Open Arms was courteous, responsive, and professional; with one major exception. Their initial estimated wait time on a surrogate match turned out to be totally and completely inaccurate. If I had known how long their real wait time was going to be, I would have never signed up with them.When it became apparent that they were not going to be able to provide me with a surrogate, within what I would consider to be a reasonable amount of time, I decided to leave them and sign up with another agency. In doing so, I knowingly walked away from a really large sum of (non refundable)money in the form of their initial agency installment payment. They consider it to be money earned, but in my opinion they did absolutely nothing to earn it. Sure, they would have eventually gotten the job done if I had stayed with them, but time is a bit of a precious commodity to me right now ,and I waited long enough.Agency number 2 found a match for me immediately and we are currently looking forward to embryo transfer in the upcoming weeks.As for Open Arms, I wish them all the best, but I honestly would not recommend them at this time.

While there, one such family stopped in with their newborn, and you could tell that every member of the staff was legitimately invested and happy to see the the outcome of their work.There are many different options out there, but I cannot recommend Open Arms enough.

I highly recommend Open Arms to intended parents. The idea of having a child is certainly one of the most important decisions anyone can ever make. Therefore, although one is entering into a transaction with a surrogacy agency, it is much more than that. I am a gestational carrier and my surrogate journey through open arms has been amazing and I cannot wait to do another one! I have been working with them since mid 2020. I delivered a healthy baby in August of 2022! This agency had great communication and was very professional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every step before signing a contract and paying A LOT of money went smoothly. After they got my money and my contract this business has made it perfectly clear that they only care about financial gain. No communication. They have repeatedly forgotten basic details regarding the pregnancy. Not one single phone call since before the transfer and we are due in under 7 weeks, Souad is a rude, bullying woman only interested in financial gain. The IVF clinic I work with agrees and are trying to steer patients away from Open Arms. PLEASE look elsewhere, I am sure there are many smaller, less expensive surrogacy agencies that will care about the individual and not the $$$$.

Positive aspects of our experience with Open Arms: The people we interacted with accompanied us throughout the entire process, providing us with support, accompaniment and the necessary information required at all times. We had excellent communication and relationship with the surrogate which continues after 6 months of our daughter being born!Negative aspects of our experience with Open Arms: the time it took to search for and select the surrogate (in relation to the reported times) and that the costs of some services were a little higher than those sent in a timely manner.

Although we had an initial delay in selecting the surrogate, since the pandemic delayed the entire process, everything later developed according to what was stipulated. Really, a process of this style with a multiple pregnancy, residing in Argentina as is our case, is not easy to endure. I had a very bad experience with this agency. We went to them after 7 years of searching to start a family through fertility treatments and instead of helping us fulfill our dream, they made us lose money and 1 more year with lies.

I met its director Souad Dreyfus as well as Lilia Romari (the France coordinator) in Paris and really felt that people came first! My first impressions were never subsequently contradicted. Open Arms is close to the concerns of the intended parents, supports them, and always manages to resolve the situation at the slightest problem. Great sensitivity, great attention and big heart!

They only meet the scam condition, my family went to them and they only lost USD$12,000. They dont do their job and that is very expensive for whoever hires them. EYE!
