I chose my insurance plan to be able to use this specific clinic. Dr. Cook is the best doctor Ive had anywhere under any plan. I appreciate the genuine medical care.

Doctors are good but the front desk assistants are a mess, they lie so they can have less work. I would find a better provider.

Came in a few times to ask about side effects of medication giving my baby discomfort and stomach issues. They end up counseling me about shaken baby syndrome and assuming the issue is I just can’t stand to hear a baby crying. She told me that people come to them because they are the doctors and therefore know more than the patient, and yet they have misdiagnosed my son twice. Because they don’t listen. Instead of taking me seriously the doctor raised her voice at me saying “there’s nothing wrong with that baby!” She wanted me to stop complaining so she can get off of work instead of helping me and my baby. My question is just because you don’t want to deal with people, or don’t know the solution why push your way of thinking on me and keep insisting I’m there merely to find some way to shut my baby up??? So she refused to do any testing or referral. She said babies don’t get routine tests like adults. Recommended I take time to get to know my baby. I felt discriminated against. These people are just interested in doing the bare minimum. They won’t listen to any of your concerns or respect you as a person.

Horrible!! It took me from 3:40pm-5 told hold for the nurse that hung up on me and never called back only sent a message on mychart that gave me advice of what i already know. Disgusting! I will never come back here unless I absolutely have to. Very careless and do not listen

If you have small children, take them elsewhere for dental care. They put my niece in a straight jacket for one crown. There are many children’s dental care providers that are trained to treat children and provide them with a good experience that won’t traumatize them.

Bunch of clowns who bring disgrace to the title of medical professionals. My partner and I have been trying to get the same meds that were prescribed to them in Montana a couple months ago and between this office simply not sending the correct forms to the insurance or sending them wrong or being extremely rude for simply trying to advocate for ones self because their doctors are too incompetent to know what the condition is, go anywhere else if you can.

Spoke to an extremely rude receptionist. I dont know what is going on with her day but it doesnt give the authority to speak rudely to me when I dont understand why I cant just tell you im available all day to come in and time doesnt matter for her to start raising her voice at me. Explain that you will need the client to pick a time due to there being too many providers for the clinic to just look at availability so please pick an hour; or better yet just pick a stupid hour for them.As someone that also works in customer service I almost cant believe the rudeness I received during this call.

Just have to say that Nikola is the best Midwife ever!! my experience with her was absolutely AMAZING! I was fortunate to go into labor at swedish on the day she was at the hospital. She answered all questions i had, all worries, helped me in any worries i had. Best midwife for me.

My doctor is really nice to me i really like her sometimes people are late. Its pretty okay inside lots of children to it can be a little noisy other then that i like all the staff its a good place.

Dr. Cook treated me horribly. I have been suffering for a very long time with a horrible cough. He never listened to my lungs or looked at my ears or throat. I have been here multiple times and none of my ailments have been remedied. I am angry and in horrible agony. I wish there was something i could do about his incompetence. I would like to file a formal complaint.Why is there a security guard on duty there?I should have found another provider a long time ago.

The visit itself was fine, but afterwards, they sent me the same incorrect bill three times. Apparently the front desk didnt pass my insurance information onto the billing department. Why did they even collect it then? I called the billing department after I received the first bill and they took down my information and said theyd connect with the insurance company. A few weeks later, I received a bill for the same amount as before, still with no insurance listed, and called them again. I had to do this THREE times before they finally did something. The employees I spoke to were perfectly friendly and seemed helpful (I thought) but it was the most inefficient handling of something that should be a routine aspect of their job. It seems like no one in Billing or at the Front Desk actually did their job. I will not be returning for another visit.

The receptionist I took the appointment with to establish care with this clinic gave me the wrong info, which turned into a “visit” that I didn’t need and that I ended up paying for. The doctor I met assured me that I would have not been charged, which in the end was not true.I spoke with the clinic manager, but unfortunately their apologies can’t pay the bill. Great disappointment!

My experience today has me rethinking I want this place to be for my primary care. I went in for lumps on my neck, which Ive had for over two years. Most likely theyre lingering lymph nodes. But because of pain that Im experiencing from them, I wanted to get some imaging done to confirm that it wasnt sinister.The doctor I went in to see was not my PCP, but another doctor. She poked around my neck for maybe a minute and decided she couldnt feel anything. She was clearly rushing me thru the entire appointment and trying to get me to agree with her that I didnt feel anything. Despite me telling her I definitely did feel the lumps, she proceeds to pull up a Google image search to show me the anatomy of the neck, as if I cant recognize the difference between how my own damn neck feels on a regular basis, and as if I havent done plenty of searches on my own over the last two years about the possible diagnosis.It was a completely condescending mess of an appointment, and I want the doctors here to understand something: Your patients are with their bodies 24/7/365. You will never know our bodies as intimately as we do, especially not when youre rushing us out in under 10 mins. If youre not feeling up to doing your diligence as a doctor, stay home, because its about the same difference for your patients. Most of your patients are living in poverty, myself included. If we take time out of our potentially multiple job having scheduele, you need to LISTEN to us, not just what you percieve of our bodies.I absolutely believe if I were not poor and went to a physisian who sees wealthier patients, I would have long ago gotten a basic ultrasound for my symptoms.I feel like these doctors have barred me from basic medical care, and I am already doing research on other doctors, who are more respectful and willing to spend time with patients instead of rushing us out.

The parking lot can be a pain, but street parking is available. The check in staff are welcoming and the doctors are hit or miss so find one that works for you. They have a tendency to run out of things like braces for ribs and vaccinations so make sure they have what you need before making the journey.

Medical staff is phenomenal. The only downside is that its incredibly hard to get through to the reception to schedule appointments. This is probably mostly due to the pandemic, but was an issue even before covid.

This clinic has a variety of resources to offer you, and they are extremely friendly and assistive.I go to neighborcare for all my medical needs. I have found that they have been able to be flexible with all my needs. I have seems a couple psychiatrists at neighborcare and I really like Rachel Jacks(psychiatrist), she was smart and humble, and had a lot of compassion for my situation.I go to valley cities and I would like to share how great of an experience has been, the tools Darlene Woeck (psychologist) has given me will last a life time and she has been able to truly guide me to an emotionally healthy space. I also do “Dialectical Behavioral Therapy” here, you do need to get approved but I would strongly recommend this class. I am recovering from a TBI and PTSD and the “DBT” has been life changing.This facility not only provides an extensive list of resources as well as the right amount of patience for every individuals situation in mind.I would strongly recommend trying this facility out.From the assistance at check in, to care coordination, to basic health necessities, this place rocks.

My friend is a walk in and we are currently in the lobby waiting to be seen.. The receptionist whom seems to be very passive keeps reminding us that every person has shown up to their scheduled apts which is not an issue.. Its the constant looks from her and the reminders that has us feeling as tho we dont have the right to wait.. Plus the nurse who comes to take patients to the room came out and said to us that hopefully we get seen.. Then goes over to receptionist and speaks another language and we know that they are talking about us.... If we dont get seen then fine but please retrain your staff on how to act professionally... If we want to wait let us... Thats what walk ins do!And I just had to edit due to the 11:30 person showing up for apt and as they are checking in she (receptionist) stops checking them in to look at us and says the 11:30 apt is here and Im like we can see and finish checking them in.. So unprofessional! Smh

Calling is a joke. I called right when they opened but somehow theyre having unusually high call volumes at 8:30 am. Wonder if theyll make me wait 40 minutes again before I just hang up. They always say theyre working on it but it shows that the calling process is still a joke.

Been going here for a few years now. Excellent doctors that listen to you and your needs. Parking can be tough as the lot is usually full.

Great place for healthcare need. Parking lot a little small. Saturday appointment is good easy to find parking stall. Pharmacy onsite but closed on the weekend. Walgreens just a block away.

I love Dr. Delucia, she is amazing in every way and the best doctor Ive ever had! I will follow her as long as I can!

They have terrible phone service I waited for more than 45 minutes just to talk to my provider its very annoying and they have the worst front desk receptionist her name is Dominic shes very bad she has no professionalism or manner
