They were all very kind and willing to answer my questions. Despite the fact that I have to commute an hour and 20 minutes to see Dr. Swor, it is completely worth it.*Update: I had my endometriosis surgery with him in March. I have the tiniest incision scars, and everything went smoothly. Finding a good endometriosis surgeon who does excision and is experienced is hard, but Dr. Swor is one of the few good ones out there!

I received a call to confirm an appointment that was scheduled two months ago. Immediately, I was met with an impolite, condescending, and belligerent person on the other end. When I had the opportunity to speak I was rudely interrupted and spoken over as if what I had to say was of no importance. When I saw that the conversation was going nowhere, I ask for the supervisor several times and was ignored . Asked the caller her name several times and was also ignored. She eventually gave me her and the supervisor’s name after she was done belittling me.As someone in the medical field myself, we must consider everything and anything that may make people feel isolated or less important. Sally Werder who reluctantly gave me her name and I later found out she gave me a different last name, is culturally insensitive and incompetent. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training is strongly recommended. It is unfortunate that a great team of providers employ staff who thinks it’s ok to treat patients the way that I was treated. I also left Vonnie the supervisor a sufficient amount of time to get back to me in regards to this with no response.

I have shared my experience before, but wanted to update it. This was my second appoint for an in office procedure. My husband accompanied me. To both of our surprise Dr. Swor administered the test himself and took time to explain everything as it proceeded. We had been expecting a technician so it was more than reassuring to have Dr. Swor right there to address our questions and concerns. We were frankly even more surprised to find out the follow-up and scheduling and ground work had been thoughtfully laid out as we checked out. I went to this facility for approximately 5 years. I thought they were great until I was six hours away (on vacation) and started having a pretty bad medical problem. I called to see if someone could see me ASAP. They said they could see me in three weeks! I told them I couldn’t possibly wait that long but they said they couldn’t get me in any sooner. I also contacted the nurse thru their portal but it was a dead end.So I then contacted Dr Finazzo’s office and they were able to see me the next day…..I’m very happy with the change in offices.

I saw Samantha McCormick, APRN today and was really pleased with my appointment. She spent a lot of time with me, made me feel comfortable and explained each step of the exam. Ive been on bio-identical hormones for years and wasnt really happy with the PA I had been seeing in Venice. Samantha made some great suggestions to help me better balance my hormones without having to spend hundreds of dollars on blood-work, saliva test and tons of other unnecessary testing. Most hormone places are expensive and dont take insurance, SWOR does which is a bonus. So glad I decide to try out Samantha. Shes great!
