I cant say enough good things about Dr. Duncan Turner and the entire staff at Turner Medical Arts! The level of personalized attention, care, and plenty of time and space to answer all of my questions and concerns has been exemplary. Karen and Lisa are warm, friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Turner is a consummate professional. He listens attentively, communicates with clarity, and has a no-nonsense, straightforward, authentic style that both my husband and I find refreshing, trustworthy, and solid. He even has a great sense of humor. He performed my recent surgery and has been addressing complicated hormone issues -- I feel Im in the best of hands. Never arrogant, but carries a confidence and experience that I can rest in. Highly recommend Dr. Turner and his staff. The investment for this level of care is worth every penny.

Dr Turner is the absolute BEST Doc I’ve ever had! So caring and I’m never embarrassed to talk about anything. He has such an open mind and no judgment ever! Dr. Duncan Turner is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable womans health doctor as well as a compassionate and patient individual. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and in combination with targeted test will establish a great foundation of information to offer the best advise and treatment for every patients unique situation.

Karen was so nice to get me in on the same day that I called. We are newer to the Santa Barbara area and I called around trying to find a place to get in and it was months before I could be seen anywhere else. Dr. Turners MA was very welcoming and greeted me as soon as she walked by me in the waiting area and seated me in a room right away. Dr. Turner was great! It is probably the quickest doctor visit Ive ever been to. They were quick to get me in a room, I didnt have to wait to be seen by Dr. Turner he was in the room shortly after I walked in the room. Dr. Turner listened to everything I had going on, asked questions and also recommended a doctor for another on-going issue Ive been having that has nothing to do with GYNO. Dr. Turner was quick to have Karen schedule me an exam rather than wait to see how I am feeling in a couple weeks. Definitely a doctor and staff I would recommend to any friend or relative!

Love the new office with lots of light. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Tracy has helped me to many times to count. Dr Turner is truly caring and knowledgeable. He has gone the extra mile to provide great care. Gives me extra peace of mind as he uses ultrasound equipment as needed during assessments. Highly recommend!

Dr Turner has delivered my four children, done minor surgery and taken care of me post menopause. He is so knowledgeable and the best of the best, I have always completely trusted him! Even though I live on the east coast now I still do virtual consultations with him for follow ups with hormone replacement therapy and have even flown back in town once to have an ovarian cyst removed.

Dr Turner is a stand out doctor!! He is passionate about his profession- that is clear. He doesn’t seem to age and has the energy and vitality of a much younger man. Ive had an excellent experience with Dr. Turner. He was able to get me in quickly, was very kind and personable, and was willing to try one of the less common/accessible treatment approaches for a chronic pain issue that I have (and I think its helping!). They dont take my insurance, but they were upfront about what things cost, which I appreciated.

It was a great experience. I was comforted by all the nurse staff and all the doctors. All my questions were answered and I left there feeling confident in my decision. Health care paid by insurance has a completely different focus, process and result from health care paid directly by the patient. Everything at Turner Medical is done with the care of the patient in mind. Very very different from the other places people go because of their insurance. Also, finding and accessing a doctor with a lot of knowledge and experience is never an easy effort. It is very important and reassuring that Dr Turner is available as an excellent alternative to the insurance clinics.

Dr Turner, Dr Giuffrida and Dr. Chang are the best.. Its so nice to have several different doctors in the same office. I trust Dr Turner and its no surprise he was able to attain the best specialists for procedures he does not do himself. I have had procedures done by all 3 doctors and the results have been phenomenal. I have also had facials with Allie and IV therapy with Caitlyn that have left me feeling so pampered. I love this office! Lisa at the front desk is a wealth of knowledge and is very kind, responsive to questions and concerns or scheduling conflicts. Went here for laser hair removal (full face, neck, happy trail) had an excellent experience with Caitlin! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I came in asking for more treatments than I actually needed; she had a look and customized the treatment with fewer sessions where I didnt need them. Extremely trustworthy and reasonable, and the results speak for themselves. I couldnt recommend her more highly. Ill definitely come back here when Im ready to get my legs done.

Good Afternoon....Im Dawn Galitello and I have LS. I was misdiagnosed for about 4 months and then wasted more time with a local doctor, in Templeton Ca, who I put my trust In, only to be horribly let down.I found Dr. Turner almost accidentally. I was researching more information on LS and his name & practice came up on my screen. The next thing I knew, I was speaking to a very compassionate staff member named Lisa. She was Amazing! By the next day, I was speaking to Dr. Turner himself. We did a kind-of over the phone evaluation and then Lisa had scheduled an appt for me. I live 2 and a half hours away from The Turner Medical Arts location in Santa Barbara, but after speaking with staff and Dr. Turner himself, I was grateful to have found him and didnt care how far it was.Dr. Turner is wonderful! I started seeing him in Jan/2020. He completely explained the Mona Lisa treatments to me, taking extra measures in how much I could do or couldnt do. I would describe him as Caring, & compassionate to all your needs!I received 4 treatments and Its now July/2020. My LS symptoms are minimal & very much controllable. It made me very uncomfortable that there wasn’t a female nurse in the room during my consultation. Especially because I know that by law it is required. An OBGYN for 30+ years would 100% know that is not acceptable.
