This place in the beginning was okay going into it your hopeful anywhere you go but then it just took a turn, the doctor explains stuff to you without actually giving you answers, everything is an analogy instead of speaking to us like humans. The staff nurse gaslights you about money reminding you that they honored stuff that you have already paid for but then created more payments. My lining was not growing on oral estrogen and I would try to advocate for myself to ask to see if there is other forms of estrogen I can try but they just always stuck to the “calendar” and treated every case the same even though I didn’t have ovaries. I left there every single time disappointed and crying. You can tell they are just doing it for the money and that there is no passion to truly help. I finally left that place and my new place it was like night and day. If you are wanting a place where they show you compassion and truly care about your well being and not just a doctor that just says “there’s just not enough studies about the uterus “ and doesn’t give you an answer then don’t go here. I got charged In my package for services I didn’t even receive like labs and when I had to cut my other transfer short that was $4200 they gave me $100 back!! $100!?! That doesn’t even cover the gas I had to drive down there. Don’t go here you’ll be disappointed, they made me feel like I was the old ball out when my first transfer failed, the md reminded me that they have a 100 percent success rate so that didn’t make me feel very good.

I love everything about this facility. They treat me like family and always give me a positive vibe. Communication is a top priority for them.I can’t even choose a favorite person because they are all incredible. Sarah, Olysa, Cynthia and Dr. Dan. They have a an amazing package for military service members as well. This is a family you can’t afford not to miss.

We are incredibly thankful for our journey with the Empower team! At 43, my new husband and I decided to try for a baby, after 20 years of me being infertile. Dr. Dan and his team were honest and gave us the odds if everything went right in my age category. We committed to six rounds of IVF and thanks to genetic testing identified a healthy girl embryo. After our implantation in August we were ecstatic to find out we were pregnant. The team at Empower was so supportive and knowledgeable. I always felt their honesty and compassion and anytime I had a question they answered quickly and with tons of detail. We cant believe our baby will be here in May!

I’ve been to other clinics before and this was the best. The staff was friendly and professional, and provided great communication throughout the process. I appreciated the email updates from the embryologist. I found Dr. Rychlik to be friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned about my well-being. It was evident to me that he puts time into training his staff as well as providing advanced, high quality medical equipment (i.e. ultrasound equipment, embryo lab, etc. ). The ultrasound tech, Olesya, was just wonderful. She made the process feel very comfortable. And Sarah Reed (extraordinaire), handled everything so efficiently. I highly recommend Empowering Fertility.
