In every way my experience with Dr. Abdessamad and his staff was 5 star. Not only was I listened to about my pain and my history, I was treated with respect, all my questions were answered and I felt supported all the way through the surgery process. My procedure was complicated by previous surgery and it all went very smoothly.

For all you women who thought you wanted a female gynecologist like I did…. You would be very lucky to have dr. Hassan Abdessamad. I got referred for some precancerous issues and he ended up to be the best doctor ever! He is sooo kind, not in a hurry, very good listener and very thorough not to mention a GREAT surgeon!!! I had some complications in my surgery and he went out of his way to take great care of me with minimal invasiveness, so my recovery was minimal . I feel very lucky that fate brought me to this doctor. I hold him in the highest esteem!!! Thank you doctor Abdessamad you are truly one of the great humans . Dr. Abdessamad (*ab-dess-a-maud) is a spectacular provider to have the privilege of getting care from. I was concerned that my issues would be deemed trivial, but he heard me the first time, asked great questions, and was every bit as empathetic and willing to help in creative ways(as any woman would be)! He is a special asset to BIPOC, LGBTQIA and womxns ❤️‍🩹 health care needs. If you have the chance to meet him, his mythical creature energy will be apparent in all the ways that matter right away.

Dr. Abdessamad is clearly passionate about his patients. He listens to your concerns, works with you and doesnt miss any details. Before and after my surgery he was compassionate, understanding and has always made me feel comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the attention to detail during and after surgery, minimal scaring. Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely loved the prenatal care I received from Dr Abdessamad. I was ready to leave the hospital/clinic due to frustrations with another group of providers but decided to try this doctor they had me make appointments with. Right off the bat I felt secure with Dr Abdessamad- he has a wonderful bedside manner (he is so so kind!) and is very intelligent. He is very direct, and made sure I understood everything and laid out all my options, and I felt like my wishes were honored. I just finished my follow up appointment after birth and I will definitely keep him as my OB/GYN provider if I’m able to.

I had my first surgery and my doctor, Dr Abdessamad, made the whole experience great. I have finally found a doctor that I completely trust with my health!

Dr. Abdessamad is the most caring, understanding, and dedicated doctors I have ever met. He not only goes out of his way to ensure you and baby are safe and healthy, he goes above and beyond to make sure it stays that way. Dr. Abdessamad is great at communicating with his patients and doing whatever they need to be comfortable. I recommend him to EVERYONE! I wish there were more doctors like him in all the various fields.

Dr Abdessamad is fantastic. He is caring and truly listens to his patients. He works with you instead of telling you (if that makes sense). I was a little concerned about seeing a male doctor for female issues but after the first visit (3 years ago) I had no more hesitation. He is one in a million. Highly recommend.

When I first booked my appt with DR. Abdessamad I was a little worried with it being a catholic health center. I wasn’t sure what the reaction would be having a trans women come in. To my surprise I was met with the warmest welcome.He made it his mission to not only go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable but he did so with a perfect smile and sense of humor! I have been to see him several times since then and every visit has been absolutely amazing! He is, by far, one of the best doctors in the state of Washington! Dr. Abdessamad is one of the providers that I saw during my pregnancy for prenatal care. He delivered my son on 01.15.20 and he was AWESOME! I had a natural birth which was difficult within itself and with the support of the nurse and the coaching of Dr. Abdessamad everything went smoothly. He has exceptional bedside manner and his calm demeanor is soothing. Thank you.

If you are looking for THE BEST, you will find it in Dr. Abdessamad! I was impressed the minute I first met him. He is so friendly, he listens carefully, asks questions, explains things clearly (even draws pictures for clearer understanding!) and then takes the time to make sure ALL my questions/concerns are addressed. I recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy done by him, and couldnt be more impressed with the care I received. You can have complete confidence in his skills as a doctor and surgeon. Dr. Abdessamad treats you as if you are his only patient. I couldnt recommend him any higher than I do.

I came to Seattle at 36 weeks pregnant. I had a fairly high risk pregnancy- I’m over weight, single, had gestational diabetes, and had an extremely large baby. Dr Hasan Abdessamad, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely thorough, science lead, he took extra precautions and had me come in several times to monitor the babies weight, size and embryonic fluid. He always gave me the advice that as a medical professional, he believed was best for the baby, and myself- not just what I wanted to hear. Yet he was always very kind and managed to put me at ease with whatever questions or problems that arose. cesarean sectionWhen it came time for the cesarean section, Dr Abdessamad made sure I was completely informed and that I was mentally prepared. He comforted me and reassured me- that morning my sister was in the delivery room with me, she was completely amazed at how effortless and efficient Dr Abdessamad was; total time under was 43 minutes from start to finish, and I had my beautiful 11lb 4oz baby boy. I also want to note that my incision was absolutely seamless- and once again Dr A took extra precautions to make sure that my stitches where appropriate for my body type.Aftercare was just as seamless and through. I always felt taken care of and every one of my needs met. I would definitely recommend Dr Hasan Abdessamad for any woman, high risk or not- as their obstetrician. He made my transition and delivery a very wonderful experience, and I am thankful for him as a Doctor.
