Positive Steps Fertility Clinic

One of the hardest things to deal with as a woman is infertility. I moved here to Louisiana two years ago and my husband and I immediately started our search for a fertility clinic, this couldn’t have been a better choice for my family and I. They are truly a team of dedicated, professional and caring staff. Their services are unmatched and we truly cannot thank them enough for helping us grow our family by TWO. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE SHREVEPORT& JACKSON TEAM.

The level of care is top notch. My first amazing interaction with the clinic was when I made a phone call to set up a consult. This was a big step because we had been to another clinic where we received treatments and were highly disappointed with the level of care. Brandi answered my call and I immediately felt calm and relieved about taking this step. She was warm and kind and accommodating. With a husband who travels for work, appointments can be challenging. Brandi eliminated that as a challenge. At our consultation, the Sarah’s made us feel at ease- answering all questions. All steps along the way were organized with care and no question was a dumb question. Dr parry was warm and friendly and you can just tell the staff cares about you and your outcome. I could say so much more. It was a long road to get here for us but finding this clinic was the best thing to happen to us in our ten year journey to conception. Our story has a happy ending thanks to the amazing staff and care of positive steps fertility. We had a successful transfer of our embryo June of 2022. I can’t wait to come back to their loving arms when it’s time for baby #2! I can’t thank this team enough.

I had a very disappointing experience at this IVF clinic. We started our treatment here last year. After reviewing our medical history, we were given hope that we had a high chance of success. They insisted on having PGT testing, so we had four embryos that were tested. Despite the normal results, all four transfers resulted in failed pregnancies. Throughout this process, there were no changes in medication or attempts to try different approaches. It was a very expensive treatment for us, and we really had a hard time arranging $20,000+ , which felt like money down the drain. Overall, I would not recommend this place because of their one-size-fits-all strategy.

4 years TTC. 3 different OBs that couldn’t find the issue. 6 failed rounds of clomid/letrozole. Then we met our favorite OB/life saver Dr. Berken who found my issue that 3 doctors overlooked one surgery later and a recommendation to Dr. Parry, Positive Steps Fertility for further fertility testing. Dr Parry And Sara found several other underlying issues. 1 attempted iui but I didn’t respond to medicine several procedures and lots of lost hope and breakdowns. we decided to go straight to ivf and we had the best most positive experience. Dr. Parry transferred 1 of our 3 embryos February 27th, 2023 and we are now almost 11 weeks pregnant with our 1st embaby! We can’t be more thankful, blessed and excited! We are so blessed to have been recommended to such a great facility of nurses and Doctors! It was a sad day graduating back to our OB, but we can’t wait to come visit with our Baby come November! Thank you Dr. Parry and the Positive steps Team for everything! EVERYTHING! We will be back❤️

Today was a very big day for me and my wife. She is now three months into her pregnancy. For seven years we have tried to have a baby. We were very lucky to have found Positive Steps. Dr Parry and his wonderful and caring team provided excellent care from the first moment we walked through the door until our successful ultrasound today. There were no questions that Dr Parry and his staff did not answer, no problem that they did not solve and they walked us through every single step of our treatment. They sincerely treated us like family and there was no time that we felt alone. Every person that works at the Shreveport or Madison clinic were kind, patient and professional. We could not have asked for more quality care. We are so thankful and feel blessed to have met them.

We absolutely loved Dr. Perry and all of the staff at Positive Steps. I had been to a previous fertility clinic but this experience was so much more personable. We did 2 IVF cycles are currently 13.5 weeks pregnant.I can’t say enough good things about this clinic.We will definitely be using them again when/if we decide to have another baby.

We love Dr. Parry and his staff so much! They have been there for us through the hard and good times. I cannot recommend them enough. The front staff, nurses and doctors are absolutely amazing. We are forever grateful for all of them. We graduated from the clinic today and are expecting our IVF miracle in February. This clinic will be a part of our family forever!

Our experience with Positive Steps is more than we could have ever imagined. Dr. Parry and nurse practitioner, Sara Slaton were incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer our many questions. They treated us like family at every appointment, walking us through every step with encouragement and support. Through the use of the Parryscope, they identified some issues that could be causing our infertility and made a plan immediately to get those things treated. We knew what to expect at every appointment because the staff was so communicative. After three rounds of IUI we got pregnant and we are forever grateful for the care and attention we received. We truly believe that Dr. Parry and his staff care for every patient and that is what we felt each time we left the clinic!

I could not recommend any other clinic but Positive Steps Fertility. I struggled with infertility for 3 years and I was a patient here for about 15 months. It was a long road to get where we are today, but I was never once alone, and I would not have wanted to be at any other clinic throughout our process. My husband was allowed to be at every single appointment with me as well. There was not one time that they made me feel like I was not important or that any of my questions was not a good question. No question is a dumb question, seriously! Patients are their number one priority! From the front desk receptionists, NP Sara, Dr. Parry and the entire staff. They were there for us throughout it all. I even visited their MS office several times for procedures, etc. & even that office is the exact same way, you are FAMILY and they will not hesitate to pray with you or cry with you! I love everyone there too, especially Ms. Vicki and Dana! :) Dr. Parry is by far the most hands on Dr. in our area and I recommend 10/10.

We tried many years to get pregnant naturally, as well as with fertility assistance. We found Dr. Parry and decided to give him a try since he has such a high success rate. He and his staff are very kind and courteous as well as professional. They explain everything you need to know very well and will answer any questions you have. We did IVF and are now pregnant! I will update my review WHEN we get our first positive test! My husband and I came to Positive Steps from Houston TX. We were with a big name clinic and didn’t have a good experience. From the first phone call, the telehealth consultation, and our first visit with Positive Steps,I have felt a big difference in the level care from our previous clinic. Dr. Deadmond did a thorough ultrasound and Parryscope, explaining everything she saw. They also had a TV screen so I could see everything they were seeing. These may seem like small things, but they make a big difference when you’re dealing with infertility. They also take into account that cost effectiveness of treatments which I really appreciate. We were offered a great deal at Positive Steps when compared to our old clinic. Dr. Deadmond spent ample time with us answering questions and didn’t make me feel like just another number. We had a great experience!I feel like I’m part of the team at Positive Steps, and my hope has been restored in my fertility journey. Highly recommend, well worth traveling for!!

Dr. Parry and his team are absolutely amazing. Precious people who are very sensitive to your situation. I went over a year with no diagnosis and he found my issue in the first appointment by doing his Parryoscope. They have walked with me and my husband on this journey and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. AND I’m pregnant with a baby girl! Even if I didn’t end up pregnant, it would be a success for me because no one else could find what my issue was. Having an answer was my priority. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Parry and Sara, Sarah and Brandi in Shreveport. At every appointment they treated us like old friends with care and compassion beyond what is normally expected at a doctors office. I am currently almost 20 weeks pregnant with our baby girl who was a donated frozen embryo thanks to Dr. Parry and staff. We highly recommend Positive Steps Fertility!

Could not say enough amazing things about PSFC! From the first time I called to every appointment and procedure I have had has been nothing but a blessing to me despite going through infertility. We are so thankful for our experiences with Sara and Dr. Parry + their amazing staff. Very professional, clean, welcoming, supportive and will answer every question with knowledge and patience. They truly make me feel like family and just another paycheck! 1000000 stars

I wish I could give this clinic more than 5 stars. Dr. Parry, NP Sarah, RN Sarah, Brandy, all the staff here are FANTASTIC. After seeing a different RE for 7 years and going through multiple rounds of IUI and 1 round of IVF that ended with complications, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Parry found an issue with my uterus using his Parryscope procedure within 2 or 3 minutes of the test. He was able to get that resolved through surgery at the Madison clinic and now my husband and I are getting ready to do IVF with this clinic. I know employee turn over happens but one of my favorite things about this clinic is that every time Ive called or had to go to an appt Im greeted with the same friendly staff as the visit before. That says a lot!

Words cannot explain how blessed and grateful my husband and I are for Dr. Parry and his amazing team!! They have treated us like family from day one. The approach to my personalized care was simply amazing and everyone was so genuine and professional. I highly recommend Positive Steps Fertility because of the awesome staff, service, and affordable treatments!!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Parry and the entire team at Positive Steps Fertility! My husband and I know without a shadow of a doubt that we would not have our IVF miracle without them. From the moment we stepped foot in the clinic until the birth of our child, they were always there. Everyone cares genuinely about your outcome, and I will never forget the day that we unfortunately had a miscarriage and a fellow staff member held my hand and cried with me. She will never know how much that meant to me when I needed it most. They are not a medical clinic- they are FAMILY. Thanking the good Lord above we found them when we did. My biggest regret is not finding them sooner. If you are needing help with your infertility journey, these are the people you want in your corner!

I do not recommend going to this place, especially if you are wanting to actually see the doctor. I started my journey with them in the middle of last year and after my consultation, I was never allowed treatment with Dr. Parry. Every time I would ask the nurse practitioner, Sara, if he could perform my next procedure she would tell me I would have to drive to Mississippi to receive treatment from him. I asked several times and was denied every single time. The staff is somewhat courteous, however, they do not inform you prior to your appointment if you have any fees due that day. All in all, I would not recommend, especially if you expect to see Dr. Parry and to have your procedure preformed by him. Go with someone who is 100% local!

Today we graduated from Positive Steps Fertility!! We can not thank this amazing group of people enough for making our biggest and best dreams come true! From the moment we walked through their doors they felt like family. We’re sad that we no longer get to see them on a 3 week basis but know we will be by to visit soon!! 💛 I can’t give Positive Steps enough stars!!

I have visited many medical establishments and have never witnessed the level of care that my daughter and I received from PSFC. This team of professionals is compassionate, sincere, and thorough. This clinic displays a quality level of excellence in human relations care that should set a gold standard for all other clinics to follow.

I highly recommend Dr Parry and his team to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable doctor we did 6 cycles of failed IVF in the states and out side the states we found nothing but pain and suffering from financial difficulties and pain that my wife went through we were recommended by our OBGYN to Doctor Perry and we know that we went to the right place they treated us like family Dr Perry is the most amazing doctor knowledge kind and honest he knew what we went through and provided us with honest answers the entire team are welcoming and caring very professionalMy wife is almost 4 month pregnant and thanks to god and Dr Perry we love Positive Steps Fertility ClinicThanks a million for everything you have provided us and we will be back again for a second baby hopefully 🤞

Highly recommend! The entire team is INCREDIBLE. I could go on and on about how amazing and kind they are. We are forever thankful for them.

The positive steps fertility clinic have the best customer service very sweet people they make sure youre in the loop every step of the way and I surely appreciated it but unfortunately me and my husband separated before we was able to go through the process fully but if I get married again I definitely will be seeing Dr Parry and his staff again thanks for your help
