Dr.Henderson was punctual, good listener, communicated information in a kind way. She gave resources to help with some issues. I would strongly recommend her. MA could have better people skills and be kinder like Dr. Henderson was. It would be helpful to have instructions to which building and floor when asking for appointment confirmation.

Dr. Henderson was very helpful and give me several options for my medical condition. She was very nice and personable so I felt comfortable with her. Roberta listened to me and was very kind and has a great personality. I’m glad the doctor and her staff was able to solve my condition in one visit and no surgery involved.

I am very happy with my first visit with Dr. Henderson for a surgery consult. Her Medical assistant, Roberta, was amazing. She was so kind and really listened.Dr. Henderson was wonderful at really listening and making me comfortable. She was able to locate the issue and explain it in a way that was easy to understand.

This review has been years in the making. I’d like to start by saying this was a very low point in my life and I was experiencing unbearable pain and living with undiagnosed endometriosis and ovarian cysts.During my first appointment Dr. Henderson told me, a 24 year old woman at the time, that I had 2 choices for pain relief. A hysterectomy or an IUD. I obviously chose the IUD, but felt lost. What a horrible thing to tell someone so young. We had not done a laparoscopic procedure so how could she possibly know that a hysterectomy was the solution.When I came back for the IUD appointment I wasn’t sure what to expect since I had never had one before. I was assured that there would be little to no pain and to take some Advil. The pill they gave me to open my cervix for insertion was really painful. Once they started the insertion it was unbelievable the pain I experienced. I went ghost white, immediately became sweaty and trembled in pain. I thought I was going to pass out or throw up. She cleaned up and left and the nurse grabbed me a juice and said “leave when you’re done”. I just lied there and cried for 20 or so minutes. I got dressed and sat in my car crying. I contemplated ubering home I was in so much pain. Now that I have left Utah and found incredible care in CA I felt it was necessary to leave this review. At the time this felt normal and I felt like I was crazy for asking for quality care and good bedside manner. You should never have to ask for that. It is a basic human right.

Dr. Henderson is a nice doctor but her office staff is awful. They scheduled me for an ultrasound but when I went in, there were no techs there that day to see me. I politely went away and came back for the new appointment 2 days later. When I got there, they left me standing at the desk for 10 min. The office manager kept looking over while the 2 receptionists were trying to figure out something. After 10 minutes (I cannot stress this enough) they took my name and told me to have a seat. Then called me up 5 minutes later and informed me that since I was late, they were canceling my appointment. The office manager got involved, but they refused to even go check with the tech. Her schedule is just back to back. And it was their fault I was late!! I am so mad right now. This is an awful place to go to. The original appointment was also hard to get. They told me Id have to wait a month or call back every day to see if there were cancellations. They dont have a wait list. I dont care how good Dr. Henderson is, she needs to get her office in order. What a miserable experience. What makes me so mad is that they will get minimal repercussions while my health and life remain on hold trying to get medical attention.

I was a new patient for Dr Stephanie Henderson. All of the staff that I interacted with were extremely nice and made me feel as comfortable as you can be in a doctors office. The office is very nice as well.Dr. Henderson was very, very nice and very thorough in her exam. She thoroughly explained my options and did not make me feel like I should choose one or the other, she explained that my condition was ok to just leave alone if I wanted to. I appreciated that honesty.Dr. Hendersons nurse was also so very nice and made me feel comfortable.I did feel like the visit was a little rushed though as the appointments were running late, including mine and I would have liked to discuss some questions I had.

I went for my first visit with Dr. Henderson as a new patient yesterday. I really appreciated that Dr. Henderson and the office staff were on top of everything and on time even though their computer system was down. Then I felt like she listened carefully to all of my concerns and went over my options for treatment very clearly. The best news was that a condition I have been dealing with for a few weeks that had been misdiagnosed at an Urgent Care clinic, she immediately knew what the problem was and now it can be treated correctly. I had a very good experience with Dr. Henderson yesterday and I am very happy to have her as my new Doctor.

As I’ve decided whether or not to reschedule with Dr. Henderson, I’ve gone back and forth on if I should leave this review. I initially found Dr. Henderson a few years ago and had great experiences with her. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. My last two visits, however, could not have been more opposite. She was dismissive and condescending. She rushed me in and out of the room, acted as if my concerns weren’t valid, and made me feel as if I couldn’t advocate for myself — which, as a young woman, is difficult enough. Not to mention, when I was discussing medication with her, she curtly asked “and who prescribed you that?” I responded and said “you did…” to which she just replied “oh” with eyebrows raised. I couldn’t believe how her bedside manner has changed. It’s thoroughly disappointing.

I had my first appointment with Dr Henderson today and she exceeded all of my expectations. She was personal yet professional and took the time to explain all of my options. The front desk staff and nurse were also courteous and the environment was perfect. I am so glad that I chose Dr Henderson and will be returning for my second appointment soon!

I went to Dr. Henderson for the first time a week and a half ago for a second opinion and yesterday I got a certified letter in the mail stating she will no longer be my doctor. This comes after I sent a message to the clinics patient care advocate about her mistreatment at my appointment. I was acutely aware of how impatient, skeptical, and cold she was towards me. Now that Im reading another review on here from just 5 days ago about her lack of a bedside manner I see that its not just me. I was never planning on going back anyway, but seeing how quickly Dr. Henderson acted to end a client relationship after one visit shows me shes not someone who cares about her patients or takes personal accountability. As a doctor youre not just there to fill prescriptions, youre dealing with people, so it doesnt hurt to show some compassion and care.

Dr. Henderson was great. She asked detailed questions to understand my situation, and was kind and professional during the exam. I did feel like the whole visit was slightly rushed, which left me with some questions after my visit, but thanks to Grangers online patient portal, I was able to submit my (not-urgent) questions for the doctor, and her nurse called me back with answers the same day! Her nurse also was kind and thorough in her questions before the doctor came in. Im so happy to have found Dr. Henderson, and Ive already referred others to her!

Dr. Henderson is amazing, I owe her everything for saving me from getting an unnecessary surgery and opted for another route which she ended being exactly right about. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and always reassured my concerns and truly listens. Her MA is also amazing and very sweet. I refer my friends and family to her anytime I can!

Dr. Henderson is amazing. I’ve never felt so cared for, listened to, and respected as I did with her. I just had my surgery this morning and it went very smoothly and Dr. Henderson took the time to speak with me and my fiancé before and after. I wish she delivered babies because I want to go to her for all my womanly needs.

Stephanie Henderson and her team were lovely. Very friendly, I did feel as though she was explaining things to me like I was 5 but I cant blame her. There are a lot of people that dont know simple grammar and terminology concerning female anatomy.I am upset, I requested to be tested for parasites and have blood work done, she did not take my request seriously and disregarded it completely due to my age group. .Other than that, I enjoyed my visit with their team more than any other health care provider Ive seen before.

Dr. Henderson is an amazing Dr. She cares about the needs of her patients and I would recommend her to everyone. The staff in her office are kind, very professional and I didnt have to wait long at all to see her. Thanks all of you for making my visit there comfortable and efficient.

Dr Henderson is amazing. She removed a 2.5 lb fibroid laparoscopically and my recovery has been amazing. After 7 days I’m off the pain meds and back to walking 2 miles/day (albeit slower than normal) with little discomfort.I would strongly recommend her as a surgeon. She is effective, has great bedside manner, and kept me calm through the whole process.Thank you for coming to Utah Dr Henderson and providing your exceptional services!!

Dr Henderson was so great! Very knowledgeable, straight forward and patient. She was able to diagnose and treat me when other doctors had told me there was nothing they could do for me.

After almost two months and five calls to the office, I have not received the results to a very important medical test. I was told the results would be available in a few days. Last time I called - more than a week ago- I was promised that dr. Henderson would post the results in the portal. Nothing happened. I now believe they have lost my test, although my insurance insurance was billed for it. I have definitely lost my trust in this provider and will not return.

Scheduled a same day appt for my 13 year old daughter because she was having pains. Got off work, picked up my daughter from home and drove the 45 min necessary. I called the office because google maps was sending me in different directions. They said, yes, that happens a lot. I told them Id be another 5 min and they said theyd let them know. Get to the office, fill out paper work while my daughter laid down on the couch. The receptionist came back and told me wed have to reschedule because we were now 15 min late. Spent another 10 min having her type in my information into the computer and then she informed me we could reschedule in another month. I informed her the reason why we were there, because my daughter is sick and needs to be seen. When I got the Im not sure what we can do. I knew I wasnt in a good place for my daughter. How could she see a 13 yr old girl laying down on a couch and be worried about 15 min (half the time filling out paper work) after I called to let them know? Extremely disappointing.
