My recent experience with HWB Medical Services, though initially met with some hesitation due to the complexity of their website and surprisingly affordable pricing, evolved into a highly satisfactory encounter, thanks to their exemplary staff and streamlined processes.Admittedly, communication via email was somewhat slower than anticipated, leading to initial confusion regarding pre-procedure requirements and hotel bookings. This concern, however, was promptly and efficiently addressed in person by Sofia and Viridiana, who clarified the nuances of the service package, including accommodation logistics for companions during the surgical process. Their explanation of the email prioritization system employed by HWB also shed light on the response times, which, in hindsight, made perfect sense.The transportation services provided by HWB deserve special mention. Abraham, our driver, was nothing short of exceptional, offering not just a ride but a genuinely joyful and welcoming experience from the moment we landed. His demeanor and assistance significantly eased the logistical aspects of our journey. Jaime, our driver in Tijuana, seamlessly continued this level of service, ensuring our comfort and easing the transition between the airport, hotel, and hospital.The staff at Quartz Hotel mirrored this hospitality, showcasing particular care for my fiancée as a surgery patient and making our stay comfortable and worry-free. The informative gesture about the hotel deposit was also appreciated for its transparency.(Piece of info- even though HBW pays for your stay with your package, there is a deposit at the hotel of roughly $200 which they hold until check out, the. You get it back)Medical personnel, including Dr. Michel and the entire team at the facility, were commendable for their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. Their approach to patient care, from the surgery to post-operative instructions, was thorough and imbued with a sense of personal investment in our well-being. The recent visitor policy adjustment post-COVID and the efficient discharge process further exemplified their commitment to patient safety and convenience. The hospital is very secure and everywhere you have to have a code to get into where patients are as well as other offices.Navigating Tijuana was surprisingly easy and safe, contrasting sharply with the pedestrian experiences in many U.S. cities. The option to use a footbridge for hospital visits was both economical and practical.Abraham’s proficiency and kindness in our return journey to San Diego highlighted the end-to-end consideration and care HWB extends to its clients. His efforts to show us around and ensure our comfort before our departure were above and beyond.A final word of advice to future clients: consider bringing cash for convenience and as a gesture of appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff, who truly deserve recognition for their dedication. (Literally, I couldn’t find an ATM to get money for tipping which was very upsetting because these people deserved more)In conclusion, my experience with HWB Medical Services was not just a medical procedure but a journey marked by exceptional care, support, and human kindness. It has set a high benchmark for medical tourism and is a testament to the quality and dedication of their team. I can not state enough how happy I am with my experience with Health and Wellness Bazaar. I had been scammed by another doctor just a few weeks before I decided to take another chance with H&WB. They went over and above to make me comfortable in so many ways..from the absolute best care before during and after my procedure. I had a full mommy makeover consisting of extended tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair, breast lift with implants, lipo 360 with fat transfer for a BBL. The doctors were wonderful with my before and aftercare. The results are amazing and I LOVE my new body. Pain was a lot less than I imagined and the care I received at the recovery house was great!! We felt completely safe and secure the entire time. I highly recommend H&WB!! I will be booking again with them soon ❤️

Where do I start!! The process was so smooth from the time I sent the first inquiry to the flight back home! I swear I am not being paid or even asked to leave this review. I just truly felt like it needs to be done so more people can see that this is the place you can trust.I got a rhinoplasty in December 2023. I am almost 3 months post-op now, and I’m finally writing my review.Communication: 10/10My driver Abraham was AMAZING!! So helpful. So kind. He even made an extra trip to our hotel when my mom had to go home early unexpectedly. I even still receive texts/emails from HW Bazaar asking how my recovery is going. This team really cares.Safety: 10/10Speaking of my mom going home unexpectedly.. I was in Tijuana by myself (23 y/o F) for 3 days and I felt so comfortable and so safe in my hotel. Anything I could have possibly needed was within a 5 minute walk if not right there in the hotel with me. I wish I spoke more Spanish but I have since been learning because I WILL BE BACK!!As far as safety at the hospital, I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Rodas and his care team. While there was a bit of a communication barrier, I never once felt like I didn’t know what was going on.Results: 10/10!!!Like I said I am only 3 months post rhinoplasty, and this surgery takes anywhere from 8 months to 18 months to fully heal. However, I was so happy with my results the moment I got the cast taken off. I felt like Dr. Rodas really listened to what I wanted and kept my nose looking natural while still taking care of ALL of my insecurities.Again, this is not paid or coerced even though it sounds a bit like an infomercial 😂😂 I just really love this team and I want everyone to go!!

Just a quick note to express how thankful I am that I chose you as my plastic surgeon Dr. Navarro. You have been very professional yet down to earth, which made me feel very comfortable with you. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. Your knowledge & skills gave me a very natural look just like I requested. The driver’s were extremely knowledgeable and so helpful with my experience in another country. Recovery home I felt extremely spoiled with the amount of care I received helping in my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Navarro his before and after gallery are phenomenal.

I had a tummy tuck, lipo and fat transfer on 7/2024. I’m giving 3 stars because there’s some aspects of the experience that were amazing and others that truly missed the mark.-getting information and a quote was really simple and pricing was competitive with the area. Reviews seemed great.- it took me over a month to get my FMLA paperwork filled out correctly. I had to call and follow up constantly. For a while they would say the Dr was working on it but it turns out she was on vacation and no one informed me. The doctor was very helpful when she was back to help me get it resolved.-companion fee. When I video chatted with the girl giving me all the info (who I was informed was no longer with the company) had informed her I was going to bring my mom as a companion and she never advised me of the extra cost nor was this put on the invoice when I went to post final payment. After arguing with someone who told me I was told even though they weren’t on the video chat and it wasn’t on the final invoice their manager helped me and was honestly very nice.-The drivers were exceptional. I have zero complaints. We were picked up promptly and brought to the office to finalize paperwork. From there Jaime took us to get delicious tacos and run some errands. Both lovely people.-the “hospital” where you stay the first night is my BIGGEST complaint. After paying the companion fee and being assured my mom would be accommodated I was beyond annoyed to see that I was put in a room with someone else and my mom was given a CHAIR to sleep on! Absolutely no privacy and rooming with my mom and a stranger. I went to shower that night and the shower door literally shattered on me resulting in 2 hours of shards being combed out of my hair and a couple of stitches on my foot. The compensation? A vitamin c IV. I honestly was insulted. The nurses and doctor on staff after the incident were rude and I could hear them gossiping in the hallway. I honestly was so uncomfortable at this point to continue with the surgery. But I did go through with it. The next day I had surgery and had to spend one more day afternoon at this center. On this day my mom was told to step out of the room so the doctor could talk to me and they then moved another patient into the room without letting us know what was going on. I had just had surgery and was so upset and confused. The nurse literally couldn’t be bothered to help me walk to the person who was helping me into the van. One day after surgery. This place was literally the WORST!- on to some positive. The recovery center was absolutely amazing. The nurses were so helpful and sweet and the food amazing. Felt so well taken care of and they treated my mom well unlike the last center.-sadly my wound separated in the middle I’m not sure why but I ended up getting an infection and needed wound care which I’m just now finishing end up September. My scar honestly looks horrible and I have an indent in my abdomen. With having an open wound on my belly I wasn’t able to stay off my behind like I would have liked to and I feel like I lost a lot of my fat transfer results. I’m hoping to have a revision once I am healed.-lastly I’d like to thank Dr. Chavez and Dr. Nares for keeping in contact and making sure I was okay during my healing. The fact that they didn’t just dismiss me after my complications really meant a lot and said a lot about their integrity. I think most of the bad experience and failures came from employees that were fired and the surgery center. Will update rating if I get a revision

Health and Wellness has the best service I’ve ever seen! I originally came to Tijuana with much hesitation, not knowing if I wanted to go through with the surgery. After arriving and meeting the staff, I knew my experience was going to be more than pleasant. The drivers Abraham and Jaime were extremely kind and very knowledgeable. They instantly greet you with warm tones and make sure that the first thing you feel when you get off the plane is comfortable. The nurses at the recovery home were so kind and accommodating, they made sure to provide food accommodations for my companion without any hesitation and made sure to always check in with us about everything. They made the environment at the recovery home feel like home and tended to my every need. And the food!!!! The food was so good and house itself was very pretty inside. My last shoutout would be to the surgeon himself. Dr.Rodas, you did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. I’m glad I found the perfect surgeon and the perfect recovery home to match. You guys were all awesome, thank you for the amazing experience!

I had a Tummy Tuck & BBL done exactly a week ago and I couldn’t be happier so far with my results. They orchestrated my pre-op labs, the hotel the night before surgery was beautiful, they helped me find the perfect doctor and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Transportation to and from appointments was flawless, and I truly felt secure and well taken care of. After leaving the surgical center and going to the recovery center I couldn’t have been more comfortable and well cared for. The meals and snacks were very good, the care helped me let my body rest, the Lymphatic Massages truly helped my body begin its healing process, and the respect I was treated with really made me feel at home. Honestly, when it was time to leave, I didn’t want to go. I’ve never felt so pampered, so well taken care of, so safe in my life. The recovery center staff made me feel like we were all friends, that they really and truly cared about me as a person and I don’t think my recovery journey would have been the same elsewhere. My husband came to be with me the day before I left and he even felt comfortable and relaxed staying with me. Thank you all so much for the great care I received.

I honestly dont know where to start. This experience has been one of the best and I am truly happy I found Health & Wellness Bazaar for my procedure. In 11/2023 I had a Full Tummy Tuck + 360 Liposuction. Since the beginning they have always been there, explaining and checking in with me at all times. Any questions or concerns that I had, I could always call or text for support. Dr. lllich Navarro did an amazing job. He turned my body into the one that I always hoped for. With the excellent aftercare from the entire staff and from Dr. Fernanda Chavez, I am grateful and I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Health and Wellness Bazaar (HWB). I’m a 60-year old woman who looked a lot more tired than I felt. I wanted a refreshed look so my outward appearance would project the same energy I felt inside. I had a face, neck, eye and lip lift with fat transfer to my face and four weeks later, I’m really happy with the end result.I was a little nervous about traveling to another country for these procedures but HWB made everything easy. A driver met me at the airport and whisked me across the border with no issues at all.The first night was in the medical facility and it was as comfortable as a medical facility could be, but the real pampering came later at the Recovery House. The nursing staff is simply wonderful and oh my god the food is amazing!Dr. Gonzalez met with me before and after the surgery and came to check on me the next day. He is very caring and non-judgemental. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each one.After that, I was in the good hands of Dr. Fenanda Chavez and the nursing staff who gave me round the clock care for the next five days. I was actually sad to leave though I was happy to be going home.I highly recommend HWB as a great concierge cosmetic surgery provider. They manage all of the details like transportation, lodging, and meals so you can focus on recovering.

My experience with HWB has been seamless from start to finish. Once receiving my quote and paying my deposit, I was in constant communication with my coordinators up until we arrived in Tijuana. My 4th round of skin removal was March 27th. This was my first time having surgery with HWB. One of my procedures was a calve lift so i had to find a surgeon that was experienced with them. So glad i picked them to do this round. My husband and i arrived the day before and were quickly picked up from the airport. We got to the hospital, then i had my pre op testing before going to eat. Our drivers Abraham and Jaime were awesome. Super nice guys and extremely professional. We were brought to meet everyone at their new office. Really nice place. Everything was explained in detail about the process and we were never rushed. It was actually the opposite. We enjoyed talking to everyone. We were also taken on a tour of the city after eating which was nice then brought back to rest before the big day. Dr. Nares is absolutely fantastic! Very down to earth and easy going. He took his time going over everything with me which never happens in the US. Very refreshing. I felt very comfortable with him and the hospital was very clean. Most of the hospital staff spoke English so that wasnt an issue at all. Surgery went well and we were transferred to the recovery house for 6 days of our stay. Great experience there also. They had flowers waiting for me in my room with the sweetest card. Such a nice gesture. The nurses went above and beyond for us. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Food was really good too. I could smell it cooking from our room so I knew it would be. Absolutely no complaints at all. I would like to give a shout out to Fernanda, Viridiana, Sofia, Zehida and the aftercare doctors. They were all so amazing through the entire process. Abraham, you are a gem. Thank you for being so cautious while taking us to the airport on our departure day. It was like we were family with how caring you were. Jaime, thank you for everything also. We had some great conversations with you and you went out of your way to make sure we we were happy and had everything we needed. Im close to 8 weeks post op and still in contact with them. They have reached out to me on a regular basis checking on me and asking if I need anything. They even overnighted my new faja since it was out of stock the day we flew home. I cant thank everyone enough. I absolutely LOVE my results. Especially now that I have a new little booty to show off😉 I highly recommend HWB. You can not go wrong and will not be disappointed.

My journey with Health & Wellness Bazaar was incredible! All of the staff from the drivers, house keeping, nurses & coordinators are all very caring & go above & beyond to take care of their patients. You can tell they really care & it’s not just a job to them. It shows in everything they do. They really pamper you & make you feel at home & the food is just fantastic!When I told my mom, I was going to Tijuana for a tummy tuck and skin removal on my arms she was beyond skeptical but after meeting the HWB staff she quickly changed her mind. She raved every day about how well they took care of not only me but her as well being here as my companion & how clean they kept things & we noticed if someone sees something that needs done they just pitch in & do it. We saw a driver doing dishes while waiting to transport patients. It was comfortable & homey & I am so thankful that I had their support & help during my first week after surgery. It really did make all the difference in the world & I am already planning my next surgery trip with them!

Transportation was great.Recovery house was good.Other than that I would not recommend.Had extended arm lift and backlift 3/11/24. I have had several surgeries (not with this company). I knew something was not right shortly after waking up from procedures. Every time I tried to get up and walk I could feel my blood pressure drop and I would sweat and get dizzy. The nurse asked me if that was why I was on anxiety meds (because I’m on Zoloft I guess) and told me I needed to just calm down. The doctor at the hospital had pictures of my extremely swollen left side sent the the HWB doctors and I was told it’s not uncommon to have complications in surgery and that even though the swelling is scary, I was ok and wasn’t going to die or anything and to just go to bed for the night. Wasn’t assessed by HWB until the afternoon the next day when I had already been moved to the recovery house, at which point a super small compression garment was put on and I was told I was fine. The compression garment got me through and kept the bleeding at bay and the antibiotics I was on for the 2 weeks got me through the 2 weeks, but turns out I had internal bleeding and ultimately a bad infection and ended up needing a second surgery back in the states. Soon as my antibiotics were done super high fever. Please remember there is a risk we take when choosing to have surgery no matter what. The issue for me was that lack of interest in assessing my situation when I knew something was wrong from the beginning and told them.

I got my surgery a week ago and it has been a very good experience. I did a lot of homework before I came here and I can be very confident to say the following: Dr Navarro is very professional and is an excellent surgeon. Also he is triple board certified. He has an artist flair and I feel he understand the reshaping of the body. I had a reverse tummy tuck, liposuction, upper arm lift and full breast lift. Also the after care is very good. You go to a recovery home and all of the nurses and staff take great care of you. The drivers are so wonderful and professional. Both Jamie and Abraham were so kind and reliable. I saved a lot of money coming here and I plan to come back one more time to do a couple more procedures. I would really recommend that you check out this option.Thanks. Kim.

I had a breast augmentation done by them and I am SO SO SO pleased with the results and the overall process!! I traveled alone from San Francisco, so was initially very nervous about everything. They made me feel so secure and taken care of. A driver picked me up and took me to all my appointments and the hotel I stayed at was so clean and beautiful. They far exceeded my expectations. I am already looking into future procedures with them, I 100% recommend, and that says a lot. I don’t typically leave reviews, unless I am really happy with something!

No matter how much I focused on fitness and nutrition I was still unable to get the definition and body toning I was desiring. I had a thigh lift and tummy tuck 360 in September 2022. I can not recommend Health & Wellness Bazaar enough! I was there in December 2023 for a MMO and had the best experience. Every detail was thought of. The surgery center and recovery center were so clean and lovely. The doctors and nurses were kind and patient with me and all my questions. I absolutely adored the staff at the recovery house. They were there on the spot for anything I needed and they treated me like a princess! I have plans to return for a second round as soon as I can.

From the driver who picked me up at the airport, to the support team/admin to the doctor and assistants the high level of friendly professionalism persisted and set me at ease with the travel, accommodations, procedure and post op. Recommended.

My Medical trip to Health & Wellness Bazaar was a smooth trip! Emails and phone calls, driver pick up & drop off, surgery, hotel arrangement, everything went very smoothly and timely responsive! I was on schedule. No major delayed. No complications!

I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and feeling great. I will be as honest as i can be. first of all every email every question was answered. communication with the team was great. Even after my surgery and left back home the after care team reached out to me via email which has been nice of them. My stay in the hospital and the care team while i was there were lovely. Originally i was supposed to stay in their recovery homes, they changed this on me, and though i stayed in one of their beautiful apartments , its not something i would want to experience again. i felt lost since i was not familiar to Tijuana. I did not have any guide or anything, i was not comfortable at all. But everything else was lovely.

After one night at a local hospital, Driver Jaime took me to the Health & Wellness Recovery House. As he drove, he was considerate of the bumps in the road.The pampering started immediately; Manager Zehida and two nurses were at the curb to assist. Once inside, a large yogurt with granola and fruit and tea was on my tray table. The food (3 meals and 2 snacks per day) was plentiful, fresh and well prepared. Baked fish, beef, vegetables, eggs, avocado toast, rice, salad were some of the items that were given. The portion sizes of the food and beverages are large; after a day, I asked for both to be reduced by half. I did not want to waste it.I requested massages daily and Angi was outstanding! Her touch was so gentle and yes, it was slightly uncomfortable on certain parts of my body, but that is par for the course and could not be avoided.The wifi signal was strong and I was able to use my Macbook without any issues with connection. I felt independent to move around the house (after the first few days healing) but the workers were only a bell away to provide support. I felt apologetic with some of the assistance that I need; the ladies were always sweet and told me it was fine. Their jobs are not easy and I thank them so much!My experience demonstrates that medical tourism is a great option, as I traveled from the U.S. I have no qualms of returning, should I need to have another procedure performed and I will certainly stay at Health & Wellness Recovery House again.

I will update as the surgery happens:Consultation: so far the consultation process was easy.. Im left thinking.. shouldnt I be running around all crazy preparing for this surgery? I sent in pics, I did a Google meet with esephany and Michelle ( i think? Sorry, Im not good with names). But the overall vibe of the conversation was good, Im a really vubey type of person 😁✨I was sent a link to walk in lab, it had to be the easiest way to get my labs done. I thought I was going to have to schedule an appointment with my doctor.. and her schedule is always backed up. I got my labs done and submitted back in less than a week.So, Im all good to go. I have looked at Doc Gonzalez s before and after gallery, and Im impressed.Im going for a face lift this December.. Im 51 years old ( I dont look it 😉) and I want to lift my cheeks and look 30 again to match this rocking bod, lol! 😄So everything is scheduled..flights, recovery house.. they are supposed to reach out to me closer to surgery with my itinerary.. I got a breast reduction surgery with Health and Wellness Bazaar in August 2023. I was extremely pleased with all the personal care and attention they gave me. Having the full package, including the recovery house was such a different experience than having medical care in the US. Having the 24 hour nursing care for almost a week post surgery made so much difference. Dr. Navarro is an amazing surgeon, and with the help of my recovery doctor, Dr. Chavez, I was listened to and completely taken care of.I liked that Paloma was realistic about the possibility of complications, and when I did have a complication, Dr. Navarro was able to fix it before I went home.Moreover, it really felt like Paloma was an advocate for my health - it felt good to have her on my side.It was so lovely that we had a driver, Jaime, to take us around town, and help out with purchasing souvenirs. Jaime’s presence is just so reassuring and his company is the best. He’s like an instant friend.And, I cannot say enough good things about the excellent care from the nurses and staff at the recovery house. They went out of their way every day to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. They quickly learned that I liked green tea, and brought it to me regularly. They really did everything for me, from washing my post-surgical garment and compression socks to helping me put them on, checking my drains, making sure I was taking medicine on time, checking my incisions, everything was done for me. They even adopted the cat we brought home from a walk one day! They are absolutely the best team, and I wanted to stay with them forever.This surgery is something I had been wanting to do for decades, and it marks a major milestone for me. I am so happy that I chose Health and Wellness Bazaar. I’m very pleased with my results, and I can’t recommend them enough for elective procedures.

Health and Wellness Bazaar is an amazing group of professionals. I had a mummy makeover and I felt like I was as in good hands. They planned and scheduled everything for me from the appointments, transportation, helping me find the right surgeon, and securing the perfect accommodations for my stay. Everyone was very professional and caring. The recovery center (Health and Wellness Recovery) where I stayed for 5 days after my surgery was perfect. Figuring out the schedule was a little tough at first but once I figured out how and when everything was going to happen it became much easier.

I had implant and breast lift surgery from Dr. Navarro in March 2023. After one month I realized One of my breasts was significantly higher and harder than the other. I’m from Rhode Island and had to fly there and stay for several days. after four months, they told me that Navarro would redo it at no charge. However, I still had to pay my flight, and the recovery center. I had my revision done in August now that breast is 2 inches lower than the other. I have been waiting to hear back to see what they can do. Well also, my surgeon was nine hours late. Very disappointing.

Abraham was very good with communicating when pick ups were coming and when there was a delay. Very knowledgeable of the border crossing. Jamie was an absolute delight. When my tour was blocked by road closure he let me pick a religious building I wanted to see. He walked around and took my picture. Afterwards he took me shopping. More patient than my husband, as I haggled with the local vendors. Best drivers ever!

I had a Tummy Tuck, 360 lipo and a BBL on 9/30/22 with Dr. Rodas. Im only 6weeks post op at the moment but Im so happy with my results. Ive researched Dr. Rodas for over a year, I knew I wanted his natural looking results. I stayed at the H&W recovery house after my surgery and the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the facility is clean and comfortable and I felt completely safe. It felt like home, from the food to the massage therapist Lupita. Marcia the manager is amazing. H&W Bazzar has been with me since the beginning of this journey. From sending emails to video chats before surgery and checking in on me in person during my recovery and text/email afterwards. They help with everything!! You do nothing but show up. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The hospital is clean and professional, better than some hospitals in the states. Had such a great experience with this company! From the very beginning they were very informative and gave me step by step instructions on what to expect. From arriving at the airport, the driver contacted me the day before, with a picture of themselves and the vehicle they were driving. There were designation zones on which they directed me on where to meet them and roughly what time. After being picked up, I was taken to receive labs, pre-op, and was dropped off at my hotel for the night before the procedure. Later that day, I was contacted by the driver on the procedure day with the time they would meet me in the lobby in the morning. I was promptly picked up and dropped off at the hospital where I did all the paperwork, meet the surgeon, and had the procedure completed. Everything went well, and Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Rodolfo checked in with me the next day to just explain how everything went and what to expect. One of the them will usually go check the progress at the recovery home.Don’t get me started on the recovery home, the nurses Alondra, Genesis, Alejandra, Roxanna, and Denis were wonderful and took care of me. I ended up going by myself as my spouse was unable to attend and trust me, you don’t need a Plus1. These kind people take care of all your needs and they even would give me extra fruit when requested. At this location is where I also met Paloma, she is the patient success advocate, she is a gem and wants to make sure you have a great experience. I’m glad I went through with this cosmetic surgery with the Health Bazaar as it was to address something that always bothered me. Trust me you’re in good hands and will have a great experience. Just make sure to listen to the doctor and nurses recommendations to have a speedy recovery. It was very safe, with the first hotel having a guard and behind gates/key card community. The recovery home was gated as well.

I had a great experience with everyone. I got a tummy tuck surgery with 360 lipo in July. The surgeon Dr. Illich Navarro did an amazing job and I look and feel great. I’ve gotten so many compliments already and some people asking for referrals. The recovery house was lovey and all the nurses were respectful and attentive. Tijuana is lovely I would go back again, great food, great people, great weather. All in all it’s a better experience, better quality care and better price than trying to find cosmetic surgery where I live (Canada) and probably even USA.

I had liposuction, tummy tuck and fat transfer to breast on July 25. First off, my surgery was not without complications and my recovery has been difficult. I am a fit, healthy 45 year old, that doesn’t smoke and rarely drinks. That said. Surgery complications can happen regardless of where you get surgery. Since returning to Canada I have heard countless success and complication stories from both Canadian and Mexico surgeries. My advice would be that anytime you go under any kind of elective surgery, give yourself a lot of time, and a lot of grace to recover. Things can go wrong regardless of everyone, including your surgeon doing everything right.The HW Wellness and recovery centre went above and beyond any expectations! Never have I experienced such great care. I was treated like a queen. I got massages almost every day from the gentlest of hands, the food was amazing, the girls laughed and joked with me which made my extended stay a lot more bearable and interesting. The drivers are also amazing and Jaime picked me up so I could see some of Tijuana and get some authentic tacos!When we realized that I was having complications, I had a full team of dr and staff, help me make educated, informed decisions on what the best route to take would be. Being that I have health care coverage in Canada and am not from the states we did decide that I would continue my care back home. Dr Chavez is nothing short of a saint! She has been checking on me, helping me address any concerns or questions, and letting me know that I am not alone in my journey even though i have been home for 5 weeks. Despite my rough recovery I can already see that I will love my post surgery body and I do not regret going.

After doing tons of research, I decided to get a facelift surgery done in Mexico through Health and Wellness Bazaar. From the very start of scheduling my surgery and now that I am home, they have been in constant communication with me, and my whole trip went very smoothly.First off, Michelle with Health and Wellness Bazaar was so extremely helpful and friendly, and always took the time to answer my questions or to find the answers to my questions. They do not make you feel like they are in a hurry to get you to your destination. Instead, if you need to make an extra stop, they are willing to do so. Keep in mind, they have a schedule to worry about too, but nonetheless, they will do all they can to make it happen for you! THANK YOU GUYS!The medical service is top-notch. They had me get blood tests pre-op, and I sent HWB the results for my surgical doctor to see. After arriving, I received another round of pre-op blood tests, COVID test, as well as an EKG. They want to ensure you are completely healthy for your surgery! The hospital where I had my surgery was also top-notch, and all the hospital staff was phenomenal and very friendly!Dr. Illich Navarro did my surgery, and I am so happy about my choice. When doing my research, I chose HWB because of Dr. Navarro. He did not have many reviews of facelifts, but the couple I did see looked really good. He has, of course, done more than two facelifts but not everyone wants their photos on social media. I researched him on Instragram, Realself, and anywhere else I could find information on this doctor, and I knew I wanted him to do my facelift. I finally met with Dr. Navarro before my surgery, and I knew I was in good hands. He was so friendly, and welcoming, and took the time to answer the long list of questions I had written out. He and another doctor from the surgical team visited me after I woke up after surgery, to let me know how the surgery went. Prior to my surgery, all the doctors on his team took the time to introduce themselves and explain various things about the surgery procedure. Of course, I was nervous, but I now felt even more confident about my decision!After care at the recovery was a good experience as well. There are constant visits from nurses to do vitals, give medication, help with showering and clean wounds. You have a call button available in case you need anything in between the nurse visits. All of the recovery stay staff was so delightful and friendly. They all greet you with a smile, and I never felt like I was just another job to do. Dr. Navarro took time out of his busy schedule to visit me at the recovery house and check my progress. Another doctor from his team then visited me the following day to check up on me and my healing.On my last day at the recovery house, a Health and Wellness Bazaar advocate came by to see how I was doing and to find out how my experience was with HWB. I was impressed with this, as they obviously take the care and satisfaction of their clients very seriously!I am now home, still very swollen but I can tell my results will be great! HWB and the aftercare team are still in communication with me and checking on my progress. Dr. Navarro also made it clear that I can contact him with any questions or concerns. I do not feel abandoned now that I have left their care.I know this is a very long review, but there is a lot to say. I am very happy with my choice to go to Mexico for my surgery. For one, the cost is much less than in the United States, and the service and quality have been amazing! You do not get this kind of pre-care or aftercare in the United States.Also, if you choose to go to Mexico, I suggest downloading a translation app to your phone. Most staff do speak some English, but it is easier to communicate clearly and to make sure you are totally understood when using this app.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I booked a rhinoplasty with Dr Ismael Gonzalez. I was very nervous for the entire thing but I was always in communication with someone and being checked on. I had no trouble adding my companion a bit late and they accommodated me with that. The transportation was amazing too, I was informed beforehand who would be picking me up and when. The drivers were kind too and swift with arrival.Hospital BC where the surgery is at has an amazing reputation and cares a lot about patients. It is so hard to find reputable people in TJ, especially with a lot of charlatans around, but you can rest assured HWB was reputable with everything and I felt cared for at the hospital. They checked up on me several times before and after the surgery and brought me warm liquids to help replenish me. I was super nervous for the anesthesia too but the highly trained anesthesiologist was there at all times and very reassuring. I was kept in their care until I was safe and ready to go.The recovery house was absolutely beautiful and my room was super comfortable. The nurses that come in and check up on patients are very lovely and it shows they really care about doing a good job. The food was great too, I was brought a lot of healthy meals and teas, like arnica tea for my swelling. I definitely recommend your stay here if you want to be pampered and cared for during your recovery. It is worth it!My rhinoplasty was with Dr Gonzalez and I absolutely love it even though I am still healing. My results are very natural and beautiful, and I really wanted a natural result that could still be my nose, just better. Dr Gonzalez did a great job. I have very thick skin and a bulbous tip, so I was worried too if it would look too fake or unnatural. But my expectations were exceeded!I am also pleased I can keep in contact with a Dr afterwards to check up in my progress and I am glad overall I chose HWB. If you want a safe and highly reputable place for your surgery needs, where you’ll be taken care of completely, then please go for HWB!

I made the right decision choosing Health and Wellness! Everyone was absolutely amazing! The hospital and recovery house was really clean. My Dr was Dr. Navarro he was really nice and answered any questions that I or my husband had and his team as well they made sure I was calm and comfortable. My drivers were very nice as well they were Simitrio and Jaime. Jaime was my local driver he took me to the hospital and my dr visits he’s very friendly and a great person to talk too. I loved the recovery house my nurses were Angie, Alondra and Roxanne, they were very wonderful they made sure I got my meds in time helped me to take a shower and they always made sure I was comfortable. One day I was very emotional and Angie and Alondra made sure I was ok and sat and talked with me I really appreciated that! My aftercare dr is Dr Chávez i really appreciate her getting back to me quickly with and questions that I might have. Im 2 months post op now and I would highly recommend Health and wellness

I flew into San Diego on October 23, 2023 for a brachioplasty on Oct. 24 at Health and Wellness Bazaar (HWB) in Tijuana, Baja California, and was there in a recovery house until Oct. 29. A good friend stayed with me throughout the week in Tijuana.First let me say that I initially had some qualms about going to Tijuana for the surgery. It is difficult to check up on places, doctors credentials, etc. across a border, plus Tijuana has some reputation for crime and gang activity and a high murder rate.Having said that, let me quickly add: at no time did I feel unsafe. HWB provided for our safety at all times. As an example: we flew in to San Diego, where we were picked up by a HWB vehicle. Prior to the pickup, HWB had sent the drivers name and picture, what kind of car he was driving, and the license number. That evening another of their drivers took us to a nearby safe restaurant for dinner. All transport in town was by their drivers and in their vehicles.We spent that night and the night after surgery at the clinic. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff gracious and helpful. Although nursing care there is several years behind that in the U.S. (e.g., no IV pumps), it was safe and effective. The nurses were excellent in inserting IV catheters.The day after surgery we were transferred to the recovery house, where we had a large and very pleasant room off an outdoor patio with trees and small tables and chairs available.The recovery house was, I think, a relatively new purchase by HWB, and showed its wear and tear in that numerous small things had not yet been repaired or restored: no handle on the closet, cold water faucet on the sink didnt work, that kind of thing, none of which hindered their usefulness or our ability to use them.The nursing care at the recovery house was continual and very good. The nurses were very resposive to any need we had. My pain was managed very well throughout my stay, and the one complication I had was handled swiftly and correctly by the doctor on call.We were provided with three meals and two snacks daily at the recovery house, and the food was well-prepared, flavorful, nutritious and healthful: nothing fried, no sweets -- and I didnt miss them.Many of the HWB people we dealt with in our week there were proficient in English, many had at least some command of the language, and those whose English was weak had a translation app on their phone that still allowed communication. I was fortunate in that the friend who accompanied me also knew some Spanish, so communication was enhanced still further.Altogether, my experience in surgery through HWB was a very good one. I can not say enough good things about HWB. They were far above any expectations I had. I had a circular tummy tuck with 360* Lipo and a thigh lift, 6 weeks ago. From the time we landed in San Diego till we left left San Diego returning home we were very well taken care of. Every person we came in contact with was very pleasant. Our hotel, The Quartz, was very nice with a wide variety of food to choose from on site so you don’t have to venture out for food. That was very nice after a very long day of travel. The hospital and OR were very clean and state of the art. Probably one of the nicest OR’s I’ve ever been in. Dr Navarro was amazing! Very easy to communicate with. I was very thrilled by his work. Actually, even more thrilled than I ever could have imagined. His assistant, I can’t remember his name, was also very nice and informative about my surgery. They both came to check on me while at the Recovery House. All the staff at the hospital was friendly and eager to help. Now let’s talk about the recovery house! From the moment we arrived till we drove off headed home, we were treated like royalty. Everyone was so eager to assist and care for you. The nurses were VERY helpful and always right there when you needed them. The food was very good and they are constantly coming in with food. Our drivers were very nice and informative. I never felt unsafe the entire trip. They made crossing the border a breeze. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing. I really can’t complain about anything. If you are considering using HWB, don’t hesitate, contact them. You will not regret it. Since I’ve been home 2 of my friends have already contacted them to schedule surgeries and I have a few more interested. I can not recommend them enough. They will explain EVERYTHING to you and answer any questions you may have. They make the process very simple and easy. I am so glad I did my research and chose Health and Wellness Bazaar!! Look no farther, you have found the best with HWB!

Even though Tijuana has a bad reputation, I would 100% recommend HWB for surgery. Their clinic facility is extremely clean and updated. I used the aftercare house which I would suggest for anyone having a surgery where it will be uncomfortable to move around or sleep because they have 24/7 nurses and hospital beds plus meals brought to you.Its a very secure facility and even with a language barrier I was ok because they use an app (sometimes the translations are off and funny, but you always understand). If I wasnt able to communicate, it was always an option to reach out to someone else and help with translation from English to Spanish.You feel safe, you feel cared for, and honestly, that clinic is pristine.You get a driver to and from all buildings.After you leave, they check in on you every day. I had one small (but common) problem because I am a busy mom and a stitch popped, but they walked me through how to treat the problem and answered all of my questions, even if they feel repetitive. They are reassuring and Im 2 weeks post-op and although still sore, I regret NOTHING and would 100% use them again.I had my thighs reduced and back lifted after extreme weight loss.

I had an excellent experience with Health & Wellness Bazaar and Dr. Marco Rodas Nava in Tijuana Mexico! All of the staff were very professional and they helped expedite my surgery date due to rapidly failing 17 year old saline breast implants after lumpectomy. I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect, but the excellent reviews and a friend’s personal experience gave me confidence to put my much needed surgery into their hands. I was given a full itinerary and had excellent communication with all of the staff. My surgery was scheduled for July 14, 2020. The surgery center was very clean and organized, and all of the doctors and nurses were so kind and caring. I felt completely comfortable and confident in Dr. Rodas. He explained the full procedure and what I could expect from my results. He went the extra mile for me and revised my lumpectomy scar!I chose to recover for a few days at the Bella Recovery House, which I highly recommend. The nurses and Administrator took such tender loving care of me. A few of them did not speak very much English, but we were able to figure out everything I needed. I am truly grateful for their care.I am healing nicely and I highly recommend anyone looking for high quality medical treatment at more affordable costs to consider Health & Wellness Bazaar!

I had surgery on April 4, 2023 with Dr. Rodas. I had a breast revision done with a Capsulectomy. My overall experience was wonderful. My sister went with me. The care I got was top notch, drivers were amazing, Quartz hotel was beautiful, recovery house was lovely and the food there was great! Dr. Rodas was very nice, professional and my results look fantastic. I did not have any post-op issues and the after care doctors reached out to me via email and text. I was very nervous going to Mexico but, I am glad I did and dont have one regret. If you dont speak Spanish get the app. translator that was very helpful for communication. But, overall the communication was not a problem. All the positive reviews helped me make the decision to go to Mexico. Hopefully, my review will help someone else.

I went through Health & Wellness Bazaar for my breast lift and augmentation. From start to finish they were accommodating, friendly, professional, and easy to work with!! My airline spontaneously cancelled my flight and they were able to push my surgery back one day for me, which saved me so much stress! Marla is amazing and so kind, even a year after my surgery if I send her a message she responds quickly. I highly recommend Dr Rodas, he understood my body shape and desires and gave me the perfect size implants.

I’m currently 5 wpo and can say I would do this all over again if given the chance. My journey began over a year ago when researching doctors in Tijuana and I came across HWB. I was a little weary at first but their professionalism and quick,thorough replies sold me. I originally signed up with a doctor that is currently not with the company and as time past I had to postpone my surgery due to medical issues. I was faced with picking a new doctor and decided on Dr. Illich Navarro. There wasn’t much in terms of pics of his results out there but I had a feeling he was the one for me. Going through the Border was a breeze and I was brought to the Quartz after doing all my required tests.The Quartz is a gorgeous hotel with lots of great food options. The next day Jaime picked me up and took me to the hospital. The hospital was one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever seen. Vitals were taken and I was brought to my room. Not long after Dr. Navarro came in to discuss what I wanted. He was so calm and personable. I was marked up and before I knew it I was was waking up from surgery. The next day Jaime picked me up again to take me to the recovery house (a little miscommunication regarding that) but I spent the next week being taken care of by the wonderful nurses, coordinator and staff at the recovery home. It wasn’t until coming back home where I got a good look at myself and realized Dr. Navarro gave me more than what I thought I wanted. He gave me such a beautiful shape - I couldn’t ask for better. I decided to go to Mexico for rhinoplasty surgery. I have never traveled on my own especially to another country, so I was simply terrified of the idea of doing this, but it was economical, and I heard there are great board-certified surgeons out there. I messaged a few other places in Mexico for rhinoplasty surgery and Health & Wellness Bazaar was the only place that reached to me quickly. From the first phone conversation with Ana (care manager) I already made a decision in choosing them. I tend to ask a million questions and she was super informative and patient with me. Michelle (pre-op coordinator & nutritionist) and Estephany (travel coordinator) set up everything for my arrival making it easier with my travel experience because I honestly thought I would be lost. Once I arrived there, my interactions with drivers Simitrio and Jaime were pleasant. They were both very kind to me. And a shoutout to Jaime who went out of his way when after my surgery, he went to the pharmacy for me to purchase some items I needed for my recovery. Finally, Dr. Rodas (surgeon) has a great sense of humor and him and the hospital staff all made me feel safe and comfortable. I am about one month recovery and so far, I have not had any complications. But my overall experience with Health & Wellness Bazaar was superb! Every staff member I interacted with were amazing! I am planning on going back to them for future surgical procedures because their services are simply excellent!

I booked my rhinoplasty surgery through Health and Wellness Bazaar, and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I submitted my consultation request, the staff (Ana, Estefany, Roxy, Michelle, Marla, and all the other staff) have been so responsive, informative, professional, and friendly. They were very transparent in all costs included and answered all of my questions honestly. They were very well coordinated in scheduling my surgery, and all appointments, transportation, and logistics arranged by them went so smoothly. There are so many misconceptions out there about receiving medical care in Mexico, and the reality is that the quality of care and service I received here was far better than any experience I had in Canada. From the hospital to the HW Recovery House, the facilities were very modern and clean with very attentive staff. I am very happy with the results of my surgery, and I am very happy with my decision to come to Tijuana with HW Bazaar. I highly recommend using them.

I used HWB for a tummy tuck. They were absolutely amazing, from beginning to end. Talked with Lauren to get all the information I needed, she was so helpful and kind with getting me quotes and suggestions without ever once being pressuring or overbearing (something I did not at all experience from any of the local doctors I attempted to contact). Scheduled my surgery in March, had a 360 tummy tuck and bbl with lipo and muscle repair in Tijuana with Doctor Rodas. (My roommate at the recovery home did everything herself and honestly I can’t imagine doing that I would have chickened out lol) After surgery Marla was great with checking in on me to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. It was great knowing she was a simple text away if I did have any problems.The hospital staff were all amazing and so helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but there was always someone able to translate for me and communicating was no problem. Quality of service was better than anything I have experienced in US hospitals. Dr. Rodas was very clear and thorough with how thing would happen and what to expect and all the details. I felt like he did an excellent job with the surgery.My experience was just amazing. I also would like to do my arms and breasts and definitely plan to use HWB again because they were so great and helpful and everything went so smooth. I was so nervous to be going to Mexico alone for a surgery but my experience was so awesome! From the very beginning every step was was very easy. Lauren, who was so nice, began my process and responded quickly! Once booked Marla became my coordinator and saying she’s awesome is an understatement!!!! She was so nice and informative, she picked me up from the airport and drove me to my preop appointment and from there I was assigned other drivers but Marla still kept in touch every step of the way and even came to the hospital to check in after my surgery! I definitely recommend this place!

I can’t even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Heath & Wellness Recovery home was. Everyone was so kind, patient and caring. I tend to worry and overthink when it comes to being away from home, yet my nurses were understanding and reassuring. Marla is simply the best, she went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I was comfortable and feeling well. The food was amazing, I am a vegetarian and they accommodated to my diet even more so than expected. I highly recommend HWB and staying at Heath & Wellness Recovery..

Had a Mommy Makeover Thanksgiving 2022. Was supposed to get 360 Tummy Tuck, Breast Reduction/lift with implant, arm lipo and inside thigh lipo. The surgeon didnt put the implant in and I didnt get the inside thigh lipo. They claim they did the thighs, but I went to see a PS here in the states to fix the scars that they left on my breasts- that PS checked my thighs and said they were never done. If you use HWB, make sure you get what you paid for and stress to the Dr what you want and what you expect. I am now paying to get fixed the items I paid for last year that they did not do.

I had such a great experience with the whole process with HWB (from beginning to end)! Everyone was extremely nice and patient with me (including the drivers, nurses, janitorial staff, and basically everyone at HWB). I have been to Mexico before, but still had concerns and they were there to assure me anytime a doubt would cross my mind. The recovery center is very nice and clean. They are all very professional and helpful. The doctor (Dr.Rodas) is very nice and helpful and he wants to do what is best for you and give you the best results possible. The BC hospital where my surgery took place was also very nice and clean. This place is very legit and they take good care of you. Safety is great as well as they make sure you are always with someone (and don’t let the news scare you too much). If I were to ever need another procedure of some sort, I would definitely choose HWB!

I have an amazing experience with beyond medical and the team.i had breast augmentation surgery done on jan,16,23.At first i was little anxious of getting my breast surgery in tijuana hwb but as soon i meet all the staff/team i felt ease and comfortable from pick up at the airport and transportation from hotel and my appointments.The driver explain what is my itinerary and gave us tip where to get food and other needs.The medical facilities is so clean, and sanitary. They alway go up and beyond your expectation. My Dr.Gonzales did a wonderful job on my breast augmentation, he is so thorough with the procedure, explain everything that i needed to know, he also did post surgery visit at the recovery house that i stayed, to check to see how my recovery was. The recovery house i stayed did an awesome service, facility is clean and quite, they have recreation lobby that you can relax and go outside sitting area to breath in fresh air, and enjoy the sun as well. lots of healthy snacks and food throughout the day, all in all the be beyond medical team are amazing, the health consultant that help me through the process are very informative and prompt answering all my questions. Will update further as the situation progresses.Although I would love to have given 4 or 5 stars, a year after surgery I simply cant. Surgery was quick, efficient and relatively pain free. The nurses who cared for me after at the Wellness Hotel were kind and caring, however the language barrier was really difficult- right out of surgery the nurse I had didnt speak English at all and I was confused and nervous, in pain, and couldnt get a translator to assist. He was the same nurse I had going in to surgery which made my anxiety higher as he couldnt talk to me or answer questions. My consult was immediately before surgery, very quick, and was quite unnerving as I had to quickly undress in front of people and make very quick decisions on size of implants (which I wish I had chosen differently now), and although he said a circumferential tummy tuck (even on initial consult virtually, they booked me for extended...) would be best wouldnt allow me to switch as I had paid for a extended tummy tuck- which Im now seeing in my results was really unfortunate. The surgeon did a nice job. Healing unfortunately on one breast wasnt great, immediately after surgery I had observed leaking as did the nurses, but as the incision was taped, couldnt see the issue, no alarm bells raised by aftercare surgeon nor the nurses. Unfortunately, once I got home a week later, they told me to remove the tape as it was still leaking, and my incision was open- it took wound care and substantial work to get it healed over 14 weeks later plus additional 2 months off work. I also had to seek additional wound care assistance as I kept being told to keep it clean and not worry, which wasnt healing the open wound. It has left a very nasty scar unfortunately. My tummy tuck and lipo was well done, I do have a small dog ear on one side and adherence of the scar along my pubic bone, leaving a bulge and bulges on my sides. Ive requested revision, but was told that most people require more lipo (?? This was new to me, and had never once been discussed), given a quote of $5k (for lipo and scar revision but they wont confirm exactly what will be fixed)and am having a really hard time getting a response now that Im simply looking for revision of the nasty scars, mons area bulge,and dog ears as I cant afford an additional $5k surgery ... not additional lipo. Really frustrated as my healing was not due to my negligence, and now Im stuck with dog ears, bulges, and nasty scars unless I want to spend another $5k USD plus I cant even get a proper breakdown of whats included on these prices, its been months now of asking. I didnt want to write a bad review, as I was concerned theyd no longer even take me for revisions, but the lack of responses now has me questioning if I should even go back. Im super unhappy with my current results a year later and cant afford the fix.

I had previously traveled to Mexico for a surgery and the program I used didn’t handle the logistics well. I live in San Marcos CA and I had my breast augmentation on January 27 2019 from Dr.Camberos in Tijuana. My experience was amazing! The surgery staff was super nice and everything went smooth and my recovery was fast. I’m very satisfied with my results and it’s only my third month! HWB made sure I was safe and provided everything I needed with no issue and my travel coordinator was very kind. I’m definitely going there again for more surgeries along with my sister getting stuff done with me too. I’m very excited. Thank you so much!

I used HWB for my MMO and had Dr. Rodas for my surgeon. I traveled alone and it was a breeze and never felt unsafe. My surgery took place at Hospital BC and the staff there were amazing as well. My drain was removed a week after surgery and I’m healing pretty well. I stayed at the HWB Recovery home and the staff there are very caring, a lot of them speaks english and if they need to explain more, they can use a translator so yes we understand each other. The only thing I would suggest is to have a food menu for patients so we can have some options because during my 1 week of stay, I had ceviche 4x and to be honest I’m not a big fan of ceviche but I have no choice since it’s the food they serve. They do have Uber Eats though but salt on those fast food will welcome me to swell hell hahahaha. But overall, HWB is an amazing company with amazing surgeons, and once again, HUGE THANKS to my surgeon Dr. Rodas, anesthesiologist Dr. Villareal, his surgery tech nurse Mitchel, the HWB Recovery nurse team (specially Marsha), their in-house lymphatic drainage massage therapist, and their trusty drivers: Abraham, Jaime, and Simitrio :-)

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was somewhat nervous about going out of the country for my gastric balloon procedure but Marla and her team took care of that! They were always available to answer all my questions and put my fears at ease. The entire process was so easy and relaxing. From the time I arrived at the airport in San Diego, getting into Tijuana, having the procedure, and returning home, every aspect of the trip went so smoothly.The procedure itself was very easy. And my recovery time was minimal. The results were incredible. I had a weight loss goal in kind and reached my goal within 3 months. I’m so happy with my decision to go with health and wellness bazaar to help me reach my goals!

Great experience for a facelift. Doctors and nurses were all very skilled and professional. The hospital is modern and pristine. Dr Rodas did a great job. The Recovery Hotel is clean and nicely furnished. Tijuana is not a very nice city so don’t expect a scenic experience. The hotel can feel a bit like a compound with no outside views. Bring a companion to help pass the time.

I has spine surgery on July 18, 2018 with Dr. Mora through Health and Wellness Bazaar. The surgery was successful and the recovery time was easy, about two weeks. Dr. Mora answered all of my questions and I have had no back pain since. Dr. Moras assistants, Josephina and Sergio were wonderful, one of them stayed with me each night in the hospital because I had travelled alone. The hospital and staff were very good and I felt completely taken care of. I would recommend this experience to anyone that needs orthopedic surgery.

My experience with Health Wellness Bazaar was incredible. I was greeted at the airport by my wonderful host who took me to all of my appointments, got me checked in at the hospital as well as the hotel nearby I stayed at to recover. Dr Moira and his staff were exceptional and so kind. I actually cried saying goodbye to all of the staff at the hospital as well as the team with Health Wellness Bazaar. I had my other hip replaced in the states but it was such a quick in and out and nothing close to as personable as the staff in Mexico. My insurance denied my surgery in the states and I am so grateful for the option for traveling to Mexico to have it done. I am healing beautiful and so grateful for being pain free and the positive experience I had with this team.

2nd time around. 1st time Dr. PORRAS 360 lipo, tummy tuck, BBL, that was on Dec 22nd 2022. Went back July 22st for Breast augmentation and laser lipo with same Dr. I would highly recommend. The way they transport. I felt 100% safe that is why I felt like I could go back the 2nd time around. They work with you from beginning till the end with the end being about 4 -6 mos post op. I would get called and ckd on by staff as well as physicians. Yes, I highly recommend and would go back a 3rd if needed...Thank god Dr. PORRAS works with HWB. Both, made it an awesome adventure.

Like many others, I have been thinking about having a specific procedure done for quite a while now. After researching a ton, I decided to book with HWB. The process was smooth and almost effortless thanks to Lauren and Marla. I was given a bell to ring if I needed anything.BACK HOME: On day 5, Marla picked me up to take me to the airport. I was warned that it could take hours to cross back over the border. We were fortunate, it only took an hour. Conversation with Marla was pleasant and never felt forced. By the time she dropped me off I felt like we had formed a friendship. I am now almost 3 weeks post-op and she has followed up with me twice to check on my pain levels and healing. The nurses were correct, Dr. Rodas Nava is the best. He exceeded his estimation and was able to give me the cup size I desired. I am extremely happy with my results so far.I overwhelmingly recommend Health & Wellness Bazaar for any of your medical travel needs. My experience with Health & Wellness Bazaar was great! I did the egg freezing with Dr. Valle in October 2019. Originally I was a little hesitant about fertility treatment in Mexico. I had gone to two fertility doctors in San Diego before contacting Health and Wellness Bazaar. When visiting the doctors in San Diego, it felt more like a transaction and I wasnt comfortable. Dr. Valle and his staff made me feel so comfortable. The office was very close to the border. With the medical pass, the wait to come back into the US was minimal. The driver was great; he picked me up and took me to and from all the appointments. He was very friendly and helpful. I went in for the consultation and Dr. Valle explained the whole process to me. The nurse showed me how to do the injections. The injections were in the stomach. You can do them yourself or have someone do them for you. I didnt really feel moody or affected by the injections until the last few days where I felt a little bloated. I went back for 3 follow up appointments between the injections to monitor the progress of follicle growth. All of it was smooth and easy. The day of the extraction, I went in at 9:00 am and was home in San Diego by noon. The eggs are stored at the facility in Mexico but they can moved and stored to a place of your choosing. Overall, I had a great experience and I am going in for round 2 in February.

In April 2015, I was blessed to have found Dr. Mora through the Medical Tourism online. I broke my ring finger and was force to seek treatment outside the states because of lack of medical insurance. Dr. Mora and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I received surgery to my ring finger and his care and professionalism for me were above and beyond. before and after surgery the procedure was explained. His facility is well maintained and secured. I felt safe at all times. My recovery was great and fast! One more thing He was able to help me with my State Disability paperwork as well. that was super important to me. Went to HWB TO GET A UPPER AND LOWER BLEPHAROPLASTY AND A MINI FACELIFT. Dr Gonzalez was absolutely amazing. I think hes an Artist and went above my expectations. I have minimal bruising and swelling. I was very nervous to have surgery done in Mexico. Everyone gives there opinions but I can definitely say I had the best experience. From getting my quote, communication with the ladies behind the scenes. The hospital was great and the staff even better. My anesthesiologist was so comforting and assuring. Dr Gonzalez assistant that visited me everyday after in my hotel was very attentive and answered all my 100 questions. My drivers were very polite. The Quartz hotel was very nice. I traveled alone but never felt alone. Highly recommend this company and all of the Doctors they use. Will definitely go back for anything else I may want in the future.

Going to HWB for my breast lift with Dr. Nares was the best choice I’ve ever made for myself. From the moment Sofia contacted me, I felt at ease in my decision. Sofia helped me to choose the talented Dr. Nares (who is detail oriented, gentle, ethical, and delivers perfect results). Sofia, Estephany, Michelle, and Marla all consistently and quickly answered my frequent questions leading up to surgery. Needless to say, the surgeon and the staff exceeded all expectations. I went to Health and Wellness Bazaar on 6-29-2021 for a Tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo 360 and BBL. Lauren, Ana, Marla and Estephanywere great, dealing with all my questions and worries before coming down to Mexico. There were a few hiccups along the way, but things were fixed right away.. My surgeon was Dr. Rodas he was great and answered all my questions, I had no worries or fears after I spoke with him before my surgery. Surgery went great and the staff were very friendly, although I bled all over the nurses shoes, but she was a trooper. I stayed at the Quartz Hotel and Spa, where Dr. Chavez checked on me everyday that I was there and answered any questions I had.. Awesome hotel!! Very clean!! The staff there was amazing as well. I would definitely go back. It has been 4 weeks since surgery and Marla checks in on me every week to see how I am doing and if I have any questions.. I am currently working on saving the money for my breast lift and breast augmentation with Dr. Rodas and I look forward to working with them again.

I twisted my knee playing tennis in June of 2017. After over a month of rest and ice it was not any better so I saw an orthopedist. The diagnosis was that I had dislocated my patella, damaged my medial patellofemoral ligament, and torn cartilage. The recommendation was surgery but the cost was prohibitively expensive.Searching online I came across Health & Wellness Bazaar. At first I was skeptical but they reviewed my medical records and answered all my questions without charge. In September 2017 I flew to San Diego for a consultation with Dr. Mora who has his office right across the border in Tijuana. The price they quoted me was less than half than what it would cost in the United States. More than that, the entire Health & Wellness Bazaar team is invested in the patient having a positive experience and outcome.In October 2017 I had surgery to repair the damage to my knee. The surgery was a success and I came away very impressed by both the surgical facilities and the skill of all involved. Everybody (Dr. Mora, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and my driver back to San Diego) really took the time to make sure the surgery went well and I had everything I needed. This is truly individualized treatment and care; I never once felt rushed or treated like just another nondescript patient. I got a rhinoplasty last September 2022It was the most amazing experience I don’t know an inch of Spanish and I never once felt uncomfortable or like I wasn’t being heard. This is an amazing place and I cannot say enough good things about it! Let alone they fixed my biggest insecurity I love my new nose!

I received the Gastric Balloon placement and during the seven months that I had it, I lost 25lbs. Marla at H & W Bazaar was very helpful and responsive. She went to extreme lengths to make sure my experience was a good one. I would say that the process at H & W Bazaar was very simple and they worked with me a lot on issues & concerns that I had. I would definitely consider going back to them if I ever need any cosmetic procedures in the future.

They exceeded my expectations. I just got home from a facelift with Dr Rodas. They take care of all the details and are extremely professional, safe the facilities from the hospital to the recovery home are just as they promise. LIFE CHANGING! Doctor Mora and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I am not one to write reviews but this needs to be shared! After spending the last 15 years being turned down by doctors in the USA due to my BMI being outside their “parameters” and being told I was an unacceptable candidate, I was desperate for help. I had no quality of life as I could hardly walk across the house without excruciating pain. After some research, my niece found Bazaar Health and Wellness and promptly started chatting with a representative in their online chat group. They reached out to me and I told them of my situation and they emailed the paperwork that evening to be filled out and set up a consultation appointment for the following week. During my consultation Dr. Mara asked me to walk across the room. He simply stated, and I quote, “I can give you your life back.” Other than a higher BMI, I am in great health and Dr. Mara saw me as a patient, not an insurance claim. I got my life back 2 weeks later with bilateral knee replacements.This was all happening at the same time as the migrant caravan arrived, but we never had any issues with safety. We were escorted across the border by a representative of Dr. Mora and straight into the hospital. My family was picked up at their hotel room down the street and delivered to the hospital daily. Whenever my family needed to go to the hospital, restaurant or hotel a representative for Dr. Mora was with them at all times, even locking them in the car while he ran into a store to get what they needed. I had incredible service. Once I was out of surgery, a nurse stayed in the room with me at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate to send any family members down to Dr. Mora. My experience is beyond belief. I truly do have a life now. I know I have a long recovery to get my strength back after not being able to move for years but I am excited for the challenge and what lays ahead for me. Dr. Mora saved my life.

I had en extended circumferential tummy tuck last year on thanksgiving and Honest to God I am not lying when I say that Dr Rodas sold himself out to someone who wanted me dead and he literally removed my drains after surgery on the FOURTH DAY! Post op! I immediately went to Kaiser as soon as I started to see signs of increased inflammation. Doctors at Kaiser immediately put drains back on me and although on antibiotics I was diagnosed with STAPH 3 weeks later. I then did my own research from other surgeons EVEN OTHER MEXICO SURGEONS and they all told me that with surgery that invasive drains should remain in place for no less than 15 days due to toxic fluids released after surgery. I couldn’t believe that I went through that and probably even more that a surgeon with 15 years of experience would do something as heinous as that to me.

Where to begin… TBH, started off extremely apprehensive about the whole going to Tijuana thing. Went down for a pre-operation visit and was somewhat put at ease by meeting Dr. Rodas and part of his team. But still had doubts as people I talked to acted like I was crazy going to TJ for surgery. Well, the surgery and post op care went flawlessly. My husband and I stayed in the Quartz and I’m not sure how things could have been better. The entire team that I dealt with; Dr. Rodas, Marla, Stephanie, Emmanuel(the nurse they recommended, was an angel), their drivers that drove us both over the border and took us to our appointments and most of all, Ana, literally one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met, who has become a lifelong friend….And back to the Quartz itself, amazing hotel, my husband and I now drive down about once a month ish just to get out of LA. Also, Tijuana is such a neat town with interesting pockets to explore; don’t believe the hype, be smart like you have to do in any city and you will be fine. One thing, I’ll keep it real, Dr. Rodas made it known during my pre-operation visit that he is not a fan of heavy painkillers as he believes masking the pain will allow us to do more than we should be doing when all we should be doing is healing. He is 1000% right, and I absolutely respect that viewpoint…but I came prepared with meds of my own from LA because I’m a baby.

My wife and I when to see Dr. Mora about her bunion which now costs $9800.00 ( deductible ) since ever since the Affordable Care Act mandated these procedures be performed in a hospital for over $12,000.00. We are fixed income American seniors traveling to Mexico to afford this procedure. Naturally a bit apprehensive about the journey at first but the entire experience with this company has been excellent. From the airport pickup to the very comfortable Grand Tijuana Hotel, to pickup for all appointments as well about personal car services back to the airport. The highlight was meeting and having Dr Mora do the surgery. Everyone was professional and Dr. Mora a very nice man. If your faced with a too costly procedure in the states, your in luck with this option. You will not find a more skilled physician in the USA PLUS you get a nice little vacation in the process for in our case 25% of the price we would gave paid here and with no getaway ( and we flew from Florida. ) we highly recommend Health and Wellness Bazaar.

Dr Mora Sanchez is a stand up surgeon.I just had my hip replaced by Dr Mora, and I couldnt be happier. In, out, and back home in 4 days. This option totally beats the treatment one gets in the united states.After meeting with Dr Mora, I felt at ease, and confident in his skills as he explained the procedure to me.His staff is outstanding. His son Dave is an excellent coordinator, his associate/driver Michael is a fantastic man.Moras right hand man Sergio took great care of me, and made sure my pain level was well managed.His clinic is clean, and the hospital (Guadalajara) is exceptionally clean and sanitary.I will be scheduling going back for my knee replacement soon.I am completely confident that if any problems should arise down the road, that Dr Mora will be right there to address them.I have total confidence in this man, and you should too.His son Dave sent me an itinerary of what to expect with a detailed timeline, and it was followed almost exactly to the minute.Its been over a week now, and Im progressing as fast or faster than others Ive come across online who have had this procedure elsewhere.Sure, its a little scary leaving the country for surgery, but Dr Moras driver Michael made all the difference in making me feel like I was right at home. I felt so cared for. They took care of my every need. I was walked through the whole process and they were very responsive to all my questions. My result are amazing. I feel like I have my body back. I couldnt believe I was wearing a crop top after all these years.If you are worried about going out of the country like I was please know this:1. Almost everyone spoke perfect English2. those that didnt used google translator3. Dr Rodas, his nurses and the anesthesiologist were all patient and took the time to be sure I felt comfortable.4. The Dr. and his assistant kept in contact with me after I came home. Checking on my recovery and answering any concern I had.5. I stayed at a recovery home in TJ. The ladies there were very attentive. They did everything from cook all my meals to giving me a shower. They changed my bandages and helped me walk around. I had the good fortunate of going to Health and Wellness Bazaar on March 19, 2018, for a total left knee repair. I had been in tremendous pain and in January of 2018, I started to research for facilities that offer this type of surgery. Virtually all the facilities in my area, Willamette Valley of Oregon, the cost was prohibited for my pocket book. I was between $42,000 all the way up to $65,000 dollars. I had previous heard about medical tourism, leaving the USA and having foreign doctors and hospitals doing the surgery. So I did a google search and found several clinic that offer this service. I contacted Health and Wellness Bazaar and began to communicate with them as they were not the most expensive or inexpensive. I spoke with David Mora, one of the patient coordinators and he and I discussed the surgery and costs. I provided Mr. Mora with the necessary x rays and lab results. The first offer was $11, 600 but on examination the surgical implant device would not of been the right fit in my knee so we opted to go with a more robust joint which raised the price to $12,300. I also went on you tube and check out Dr. Eliso Mora Sanchez, the surgeon and listen to him talk knee replacement. I wanted to make darn sure I was ready to make the trip to Tijuana Mexico.Health and Wellness Bazaar had my whole itinerary ready for me when I went to Mexico. My hotel, the pre op with the surgeon, hospital, the surgery, and the recovery at the hospital and the hotel.So what happened? I had a very successful surgery by Dr. Mora Sanchez. Every night one the clinic staff stayed with me while I was in the hospital to ensure I was well taken care. My pain management was very professionally handled. I stayed the hospital for two additional nights after the surgery and then moved to my hotel room for an additional two nights where the clinic staff monitored me constantly.It has been two weeks and one day after my surgery. I am now walking with a cane, going to rehab, and virtually everybody who is in the medical field who has looked at Dr. Mora Sanchez work has been impressed. If I need any additional orthopedic surgeries I will be asking Health and Wellness Bazaar

The original agreement was reasonable and good for planning. As we got closer to the schedule for surgery, it felt like we were going through hoops meaning several things changed, the surgeon, then the date, I was getting more nervous by the minute. HWBazzaar said it was just trying to adapt to changes to keep, schedules full, save fees, etc. With covid19 my support family was not able to accompany, and help to calm me. Had a false start, witg blood pressure scare, feared I was leaving without surgery. Their representative Dr Saucedo and Dr Chavez helped to work me through the chaos. Several times since returning home I have had email and texting contact with them to check on my progress. My recovery has been tough but given the size of the surgery and my age I am recovering.

In 2017, I dislocated my left shoulder after a fall I had while playing racquetball and once again while swimming a few weeks after, which resulted in several muscles and ligaments ruptured and/or torn. Well I am not sure where to start and how many stars to give. I had surgery 6/14 in TJ Mexico with Dr.Rodas. Hwbazaar did great with setting everything up but the communication is not great. I have had complications from my surgery with dr rodas. I developed a very bad infection on my hip and my incision on my stomach opened up and i was hospitalized for a week. When I told hwazaar about this there wasnt really any real compassion and every time i bring up a revision that I will need when I heal they stop communicating with me. My wound on my stomach probably wont heal for a few months, its 3 huge holes. The holes on stomach are caused by dr rodas telling me to pull out my drains when I was still draining over 200cc. The hip infection is probably cause by the hospital i went to to get procedure done, they probably didnt disinfect correctly. With clothes on i look wonderful and im happy with results but underneath my clothes and when i look at everything i cry.

The transportation to and from airport and appointments as well as having my stay planned ahead was wonderful Marla is very sweet as well as for my surgery they need to work a little better on the planning process as well as information about the surgeon and stay such as your surgeon does not speak English well so he will not be able to explain recovery and easily answer questions! My recovery was longer than planned without removal of stitches which I couldnt find anyone to do when home which is not Health and Wellness fault, so I would recommend using them prob just suggest a different surgeon unless you speak Spanish and live in within a few hrs from the area!

In October of 2015 I had a ozone discolysis procedure done to 2 of my lumbar discs which has proved to be very successful. I was very nervous going in as I had never heard of this procedure before. With the excruciating pain and losing function of my leg I had no choice but to trust that this was the right thing for me. Not once have I regretted this decision! Luck was with me when I discovered Dr. Mora & Health & Wellness Bazaar! I have seen him for 3 different procedures in 2017, the first one in May for a Peronius Tendon repair. David Mora, my contact, was concerned & concise with my issue & the treatment required. On June 2016 I injured the ACL in my right knee playing soccer and I needed to get surgery to be able to practice any sport again. After going to a doctor in the US I realized an ACL Reconstruction surgery cost around $17,000 and my deductible and copays would be around $10,000. I found Health & Wellness Bazaar in looking for cost-effective options for my surgery, they had their orthopedic surgeons review my MRI remotely and confirmed diagnostic and needed surgery within 2 days. The HWBazaar team helped me coordinate my surgery with Dr. Romano in Guadalajara and the results have been amazing. I fully recovered in 4 months and I am back on the field playing soccer with a fully working knee and no pain. I saved almost half of what I would have had to pay if I had gotten the surgery done through my health insurance in the US and the results have been as good if not better. The medical facilities were state-of-the art and everyone at HWBazaar and Dr. Romano’s office was very experienced and knowledgeable in working with medical tourism patients.

I got Lipo 360 w/ BBL on December 11 with Dr. Ismael Gonzalez! Let me first tell you guys that all of these 5-star reviews are absolutely real and this company is amazing. Let go of the stereotypes about medical tourism, this destination is one of the most pristine, clean, and hi-tech hotel and hospitals I have ever been to, and I live in California.Dr. Gonzalez was the only one willing to take a chance on me to get lipo 360 w/ BBL. All the other doctors I had previously spoken to recommended that I get a tummy tuck because of the way my stomach sagged, and said I would have too much loose skin. However, this was not something I wanted to do because I am only 23 and Ive never had kids. Dr. Gonzalez took this information and my wishes into account and believed that with my age and genetics, my skin would retract and we would still be able to achieve desirable results. And Im SOOO glad we took that leap of faith because everything worked out! He and Dr. Maria Fernanda visited me at the hotel every day during my recovery, and we were all in constant contact via a group chat on whatsapp :) I definitely will be coming back for any future surgeries that I might want done. After the second Ozone procedure my husband was pain free in his left leg. He is currently in the healing process but doing well. I highly recommend the Health and Wellness Bazaar and Dr. Mora and his team. We are always telling our friends, family and people we meet about how great this Ozone procedure has been for my husband. I was looking to have full face work and I must have contacted no TRIED contacting 15 or more doctors in Tijuana. Most never even acknowledged my Emails, WhatsApp, or returned my calls. The ones who did made it almost impossible to get the information I needed to make an informed decision about the work I wanted done that was until a woman I work with told me about about HWBazaar. I cant even begin to tell you how wonderful they were to work with.From my first contact with them I knew they were efficient and concerned with my needs and this was who I would trust. They walked me through every step of the process. I picked the doctor from their profiles on the website (which was the hardest part of the whole process because all of the surgeons qualifications and their before and after pics were top-notch). From there they walked me step by step starting with sending pics in and getting the docs recommendation and pricing which was great!!! The price included transportation, surgery, hospital, hotel, and 4 days aftercare at their recovery house. All this took the anxiety of going by myself out of the equation. I could go on and on about each individual thing they did along the way to make EVERYTHING run seamless but Id be writing a novel. I do want to add a couple more things though- First for all of you English only speakers like me - ALL the HWBazaar speak prefect English EVEN your drivers. I originally reached out to Lauren at HWB over a year ago, but finally decided in September after losing 20 pounds that I was ready for my tummy tuck/lipo (stomach and lower back.) I had my procedure on 10/3/20 with Dr. Rodas. To say this whole experience changed my life would be a huge understatement. I am SO glad I finally went through with it, even in the middle of COVID! They are taking lots of precautions to keep you safe. My whole experience-with Lauren and Marla from HWB, Dr. Rodas, the hospital, and the recovery home (Casa by Linda-formerly Eurkeka) was amazing. I visited Baja Ortho in November 2018 and very impressed with their medical facility and their operating room equipment. They made my procedure, an Ozone Discolysis as comfortable as possible and Dr. Mora went above and beyond my expectations. The procdure has been very successful and made me think twice about American healthcare, and I am still continuing to improve only a month later. I had an amazing experience with Health and Wellness Bazaar. I went to Dr. Rodas in Tijuana in November 2020. From beginning to end, all of the people I dealt with were great. Very helpful and patient answering all of my questions. I would recommend to anyone wanting to get plastic surgery to use this business.

I needed a miracle for my wifes back and Dr. Mora found one for her. After none of the doctors in our insurance plan could help her with her back pain, she reasearched outside the U.S. She found Health and Wellness Bazaar and Dr. Mora. Little did we know how much help she needed. But Dr. Mora found her problem. Since her L4 was rubbing against her L5, on November 27, 2018, he fused L2 to L5. She is no longer in ANY pain! She can walk more than 15 yards at a time. We have our lives back! The hospital was above U.S. standards. The care was amazing and she was given individual care. We were taken care if the hospital staff, the translators and doctors staff. We have already recommended to fellow golfers and my family. If you want to be pain free, this is where you need to go.

To say that I am disappointed with Health & Wellness Bazaar and the doctor they referred me to would be a huge understatement! They led me to believe there was no reason for concern about having my Knee replacement, and that is not at all how it played out. I will likely spend the rest of my life with serious problems in my Knee, and this did not have to happen. The level of professionalism I received from HWB and their Doctor was clearly not up to the same standards that I am used to seeing in the Canadian health care system.I feel I have to take partial blame for what happened to me because I decided to take the cheaper less expensive way out (using HWB) and I will now pay for that decision for the rest of my life!I cant wait to read the response by HWB to my post, they are very good at putting a twist on things! Ive been following HWB for several years now and have come to realize they do not seem capable of ever admitting any wrong doing, its ALWAYS the other persons fault! What ever decision you make going forward is up to you, just dont ever forget that you have been warned. I do wish you the best and Good luck to you!!

These guys (and gals) saved my life. no joke. i needed a double fusion. but had no health insurance. one disc was 90% gone. & the one next to it, 50% gone. I had bone on bone crushing a nerve cluster to my sciatic. couldnt afford a double fusion and didnt want one anyway. I am a yacht captain and have used to medical tourism before so i was ok with trying this stem cell with PRP treatment. Most people that saw me in my worst condition didnt seem to care very much. but EVERYONE at health & wellness cared for me as if i was their own family. very sincere and very talented. no game at this place. Lots of love and LOTS of skill.Being in tiajuana is a little disconcerting, but inside is actually just as clean as american medical places. Sometimes I had to remind myself of the reality of american medical places, compared to tv and movie sets that are not reality. Then i could get over my thoughts, relax, and let them heal me.needless to say, it worked. Im 53 years old. the surgery was in august of 2017. now its march 2018. I feel great. Im working. playing, and installing a new engine in my boat. Theyre so nice, they call me to remind me to do the exercises and stretches but i feel so good that Ive just been taking long walks instead.now the same people that didnt care if i healed or not have seen this miracle and ask me for the doctors phone number.Also, your mattress and pillow are very important. get whats called a purple mattress. yes, thats really the brand name. Youll have zero pressure points with a purple mattress and theyre half the price of temperpedic. and get a curved temperpedic pillow that cradles your head. Then put 2 pieces of plywood under the mattress and hinge them together. now u can tilt up and down 45 degrees at the waist like a hospital bed. Put some pillows under your knees. Sleeping in this position is VERY helpful for lower back and for sciatic healing. I hung a few ropes down from the ceiling to help me get out of bed without effort while i heal.I highly recommend this place. When i meet people that have a ruptured disc and theyre not doing anything about it, I wish i could just drag them there and pay for it myself. Its that good.another tip, I used a zero interest credit card so i have 1.5 years to pay off this relatively small bill. hahaa

As a traveling companion my everything went very smoothly and I was well taken care of. Lots of Uber eats and food recommendations. The staff were very friendly.

Hi to everyone reading my review, I started my mission looking for a plastic surgeon for an extended tummy tuck in Tijuana 5 years ago, I came across a few doctors but quite a few of red flags came up, I filled out consultation forms online for many and healthy & wellness bazaar being one of them, I received many returned emails about sending my info, pics & health screening forms, I think that’s very impersonable when you’re looking to put your life in someone’s hands. I then received a phone call from Lauren Murphy from HWBAZAAR, she was the only one who picked up the phone prior to sending an email, that was a plus right there, I explained to her what I was looking for, and how another company in the DR had taken my deposit, I never received a phone call & I went through the ringer to get it back, Lauren and I spoke about 20 minutes or so, me explaining what I would like to have done, not until after we spoke did she request any info about me moving forward. I sent info required, pics , & health questionnaire, she’s very prompt with responding via email & text, I changed my date a couple times starting with January 2019 but my anxiety got the best of me, I moved my date to November 23, 2018, the closer time came the more anxious I grew, Lauren never made me feel alone via her commutation, I received all document info I would need & any vitamins I may need to start pre op. Well needless to say I’m here in Tijuana, I was picked up by Mike Pino, great personality I felt very comfortable the staff were all bilingual a big plus, hotel is everything & then some as shown on website, the hospital is beautiful, very clean and staff was great, Dr Rodas is awesome exceeded my expectations, I explained to him what I wanted & how I wanted to look, I originally came for extended tummy tuck and maybe a BBL, I told Dr Rodas I wanted to be snatched (giggles) I had to explain what I meant , I wanted a small waist with defined abs, well that required a different kind of TT because I had massive weight loss of 120lbs leaving sagging skin, he explained the procedure of an anchor cut to achieve the look & informed me of have a line through the middle of my stomach, I said idc I’m married I’m not wearing a bikini bathing suit, and with the bbl he said I had more skin than fat therefore my bbl wouldn’t be drastic, I said I don’t want a donkey butt any way, he marked me up we proceeded, with pre op testing, anesthesiologists and b4 I knew it I was headed off to sleep surgery was scheduled for 10am I was on the table at 9:30am , I love promptness, I was done at 1:30 pm I felt great the 1st day, my second day was a little tough, the nurses are very helpful & caring, my 3rd day I’m feeling better, I did some walking outside to Starbucks for coffee lol, they’re food is great, Mike escorted me back to the hotel , so far so good results are looking good even with the beginning stage and the incisions are nice & neat, my bbl is just enough my only worry with bbl was it being to big & having to buy new clothes, it’s very natural , my sister in law came with me and she’s already looking to use Dr. Rodas , I anticipated a lot more pain & each person is different but mine is manageable, I’ll be posting before & after pics very soon. I thank God for such caring hands Dr Rodas, Lauren, Mike & Manni my nurse I can’t pronounce his name so I called him Manni. Thank You All 😘

Im happy I went threw health wellness bazaar. They planned my whole trip. I didnt have to worry about much. My trip went smoothly and my surgeon was great.

Terrible terrible service fromHealth and wellness bazaar .. my wife had procedure. The only reason Marla came to check on her is to collect money she is very rude and only cares to get the money and left my wife alone and never answered her phone to address any concerns my wife had .. no one from Heath and wellness checked on her it’s been 6 months since she’s been home .. my wife got to San Diego and Marla was an hour late to pick her up also the owner is a liar we will never ever go to this place for any medical procedure this company is very greedy and don’t care about the individual just the money .

I had my fat transfer to breast on June 16 2020 from my amazing surgeon Dr.Rodas Im very pleased with the procedure I wasnt under general anesthesia I was awake while getting the fat removed from my love handles once I was flipped I fell asleep it was so fast I thought they finished in minutes but I was asleep half the time when I was woken Im like there in disbelief of how fast and easy it was so far loving my results I barley have 1 week with one day post up the swelling is going always so are is the bruising I went from size a to d but after the swelling goes away it seems like a c I hope they stay this way or continue to grow Ive already recommended my sister and of course Ill be going back 6months from now for another round but I might include a bbl aswell

Do not recomend one of close friend did a procedure with doctors recomended by this company, I notice photos does not match with premisses advertized on website, continuing by unluck of my friend the surgery went wrong , and his life its not the same totally destroyed, for something suppost to be dream coming through anyway, so sad please be aware do your search before go to do something with rhem

Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the nurses and all staff were so nice and helpful.

I recently had a tummy tuck with a BBL with Dr Ismael Gonzalez and I am very pleased with the surgery. I am looking forward to another procedure in the next year or so
