Dr V. and all the staff are amazing! You always feel like you matter as you rather than a paycheck. No two people are the same and they value your uniqueness as a human being. Some clinics feel mechanical but here you will feel like you are among great friends! We are a two time success story thanks to ArkLaTex after years of no answers and one clinic switch from a machine to here. I cant sing their praises loud enough!Thank you to everyone at ArkLaTex for doing the impossible for our family!

We tried for 3 years to get pregnant and finally reached out to Dr. V and his team and after a successful IUI , we are blessed with two babies on the way!! We are over the moon. Dr. V is the best doctor & his staff is the sweetest. I felt like family from day one. Ill always recommend him!!

Love Dr. Vandermolen and all of the staff at this office!They are always professional and accommodating but down to earth .Every time I walk in the door the attitudes are upbeat and smiles are on their faces .Which make me feel welcome immediately .As for bedside manner.. couldnt be better.I have never felt uncomfortable or like I couldnt ask questions or state my concerns.I cant say enough about this clinic!I drive 2 hours from home to get there and I wouldnt go anywhere else, even if there was a clinic built next door to me.My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for years. We are not there yet but we are hopeful and in good hands with Dr. V and his team!

I can’t thank Dr Vandermolen and his office enough! We have 2 beautiful children and another on the way! After a couple of medical emergencies, I was unable to naturally conceive, so we automatically had to go to IVF if we wanted children. They were upfront about the procedures and the costs. The office billed our insurance for whatever they could so as not to charge us anymore. The only thing I didn’t like was the 1-2 hour wait times for appts occasionally. He was very professional at every visit and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. He is very candid so if you’re expecting emotional visits, he may not be the doctor for you, but as former military, I have no complaints.

I love Dr. vandermolen and his whole team . after a miscarriage and three years of trying with no success. Dr. VanderMolen helped me get pregnant with my twins. He could’ve went right into IVF but he wanted to try all means first. he did a thorough HSG and found I had polyp and removed it, which stopped all myIrregular bleeding. then we started a few medicated cycles that didn’t work and then we went to IUI and it was successful. He saved me a ton of money. I’m so happy and thankful and I will recommend him for the rest of my life.

I heard great things from friends and after moving here I was nervous to find a new clinic. Didn’t even make to the first appointment before Marsha as the front desk was rude. Given the reason all of us are coming here I thought maybe they’d have better customer service… NOPE. Told her to cancel my appointment and I will be going elsewhere. Very unfortunate

All I can say is that I knew God guided me to finally crossed path to meet Dr. V and all his team to help me out. Dr. V is an intelligent man and he knew how to pursue his passion through helping people in need like me. Thank you very much! Your all a blessing to me and my family. We absolutely love Dr Vandermolen and Arklatex fertility. After struggling to get pregnant for 10.5 years we landed here and it was the best decision we could’ve ever made. Dr. V knows his stuff and is patient centered in his care and plans (and being a nurse myself made me appreciate his approach even more.) Every appt and every blood draw I felt I was in good hands. Through a lot of prayer, Dr. V’s help and the kind staff we can announce we are expecting early May 2024! Thank you Arklatex fertility.

Dr. Vandermolen and his staff were top notch with my husband and I! We are now 31 weeks pregnant with our sweet baby and we truly appreciate all that Arklatex Fertility did for us in our time with them. They really listen to your concerns, history, and how you would like to move forward with your goals.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Vandermolen and his staff. Staff was always friendly and professional. Dr. Vandermolen is funny, professional and tries his best to full fill a patients dream. I am pregnant now ( 12 W) and I wouldn’t be at this point without the help of ArkLaTex Fertility. I still have a long way to go but I am grateful for the experience and for everything they have done.

My obgyn recommended me to Dr. Vandermolen he has always taken the time to explain everything he can to you . I have been trying to get pregnant for awhile now and nothing was working. But now thanks to Dr V we are 7 weeks pregnant and could not be more happy with everything Dr V and his staff have done for us . Everyone in his office is very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend Dr vandermolen he is the best !

Absolutely love Dr. Vandermolen and his nurses especially Jessica she made me feel super comfortable and she was so helpful each encounter. Dr. Vandermolen is really sweet I loved how transparent and honest he is. He also has great bedside manners which is a really big deal to me. I would highly recommend him.

Stepping into a fertility clinic can be quite scary, but Dr. V and his entire team were always so welcoming, so accommodating and so very kind.From the front desk receptionists, who always greeted me with smiling faces, remembered my name, celebrated victories with me and encouraged me through the losses to the nurses who always made me feel safe, and heard throughout my pregnancy journey, to Dr. V with his witty jokes, but so incredible care of my personal journey and walk through this process... all of it was simply seamless and above and beyond what my expectations could be!Thank you to my nurses, Dr. V., the lab, the front office, and everyone else in between for a fantastic time at Ark La Tex Fertility and for always accommodating my busy schedule to fit me in, make things work, and answer my 1 billion questions!Id also like to add that I had a worry on a Friday afternoon, post-business hours and I received a personal call from Dr. Vandermolen about my worries and it eased my anxiety for what could have been a long weekend of worries. Thank you to this team, I cant say it enough.5 stars all around! I can positively say that there is nothing negative about his office, his care or his results.

I received wonderful care every time I visited this clinic. The staff were professional and efficient! I always felt like everyone cared so much, and they always made sure I was informed. After I became pregnant, I had spotting and they saw me immediately. Dr. Vandermolen made sure baby was safe and took necessary precautions. After I “graduated the program,” they reassured me that if I needed anything else to please contact them. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the staff and Dr. Vandermolen.

Met w/Dr. David T. Vandermolen for an initial consult and received the most thorough review. He’s comical and highly knowledgeable in regards to his specialty. He explained the process for us in layman’s terms and allowed us to make the decisions.My wife and I were informed of options we didn’t know existed and opted for one.Our baby journey has begun and we’re exactly where we are supposed to be!

We haven’t been successful yet but I’m so confident that we will be! Dr V did my lap in march and went as smooth as possible. Everyone is so nice and professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve had a really great experience so far and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done.

I had suffered from infertility for years and my OBGYN recommended this clinic to me. my first consultation with Dr Vandermolen was in June 2020. After some exams, visits and the necessary procedure in my case, I was able to get pregnant in October of the same year. I am very satisfied with all the support and attention of the whole team and Dr Vandermolen. I highly recommend this clinic. Keep in mind that due to the number of patients, some days you need to wait a little more than 30 minutes to be attended but I guarantee it is worth it.

If you want to get pregnant go see Dr. V! He knows what he’s doing!

I have been seeing dr Vandermolen for 3 years. The tests he ran helped him and myself find out what my diagnosis was which is right tubal blockage. I had surgery which he spent over 4 hours attempting to save. He did save the tube and encouraged my husband and I to try and conceive naturally. When this didn’t work he suggested IUI, and explained at my age, 36 at the time, the chances were low of it working. I decided to do this. No one begged, persuaded, or insisted I do this. It was my choice. After 3 failed IUI’s he did say I would be a good candidate for IVF and if I wanted to go that route to let him know. After my husband and I discussed it we decided that’s what we wanted to do and spent over 2.5 hours on a consultation to explain the entire procedure and what to expect. This man is wonderful at what he does. You can see him thinking it all through, and trying to do the best by you. I appreciate him and his wonderful staff. They are great and you couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank you all for what you do and for what you deal with. Angry hormonal women can’t be fun to deal with all day every day. Lol

I would not recommend Dr. Vandermolen. I used to truly believe that he knew what he was doing, despite me not reaching my end goal. Months later, I dont think that is the case. I believe he is trying to make money. Thats his end game. Some clinics will explain upfront that you shouldnt be over the age of 35 for IUI. They may tell you that if you have a lower BMI that youll have more success. Not Vandermolen. He will let you do multiple IUIs unsuccessfully, spend thousands of dollars, and then suggest IVF, so he can collect even more money The most recent IUI was scheduled on cycle day 17. If it were not a medicated cycle for me, it would have been longer than 28 days; and ovulation could be around day 17. But on a 28-day cycle, day 17 is too late. It was dragged out with an extra, unnecessary ultrasound and lab to collect more money on a Friday. Then, the IUI wasnt scheduled until Monday, cycle day 17, making it seem like he didnt want another weekend appointment. If you understand the ovulation window and the luteal phase, thats too late. I knew it was too late, because I know my body. Not to mention, a 2 day window doesnt give enough time to have a high enough sperm count for the procedure. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. Stop overbooking yourself and making people wait 2 hours and miss more time and work, using more of their time off, because you want to make more money. This isnt fair to your patients, who only get to see you for about 5, maybe 10 minutes, while your rush in and out, halfway explaining things. It makes your patients feel like they dont matter. This is not fair to your staff, either. He had a wonderful PA, but she quit. She was the compassionate counterpart and probably the only reason I came back to this clinic as long as I did. Staff is ever changing. They have to use agency nurses to help. That nurse left major bruises on me on more than one occasion, because she is not competent at drawing blood. The office is filthy. With all of that money youre making on out-of-pocket expenses, buy some new equipment, upgrade your office, and CLEAN it. The lack of sanitary conditions in that place always made me uncomfortable. There is always trash out front. Stop overprescribing medication. Thanks to directions to inject more Follistim than necessary, I created 10 mature follicles for one IUI cycle. It was too many, so the IUI couldnt be done. Thats a month I wont get back. Ten follicles I wont get back. Time spent in bed all day on the day of ovulation, because the pain was so extreme, that I wont get back. Money (about $1,000) I wasted on meds, labs, and ultrasounds I wont get back. Im angry I wasted a year going to see this narcissist, and Im now going into the holiday season without growing my family, another miscarriage down, and thousands of dollars wasted. I should have just started with an out-of-town clinic after multiple people warned me about him. Now, Im warning you.

Our experience with Dr. Vandermolen and his staff was absolutely amazing. The office is extremely busy, which indicated the level of success to us, yet even with that the appointment wait times were reasonable. Our conditions were evaluated and a plan was established that resulted in our pregnancy on the second attempt of IUI. During that time Dr. Vandermolen’s staff accommodated our schedule. If we decide to have a second child we will certainly be returning to this excellent Dr and his competent staff.
