We had such a wonderful experience during our journey with srm. Our Dr was confident, constructive, and positive. Our team of specialists were an absolute delight to work with. The entire process was seamless and communication was incredibly reliable. Their weekend availability was key to our overall success. They have a great team of nurses and doctors. We feel so incredibly fortunate and thankful to have landed with srm. A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Davis, Brook, and everyone we had the pleasure of working with!

Ive been meaning to write my review now for a while and Im finally getting around to doing so. Ive read a lot of not so pleasant reviews about Dr.Paul Lin and while everyone can have a different experience I will express my thoughts. I was recommended to Dr.Paul by my Functional Medicine doctor and she expressed that he was the best when it comes to fertility. I have been seeing Dr.Paul since December and from the 1st day he was funny, compassionate and did what he could to put me at ease on what Ive been dealing with. He answered all my questions, he explained to me the process of surgery, recovery and offered to be there once I recover from surgery. Some people just have a hard time expressing emotion and of course if you work in healthcare (like I do) you have to have empathy. Dr.Paul Lin shows it he may not show it the way some people want but with my experience I think he is a great Doctor and Im thankful to know him.

Dr Hurliman is a brilliant fertility doctor. On my conception journey, Dr Hurliman left no stone unturned and with persistence, I successfully conceived and became a mother. Dr Hurliman and I were a fantastic team and there isnt a day that goes by that I am not immensely grateful to Dr Hurliman. I love you dearly Dr H. My experience working with Dr Dudley, Courtney, and each individual I met with and saw at SRM was incredibly positive. The consistent, clear communication was something that made the process of infertility and testing so much easier. The people are kind, thoughtful, considerate, and I never felt rushed through questions or like I was being bothersome. They also made it clear from the very beginning what the financial obligations of our journey would look like based on our insurance and worked with us when we had questions or concerns about that. I cannot recommend them enough.

Highly NOT recommended!!! This is the most frustrating medical experience I’ve had, it takes forever for the team to respond, they have terrible financial team and customer service, everything is messed up. Dr Gerard is nice, but it takes me 3 months to back and force with the team for my egg freezing surgery, and I still can not start the treatment because no response form their financial team, totally wasted of time. Run before you pay anything.

I went to SRM for cryopreservation a few months ago, and found the experience surprisingly straightforward and the staff very helpful and welcoming. In particular, they seemed trained to work with trans patients (including around pausing HRT to undergo cryopreservation), and I never once got misgendered or felt any discomfort due to my identity. The nurse that helped me out, Megan Rodgers, was very informative and prompt with telling me exact dates for labs and collections, and patient and friendly throughout the whole process.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Nancy Klein. My husband and I had the ultrasound appointment, and during the appointment, there was a timer set up to make sure she didn’t spend more time with the patient. As soon as the alarm went on, she stood up and was ready to leave the room. After my embryo transfer, I did not have a successful pregnancy, so my husband and I have a lot of questions and are hoping to get support and answers from the doctor, but all we get is the rush that she needs to go see another patient or that the money that we spend is only worth that much of her time. The process itself is rough; you are going through so many hormonal swings, yet you feel like some meaningless number thats there because you are willing to pay. We made a mistake by choosing SRM for my fertility journey.

Dr. Nancy Klein, Anna, and the rest of my care team are the nicest of people. The whole fertility journey was extremely stressful, and trying, but I knew what was coming because they held my hand through the whole process. They were very responsive on the patient portal, and always answered my questions promptly. They were well organized, and I needed that. We are successfully pregnant after several rounds of IVF!

I came nervous for HSG after reading past review on a bad experience, but my NP was the best!! I was setup with Emily Harris and she made me so comfortable throughout the whole process. Every body is different, I did not have much discomfort and it was a quick procedure. requested for topical lidocaine which helped as well! There was slight cramp feeling when she injected the dye, but it did not last for more than couple minutes. I highly recommend Emily Harris for HSG!

After todays HSG appointment, I really just dont trust this clinic with my medical care. It felt like lip service of care with little to show for. I expressed my anxiety around the procedure, to which Dr. Klein said shed prescribe an anxiolytic. I called the assigned RN the day beforehand to double check and request the med to be filled at my local pharmacy. Today, it wasnt there and Dr. Klein never signed off. Then, realizing Id go through this unmedicated, Id planned to have my partner with me until the last minute (they said itd be fine) plus headphones to make myself comfortable. My partner went to get the headphones from the car, then was barred from bringing them to my patient room - even after they told him he could. When I told the NP right before the procedure that I wanted to see him, she firmly told me he wasnt allowed and wed get through this quickly.I have trauma. I need several coping skills to handle being touched. It felt like at every step, I had to go over and beyond communicating those needs and then still denied them, after being assured of and even offered the solution!I felt detached physically during the procedure, tearing up, to just get this over with. Thats not how I want to feel when spending thousands of dollars as strangers touch me or push drugs into me. My partner had his own frustrating experience with how he was met by staff in the lobby when he tried to see me - entitled and miscommunicating the rules, then blaming him for getting upset. It was so odd. They kept repeating your body, your rules yet when Id say, ok, I need X to be comfortable, each request was belittled, forgotten, and then ignored as though my comfort doesnt matter. Its cool if it doesnt, just say that and then Id know to go elsewhere.Looking down the IVF road - how emotional and expensive it is - its imperative that we find a clinic that is empathetic and supportive, and where I feel empowered to practice self-care, preventing or reducing the triggered trauma. This experience was the opposite of that and I think it unwise to continue my care with SRM.If youre someone with few needs and are fine with just getting through it, perhaps this clinic will meet your fertility goals just fine. I dont think SRM is unprofessional or ineffective, just culturally misaligned to us and lacking a patient-centered, trauma-informed lens in practice. I personally find that untenable for the outcome we want especially when there are several other, effective fertility clinics from which to choose.

SRM has been fantastic on every level. The front desk staff is lovely and organized. I cannot say enough nice things about the nursing assistants and the nurses I saw in some appointments. Infertility can be an incredibly brutal process. I can absolutely say that I enjoyed every single appointment. Everyone is fun to talk to, the office is absolutely beautiful, and everyone is so warm and kind. They made it easy to go through all of the steps. I wish I had the names of each RN I worked with because they are all spectacular and clearly love their jobs.Dr. Davis is world class. She is warm, incredibly knowledgeable, positive and so supportive. She is a wonderful advocate and listened to all of my concerns and anxieties. She is truly spectacular and I would recommend her to anyone. Her suggested treatment plans got me pregnant with both children very quickly after many miscarriages and other issues. If I could go to her for the duration of my pregnancies/ OB care I would.

Had to plead for a 4th IUI because after 3 they want to shuffle everyone to IVF. I had 2 miscarriages before them and 2 miscarriages between the 4 cycles with them. They pretended to never have a clue about why and kept stressing our hopelessness unless we had IVF. Went to an ordinary OB and they put me on progesterone and baby aspirin and I’m coming along fine and 26 weeks now. OB said my condition and the treatment is quite common and she’s hopeful. They should be renamed “IVF clinic” and I’d give them 5 stars I’m sure. (Update: would go on to have a healthy baby :)

The only positive experience I had here was the day of my surgery, the rest of my interactions with Dr Lin and his staff have been difficult. If you are only seeing Dr Lin for surgery, go for it. If you are looking for overall reproductive, fertility, or endometriosis care, I recommend you go elsewhere because you will experience endless communication problems with this group. The end to end experience with my surgery (endometriosis related) was great. Everyone involved was kind and helpful, much better than my previous experience getting this surgery with another group. This credit probably goes more to UW Northwest hospital staff, honestly.Otherwise, Dr Lin has terrible communication skills. He never remembered any info about my issues or care plan during appointments. Also hes bad at expressing empathy. One example: when I was expressing the side effects I was feeling from the new medication he prescribed - increased moodiness - he then turned to my husband and expressed his condolences. Nothing expressed to me, but to my husband instead for having to deal with MY side effects. The communication between staff seems to be awful as well. I had trouble scheduling appointments with them because the scheduling staff never knew what tests I needed for a particular appointment. They wouldnt consult the notes left from the nursing staff until I prompted them. And they canceled an appointment without consulting me because they forgot why I had it set up in the first place. I had to call them to put it back on the calendar and make them call their nursing staff to confirm.

Struggling with infertility is hard enough. I left the office after a visit with Dr. Lin and I was in tears the whole day. Honestly, I’ve never met a doctor more insensitive, irritable and careless as him. The amount of empathy this doctor lacks is truly unbelievable. Why is he even a doctor if he can’t even provide empathy for his patients?! I don’t know how Dr. Lin has so many 5 star reviews. My experience with him was horrible and there are so many other doctors through SRM that are fantastic! If you are struggling with infertility, please PLEASE look elsewhere for a different doctor.

Im already struggling with them a bit. It seems like its a little too big of an operation. Im looking into switching from another clinic, so I sent my records over. They didnt receive them, so I need to send them again. If the operation is too big and they go to the wrong place or person anyways, then how am I to get started in a timely manner? Also, I have materials, if you will, that Id prefer to transfer there myself. I know its not against the law or anything, since Ive done it before, but she seemed pretty insistent that it was required that I ship it to them. Thats a bit unreasonable, since it costs hundreds of dollars to ship it when I could just bring it to them myself. When I said Id prefer to save the money on shipping if I could, her response seemed a bit rude and snarky. If you dont want to ship it, then you might have to buy new [materials]. Well, thats thousands of dollars when I was looking to save hundreds on shipping? It came off as incredibly rude. Like she was making fun of me for wanting to save the money if I can.The last thing is, well, its been kind of impersonal so far. They are way less willing to meet in person than Id like them to be. I have yet to meet anyone in person. Seems a little odd for a place that claims to be adept at investigating and assisting with one of the most intimate places of my life and body.

This second time around was a longer and more difficult process getting pregnant but again Dr Lin was so wonderful. He was always very reassuring after failed embryo transfers. He would lay out our options, give his recommendation, but gave us the time and space to make the decision ourselves. The nurses were also so great to work with. Someone was always available to answer questions and give us updates and the in clinic nurses were so kind and patient as well. We are so grateful for our 2 boys and would highly recommend SRM again!!My husband and I have gone to SRM for the last 9 months. Had an appointment with Paul Lin for a second opinion. He arrived more than 15 minutes late. When asked why he would recommend a certain protocol, he said (in his exact words) there’s no scientific reason behind it, he’s just going to try different protocols randomly until something works. I am disappointed in his attitude and lack of communication skills like some of the other reviews have pointed out. I was shocked to witness his lack of scientific reasoning and approach. I found the quality of medical services he provided during the consultation unacceptable and would urge patients on the same journey to stay away from him.The consultation lasted for about 3 or 4 minutes and ended after I pointed out that he’s not adding any value as he is going to leave the selection of my treatment plan by chance.I have nothing to say about the clinic because I’ve decided not to go ahead with them after the appointment with Paul Lin. His schedule was the first to open up despite the clinic itself seems to be busy so that says a lot about him.

I have not had a great experience with SRM. Dr. Davis was a great provider, but the issues that I have had with the billing/finance and medical records team have been such a headache that I’ve decided to go somewhere else. It sometimes takes weeks to get a response through the portal messaging and I can never get through to anyone over the phone. This is really frustrating as many of the mistakes have made it difficult to get the help I need from insurance. Honestly every week it was something new that was going wrong. There have just been too many mistakes and delays with billing that it wasn’t worth my time to continue as a patient here. I have just felt like another number instead of a patient being cared for.

I enjoyed working with my nurse Evie Allen on the day of egg retrieval surgery. She is awesome. All the other staffs that I interacted with that day are also great. One thing SRM can improve is the overall nurses skill at administrating blood draw. Its not horrible but I did get mush less painful blood draw experience from other clinics. (Its also not like one individual is significantly worse than the other. There seems to be a pattern) therefore the four stars instead of five.I would still recommend this place because of the awesome nurse Evie at the Seattle location.

Starting to see a pattern on these reviews. And while, yes, part of this review may be emotional, the objective component is not. Getting into yelling matches because of incorrect billing with your spouse is probably counterproductive to getting pregnant. And yet here we are. We quit SRM today because they started us on a procedure, didnt schedule the procedure, then billed us for the prep of the procedure they did not schedule. We were upset that they let our cycle go without getting us on their calendar. It escalated to rage when they billed us for the prep work for the procedure they did not schedule nor perform. Their billing/accounting should learn to be more empathetic and competent since the majority of their customers are likely struggling mentally and physically as it is. But you know, gotta get that money I suppose.

In general, I had a really good experience at SRM. The highlight of my months with them was working with my nurse, Jackie. She was kind and patient and never let me feel like I was bothering her with my many questions. While the doctors are great, the billing and corporate part of SRM makes this company unbearable. I was overbilled multiple times and it took forever to get reimbursed. I I didnt comb through the incredibly complicated billing, I would never have known. They squeeze every dollar of you and seem only focused on making as much money as possible on each patient. We sought SRM in our fertility journey after TTC naturally for 1.5 years. We were scared to go through treatment at first as this whole world of IUI and IVF was new to us. After meeting our doctor, she kindly and professionally walked us through each step from doing a preconception checkup to getting a semen analysis and learning what our treatment options were. We also had a team of nurses that were available to answer any questions via the SRM portal apart from our scheduled Zoom appointments with our doctor. Each FD ultrasound and IUI appointment, the nurses I worked with took the time to explain what they were doing and ask if I had any questions. What ultimately helped ease our fear and anxiety was seeing how month after month, both my partner and I could sense that we were getting closer to optimizing our chances of conceiving. And sure enough, we received a BFP on our third round of IUI. Overall, we would recommend SRM to those who are open to learning about ways to achieve fertility with the support and care of a team of medical practitioners who are for you.

You have your own nurse coordinator who you can reach by email or phone every day if you need to. You can see your doctor every time so you don’t feel pinged around Like you’re doing some practices. All the procedures are done in a small warm environment at a reasonable hour instead of at a major hospital at 5 o’clock in the morning. My wife and I have been working with SRM for about 8 years. Our experience here overall has been a very good one and in looking up the number to call and make an appointment today, I felt it was time to share my experience and hopefully provide some useful insight to people who are looking to find fertility services. The vast majority of our experience has been with one provider but over the years we have had the opportunity to meet many of the doctors and we have been happy with our experiences with all of them. The provider we have been working with is Dr. Lynn Davis, and I will say that Dr. Davis is the most caring, kind, thoughtful, and pleasant doctor I have had in my lifetime. I say that with the utmost sincerity. She has been truly amazing and no doctor in my life has made me feel more appreciated and listened to and cared for than her, and I am not even really the patient, my wife is. We have had real ups and downs with the fertility process and, in many ways, fertility treatment has been a very tough experience. Sure I have felt genuine joy and happiness with the people at SRM but I have also shed tears with the people there, I have felt heartbreak and loss and sorrow with them. In all those instances the doctors and staff have shown professionalism, courtesy, kindness and caring. I do not know what more you could ask for in a fertility clinic. There is nothing easy or inexpensive or emotionally relaxing about going through fertility treatment. I can safely say that there is no part of my marriage that has been more difficult, stressful and frustrating than not being able to naturally conceive children. All that being said, our experience with SRM has left us thankful to them for the work that they have done in helping us to have a family. I would not chose another clinic if I had to do it all over again.

Dr. Davis & her staff are wonderful, especially Brianna. We left PNW Fertility after an absolutely horrendous experience and were blown away by the difference at SRM. Everything was explained thoroughly & documented for us. Every single person there was compassionate & made us feel so well cared for. They were genuine and personable and you can tell they all love what they do. We made an error with ordering one of our medications and were so worried we had ruined the entire process because of it. They were able to get us into the office right away and gave us samples of the medication so we didnt even have to pay for it (which saved us at least $600) When we finally got to do our ultrasound that showed our little baby, they were all so excited for us and really celebrated with us. We had an amazing experience at this clinic up until they decided to outsource their billing to another office. We never had a single issue with billing until now and the financial counselors in the office were wonderful when we spoke to them. We had dual insurance coverage at the time which usually leads to a ton of confusion and they were totally on top of it and we never had any problems or billing errors. This new office that is handing the storage fee billing however, is awful. I have called numerous times and no live person ever answers. I left multiple messages on the billing number & no one returns my calls. When I finally called and got through to someone, she was rude & condescending. She kept saying she understood how confusing the billing process is. I ended up having to have my entire account activity sent to me so I can verify my payments were applied properly. All in all, I would still highly recommend Dr. Davis and SRM because they made the IVF process so easy & comfortable for us & we wouldnt have my son without them. We will definitely be going back when we are ready for baby #2. But I really hope they fix their billing office so it doesnt deter others from going there.

Your doctor will typically always be the one you have your follow-up appointments with (all virtual during Covid), but may not be your doctor for things like egg retrieval or embryo transfer. Dealing with infertility is never going to be a fun thing, albeit everyone at Seattle Reproductive Medicine made it manageable and made us feel so supported and confident that we would get through it.Every step along the way I felt confident they had our best interest at heart, and I could trust their recommendations as the best next step to keep us moving forward. After 21 months of TTC, we finally got our positive. We will 100% be using SRM again with our next little em-baby waiting on ice for us.

Everyone we worked with was wonderful! We knew that we were going to have to go through IVF and felt overwhelmed with the amount of information available to us. SRM answered all of our questions and had great educational content that summarized what was important for us to know. We worked with Dr. Amy Crinit who was warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. We have since “graduated” and are really excited to welcome our first baby early next year!

Already seen a few bad comments on women who have a higher BMI according to the doctors at SRM . The clinic does not do IVF retrieval unless you under 40 BMI . And for transfers under 50 . I only have 20 pounds to loose to get to there BMI requirement. But not willing to stay with them even if I loose the weight because how rude they where about me being overweight.Because the consultation I did she was talking about my weight alot and like saying that was my problem pretty much . Have been having infertility for 2 years. Even though siad husband has not greatest sperm she suggest IUI after loosing weight.Like I have done 2 retrievals and 3 transfers. Not successful either . IUI will not be successful if IVF has higher success rates. Was annoying they just thought my weight was biggest issue for me not getting pregnant. There has been lots of research on this. It is just not true and know many women with higher BMI get pregnant easy . Or smaller women have trouble getting pregnant. Just ridiculous. She did recommend weight loss surgery as well. Just dont come here unless you have a bmi less than 40 .

Any SRM successes (IVF) over age 42? Not interested in opinions, only interested in successes over age 41/42 and above that were able to get normal embryos with their own eggs (nothing against donor eggs, it’s financially just not an option). Thanks in advance! ❤️ And good luck to all on this journey! 🍀 this clinic overall has been excellent. Only one issue was a couple of small things were missed in the financial portion, but it ended up working out. Staff there very helpful and responsive overall. The staff I have interacted with have all been nice, but it takes FOREVER to get anything done. I waited three weeks just to have someone send me a link so I could pay and secure a spot for a procedure, and forget about calling. I usually wait on hold for 30-60 minutes if I call. I’m not sure if this is a staffing or volume issue, but from the patient side, it feels like a very inefficient herding of cattle. Not great in a very vulnerable time. If you can find somewhere else, I would recommend that.

Waste of time and money. From the beginning I told them I had hormonal issues I wanted to address and I was just told “I’m too young to have hormonal problems and that I just have unexplained infertility.” Went through 3 rounds of unsuccessful IUI, spend thousands of dollars and was emotionally drained. When I told them I needed to take a break from treatment for my own mental health they were extremely rude and ready to get off zoom with me right away. All they care about is the money. After srm I went to a holistic doctor who worked on my hormone problems and within 3 months conceived naturally. Which srm said I had less than a 5% chance of that happening.

We came to SRM after multiple losses and a very bad experience at another clinic. My regular OB was so appalled at our treatment that she contacted SRM for me to set me up to see Dr. Dudley to manage the miscarriage I was currently experiencing. Everyone at SRM was professional and empathetic and supported us through the whole process. We’d already tried IUI so we started IVF after about a year off from trying. Dr Dudley was amazing about riding the line between being hopeful and realistic about our chances. I appreciated that he was straight about the difficulty but also seemed to be rooting for us. He was really jazzed about our eventual heartbeat. We had two of the other doctors for an egg retrieval and fresh transfer and felt like we were in caring and competent hands. Our baby is approaching her first birthday and we still can hardly believe she’s here. I would send any of my friends their way.

My heavens. I looked up SRMs phone number for a medical record request and am compelled to come here and give my review after seeing the reviews already posted. I cannot believe some of the negativity. I understand people have different experiences, but heath care is not a OSFA. Like a previous poster mentioned, you as a patient have to take responsibility for your own care, take this journey seriously, and understand it will not always end the way you hope.I came in unable to conceive at the age of 35. A year later, I was pregnant with my first child. and Eight years later I have a happy, vivacious, healthy 7 year old daughter. Thanks to the exceptional and extremely knowledgeable care of Dr Soules and Dr Thyer. I feel extremely blessed to have been a patient of Dr Soules, particularly. Look up his resume and you will understand why. He really got to the heart of the problem of why we could not conceive...and fast. Diagnosed and operated on my endometriosis, then a few months later began fertility treatment. We suffered from dual infertility, so IVF was our clear option. I got pregnant during my first round! When I was there, I felt assured they took their roles very seriously and they were professionals. The only not-so-positive thing I can say about my experience with SRM was it was a busy office, so it really pays off to be diligent and assertive with the nurse you are assigned to. I had no issue with that. I took the responsibility of playing an active role in my fertility- and journey to be a mom.I read a previous review about supposedly being shamed because the woman was overweight. I went in there over 50lb overweight, and at no time whatsoever did anyone there try and guilt me over that. I just do not see how that could happen, unless your weight is a major contributing factor to your infertility. I suspect we are not hearing the full story from that reviewer. I cannot see them refusing to treat her based on weight alone, unless there were some complications brought on by her obesity that would make a pregnancy dangerous or unethical. This clinic was founded on superb ethics. I did my research before getting care there.I 100% recommend SRM. Dr Soules may not still be practicing, but his expertise and principles helped found SRM. Follow their lead, educate yourself and do what you are advised... and you are much likely to get the result you want.

Nurses and ultra sound technicians are lovely, but after 2 rounds of failed ivf I was made to feel very much that my eggs were of poor quality by the doctor( even though there is no real definitive test for this and that it was all my fault.) After conceiving naturally and updating the clinic in the birth of our son, we heard absolutely nothing from our doctor. Going through infertility is heartbreaking and it means a lot to know your doctor holds a shred of human decency. Call me old fashioned, but it left us feeling that all they were after was our money and that we were discarded after we were surplus to requirements.

Disappointed with SRM for a couple reasons: 1) Bait and switch with the doctors--the attractive, kind, relatable female doctor was our point of contact up until surgery, when someone totally unknown performed the procedure; 2) We were told after the fact by other clinics that SRM performed a sort of IVF light, instead of the full IVF procedure. Apparently they recommended and performed a variation of the IVF procedure which didnt give us the best chance for success because the full pharmacological element was missing--without discussing this option with us.When you charge exhorbitent amounts for relatively little actual doctor time, theres no excuse for these betrayals of trust.

Complete waste of time and money. I had an appointment with Dr. Dudley and was completely disappointed. He spent most of the appointment trying to convince me to see someone locally. When I tried to explain to him that there is literally one option in town he just suggested other options nearby. I made an appointment here because I thoroughly researched all my options and thought SRM was the choice for me. Further, I was genuinely excited to get help with my issues. Instead Dr. Dudley just wanted me to go somewhere else. Very disappointed and I guess Im back to searching for a doctor who will actually work to understand and get to the bottom of my fertility issues instead of trying to refer me to options Ive already researched and determined are not appropriate for me.Edit to add that Dr. Dudley clearly had not reviewed my chart or any of the information that I had sent over prior to my appointment. He also did not ask one single clinical question as to the condition I was seeking assistance with, just told me I needed to see someone locally even though there are no options in my area. A simple phone call from them prior to my appointment that they were not interested in me as a patient would have been helpful instead of wasting my husband and Is time and getting our hopes up. For people who work with individuals experiencing fertility issues, I find SRM completely insensitive and wasteful of everyones resources and time.

Under their care, we experienced 2 serious and painful miscarriages-- and SRM provided little to no support to mitigate the pain and potential health risks of these traumatic experiences that occurred within months of each other. As they pushed us towards costly fertility treatments, SRM also failed to do basic hormonal tests that couldve indicated the risk of miscarriage (and couldve mitigated the intense physical pain and health risks). We only discovered years later while trying to address other health issues that during the months under their care that SRM never tested for Progesterone levels at any point, one of the fundamental hormones that greatly impacts fertility and womens health and couldve predicted the complications that led to multiple miscarriages.Avoid and seek care elsewhere.

I don’t usually waste my time on these reviews but I just wanted to warn any women who aren’t considered “average BMI” to not waste your time. The whole online consultation with Dr. H at the Spokane SRM clinic was a joke. The whole time commenting about my weight and telling me I don’t have PCOS just because I don’t have facial hair. When every other dr I’ve seen has said otherwise. She told my husband and I that I’m basically to young to be worried about my fertility and that if I lost weight everything would probably work out. We’ve been trying for 3.5yrs! She also recommended weight loss surgery. Then get this, she sets me up to receive a prescription to get me to ovulate. This made my husband and I really excited and made us feel like “okay maybe this person can really help”. Finished the online video appointment And she calls me at work and says “sorry we can’t provide treatment for you after all since your BMI is so high. I’ll have my nurse call you in a month to check in with you on your weight loss.” Seriously? Not going back there. Not only that but the insensitivity and lack of communication Was ridiculous. They couldn’t just tell us they couldn’t work with us before wasting our entire morning for work? Plus we get to pay the $200 consultation fee? This place is a joke. They didnt care, and sent it anyways. Which, all that does is make more work for everyone involved because now they have to pull it from the credit agency and redo the billing properly this time. All I can say is wow... That is low. Sending a disabled veteran to collections while you know they have medical coverage and are just waiting for the forms to be resent. Experience thus far has been terrible. Waited three months to get an appointment after which they said once you get assigned to a doctor the wait times will be significantly less and usually no longer than two weeks. This is a complete lie. First just getting ahold of someone to schedule an appointment is an hour plus event of waiting on hold. Unless its a blood draw all appointments have been a minimum 3 weeks out. There is no communication from the staff or doctors on what is the next step or when your test are done, it is completely up to the patient to call and wait on hold to figure out what is next. The other services in the area are probably just as busy and dysfunctional, but I would suggest trying elsewhere.

My spouse and I spent almost 2 years planning appointments, choosing a donor, and working with SRM only to be told that due to COVID 19 procedures, I can’t be present for the IUI procedure to support my spouse. My spouse was very upset prior to the procedure because we weren’t told this information when the appointment was made. When we arrived at the clinic, we were told that I would have to wait outside the SRM office. I understand that there are procedures to prevent the spread of COVID19, however I did not see any other measures that are usually taken at any other SRM facility actually implemented at their Seattle office. This includes the usual temperature and screening checks done at medical facilities. The IUI procedure is a special moment for most couples as it is the possibility of the start of a family. I think there should be ways to mitigate the risk while allowing a partner to support the person undergoing the procedure. For a company that prides themselves in working with couples this was not at all what I expected. Overall, it was a bad experience, we were really looking forward to the big day.** My spouse informed me that during the procedure there was an individual other than the doctor In the treatment room. The individual was an “observer” And did not take part in the procedure. If their main concern was limiting the amount of people in a room for social distancing then why are other nonessential people allowed in the room rather than a spouse or partner.

Im so confused when reading these reviews. I believe the people claiming to have terrible experiences, werent taking responsibility for their treatment. After thorough, and necessary, testing we were advised to try 2 IUIs before moving forward. I must add that before each test it was explained and they always offered to check if our insurance covered anything and gave us a price BEFORE the test was done. After we tried 1 IUI, we decided to go ahead with IVF.I never once felt pressured or encouraged to do IVF or to purchase more cycles through the attain program. We were actually talked out of doing the attain program even though I was really interested. I dont believe at all that they tried to get more money out of us than necessary.I felt very comfortable talking about the procedure and planning the protocol because I had done lots of research before and was familiar with the process. I asked questions if I didnt understand and they were happy to explain. If I was every confused I could call my nurse and leave a message and all calls were returned before 4pm everyday. As far as scheduling and flexibility, we went into it knowing that there is NO WAY to plan ahead for appointments. Because this is a one day at a time kind of procedure, they made it very clear that we needed to be flexible during this time, but worked well with us to make things easy. I see people saying that after a consultation they never saw their doctor every again. The only time I wasnt able to see my regular doctor, was when one of my monitoring appointments fell on a Sunday and I had to go to the Seattle location instead of Tacoma. I was still treated amazing at that location. My advice is to research, ask questions and be part of your treatment. Take some responsibility for what you are getting yourself into. Sometimes you hear things you dont want to hear or need tests you dont want to pay for and dont think are necessary but if you ask they will willingly explain their reasoning. These people are good at what they do and arent just yanking you around for fun. They genuinely want a pregnancy for you as much as you do. I had a wonderful experience at SRM and plan on returning for future procedures.

SRM runs a deceptive egg donor program. We went through 2 unsuccessful IVF cycles and then enrolled into the egg donor program. We purchased 8 fresh donor eggs, 5 fertilized...not 1 made it to blastocyst for transfer. Prior to starting the program, we were quoted a very high egg transfer rate. Both the doctor and nurse suggested we buy more eggs and purchase more test. Luckily we did not.SRM acknowledged how unlikely this is. Right after the cycle failure, the nurse wanted me to go back to the clinic to get a day 3 blood test in order to get reimbursement by our insurance, however, we have yet to hear from Dr. Gerard Letterie after 2 weeks of receiving the news.Additional mistakes include:- Dr. Letterie and the nurse wanted me to start injections prior to the donor egg retrieval. We wisely pushed back...Have we not done that, Id have injected medications unnecessary.- The nurse ordered expensive medications we have to pay for even though the donor eggs havent been retrieved, so now we are left with more medical bill and unused medications. This clinic operates an assembly like business model. Doctors/nurses are incentivized by how many IVF cycles they can process through, NOT medical quality or patient satisfaction.

My husband had to go back for additional testing, for which they said he would hear results in 2-7 days. After hearing nothing for 7 days, hes now called the clinic 3 times, sent an email through the portal and has been continually hearing the RN has to release the results and we cant send them until she does (and subsequently his call is triaged to a voice mailbox which nobody returns). We are now 12 days post-testing without results. We already know next steps but cant actually take these steps without knowing our test results. Should we need to pursue future treatment, we will likely look into competing clinics.

If you want to be in the business, dont treat your patients like idiots, many of us have done very thorough research. Knowledge is power, so dont let them manipulate you into doing treatments that are unnecessary and expensive! This clinic is also very confusing because there are so many doctors, and you just dont know which ones of them are the competent Reproductive Endocrinologists. Some of them have been treating infertility problems for years, and some of them just have minimum experience, and Dr. Criniti definitely is one of the lesser competent doctors! The doctors and nurses, while putting on a nice smiling faces, made my wife and I quite uneasy as the staffs manner was consistently disorganized which is quite worrisome when at a medical facility. Dr. Barker, whom we dealt with, really seemed like she had a sales quota to meet (or, just as likely, a dollar amount to meet to receive a bonus). Her explanations of matters were sparse, unclear, and she acted like it was bothersome for patients to ask her legitimate questions. While undergoing a procedure we were told we needed to purchase an expensive medicine and have it overnighted to us. We did this only to have Dr. Barker flippantly remark that we didnt actually need to purchase that medicine when procedure time occurred. The whole affair was farcical and thoroughly unprofessional. After that, I decided to destroy the frozen sperm I had at the facility and jumped through the hoops necessary to do that. A couple days later, Dr. Barker calls my wife trying to convince her to overturn my decision! That struck me as grossly inappropriate and unethical on so many levels. If you want your time and money to be wasted and there is no local witch doctor available, then SRM is a distant second best option. SRM is sneaky in their practices and to be avoided at all costs.

Low count mean is nothing it should be fixable. It is not a disease or very abnormal condition to one. We contacted SRM to get solution but they did nothing except collect over $10,000 from my wife and I. They are not good news at all. Think about it before you step on their floor. DR Lin you better learn manners and they better think about it before they exploit clean hard working family seeking peoples.

I was not sure what to expect as fertility clinics do not seem to have the best reviews around Seattle. I was blown away by how compassionate and kind Dr. Dudley was. He took the time to explain things to me and eased my anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Dudley.

The care and dedication Dr Klein put into us and making our dream come true was something I’ll be forever grateful for. You could see it on her face that our success meant so much to her. I’ll be forever grateful to SRM and the hope they kept on giving us even when the road was dark.

Working with Dr Dudley is great but the nursing staff ive had the worst experience, they have the hardest time completing the most simplest tasks.

I can not believe I went to this place after the reviews I read. My whole appointment with Dr. O was spent talking about my weight. I left my appointment feeling 100 times worse than when I went in. I am aware of my weight issues, but to have a Dr sit there and tell me he can not help me due to my weight is absurd. Oh, and I also left with a name and number of a bariatric surgeon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, well unless you are of average weight, then I am sure they would love to see you.

Please go see for yourself! I have had nothing but great experiences with SRM. They are extremely transparent when it comes to costs and probabilities. My husband and I have been through thorough testing and procedures and have been briefed on financial responsibilities and conception possibilities. If you are having fertilities issues, I strongly recommend SRM.

Terrible experience here. My wife is getting testing done and they said I’m not allowed to be with her even though I’m her husband. But whats even more crazy is they said I couldn’t even wait in the patient waiting area with her. We had to go out in the hallway. There was literally no one else in that patient waiting area, it was an empty room and they said we couldn’t sit together to there???

Hello Friends, I am not sure why there are some negative reviews. I would suggest you to go and experience yourself. I and my wife had both our babies through SRM. We are very grateful to them. Our experience with SRM staff, nurses and the doctors was very good. We are very much pleased with Dr.Lynn Davis. I will highly recommend this place.

Really poor at communication. Only saw the doctor once. Since then nurse is supposed to be coordinating, but she doesnt. They never let us into the online portal. Never answered a phone call. They call whenever they choose and dont leave information in the voice mails. All this is about issues with sensitive timing and they appear to not care at all.

The billing department is a mess. I agree with the other statements of feelings of being herded like cattle. Making an appointment was near impossible, and quite frankly it seemed like the employees didn’t quite have a grasp on what was going on.

The most incompetent nurses in the world. Where do they find these women who apparantly run the show , are dressed to the nines and dont know jack?? Cant tell if an infection looks like an infection, or if a shot is subq or Intramuscular. They dont even give correct instructions, a monkey could do a better job. If you dont have insurance , please do not go here .
