RMI team is incredible. Dr Nayak and the NPs were very supportive and helpful throughout the lengthy process of treatment and tests. Blanca and Veronica were really nice and always answered any of my questions and concerns with detail. Dr Nayak is very detail oriented and she understands the needs of her patients and takes time to address any questions and concerns that the patient has. All the nurses and staff workers always took care of me. I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend anyone who needs some assistance with their fertility issues.

Stay away!When you make an appointment with them, they want you to sign an essentially blank check authorizing them to charge your credit card whenever they want for the amount they determine. This is a requirement for making appointments with them! The statements are carefully worded to allow them to do this. Shame!!!

The RMI team is incredible! It truly feels like you have a team supporting you throughout the IVF process (which is full of ups and downs) and they are genuinely committed to their patients and to what they do. Dr. Nayak is so kind and compassionate and my NP Ellie was so patient, caring and informative every step of the way. Highly recommended for anyone taking this journey, but especially those that need some extra attention and love along the way.

RMI has truly been an experience worth sharing. The thought of having to go through any fertility treatment is overwhelming as it is but the attention and care of every contact made throughout my appointments was beyond incredible that at times I forgot about my worries. Nurse Ellie and staff were extremely helpful and encouraging and always so attentive and quick to respond to any of my questions. My first round of treatment was a success and I am beyond over the moon. Thank you so much to everyone who cross my path during this journey, I will forever be grateful to this team of experts. My spouse and I are eternally grateful to have found Reproductive Medicine Institute after spending 5 years trying to create our family unit! I had a great experience throughout several cycles of IVF at RMI and the team exceeded my expectations. I started doing IVF last year, and to be honest, I was very scared of the process. Dr. Nayak was so helpful, comforting, and patient with me, and clarified all my questions (no matter how many times I asked the same thing). She is an amazing doctor and very compassionate person, and I could not be more grateful to have found her to help me through this journey. She provided a great deal of support throughout each phase of the cycle, not only during consultations but prior to all procedures as well. Although the first few cycles we underwent did not yield the result we were hoping for, Dr. Nayak continued to remain positive and tailor my treatment to respond best to my body. The entire RMI team was extremely supportive and caring. Vanessa, Tate, Annie, Judy, and Ellie played a big role making my dream come true. They were all extremely positive, compassionate, and responsive every step of our journey. We could not have gotten through this treatment without their kindness and calming energy. Although it can be scary to start, each team member reduced the stress and provided a positive light throughout the cycle. They were extremely accommodating and very personable. I am so thankful for this dedicated team and would recommend RMI to anyone trying to conceive!

Dr. Nayak and her whole team are absolutely incredible. This was my first experience with IVF and she and her team are thorough and made my first and only round of IVF successful! Not only were they great to me, but my daughter as well when she would come with me to visits. So excited to welcome our new baby girl in August of 2023.

Dr Nayak and the RMI team are competent and compassionate. Easy to get ahold of, easy to work with, no billing surprises. Having experienced a nightmarish process with another local 3-letter-acronym fertility center, we were so pleased to find RMI.

This has been the worst doctors office to work with when it comes to fertility treatment and having analysis done! My husband had to not only call for over a month to get an appointment, it’s not been 3 weeks since he had his analysis done and we have yet to receive his results or have them sent to his doctor so we can continue our process in our fertility journey! I would never recommend them. As a doctors office you should be following up with your patients not ignoring them and making them call you every other day to get the ball rolling.

Great experience here. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. They know what they are doing and have been flexible with us. We very much appreciate their time and help. 10/10 would come again.

Dr. Nayak is amazing. She is so nice and listens to what you have to say. Everyone at Chicago’s office is very accommodating and professional.

Good specialists, excellent service. I liked everything, I recommend it. There are specialists who communicate in Russian, which was very convenient for me.

With the new staff change including doctors , everything has been a breeze . 100 % support from everyone . Thank you for my miracle 🥰

This practice lacks interprofessionalism. I will not be going back.
