CNY Fertility Sarasota Florida

Not sure why there are any bad reviews here? This is our second experience with IVF through CNY so we are seasoned patients. We are doing a natural cycle meaning way more monitoring appointments and traveling to this office I think a total of 5 times. Every visit has been wonderful. Friendly and efficient check in staff, pretty and clean office, nurses very sweet and compassionate answering all questions patiently, response same day from the nurses on the portal. We had our transfer yesterday and the doctor, nurses and staff were outstanding. Our whole experience has been great. Thank you to CNY for our miracle baby (now 2 years old) and hopefully another miracle baby soon! The work you do is truly life changing.

They are cheap for a reason. I say, you get what you paid for. Had our initial consultation with the doctor, did my bloodwork & other diagnostic tests that he ordered. The doctor was great but the staff just dont care. I was told to call if I get my period because Im supposed to get a medication to help me ovulate. My period came, I called them and I couldnt get no one on the phone. For straight 3 days I called. I have a 45min drive to work and I spent that on hold with them and still no one picked up. I left my number so I can have someone call me back but no one did. Even the staff told me that its 20-45min waiting time to talk to a nurse. No one has time for that. Just take your money elsewhere for a practice that will really care cause these people dont. I ended up making an appointment with a reputable fertility clinic.

If I could give 10 stars I would!My toddler is almost 2yo. I did the medications with intercourse and it worked in the first try. The whole team is caring, knowing what they’re doing and they truly care about us. It’s not only about money.From the receptionist, the nurses are amazing and so are the doctors.

I was thinking about giving a very poor review. But to be grateful and thankful to the staff who helped us in this journey, I changed my mind and decided to forgive the two individuals who soured our first experience in this CNY location. I only do reviews, so the business improves and gives the best care to patients coming in the future.Customer service is key in these situations. The main nurse made my wife so uncomfortable, as her actions were more aggressive and reactionary instead of caring and nurturing. Throughout the beginning of the transfer, my wife tensed up and became stressed, as the nurse kept telling her that the information given by her CNY medical advisors was wrong, and she should proceed with the transfer. Basically, putting patients in a very difficult dilemma. The nurse could be right, but theres other ways to communicate than mandating the patient to do something they were previously advised against. This nurse was just not having it and kept being unprofessional, even leaving the door open when the patient was naked.Lastly, even though these things happen, my wife was scheduled to receive acupuncture. Yet, they were not tracking that. No one gave us a status, and I had to dig in for answers with the same nurse I mentioned. She came back and just told us to disregard that and go with the transfer as the doctor couldnt wait. But no emphaty or regard for the instructions given by her CNY medical advisor.Aside from this hiccup, the acupuncturist that came and helped us was amazing. My wife, who was very stressed by this point, was heard and calmed by this nice lady. The doctor was very kind and supportive. The people at healing arts were the same, the Lab techs, the assistant nurse who was present at the transfer, who was so caring and empathetic that calmed my wife every time she came into the room.Please talk to your staff and let them know how important it is for women and families going through infertility to receive good customer service. Its not hard. Just put yourself on the shoes of people going through this situation. You dont need to fire people but cultivate a culture of care, compassion, and care for those coming to this clinic and hold the staff accountable to these principles.I hope CNY Sarasota improves as we would love to come back to this installation and grow our family.

I have a been a patient of CNY for the last year and they have a few new employees that you must be aware of. One is named claire she slanders her coworkers and does not take accountability for her actions. She draws the blood but misses often and will come up with an excuse as to why it happened. I hope she gets the training she needs and also becomes more comfortable with criticism from her coworkers instead of becoming defensive.

As a new patient to CNY I was ecstatic to let them know that I had a positive test after several chemicals, recurrent losses, ectopics and the message I received back from Andrea the Global nurse NP was beyond unprofessional and not compassionate. I have left a message for a member of the management clinical staff to give me a call back but you would think CNY would be happy and excited and understand my need for constant monitoring after ectopics and nearly 10 losses but apparently because I didnt follow the rules they are ok just discharging me and letting me work soley with my RI. I had several talks with the doctor and day of transfer staff about testing before my first CNY beta due to my history and everyone knew I was working with an RI as well .. unbelievable.

Daysja & Alexia are the best! These ladies always make my experience so positive. They are encouraging, funny, kind and professional! I look forward to seeing them every time I come to CNY. Currently 7 weeks pregnant.. I can thank Dr. Kiltz and his amazing team for that! I am so thankful for this clinic and this team!-Toni Silva

Dr. Kondrup is the first doctor Ive ever felt comfortable with with regards to my body and reproductive issues. From day 1, the team at CNY Sarasota have been super professional, empathetic, and structured so that I know what my care plan is. They do lots of follow ups to make sure we are on the right page and making sure I am comfortable and ready for the next step. Cant thank them enough ❤️

Do not get caught in this “1/3 the price of IVF” trap. They will try to charge you for everything little thing and quote you one price, but then bill your insurance and tell you that you own the remaining balance that insurance does not cover. The fees end up being more than IVF costs at a creditable IVF clinic. The travel team does not follow up, respond back to messages, and they really don’t care if you get pregnant or not. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable fertility clinic that actually cares about its patients. At CNY, you’re just a number.

I would like to say that these team of people are absolutely amazing. First I would like to say the nurses upstairs are amazing I had Viri she is really sweet and takes her time to get you the best results & knowledgeable & sincere. Yesenia is helpful and tries to make you feel as comfortable as she can with offering help and knowledge. The OR team is amazing but I want to give RN Shenika a shout out she makes you feel like she has known you forever and she knows her job & does it effortlessly. The embryology team I have to say no other bunch of individuals I would trust with my babies Jay, Raf, Julie are truly heaven sent always met me with a smile. Front desk Tiana she has a smile & hospitality that warms the heart. Nurse Kisha is very funny & sweet she treats you with care & concern with a smile. When visiting I would highly recommend an encounter with these individuals. Baby dust to everyone.

Everyone from the front staff to embryology and everyone in between have been so wonderful throughout our ivf process. I HIGHLY recommend CNY Fertility not only for the affordable pricing but also how great all the staff are

I was lured with the amazing price of $3999. Was then advised I could bundle the meds and it came out to $5891. Every visit was between $150-$300. I was charged $1441 for a sonogram and another $311 for labs. I called and I was advised the bundle price only covers retrieval of the eggs and implantation. Not one sonogram which are required every time I visit for monitoring. I’m very disappointed because I chose them because I’m on a budget and they pulling all these hidden fees and charges. It’s really discouraging. I’m so sad I won’t be able to continue if there are any more charges of this amount. This is so deceptive, I would not recommend them at all unless you have unlimited budget. The staff is mostly friendly and the nurses are too. I have yet to see a Doctor. So far I paid about $8000 and we haven’t even started the process. At this point I’ll be bankrupt before I have a baby. I really wish they were more upfront about the cost, instead of making it seem like it’s so affordable when in reality is no more affordable than the top of the line places.

I had egg retrieval #2 today and wanted to praise the CNY Sarasota Team.Dr Kondrup did my retrieval and created my protocol this round. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He took the time to look over my history and customize a plan that fits my personal situation. He is a very kind and caring human. I’m in zero pain tonight and feel so hopeful moving forward!This cycle, Nurse Megan did my monitoring. I absolutely LOVED her. She followed up after each appointment and made sure I was on track and in the know. She even checked on me before my retrieval this morning.I also have to give the phlebotomist, Alexia a shout out. She’s been so sweet since my very first appointment back in October. I look forward to seeing her each time I’m in the office!IVF is hard and it’s a good feeling knowing you have a solid team behind you.To anyone looking into IVF in Sarasota - you’re in good hands!

I would advise choosing another clinic despite the prices and convenient location to SW Florida. During my first appointment with Dr. Jashoman Banerjee, we spent a total of 15 minutes briefly discussing why I was seeking fertility assistance. He proceeded to give me inaccurate information and then said the nurses from the Sarasota office would contact me within the week to discuss a more detailed plan. As someone who has been trying to get pregnant for 3 years and over the age of 35, every month counts. I had to reach out via their online portal and phone 3 times before they started to give me information about the next steps, which took a month. In every message, they would say, if you have any questions, please let us know. I sent them what I thought were simple questions about vitamins, timing, etc. They would/could not answer my questions and suggested I meet with a doctor or NP for more information. I agreed and it cost me more money. The NP was much friendlier than the doctor, however, she said that our original plan of having a known donor donate live at the clinic during my IUI was not allowed (even though Dr. Jashoman said it was). I would have to send our donor to New York for a few days where he would donate, freeze the sperm, and then mail it back to Florida costing me a few thousand extra dollars. At this point, I was very discouraged.I chose to go ahead with the required testing I needed because the clinic was close, but ultimately chose a fertility clinic in Jacksonville for my IUI that had comparable prices. I do not regret my decision because they have been FANTASTIC. If you are looking for a top-tier clinic, check out F.I.R.M. The knowledgeable doctors and nursing staff are amazing, spending all the time you need answering questions and they return calls within 24-48 hours, not weeks. They also operate under Florida law.A few last notes on service, I have PCO and was prescribed Metformin before the doctor met with me in person. Thankfully, I put off taking it for a few days until after one of my appointments where the doctor stated Thank gosh I saw you in person because the dose of medicine prescribed to you would have made you puke your guts out. During another appointment for a blood draw, the nurse couldnt stick a vein and proceeded to dig around until I almost passed out. Fortunately, there was an experienced nurse on staff who was able to come in and finish the draw. During another appointment, the staff scheduled an appointment around their lunch hour and when we showed up 5 minutes before the appointment, they rudely informed us their office was closed for another 30 minutes and made us go back to our car to wait instead of letting us sit in the waiting room. Overall, the experience was traumatizing and wasted precious months. I asked to speak with someone about my experience, but they kept pushing me off. I just wanted to ensure what happened to me didnt happen to anyone else. I encourage you to go elsewhere.

I am a fairly new patient to CNY but have nothing but positive things to say so far. I saw Dr. Kondrup for my HSG and consultation and he was amazing. It was the first time in years that I felt heard and understood. He was so down to earth and personable. I left feeling such a relief and confidence in our fertility journey. His nurse Shaneeka was also great! We look forward to seeing him in our next steps.

I went here for the first time today and everyone was so wonderful! They worked hard to get my lab work faxed over in time so I didn’t have to get my blood drawn again. They were also all so sweet and attentive while I had my procedures done. They are amazing!

I was very excited that CNY opened a facility in New York after all the great reviews Ive read. Its unfortunate that I am a little down based on my experience. I had labs tests completed on 05/02, and its now 06/02 and still no word on my blood work, not even met the doctor, and still waiting to get my request for a MRI. Just disappointed and feel as if they forgot I was a patient. I selected this facility because here in Central Florida most fertility centers are only about the money. Thought this place was different. I gave three stars because the staff is amazing, just not happy with my process.

Switched clinics to CNY and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Better protocols and expertise!! Worth traveling and so grateful!!!! Love the eastern and western philosophy.

Was told it would be $50 for a consult fee. Turns out it’s $50 to book the appointment and $50 to have the virtual meeting with the dr. That should have been explained up front.

The Sarasota clinic is lovely. It’s newly remodeled and looks nice, feels clean. Dr Kondrup is at this clinic I think he may be my favorite doctor at CNY. (CNY has several clinics in New York and Colorado). Sarasota is the newest addition.All the girls are helpful and sweet. I really enjoyed walking into this clinic each visit, the staff is wonderful.Sidenote…the single negative review here is by a person with only 3 reviews…all negative.

This office is amazing! The nurses down to the front staff were just a joy. I really have no complaints. The previous reviews are more related to call center not office issues. When you call you will reach call center. If you are not a current patient you may not know that this office only does monitoring and is new. If you are calling for a consult you will probably be give n who ever is available within CNY network in any of their offices nationwide. I live in Tampa and travel to this office. The office is a big support and helped diagnose issues that no other provider has. Keep doing what you are doing!

I called the Sarasota office today, the lady who answered the phone she said her name is KERI, she was eating the whole time during our conversation, she didnt bothered to stop eating for once and answer my question instead she sounds upset of me calling,all her answers were YES/NO not helpful.Most of CNY staff are amazing but this one KERI if I spell her name right, Is rude/not professional.Infertility is a stressful journey by it self and we have been through alot. CNY gave us hope but a staff member like KERI makes this journey more stressful.She knows how she talked to me with disrespect and it hurts.

I have been coming to this office for a couple of days so far to do monitoring and Im very glad and happy with the attention received. All the staff is very professional and nice. Jeniffer, who drawn the blood has very good hands and the nurses Ana and Lisa explain everything in detail and answer all my questions making me feel calm. I have been coming to this office for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kondrup is simply amazing he just performed a surgery on me 5 days ago and he was outstanding! Office is very clean and kept well 10/10 recommend💜

I recommend 1000% !! My first time coming to this location The staff is amazing, great customer service, all the staff are knowledgeable answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Jessica wood is an Amazing Rn nurse, sweet and made me feel so comfortable through my check up. I felt so right at ease right away. Can’t wait on what is to come with this incredible team!

Had my first appointment today. Everyone was amazing top to bottom. Very professional and knowledge but not condescending or snotty. So far every interaction Ive had with CNY at any office has been a positive one.

Had my egg retrieval done today and everything went great !!!! The whole staff and team was very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door .

I drive 2 hours to get there and the staff there are good people specifically Jessica! She’s an amazing person and always helpful

Infertility and all the testing and appointments that come with it can be a big challenge both mentally and physically. I had an egg retrieval this morning 10/4 At the Sarasota location. I was greeted with great energy and such a warm welcome. Nurse Christina has to be one of the kindest, sweetest, and just caring person I have met along my journey. She explained everything like it was my first time, even tho it was my second. She took time for all my questions and was with me the whole time. I just felt safe and so well cared for every min of those 2 hours I was there. A few of the most thoughtful gestures really put me at ease and I didn’t feel like just a number in the slightest bit. Too often we take time to complain and maybe not enough time to show gratitude. I don’t know who’s in charge of the nurses in the ER location but I hope someone sees this and recognizes Christina for making a difference in my journey. Christina if you see this, never stop being amazing. Thank you times infinity for the caring approach, and for going the extra mile in getting to know me, making me feel cozy and comfortable as well as sharing in my joy in receiving good news today. I know a lot of nurses but your energy and bedside manner is exceptional. You made a difference in my life today.-Kristin

Before I chose CNY, I went to several other clinics and had several consultations and other procedures done.  I was worried that the quality of the service at CNY would be lower than other clinics since the price is so much lower, but boy was I wrong. I can say with confidence that CNY has the BEST staff out of all of the fertility clinics I went to. They work like a well oiled machine. They have a one stop shop in the building where you can do blood work, ultrasound, embryology, retrieval, transferts, acupuncture... everything in house. They made it so that my IVF process was smooth and less overwhelming overall.To the staff:  I know I wont be able to name everyone who has helped me, but please know that I truly appreciate EVERYONE who has taken care of me at this clinic, you all have a very special place in my heart.
