Lilith Clinic

Today I had my IUD removed at this clinic under sedation due to past traumatic experiences. While the doctor was kind and tried to be accommodating, my overall experience was unfortunately not positive.I had requested to be put under sedation for the IUD removal and also to have a Pap test done at the same time. When I got to the doctor’s office, I was informed that their Pap tests were expired, and I was given the option to either come back for the Pap test or proceed only with the IUD removal. Moments later, a man entered the room stating he had a solution and that they could proceed with the Pap test.The doctor assured me that before the procedure began that I would be completely covered, that I would NOT need to move into the necessary and very vulnerable position myself and that they would move me once I was fully sedated, which provided great relief given my traumatic history.However, after undressing from the waist down and covering myself with the towel, the nurse and anesthesiologist entered the room and insisted that I scoot down into that very vulnerable position I was desperately trying to avoid. Despite my protest and explaining what the doctor had told me, the nurse and the anesthesiologist (a man) argued with me, while the nurse pulled my legs towards her and peered under my towel. When I began to cry she ran over to me and aggressively shoved two balled-up tissues into my eyes in an attempt to comfort me, which felt anything but comforting.When the doctor came back in, she asked how I was doing, and once again, the nurse began pulling on my legs, only stopping when myself and the doctor asked her to. After the procedure, I was informed that the expired Pap test kit was used but it wouldn’t be an issue.As someone who has experienced SA and two very traumatic gynecological experiences, this visit was not only extremely disappointing it was re-traumatizing to not be listened to when I asked them to stop more than once. While the doctor herself was very empathetic, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone with a history similar to mine.Please consider offering training to your staff to enhance their empathy towards women who have experienced trauma, because over half of them have.

My experience with Lilith Clinic, Seattle was amazing. When i first inquired on the phone, they were able to schedule me for an appointment within the same week. They made sure to explain the process, what to expect and how to prepare. An email was also sent shortly after to reiterate everything, which was very helpful. On the day of my appointment, I was very nervous, not knowing how the procedure will actually feel, and if the sedation would work. I was worried that I will feel pain. But the intake nurse answered my concerns, and was very empathetic towards my feelings about it. I felt more relieved after talking with her. When it was time for my procedure to begin, the anesthesiologist and another nurse came in and introduced themselves. The anesthesiologist was very nice, letting me know what Ill be expecting to feel as he was putting the IV in. The doctors also came into the room and introduced themselves as well. I knew I felt comfortable, as my body started to relax and slowly drift off into sleep. Next thing you know, I am awake in the next 5 seconds(or that is what it felt like) and the procedure was done. The nurse helped me put myself together and slowly guided me to the recovery room. I was seated on a comfortable chair, with a heating pad and blanket over me. The other nurses had came in to check up on me as the anesthesia had quickly wear off. About 20-30 mins I was ready to head back home with my driver. I was very shocked on how painless and quick the procedure was. It was less than 15 minutes.---They called me the next week, checking up on me and if I had any questions or concerns. For those who are trying to find the right clinic to help you, give Lilith Clinic a call! They will take care of you. It was hard, scrambling to find who can help me in my situation. After doing more research on Lilith, I took the chance and Im happy that I did. Im forever thankful for the doctors and staff.

I had an appointment at this clinic yesterday, every single staff member was so sweet and welcoming. it was a longer appointment and they were doing everything they could to keep me comfortable and occupied. i’m a super anxious person and i was very nervous to get sedated for my first time but they were understanding and answered any and every question that i had, while also being my support people and helping calm my nerves. my whole appointment was pain free and the recovery room is very comfortable. they were also so helpful with anything i needed, and stayed in contact with me after my appointment to make sure everything was going smooth. i’m very happy that i chose this clinic and i appreciate everything that they did for me.

I had such a great experience at this clinic. I had a lot of anxiety about IUD insertion as I’d had an awful experience in the past and everyone was so welcoming and took the time to address any concerns I had. I opted for deep sedation and next thing I knew, I woke up in the recovery room. Truly pain free. I will absolutely be coming back for any future insertions and would recommend this to anyone who is worried about the pain of their own insertion process.

Amazing and caring clinic. Had a traumatic first IUD insertion and was looking for a sedation option for my second IUD. They did it and everything was gentle, well explained, and I felt safe and cared for. I’ve recommended to several women in my life.

I will be forever thankful for this clinic. On the worst day of my life, terminating a very much wanted pregnancy at 18 weeks for genetic abnormalities..they made the experience bearable. Everyone from the counter staff, to the gal who did my ultrasound, to the gal that took my babies footprints to the doctor himself and everyone in between. They were all so compassionate and you could tell they really care. Thank you so much for the total sedation and complete care physically and mentally. You give me faith in humanity.

My partner and I recently had to go through one of the most challenging experiences of our lives...losing a wanted pregnancy. After a few ultrasounds we got some bad news that our baby was not developing normally. Our midwife referred us to All Womens Care and the staff here took such good care of us that I had to write this review.I wont go into the details but I will say that from our first telephone call to set up the appointment to after the procedure was over and we were leaving, the interactions we had at this clinic were some of the best care we have ever had in ANY medical setting. We came to understand why our midwife spoke so highly of this office. The doctors and staff really deserve it. Everyone is so kind and caring and really dedicated to their jobs. They were so patient and compassionate with us. The doctor even called us after the first night to check in on how I was doing. I truly felt as if they really cared about us and what I was going through.We are very grateful to this place for making our experience as good as it could possibly be.

Not gonna lie I was worried setting up my appointment (sometimes private clinic=church run shame center) but when I arrived everyone was so kind and professional and immediately put my mind at ease. Ive never had better care. I was actually treated like a human being who knew what I wanted. Would give more stars if I could. Worth every penny.

I cant say enough amazing things about the incredible doctor and nurses here at All Womens Care. I stated that I was nervous and panicked (as Ive never been in this situation before) and the nurse turned off all the lights and had me close my eyes and breath deeply) it really helped my blood pressure and my mind while I was getting ready for the procedure. The doctor answered all my questions and kept me distracted during the procedure. The entire staff was so welcoming and wonderful. This made a tough decision and situation so much easier. The recovery room was so small and tranquil, I really felt taken care of! Any woman that finds herself in this particular situation needs to come here for exceptional care. If you are researching where to go dont go anywhere else!I have to update this review, Dr. Brown and his staff are so sweet and caring. My after care nurse called me a few days after my procedure to check in on me and Dr. Brown keeps his word! So grateful for this wonderful little clinic!!

HORRIBLE. This woman treated me with such judgement when I called for support getting new birth control. They told me the (male) clinic director had to approve the birth control and the procedure before they would schedule it. I had to meet with him before I could schedule anything. They then said they needed full 2k+ payment before theyd do the procedure. They treated me like it was a voluntary, cosmetic procedure. She laughed under her breath when I was crying because she was speaking to me with such judgment and kept saying well you dont have to schedule it.. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY WERE HORRIBLE!!!

I was absolutely terrified to have a procedure done but everyone, and I do mean everyone, was so incredibly kind, patient and attentive.They talked me through it more than once. Held my hand when I cried (like an baby) and reassured me everything would be ok. The anesthesiologist was amazing. I’ve never had a completely painless IV until today. I could go on and on. Thank you Kelly, salena, Anna, the doctors, and the entire staff for a trauma free experience.

I would give the Lilith Clinic (formerly All Womens Care) more than five stars if I could. After my gyno recommended a Mirena IUD to help manage my debilitating period symptoms, I found that my regular clinic didnt offer any sort of sedation for IUD insertion. Ive never given birth before and heard that insertion can be particularly painful in this instance. Id been through enough pain with my periods. Upon recommendation from a friend who received compassionate abortion care at AWC, I made an appointment. The staff were all so friendly and took my concerns seriously. I had my Mirena inserted with IV sedation and dont remember a thing. I truly had a painfree procedure, as advertised on their site. Thank you, Lilith Clinic staff, for all that you do. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future IUD insertions and removals.

They couldn’t have been more welcoming to a safe environment. Dr. Brown did exceptional with the IV, which I was apprehensive about being a hard stick. I forgot to confirm my appointment prior and they fit me in within 10. I didn’t have anyone there taking me home so a Lyft was provided by them to take me to get my prescription, then home. Thank you for the warmth and optimal care provided by all team members on deck today.

Where do I even start?! These people are absolutely amazing! The entire staff at this clinic were just wonderful. I had some very extreme circumstances before and during my encounter at this clinic and the staff handled those circumstances with the up-most care and consideration. I was treated with respect 100% of the time, I was very well cared for, better care then I have received in a hospital before. I admire when people go into the correct career for themselves and I felt that everyone who works there wanted and needed to be there, they were meant for it. I am going into the medical career myself and because I had such a positive experience at All Womens Health North I think it might shape my future career choice, I honestly feel and know that these kind, amazing, genuine people helped me through one of the hardest experiences of my life and for that I am infinitely grateful. Thank you very much, every single one of you!

This place is amazing. Every single person from the front desk receptionist to the recover room assistant were professional, caring, and made me feel beyond safe. I cant say enough positive things about my experience here. The service was not one I had planned on needing, but because of medical complications and life circumstances it became necessary. Loss is always difficult. There are no other people I would have wanted to help me through this procedure.Thank you to every person who works at this facility. Your work and the love you put into your careers is changing lives and the health care system for women. If I found myself in another state or country needing this service I would travel to come to this clinic.For patients, please be prepared for a wait before your appointment. My partner and I were a little early and ended up being seen about 50 minutes later. They provided me with the majority of the paperwork to fill out before my appointment (upon my request) which helped ease my stress that morning. There is about 30 minutes of paperwork to complete including medical history. The waiting area is small (very clean with a tv) and it might be helpful to bring headphones if youre anxious about hearing others conversations.Overall one of, if not the best, medical experiences of my life even under the worst of circumstances. I didnt plan to need this care, but I cant say enough great things about the staff here. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and they took really good care of me.The doctor was very knowledgeable and nice, and helped put me at ease. All of the staff really seemed to care a lot about me and what they do. The clinic is in a building with other medical offices and has private parking. The clinic is very nice inside and there were bouquets of fresh flowers throughout. I hate to wait, especially when I have an appointment, so I was pleased that they got me right in and I was at the clinic less than 2 hours total.Thank you to the entire staff!

The people who work here are honestly some of the most sincere, kind and just absolutely caring people iv ever met in my entire life. they take so many extra steps to make sure your comfortable And educated about whats going on when your actual doctor holds your hand and your nurse is literally drying your tears away with a tissue u literally couldnt ask for better people to be in the hands of ♥️♥️♥️

When I first came to All Womens Health North I didnt know what to expect, it being my first time I was nervous. My good friend told me to call this place and before I made an appointment I spoke to Dr. Charlie who reassured Id be well taken care of and he made me feel better about my decision. The setting of this place is comforting and the smell makes it more welcoming. The staff is outstanding. They treat you so nice and make sure all your questions are answered. I couldnt have chose a better place to come to. Although nobody wants to be in that kind of situation the staff there makes the experience pleasant. I went through a easy, painless procedure. Other places dont provide you with the kind of help they have given me, I know this from 3 friends whove been through the same situation and their experience was nothing like mines.

I travelled multiple hours to come here and I am truly amazed at how wonderful all the staff are in this clinic. So amazing, kind, and comforting. I would recommend anyone in need of care to go here. They will go above and beyond to make sure every need you have is met, and every question is answered. They make you feel so safe and they dont go anywhere past your comfort level. This is the best place I have ever received care.

For one of the hardest/worst decisions Ive ever made, they made the experience easy. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable, and taken care of. I felt very safe, and am having no complications from the procedure. I truly appreciate care provided by the doctors, assistants and staff.

This is a bit of a sad review. So All Womens Health is a place that care to women worldwide in the area of pregnancy termination services, abortion and womens health and reproductive care. So in other words, service that they helped me with is performing a D and C when I had a late term miscarriage. This is the most devastating experience that I have ever had and because my midwife didnt schedule my appointment early enough I was unable to have the D and C at Swedish. Our baby died at 18 weeks and ended up here.The staff was so amazing, professional, and sweet. They called me several times to check up on my well being and when I had an ovarian cyst they were able to also refer me to other doctors for help. I know that they didnt just treat me nicely because I was having a D and C but I know whatever the reason women were there they were being treated with respect.

What a great facility. From the receptionist to the anesthesiologist, nurses and doctors..Every step of the way I felt very well taken care of. They answer all your questions and explain their procedures, and deliver great care. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Browne and all of his staff at the clinic were incredibly kind and helpful through the entire process. They provided a very welcoming atmosphere and went above and beyond to make the procedure as comfortable and easy as possible.

I couldnt agree more with the other reviewers who rated All Womens Health as excellent. The experience couldnt have been any better given the circumstances; the staff was incredibly kind, understanding, non-judgmental, informative and caring... Pretty much covers all the bases you want from any health care provider, but even more so from one providing this type of service.... Im ashamed to say it, but having been through a similiar procedure in the past, and my boyfriend having been thru 3,we both speak from experience. If you find yourself in a position where this office is one of your choices for care, dont hesitate for a second to choose them.... Youll be grateful you did, guaranteed.

Extremely unprofessional. Extremely small waiting room. No room to sit down and everyone can hear your personal information with the receptionist. Also it’s a male doctor performing at this place. Nobody tells you that when you schedule an appointment.

All I can say is amazing.I was very impressed with the staff on how nice, warm, and comforting EVERYONE was including the doctor. They have a great team and I am proud to write this review about them.

Trying to schedule an appointment with this office is a pain. The staff will not let or allow u to talk to a manager or a supervisor of the clinic to express concern been over a week with this hospital and now they want to tell me no availability for when I was told it could happen. So far disappointed. Ill be getting further and further along and all I get is the run around.

Excellent doctors & nurse team is what I learnt from a close family who had to go through it unfortunately, due to medical reasons..

My daughter has medical coupons but they would not take them for her abortion procedure. So sad to finally think I was gonna be able to be seen and then turned away due to lack of funds.
