I just finished my first journey with Physicians Surrogacy, and my experience so far has been wonderful! The PS team matched me with the perfect family and made the entire process simple for me. Their doctors and coordinators are beyond helpful and when I had an issue with a bill, America in billing took care of it the same day. Will be back to another surrogacy hopefully next year.

I went through Physician’s Surrogacy when I started my surrogate journey because I loved the idea that it was an OB based agency. I gave birth to the little one 2 months ago & I cannot say enough about how wonderful my journey was with PS!From beginning to end the intake people were kind & helpful, my case manager was amazing & super supportive. The matching process was seamless & I absolutely love my IPs I was matched with. I enjoyed my time with the group zoom sessions with other surrogates. Everything went so well that Im already in the process of starting a second surrogacy journey! 🩵

First time Surrogate here. My surrogacy journey was a wonderful experience. Although it was a long process, it was well worth the effort. Working with the Agency made the process smooth and even more enjoyable. They were very thorough, responsive, and motivating. No matter what bumps we encountered along the way, Theresa was there, resolving issues immediately and keeping everything on track. I never had to ask for anything twice, and her dedication made the process feel seamless.The matching process paired me with the most wonderful intended parents. We aligned on everything, and it truly felt like the perfect match. One of the most unforgettable moments of my life was witnessing the parents meet their baby for the first time—something I will cherish forever.When it came to compensation and medical billing, everything was handled with efficiency and transparency. I received my compensation on time every month, and the medipay department was incredibly prompt in handling all medical bills. As soon as they received the bills, payments were made almost immediately, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire journey.The IVF process through RSMC Fertility Clinic was equally impressive. The clinic was organized, and I received clear instructions at every stage. My IVF coordinator was always timely and supportive, and the doctors and nurse practitioners were extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything to me in detail. The staff made me feel comfortable, and I never felt like I was just a “carrier”—I truly felt valued as a person.One of the highlights of my journey was the personal connection I formed with Theresa. She reached out to me every week, not just to check on the process but to get to know me as a person. That relationship made such a difference, and I feel fortunate to have had such a supportive case manager.I am so happy with my experience that I plan to reapply to be a surrogate again once I have healed. I have only good things to say about Physicians Surrogacy!! Before choosing them for my surrogate journey (a journey Ive wanted to do for 5 years) I had interviewed 3 other agencies before choosing Physicians because they had everything I looked for. Every step of the way is great communication, and they answer every question you may have. My case manager, Sheena, is amazing!! No matter where I am in my journey, she is so supportive. If you would love to be a surrogate, definitely go to Physicians!

My experience with physician surrogacy was excellent. Their staff was helpful and professional as soon as I reached out. They made sure there was open communication and support at every turn as they led me through the entire process. Im a first time surrogate but had been wanting to do a surrogate journey for a while and when I was referred to physicians surrogacy I was so impressed!They took the time to answer any of my questions and were very detailed on how my journey would be like.I have now since then started my journey and have nothing but great things to say.I live out of state from the agency so I knew my journey would be a bit different than the person who referred me but I have felt nothing more than the upmost care from the team.I love the constant communication between the team and I, I really appreciated the way my flights, hotel and Uber rides were handled when coming to the agency for appointments.This journey so far has been such a smooth ride, definitely recommend if you are wanting to start a surrogate journey!

Great surrogacy agency in San Diego. The onboarding process was thorough and matching with parents was fast. Having a designated support person/case manager who checks in weekly is really nice and the monthly support meetings are not only informative but reassuring and encouraging. It’s cool to connect with the other women who are on their journeys. Highly recommend Physicians Surrogacy if you are interested in surrogacy.

Ive been on my journey for a couple months now and I cant say enough about this wonderful company. They are reliable, communicative, trustworthy and caring. My caseworker Crysta is very personable and encouraging. All of the staff I have dealt with have been very kind and supportive. Im already considering a second journey with them. I love this agency honestly it’s my first time ever being a surrogate and for some reason I got lucky by choosing them there great always there for me and I know I ain’t the easiest to work with I constantly ask questions and they are there to respond without being irritated, I’m so close to starting my first journey and they haven’t left my side if any one has any questions try to find me I’ll gladly refer them to physicians. I have nothing but great things to say about this agency, I love my IP’s all ready I am one lucky gal to have chosen such a good agency and got matched with the greatest IP’s for my first time I’m excited and cannot wait to hopefully be successful for the company and my IP’s, was way worth all the wait and paper work, I almost backed out so many times because I was worried and scared and they did there very best to make sure I was comfortable to move on to every next step.

I have a few friends that related with me on surrogacy we all had different agency’s but after telling them my amazing experience they went to this agency for their second journey!! They were not disappointed. Karen has been outstanding on her professionalism, she is the director of case managers and definitely makes sure her staff are doing there part to make the journey on both ends the best possible.

It has been a true blessing to have experienced 4 surrogacy journeys for 3 wonderful families, with all the help, guidance, and support of Physicians Surrogacy. If God could permit me to help another family, I definitely would. All in all it was such a fulfilling experience through and through, from the guidance and support by my Case Manager, Ellen, to the care and educational ride working with Dr. Wade and Dr. Ho. My experience with Physician’s Surrogacy wasnt to good in the beginning if Im being honest. The IPs and I had a few bumps in the road. I can say that I did stick it out and as I did my case managers made the rest of my experience a smooth one as well as the IPs. They were by my side every step of the way and more than generous and a helping hand. I am coming to the end of my first journey but it has been great and I cannot wait for the IPs to meet their little one.

As a first time surrogate I couldnt pick the best agency, since I started my application and end of my journey, they have been there for me supporting me and answering all my questions and concerns I could of have no doubt I made the right choice on picking them!!

I had an amazing experience with Physicians Surrogacy! I just finished my 1st journey with them, and the staff has been there for me the whole time. From my first tentative questions all the way through the delivery. Yoko, my support manager, was awesome! She checked in with me at least weekly. Just to make sure I was alright and to see if I needed anything. I just delivered, and it filled me with such a sense of pride that I was able to help a couple start their family. I cant wait to do it again!

Physicians Surrogacy has been great! I just finished my first journey with them. The whole process from start to finish has been great. My support manager Sharon Canlas has been so amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better support person. She played a big role in making my process so smooth and easy going. I truly felt comfortable talking to her about everything! Ian Zhang was also great and made sure to check in with me all the time! The agency matched me with the sweetest intended parents and i am beyond happy to have helped them complete their family. I am considering doing a second journey and it would definitely be with this agency.

I recently finished my first surrogacy journey with Physicians Surrogacy and I have to say it was such an amazing experience. From day one, things seemed to go pretty fast. It seemed to me that as long as I was on top of all the paperwork process and provided them with what they needed, they gave that in return. The process went very smooth, which made everything better. I loved working with my case manager Yoko Wakamatsu. She was so kind and checked up on me weekly basis. Any assistance I needed, she was there to answer or find the answer to my questions. She made me feel like there was an open door policy for anything I may have needed, even if she was busy she would let me know. I never expected to be responded to quickly because I understood that I was not the only surrogate she dealt with and thats what some surrogates fail to understand. I have referred many and Im definitely looking forward in working with them again!!!

I went through this physician surrogacy two time and both time I loved how they treated me when I first started the process and how supportive and positive vibes I got from the agency. I was assigned a very nice and positive case manger where she walked me through the process of becoming a surrogate. I like how easy it was to ask questions and how fast they respond back. I love how my case manager would check in to see if I needed anything or if I wanted to be in a support group to lean on throughout the process of the pregnancy. It was a wonderful experience to do for a family and would probably do it again in the future

I started my first surrogacy journey in January 2016 and delivered December 2016 I had a really good experience with physician surrogacy and Dr.Woods was excellent, everything went smooth on my first journey and I decided to do another one. I had my transfer June 2017 and delivered March 3rd again I had a really good experience they didnt leave me with any medical bills and my support manager April was the best checking in on me every week even after delivery. I love working with this agency and if I do a third surrogacy it will definitely be with them as well.

I had a great experience with physician surrogacy. I just finished my first journey with them a couple days ago, and well what can I say..they are amazing, they make sure all your questions are answered and make you feel so welcomed with their agency and loved. They explain everything so clearly you will never feel like you dont know whats going on. My case manager Erika was beyond my expectations, it felt like she was more than just my case manager, more like a friend thats always there when you need someone to talk to. They dont pressure you at all, everything goes based on how you want it. I highly recommend this place 😊😉

Finished my first journey with physicians surrogacy and it was an amazing experience! From the beginning the staff was super supportive. When I was in the application phase I had so many questions and all of them were answered and there was never any pressure to become a surrogate with the company. After applying, the team was always communicating me with where I was at within my journey. After getting matched with a family they were constantly updating me on what was to be experienced next and always asked if I had any questions or concerns at each milestone. Any time I had a question, I received an answer almost immediately! They offer support groups and psychological help no matter where your at within your journey which came in handy during changes due to COVID. The case managers were always checking in on me and making sure I was doing okay. They didn’t just care about the baby but they genuinely care about the women carrying the child as well. Such a lovely experience I want to go through another journey!

I have had a great experience with Physician’s Surrogacy. My case manager, Claire Chang, has offered continual support especially throughout these uncertain times. I’m so fortunate that I got to work with her throughout my pregnancy, with Christina as I went through the FET cycle, and Ana when I signed up. Everyone I interacted with was kind, warm, and made me feel comfortable. I feel like I was cared for personally, with my preferences being honored in terms of matching, communication, and all the way through to labor and delivery. Being a surrogate and helping a family grow has been so rewarding and I’m grateful that I had an amazing team by my side throughout the experience.

Physicians Surrogacy has by far given me the best experience possible. This was my first time being a surrogate and I had no idea what to expect. Like most women, I made sure to do research on agencies before choosing the best one for me. This agency always met my needs and exceeded my expectations. I just recently delivered a week ago and I am so happy with my experience throughout this last year of being with Physicians surrogacy. Most importantly, they made sure the mom had a healthy baby girl. Of course, they made sure I was under the best care possible and they were always available when I needed them.I had an amazing case manager by the name of Ivory. I am very thankful for her and I am blessed to have had her during the entire journey. Im so lucky that the first journey I had with this agency was so smooth and never did I once have any issues.They made sure I matched with the perfect mom/IP as well. The mother and I got along great all due to their matching and diligent work during the matching process.Another thing I absolutely love about this agency is that they do support group meetings every month, several times a month so it is convenient for your schedule. These support group meetings helped me learn so much about not only the agency but surrogacy as well. I feel that it is such a good idea to have these support groups to be able to communicate with other surrogates and talk about our journeys together.Overall, this has been such a good experience and Im so lucky to have had the team that I did. Growing a baby isnt always easy, especially when it involves IVF. Thank you Physicians Surrogacy. Ill be back again!

I did my first journey here and I couldnt of asked for a better support team. From the beginning they helped me every step of the way with questions and even after hours they had people I could get into contact with. April is a sweetheart and always had cute motivational messages for me. Dr wood knows what hes doing and makes you feel so comfortable during the whole process. Ill definitely recommend going through this agency for your journeys ahead.

I am so extremely disappointed in this agency. I am a 2 time gestational surrogate. I had my first surrogate baby Oct. 2020 and my second April 2022. My first journey was absolutely amazing my case manager was so helpful and supportive throughout my journey and after. So I decided to become a surrogate a second time. My second case manager was rude and unsupportive with my concerns as they arose. I threw my back out during my 2nd trimester and it was never full healed so threw it out a few more time after well into the end of my pregnancy. I reached out to my case manager regarding my constant back pain. Nothing was to be done until after I had the baby. A couple weeks before I had the baby I got a referral to see a physical therapist. I had my first appointment in the physical therapist office last week. He said he would like to see me few more times. I just received a text from my case manager letting me know that the agency will no longer cover my appointments and I need to talk to my personal insurance and ask them to pay. Even though the pain started with the surrogacy but was inaccurately documented. Which I told them and they ignored it. Then they tried to intimidate me using my own lawyer. I do recommend going through this company if you are considering becoming a surrogate. They only decided to change the decision to cover costs of physical therapy because they made a mistake and I made a review about it bringing it to light so others do not gave to go through this pain I have delt with without any support from this company.

The experience was definitely different and I really enjoyed it. I loved seeing the face of the father when he first saw his baby girl ! He was definitely stunned! I am so happy that I could be apart and help out a family. Everyone was really helpful in the beginning and everything was smooth. When I got pregnant it was still okay but when It started to get closer to me delivering things slowly changed. I would definitely recommend for them to be a little more organized and caring towards the end. I didnt feel like much care was given to where I didnt even have the energy to want to contact them. I would ask questions and not get answers so it made me a little frustrated. Other than that I was definitely happy that I was able to bless a family with a beautiful baby girl !

I just finished my journey with Physicians surrogacy. It was all smooth going, the team was amazing. Yoko Wakamatsu helped me through my entire journey if I had any questions or of anything that came up with billing. The insurance was confusing for most places to take, but once I handed them over to Yoko, everything was settled. I never had to worry. I am now in the healing process and she is still working hard to help me with any left over questions I have. They really care about the surrogates involved.

I am almost 6 weeks postpartum and feeling back to normal. Being a surrogate was challenging yet rewarding. I felt like one small thing I could do that would make a difference in making a family complete. Even if it wasn’t the traditional way. It was emotional in the beginning having my dad pass away from COVID on the 20th then having the first heartbeat confirmation ultrasound on the 26th then having Natalie’s birthday on the 28th. This journey went by light speed. Baby girl was good to me- making the experience run by smoothly. My close friends and family were there to spoil me through the journey. My case manager, Claire would send me text messages for check ins and anything I needed. My agency, Physician’s Surrogacy were able to provide the prescreenings, surrogate consultants, matching, medical screening & legal, monitoring appointment & embryo transfer then the pregnancy progress. Due to hospital rules and regulations as well as COVID I was able to have my sister by my side as the support person during delivery. I loved this agency and definitely go through them for my second journey.

As a first time Surrogate I chose Physicians Surrogacy to begin my journey for another family, it’s been something I’d always wanted to do. Things were amazing in the beginning and the people who supported me at this agency were so wonderful! However I thought it was a little strange they all disappeared once my journey came to an end. Months after delivery I got phone calls and a huge hospital bill, it’s been so stressful dealing with this type of insurance and medical bills that were not paid. My Surrogate case Manager Ivory Wilson has been nothing but the best & so diligent when dealing with these issues! However I think there is a HUGE opportunity here, and I only wish these bills had been paid from the time they were billed, not three, six or seven months later still unpaid.On the bright side, I would highly recommend this agency to anybody interested in surrogacy because of the wonderful people who take care of you throughout your journey. I was also matched with the perfect family and they now have a beautiful healthy baby boy!

I just delivered a baby as a surrogate through this agency. It was an amazing experience. I was matched with the nicest couple. My case manager Sharon was professional and helpful and Ian was also very helpful. I had an amazing experience and can say I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Yoko helped me throughout the entire process. The insurance was hard to understand at first but after everything was set, I had no problems. They are very caring and professional. The clinic was clean and filled with wonderful staff. I loved working with this company. Everything went so smoothly. They were even understanding when I needed to move dates around for a trip I was taking. My medications were clearly outlined for me and even if I asked the same question multiple times Korrine patiently answered them again and again.Yoko was amazing. She was always there for any questions I had and would get back to me in a timely manner. She always had information I needed and kept in touch with me weekly throughout my journey.The way they do their compensation was so much easier than my last company. No headaches and scanning something in every week and hoping my check made it on time. Loved that it was direct deposit.Ivory was also very helpful when I delivered! I had so many questions and concerns because it was unexpected timing and my IP wasnt there yet and we had to wait for POA to get there, but her patience with me was outstanding! I enjoyed the whole process with this company thoroughly and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I would think twice before signing with Physicians Surrogacy. During the contract stage and even during your entire pregnancy they are very attentive, check in every week and even give you gifts but as soon as you deliver they do a complete 360. I delivered in August 2017 and two months later I have yet to receive final payment and my hospital bills have not been paid. I have emailed weekly since week of delivery to see when these bills are going to be paid and I see no action or promptness on their end, not to mention they are now in breech of contract. My contract clearly states hospital bills would be paid within 30 days after delivery and final payment would be made 14 days after delivery, both have not been done. If I could go back I would have not picked this agency. I have tried numerous times contacting the agency as well as the owner herself about these matters and I keep getting excuses and the run around! It has been a very frustrating process. I now have the hospital calling stating my bills are going to be sent to collections next month if they are not paid by the end of the month. Please do your research before picking this agency!

I just finished my first journey as a gestational carrier for this company. Through the process everyone was so helpful and on top of things. When I got pregnant they made sure to check in on a regular basis every couple days. Was matched with wonderful IPS. However as soon as I had the babies everything went silent within a week. Ive reached out not only to my case manager multiple times but also the accounting department and havent heard back at all. Zilch. Its as if I never existed.

I just gave birth to a baby girl for a Chinese couple. The smiles and greatfulness of the parents made it all worth it. This place has the top notch doctors , Dr. Wood is the top notch for IVF and is excellent. Sharon Canlas was my case manager. She was super sweet and on top of her game. The nurses at the clinic are amazing!! This is the place to go if you would like to be a surrogate.

This agency was the best for being my first time being a surrogate. I was matched within 2 weeks of passing my medical & background. After signing the contract I was ready to get pregnet in 2 months. Dr. Wood was my doctor for the transfer & he got it on the first try. Dr. Wood very professional & very positive on getting you pregnet on the first try, he is the best. Shannon helped me on my medication & was on top of it to make sure I had all my medicine which made it easy to take. Sharon Canlas was my supporter/case manager. This girl is the best I would call her after hours late & she would answer me. I would call her early morning she would answer me. All texts messages as well she would answer me. She is very helpful on anything I needed & she listens & understands your concerns. Molly Shen was my traslater since my I.P.s were chinese & mother spoke very little english. Molly was helpful on my big questions I had for the I.P.s. I delivered on Feb. 23 2018 a heathly baby boy. I was very blessed on my I.P.s they spolied me very much. Mother bought my daughter gifts & me as well. At the hospital she brought me chocolates & fruit. I stayed 24 hours & my I.P. was bringing me outside food to eat since the hospital food was disgusting. I was allowed to take pictures with the baby & I got to hold the baby as well. Even after I left I went to say my good byes to the I.P.s & see the baby for the last time. I got 2 visits from my friends & my children & they all got to go see the baby. These I.P.s were the best & I will miss them. I will defently become a surrogate again with this agency. The process is fast & its successful. Great job keep it up girls.

Awful Agency!!!This agency is unorganized and you are just a number. Before you become pregnant they are willing to help you with whatever you may need. As soon as you become pregnant things go down hill. They offer no support after or during pregnancy. Very unprofessional. Do your research on this agency as well as others. Also be cautious of fake reviews, and reviews they delete.

Jeanette Ojeda is very helpful, anytime I need a question answered she answers it very promptly! She’s very sweet and helpful. I have not met her in person but I would love to met her soon.
