I was new to surrogacy. I read many reviews on multiple surrogacy agencies. And a perfect match stood out. So I gave them a call. The ladies Rose, Susan and Ruth are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just made me feel comfortable from the very start. The process is not something that is ever rushed, APM wants to make certain that you are physically, emotionally and mentally prepared to become a surrogate and I really appreciated the process of how APM gets to really know the individual and your family life. Once I was matched with my intended parents, APM always continued to follow up with me to see how I was doing, and they were always dependable when it came to any questions or concerns I ever had. My first time as a surrogate was a beautiful and enjoyable experience through and through. One of my most precious memories that I will forever cherish. Please educate your staff on sensitivity training and tactfulness. I just received a disgusting rejection response that I found to be almost bafflingly insensitive. Maybe just a simple rejection would be better with no details, not saying within the email Please know that we do not wish to imply in any way that this will affect your chances of having normal, healthy children. What on earth kind of thing is that to say?

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with APM. We are a same gender couple and had two successful journeys with APM. At the start we worked primarily with Rose and she was one of the kindest, most compassionate and helpful people. She introduced us to our first surrogate and we got pregnant soon after our first embryo transfer!For our second journey we worked with Ruth who we initially matched with as a surrogate. After several unsuccessful embryo transfers Ruth helped us match with our seconds child’s surrogate. Ruth was selfless, helpful, kind, and we are still friends to this day!We later referred a friend to work Ruth and they were quickly matched and just had a baby last week!APM was fair, efficient, patient, and explained everything in great detail. We highly recommend APM!

I delivered a healthy set of twins as a gestational surrogate with APM just over two years ago. Mine was a journey of twists and turns, ups and downs. I just completed my first surrogacy with APM and everything went really well. I was matched with a great family. I got pregnant during my first IVF cycle and delivered a beautiful baby girl for the family. APM was very supportive throughout the process. They sent me gifts, handled the medical bills, made travel arrangements, etc. They were also available on evenings and weekends if I had any urgent concerns. I was referred to A Perfect Match by a friend who I believe has completed 2 surrogacies with them. From the very first phone call, it was a smooth process. They were very detailed and informative; they answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. They offer monthly meetings so you can connect with other surrogates or egg donors. Unfortunately, I was never able to attend those meetings because working full time, going to school full time, and being a single mom didnt leave me much time during the week for outings. Next time around, I will definitely make the time to attend. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and am grateful we were able to work together!
