications and the girl who answered the phone mistakenly provided me the wrong prices (the prices she gave me were based on if I had qualified for their low income discount program). I called back and spoke to Bijan, their pharmacist, to express my concerns. Bijan was very understanding of this and went to escalate this to management to make things right. A day later, he called me back to let me know that they would be happy to honor the same prices as quoted. I was ecstatic and didn’t think any pharmacy would go above and beyond for this patients. Bijan also remembered every conversation I had with him and was quick at communication so it made the entire process very smooth. I would definitely continue to use Apri pharmacy for all my specialty medication needs. Highly recommended!

Apri is so helpful and accommodating, they go out of their way to ensure that your order is correct and that you have everything you need. This pharmacy is one of the BEST I have ever dealt with. They were so helpful and supportive. I really feel like they wanted to help me and cared. I would recommend Apri to any woman I especially want to mention Jason. He was knowledgeable and understanding.

This team is so wonderful. The way they packaged my ivf meds made it way easier than other pharmacies to know which syringes went with which meds. But more than that, they were so communicative and kind throughout the process. And this meant so much during a very trying time. I’ll be using them again!

If you are in doubt of which fertility pharmacy to use, please read my review. This is my 2nd round of IVF and my 2nd time using Apri Pharmacy. Every single person you speak to is polite, efficient, professional and on top of everything. All of the medications always came perfectly on time, exactly as described and with all of the tools Ive needed. Every time I had a question or needed something, I always spoke to someone who went above and beyond to help me. Even when I left a voicemail at night, someone promptly called me the next day and took care of it.Jason and another team member went above and beyond to help me through thick and thin throughout this process and that means a lot to me in a world of robots and poor customer service. IVF is not a fun process so its really made a big difference to have someone be kind to you and help find solutions to problems as they come up. Cannot recommend them enough.

Firstly, I want to thank Bijan for going above and beyond in helping me with the medications. I ran out of medications on Saturday and checked with all the pharmacies, unfortunately everyone were closed on Sunday. Then I emailed Apri and my nurse also reached to them if they can be available on Sunday to pick the medications. To my surprise they asked me to come and pick it from them on Sunday. Also the prices are less when compared to other pharmacies. Would highly recommend them to all the people out there looking for fertility medications. Thank you so much Bijan once again!!

APRI and particularity the amazing employee Bijan went above and beyond when we needed urgently medication over the weekend that was on back order at Alta pharmacy. Alta did not provide the needed support in the difficult situation and Apri (sorry to valley San Diego side) stepped up and solved the challenge with great care and reliability. I will be switching from Alta to Apri as soon as possible (reliability, immediate response and call back, clear guidance and support by very knowledgeable staff, like Bijan).
