Dr Wood and his staff are very friendly and professional. Nurse Cindy was available at any time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Always reassuring. I am very happy to have chosen Gen5 for my surrogacy journey. My case manager Denise was great to have! She made sure everything was smooth for me from my transfer day to recovery days. From the first time I reached out to the agency I have had only a wonderful experience. Special thank you to my coordinator Denise for being so kind, supportive and professional. Its not always easy as I am a first time surrogate and I have tons of questions but she is always there for you even if you only need to talk. This is just one of many reviews I will leave. Our journey of trying to have a baby started in May and it is still continuing. I had my first retrieval in July and now I am back for my second. While I adore everyone I wanted to shout out Cynthia for being so welcoming my second time around. She just makes everything so funny and bubbly.

We had a great experience with Gen 5 Fertility. We were originally torn between doing our IVF in Asia or in the US but after extensive research we decided to go with Gen 5 Fertility in San Diego. I first reached out to the clinic and was not able to get a hold of them but finally got a respond through email from one of their overseas coordinators Fan Yang.I had told her about our plans and she arranged a video consult with Dr Wood the following day as we were located in Indonesia, there was quite a time difference. Dr Wood was very reassuring and understanding of our situation and plan. We had informed them that we wanted to start as soon as possible and so after the video consult another coordinator had contacted us about the finances, our dates and schedule for the start of our IVF Journey.We did a 2 total of 2 rounds of IVF and 1 FET and we are currently successfully pregnant with twins!The instructions for the IVF medications were really clear and they also provided us a calendar to follow along. Our IVF coordinator was Angelina Gibbons and she was such a joy to be around. Thank you so much Angie!! When it was time for the Egg Retrieval, I was a little nervous as I had read online that many women experience discomfort after the procedure. Luckily for me, I had experienced zero discomfort both times during and afterwards. Dr Samuel Wood was truly amazing!Our first round of IVF was not as we expected as we wanted a few PGT tested embryos, so it only made sense for us to do the 2nd round which gave as a total of a few PGT tested embryos.When it was time for the transfer, we were very excited and happy that the IVF part of the program was over. My husband was with me in the room with the nurse and Dr Wood when the transfer was happening. We got to see the 2 embryos being put inside through the screen which was such an exciting moment for us. I felt a little discomfort in the beginning before the transfer started, but when I mentioned it to Dr Wood he immediately made adjustments and I felt very comfortable from then on. The receptionist Jasel was such a sweetheart, she had given us some flowers for good luck and we truly appreciated :) It made me smile every time I looked at it after the transfer!Our main coordinators for the FET was Jasmine and Manasvini, they were absolute angels, they were there for us every step of the way. Whenever we had any problems or concerns they were very easy to get ahold of through the phone or email. We were very thankful to have only have needed 1 FET for a successful pregnancy!Honestly, everyone at Gen 5 was really sweet and helpful, all the nurses that had taken my blood and helped me out, thank you so much! All of you made our IVF Journey so joyful :) For my last scan before leaving Gen 5, Fan Yang had joined the scan and it was such a special and fun last day at the clinic. Thank you again to everyone at Gen 5 for our successful fertility journey!!

I was 39 years old when I had my consultation in January. I had my egg retrieval in March. I had my embryo transfer in July. I paid for 1 round of IVF. I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant. The reason I chose Dr. Samuel Wood and Gen 5 Fertility Center is because I was new to San Diego, and I saw him in The Kardashians show. I got the impression from the show that using their resources Dr. Wood was the best IVF doctor in the area and he wasn’t just doing whatever the standard IVF is, he was taking a more holistic and innovative approach.Dr. Samuel Wood is available for all ultrasound appointments and does the egg retrieval and embryo transfer. I appreciate his personality and humor. He’s positive and engaging. He always asked me questions to get me to guess and see if I was following along with the information he was providing me. I can tell he truly wants to make each of his patients into parents. He does everything with precision and perfection, and he doesn’t settle for less. Other doctors made me feel like my anatomy was not normal and maybe the reason for infertility. Dr. Wood assured me everything was fine. The more competent you are and the less mistakes you make, you don’t have to blame the patient.My FET Coordinators were Vinny & Jasmin. I could email them anytime. I stuck within business hours most of the time. I always received a prompt and considerate response. I got a lot of reassurance from them. It was nice to have them be a part of the process along the way. They are truly hopeful and happy for you along the way.My whole experience was wonderful considering I have a crippling fear of blood tests and needles. I ended up being able to administer all my injections myself at home. All the blood tests were done at the fertility center. The technicians who do the bloodwork are good.I would do IVF again at Gen 5 Fertility Center and I hope to do it again ASAP.

After four long years of trying to conceive and enduring five unsuccessful IVF cycles at various clinics in San Diego, my husband and I had almost lost hope. I am a proud Egg Donor at Gen5 Fertility.My amazing team (Fionna, Fan, Alicia, Bibi, etc) have made my first journey with them, the most memorable and smooth. Everyone is communicative, accommodating, trustworthy, and go above-and-beyond. Dr. Wood is absolutely phenomenal, his bedside manner is graceful and I felt so good putting my trust into his hands.The office itself is located on a beautiful hilltop. Without exaggeration, you simply cannot find a better, more professional, cleaner, and nicer fertility clinic than Gen5 Fertility. Unfortunately, I’ve visited many over my marriage. Dr. Woods really knows his stuff. Fertility, surrogacy, egg harvesting, ovarian rejuvenation, IVF, etc… is all done right here in San Diego. This is easily one of the most premier medical facilities you can find. They have. VIP client center where some of the procedures are a little more discreet. This place has been cleaned, thoroughly, top to bottom often. You can tell they hold a little higher standard. This is one of the many reasons they are so successful in their practice and in the fertility industry. Choosing a fertility clinic can be stressful, but these guys make it really easy. I would consider them quite trustworthy. It also doesn’t hurt that they have a great view of the ocean from their office. 😉

If anyone asks my wife and me about who we recommend for infertility services in San Diego we would 100% recommend Gen5 fertility.First, our years-long infertility journey started at another San Diego clinic, which matters because I’m not so sure how we’d perceive our experience at Gen5 if we hadn’t experienced that clinic first.At the first clinic, we met with a doctor only once (after rescheduling us twice) who never remembered us or anything in our tiny patient file. Over 3 IUI’s we never had the same care providers, and worst of all it was always a different person who called to say the procedure was unsuccessful. The process is SET after the service you’re buying is determined. If you’re doing an IUI, you’re getting one dosage – no follow-up, no bloodwork tracking, and no adjustments along the way.When IVF started to become a more necessary reality we had to decide if we wanted to remain a part of the impersonal high-volume clinic (presumably VC/PE funded and growth-minded) or find someone else. As it turned out switching to Dr. Wood and Gen5 may have saved my wife’s life.Gen5 runs 100% through Dr. Wood, which seems to be a conscientious quality-of-care decision. From the very first appointment my wife said felt more taken-care of from a bedside manner perspective, and an obvious and evident expertise perspective.The value of this level of care really showed itself during the stimulation process when my wife had a super high estradiol level (4x normal) which prompted a quick change of care that seems to have prevented life-threatening OHSS and allowed the egg retrieval to continue.Even with the adjustments we still ran into some complications where we needed an emergency next-morning visit, but we shudder to think what could’ve happened if we were still at the first clinic.This level of care was eventually what we decided mattered the most for us. It’s a real decision to make because there are downsides to it. Appointments can take a very long time (an hour or longer often), and it’s presumably because Dr. Wood sees EVERYONE. Also when my wife and mine’s emergency next-day-appointment happens, it’s is pushing everyone else’s appointment 30 minutes later.Gen5 is not the cheapest option but we consider it a good value. The process for an IUI was about 2-3x the price of our first clinic. “Comparable” IVF packages were 20-30% more expensive at Gen5. For the money though, you get actual follow-up, bloodwork tracking, and adjustments to care along the way.These time and money costs are where I think we would’ve perceived Gen5 differently had we not gone to another clinic first. After seeing what else is out there we’re less concerned about the time and money, and more concerned about how much worse infertility treatment in San Diego would be if Dr. Wood and the Gen5 team wasn’t here.And of course the team matters a lot. Big thank you to our dedicated coordinators Yuzi, Jasmin, and Vinny. We were never apprehensive to send a midnight email.We are now graduated from the clinic, happily looking forward to expecting our first. We’ll be back in a couple years!

My Wife and I are so grateful for having found Dr. Wood and Gen5 Fertility.Our journey started less than a year ago, when my wife and I walked into Gen 5 for the first time. By the time we left the initial consultation, we both agreed that Dr. Wood was going to be our fertility doctor.There was no pressure at all during the consultation, and we left with a clear understanding of what Gen5 does, what Doctor Wood thought would be a good place to start for us, and what the costs would be.If you havent looked up Dr. Wood already, he is not your average fertility specialist. He has been at the forefront of his field for a very long time. People travel from across the USA (and beyond) to be under his care. Having somebody this talented in my city was great. Before our consultation, my wife wasnt sold on having a male doctor, but from the moment we met Dr. Wood, those hesitations vanished. Beyond being such a capable doctor, he has a very calming and reassuring presence that made the entire process so much easier.Our coordinators, Chloe and Jasmin, both consistently went above and beyond as well. They were always easily accessible and thoughtful and thorough in all of their communications. Both were helpful with everything from helping show us how to do the shots (yes, there were shots, no they were not that bad), to answering questions we had between appointments.We did a single round of full IVF with Gen 5. Dr. Wood reviewed all of our labs and personally did scans/ultrasounds before and during our cycle to tailor a stims / medication protocol specific to our needs. Our first and only retrieval went amazingly well, and resulted in multiple PGT tested euploid embryos. We moved onto transfer shortly thereafter and our first FET transfer resulted in pregnancy! Since graduating from Gen5, baby has been growing and looked great at our 20 week anatomy scan this week.Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Wood, Dr. Adams (our Embryologist), our coordinators Chloe and Jasmin, and the entire Gen5 team for the extraordinary care provided to us.TLDR: We are having a baby! Go in for a consultation and meet Dr. Wood. Youll see why we chose Gen5 to help us start our family.

Just wanted to say this is my second time with gen 5 as a surrogate and Denise is such amazing person to work with she has helped me out so much in this second time around and it’s so much less stressful to be able to have her by my side in all this so I’m not alone

I embarked on a challenging journey towards parenthood over two years ago. I had five unsuccessful IVF attempts at other centers before discovering Gen 5 Fertility and the exceptional care of Dr. Wood. I was very close to giving up when Dr. Villanueva encouraged me to meet with Dr. Wood for a consultation, and I’m so happy I listened because from the first moment I stepped foot in the office I knew our life was about to change. In my consultation with Dr. Wood, he meticulously reviewed my past cycles and outlined a personalized approach to optimize my fertility journey. He and Dr. Adams started me on supplements and a special pre-treatment protocol that was specifically tailored to me. Dr. Wood did all of the ultrasounds and procedures himself and after just one retrieval we ended up with two healthy PGT- normal embryos. We moved forward with a single embryo transfer and I’m now almost 19 weeks pregnant with our precious baby. My husband and I are going to be forever grateful to Dr. Wood, Dr. Adams, and everyone at Gen5. To those who might be on a similar path I want you to know that there is hope and I can’t recommend Gen 5 Fertility and Dr. Wood enough.

My experience with GEN five fertility AMAZING!! I am currently a surrogate first timer and with my experience here as nervous as I am already, I feel at home. The staff are so sweet so kind my coordinator is Cindy she is amazing she walks me through every step I never feel like any of my questions are not good enough to be answered she is there every step of the way with me. The front Desk ladies are super awesome!! they’re so sweet always so welcoming, also with blood draws, I have to say they’re pretty good they always get it the first time never leaves me bruised up place and Doctor wood is such a gentleman he will walk you through every step anything he is doing preparing for he is quick on answering if you need to get any blood draws the next day ultrasound if I can give this a 10 star rating I would definitely look into this you will not regret it

I have been to other clinics in the past and I have always received amazing care at Gen 5 Fertility. Everyone at the clinic is super kind. They make you feel like family and a second home. Staff is so patient, kind and caring. My coordinator Melissa goes above and beyond to make the journey comfortable. She always kept me informed and never failed to answer a question or return an email or phone call. Dr. Wood is extremely knowledgeable and he immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. He was very attentive and did the best to get me the best results. Now I am 14 weeks pregnant and I could not have made it this far without Dr. Wood and the support of the staff. Gen5 makes your dreams come true and I highly recommend Dr. Wood to anyone considering a fertility specialist.

Gen5 has been nothing short of amazing. After trying for a year on our own, and then finding out we have male factor infertility, I was terrified. 5 months after being under Melissa & Dr Wood’s care, we’re now 5 weeks pregnant. 1 egg retrieval (still have 13 embryos on ICE) & 1 FET (transfer), and we’re pregnant! They’re diligent, precise, highly sophisticated, and friendly. I would recommend them to any close friend or family member. We’re so blessed to have found them.

As a second time surrogate I had a really great experience with this clinic. Dr. Woods was amazing and Jessica was the best coordinator. They made my experience great and I never felt like I couldn’t ask anything if I was in doubt. They have the latest state of the art equipment and they always made me feel comfortable with me every step of the way until released to my own doctor.

I’m not one to take the time and write reviews, but my experience at Gen 5 Fertility Center was exceptional from consultation to conception. Traditionally, people don’t like to share their infertility experience, but if this can help just one person take a step in the right direction towards bringing life into this world then I’ve done my deed.I was hesitant to go by a male doctor for whatever reason - I just didn’t feel comfortable. My husband and I were trying to conceive for 6 years so it was quite a journey before I got to Dr. Wood at Gen 5. I researched and went to the “top doctors in San Diego”. My diagnosis was “unexplained infertility”. I will spare the names of the clinics but both offices had leading female doctors and I was very disappointed in not only the experience, but the staff. This was such a sensitive time in our lives and not that I wanted any hand holding during the process, but at least some professionalism.At one of the clinics, I had 2 failed IUI’s and 1 failed IVF, they lost my paperwork, wouldn’t return my calls promptly (they had the worst automated system that wouldn’t connect me to an actual person) and unclear injection instructions. After my failed IVF, they told me that I would need an egg donor if I ever wanted a chance of successful pregnancy. I did not accept that as answer so I found another doctor.The next clinic was very unprofessional and supposedly the top fertility doctor. They blurted out my name and procedure in the lobby. It was another failed IUI. I never even met with the actual doctor.I’m not mad about my previous experiences because it brought me to Dr. Wood which I know was God sent. After thoroughly researching and reading pleasant reviews, I knew I had to get out of my comfort zone. He was my last shot in making this work locally before I reached out to clinics in LA.Fast forward to the consultation, I walk in and it’s a state-of-the-art facility. I pay attention to little details and I thought it was so sweet that they had a little “congratulations on the consultation” sign upon my arrival. Then I met with his patient and financial coordinators, Emily and Snow, who were very friendly and professional and explained the whole process thoroughly.I knew I wanted to jump right into IVF because of my losing streak with IUI’s but Dr. Wood insisted that we try a back to back IUI just to see if my body was receptive. It didn’t work the first or the second time, but at least we ruled it out. I mention this because most doctors would just resort to IVF first since it’s more money in their pocket, but not Dr. Wood.We were hopeful for IVF. I chose the second tier option to pay a little extra but guaranteed a second cycle in case the first time didn’t take. The difference would be refunded if the embryo was implanted successfully.My coordinators, Yuzmel and Marissa, were like angels carrying me through the whole process. Their compassion, clear communication, unparalleled professionalism, and friendliness eased me through the grueling process of IVF. I feel that the dynamic of an establishment starts from the top and Dr. Wood has created the most sensational team that truly love what they do.Dr. Wood was the saving grace that concluded our 6 year journey. I believe I had about 30-40 good quality eggs with 22 perfect embryos.. so much for needing an egg donor. My pregnancy was smooth sailing and our beautiful blessing was born healthy and strong.I know this was all God’s plan and if you’re reading this review and debating if you should make a consultation, take this as your sign to schedule now. Save yourself from the time and draining energy I had to endure going to the other “notable” clinics in San Diego.Dr. Wood and the staff at Gen 5 Fertility Center, including Yuzmel, Marissa, Snow, Emily, Ginger, and the friendly faces at the reception were all extraordinary. I’m so happy that all my prayers were answered through their care.God bless those who are struggling with infertility but may they find peace with trusting that it’s all divine timing. 🤍

I was delighted with the service and treatment I received at Gen 5. Staff was great. Dr. Wood was a very kind and understanding. I am a real believer in his work and research. I am coming back for another session of Ovarian Rejuvenation. I was very pleased with the results.

I was SO nervous about some procedures that I had coming up. Once there Jessica was AMAZING in making me feel so welcome and at ease. The whole thing was so fast yet thorough and so professional. This clinic is beyond exceptional. The staff and doctors here are second to none. As a Surrogate Mother we don’t always get treated the greatest, but at this clinic I am always treated with love, exceptional care and respect. They all take their time and explain everything to you whether you’re their patient or there for outside monitoring. The doctor treats me like I have done this before (because I have)and is always honest and kind. I had to have a procedure done at this clinic and Dr. Wood was quick and informative throughout the process. He was gentle and made sure I was okay. If I had a choice I would pick Dr Wood and his staff every time! Thank you all for being so gracious, kind and helpful! I always feel like I am in great hands with this clinic!

Every one I met here was so patient, nice, and caring to me. Dr Wood and Dr Ms. Anesthesia have been so professional and experienced. It has been an awesome experience with Gen5!I worked with Bibi, Mary, Tracy, Ginger, Lisa, and Claire for my entire treatment. The surgery is finished but I enjoyed a lot working with the team!

I have worked with several centers in the process of surrogacy. Many have been good, however Gen5 has been exceptional! Lets just start with the AMAZING surrogate coordinator. I have NEVER had a surrogate coordinator like Jessica. By far, the most incredible coordinator I have worked with. She takes her time to answer questions promptly and even quickly on weekends. She is also very caring and supportive. Even the simple things like getting a blood draw at Gen5 has been great. They always make sure I am doing ok through them and feeling comfortable. The front desk welcome me by my first name and I never feel like just a random patient. Dr. Wood is kind and encouraging. You can feel his positive spirit the moment he walks in the room. He knows what he is talking about and makes each cycle really easy. Even when I had a chemical pregnancy, he came with a new game plan to see how else we can make this successful. If you are looking into a great IVF center, look no further. THIS IS THE ONE!

My wife and I had a great experience at Gen5. The entire staff is extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wood is an incredible specialist and one of the most knowledgeable doctors Ive ever been around. Every staff member from finance, front desk, nursing, surgical and anything else takes so much attention and care in the patient and makes the experience really personalized. Would recommend to literally anyone needing care from any service they provide.

Dr Wood is pretty great. Hes funny and always makes me feel alot less nervous about things. His staff is always helpful. My coordinator Jessica always take the extra effort to help me out and make me feel at ease. Trust is super important to me, so Im extremely happy that I found a doctor and staff that I can trust.

Im very happy with my IVF experience with Gen5. I have successfully gone through IVF with two different clinics, prior. I like the efficiency of this clinic on getting me in and out, as thats been an issue in the past.My coordinator is Cindy, and she has made my experience this time around stand out, above the others. Shes easily reachable, and checks in with you, showing that she truly cares. Hope to work again with them in the future!

Dr Wood is a wonderful person, very genuine, and professional ,and he cares abut his Patients so much, to where he treats you like you are his only patient. I hope there was an option for 10 starts when you have excellent experience with Doctor, staff, installation, nurses, lab, embryologist and accountability department, all in same place.We feel beyond grateful with Dr. Wood. He made possible what 5 different doctors at 4 different clinics couldn’t after 6 transfers. And he did it on his first try!.We have male factor but even though we couldn’t stay pregnant, I had 5 chemicals and 1 fail transfers, and other Doctors Only wanted me to “keep trying” and that made us loose 9 embabies. That made us feel terrible how other clinics treat your embryos like just the number of opportunities you can “flip the coin”. But not at Gen5 they care about you and your embryos. One clinic even told me to consider egg donation, and carry myself the baby, when that was not the answer.Days before my transfer with Dr. Wood and even knowing my background of all my losses and all tests and lining looking good (no answer for my chemicals, at that point) he told me that I had 85% chances of succeed. One day, he said that my uterus was slightly right, but he was not concerned, that transfers were a little bit different and that they don’t learn that at school, they learn during practice. Well, he was RIGHT again, what the other 5 doctors missed, he didn’t.Thanks to all his experience, knowledge and years of preparation, he is giving us the family we were waiting for 3 years of IVF and 5 of infertility. I am 13 weeks pregnant now for the first time and everything is doing well so far.Marissa and Yuzmel our coordinators were amazing, always answering my concerns on time. They all really care about you.Thank you Gen5 (L) there’s no words that can express how grateful we are.

Dr. woods has been awesome so far in my surrogacy journey, he makes you feel welcomed and comfortable at every appointment. The staff at Gen5 is very friendly and Jessica Lee has been extremely helpful during my process and keeps me well informed with what’s happening during each step.

Dr. Wood is a brilliant doctor and also a very warm man. The level of medical care my wife received w Dr. Wood and his staff was very superior. Dr. Wood and my coordinator Melissa Aguirre are the absolute best. I was an edge case with extremely low follicle count and extremely low AMH.They went above and beyond for me. Everyone that works there, the front office manager, the other nurses, phlebotomists, embryologists - they are all amazing! Mary usually handled my care during egg retrivals and she was so reassuring.Everyone was always extremely caring and nice - even during the hardest times of the pandemic. And their blood draws dont hurt! I cant say the same for my new doctors office.I went through 4 rounds of IVF (remember Im an edge case) and I was able to get 2 healthy embryos. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and it feels surreal.I was actually very sad when I had to graduate to a regular OBGYN. The care I received at Gen5 is like no where else. And Melissa went above the call of duty for me - she really helped get me through the entire IVF experience. I have zero hesitation recommending Gen5 Fertility to anyone that is experiencing infertility.

I just love this place! This is my 2nd time going with Dr. Wood he is super nice and funny. Also my nurse Jessica has been great too. During transfer I had a nurse named HOPE I was nervous she helped me calm down know judgment from her. She is such a kind soul I have never ment a nurse so sweet and caring. I have been through several rounds of IUI with no success and figured that the only way for my dream to come true was through IVF. After several consultations with other facilities, I am so incredibly grateful that I found Dr Wood here at Gen 5! From the time we met, my husband and I knew that he was the right fit for us. Their facility didn’t try to coax us into something that wasn’t fit for us and didn’t deceive us in any way. Everything was always upfront and communicated very well so their wasn’t any confusion at any point in time. Also, my coordinator, Marissa is a godsend!! Sweetest lady ever and amazing in her patience with me. Dr Wood and everyone else at their facility did what they do best and now after being in their care for about 4 months for ivf and fet, I got my results from my first blood work test afterwards and I am ecstatic to announce that it is positive for my first pregnancy!

I‘m pregnant!I wanted to share my experience with Gen 5 and Ovarian Rejuvenation because I couldn’t find many statistics or much conclusive proof that OR works when I was researching and I really wanted some reassurance before sinking thousands MORE dollars into my desperate and bleak looking journey to have my own biological baby.I hope this finds all you future mamas with low ovarian reserve, low amh, and/or premature ovarian insufficiency out there who have been told by other fertility clinics that you’re not eligible for any type of IVF or egg freezing and that your only option is an egg donor or adoption.I am 38 years old and have had two miscarriages. The most recent was a little over two years ago when I was at 17 weeks. I was devastated. Actually, there are not words for how I felt. Devastated doesn‘t even cover it. As soon as we were cleared by my OB that it was safe to try again, my partner and I started trying. We figured it would happen quickly because it did the first time. Fast forward a year of trying and still no pregnancy. My periods had become irregular, ranging from 14-45 days. So I made an appointment at a local fertility clinic and found out that my AMH was 0.04 and my FSH was elevated. I also had only one antral follicle in my right ovary and zero in my left. The doctor told me my only option was an egg donor. I tried another local fertility specialist and, although not as careless as the first one, they basically said the same thing.I experienced feelings of loss and grief that were indescribable at the thought that I couldn’t have a biological child. It felt wrong and I could not accept it.Shortly there after some information on ovarian rejuvenation popped up in one of my social media feeds. I found Gen 5 and immediately made an appointment to talk to Dr. Woods. The entire team was so friendly and informative and reassuring. They filled me with hope and explained why most fertility clinics will not consider anyone who is not ideal because they are required to report their statistics and don’t want to take a chance even though it’s entirely possible regardless of AMH and FSH. All it takes is one healthy egg.I decided on the ultra OR procedure because it would give me 6 months to decide whether I wanted to do ivf or freeze my eggs through Gen 5 because they are the only group who would do that for me given my numbers. 4 months after the treatment I scheduled my first appointment for egg freezing but as the date got closer I had this impulse to take a pregnancy test. It was positive. I have spontaneously conceived naturally after trying for two and a half years despite my condition and all of the odds stacked against me. I had an ultrasound with a heartbeat that confirms I am in my 7th week of pregnancy. It is nothing short of a miracle.Dr. Woods and his team and what they are doing is magic! Or cutting edge science in fertility medicine, call it what you want.Again, I have no words to describe the feelings I have. I am joyful in a way that surpasses anything I have known as an adult. And I wholeheartedly encourage ANYONE who has been told they can’t have a biological because of advanced maternal age or premature ovarian insufficiency or poor egg quality or anything like that to give this a chance. It works. I am proof.

Had a great experience as a gestational carrier at Gen5. The facilities are gorgeous, and the staff is super helpful and always so nice! Jessica was my clinic coordinator, and she was great at communicating the plan and results quickly! I would recommend Gen5 to anyone in need of fertility assistance.

I am very grateful that we decided to pursue ENPLAF (ovarian rejuvenation) with Gen 5. I am 43 years old. We conceived twice naturally last year and lost both babies at 7 and 8 weeks respectively. In November of 2020 and again in November of 2021 we did an egg retrieval and got a total of 4 embryos but all were chromosomally abnormal. We have been determined to do all in our power to have a child. I have no known fertility issues, but I do have an immune disorder...and I am a kidney donor! Age is my primary obstacle. Needless to say, I am a complex case! All that being said, we are one month post ENPLAF at Gen 5 and just completed our 3rd IVF egg retrieval at Spring in San Francisco. We got 12 follicles (this was more than we got in 2020 when we had 11 follicles but was 2 years younger!) and it resulted in 6 day-three embryos! We are ecstatic! We plan to retrieve again immediately to take full advantage of the ENPLAF treatment benefits! I do not think ovarian rejuvenation is for everyone, but with age being my primary obstacle it seems to have made a huge difference for us! We will transfer our embryos in the fall. I cannot wait to see if a baby finally results! Thank you, Dr. Wood, Emily and the entire Gen 5 team for your kindness, dignity, compassion, honesty and interaction with us. We are so happy to celebrate the fruit of this journey with you!

The place is amazing! The doctors are very wonderful and kind, not to mention, the service is phenomenal! There is 6 ultrasonic rooms and 2 surgery rooms and Ive seen how spacious and clean they all are.Five stars to the doctors and staff!

Right as I walked in I felt very comfortable. During my first screening they made sure I knew what was happening, the process on what to expect and timeline for everything. I really appreciate how in depth they went! Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and unkind service. They see patients as their bank accounts, not even numbers. They treat you as you an old rodent with a fat gold purse ready to give it away for one promise of giving you a progeny. In reality, they make you feel worse psychologically and physically. Stay away at any cost unless you want to try and see for yourself.

Dr wood is amazing he always makes sure that everything is in order most of all that I am healthy for the cycle he has always thought about my health , Jessica and Rebecca are fantastic Jessica is always there to make sure that I am taking my medications and inserting in the safe spots Rebecca is always keeping in contact with me to make sure I have everything I need I definitely recommend gen 5

Denise and Cindy have been incredibly helpful!! Since the moment that I arrived at the clinic they were very informative, patient and supportive. Denise has been there at any time of the day and is friendly. It’s super easy doing this journey alongside them and look forward to working more with them.

This is my 4th fertility clinic and by far the best. My only regret is that I did not come to Gen 5 sooner. Dr. Wood is so knowledgeable and really passionate about helping his patients. The staff is amazing. They are always so nice and helpful. My coordinators have been quick to respond to any questions I may have. I also love that I actually get to see Dr. Wood at my appointments. I really appreciate everything they have done for me and the future of my family.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Villanueva, he behaved in a very unfriendly manner, regarding the treatment he also did not give results and he was very arrogant during the last consultation.I do not recommend the clinic in the least.
