Physicians Urgent Care

The team were so caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. They did all they could to help me and get me better. The wait was not super long. Great staff, great place. If I ever need an urgent care visit I would for sure go back.

I dont know why they changed from Physician Urgent Care to Well Now. I have been coming here for years with my kids and this is first time under Well Now and the front desk people are short with patients. They dont know how to talk to people or help. If we stay to make it to the back. I hope the nurses and doctors are the same.Update: we did stay and waited, while people who came after us got called back first. I thought maybe they had appointment...after 4th person went. I went and asked how many people were before my son. Come to find out he wasnt even in line he was put as already seen. At that time the front desk staff was nice. The nurse and provider were great.

I took my husband to the facility on East Ireland on Friday. He had gout in his toe. The staff were very courteous and the wait was a little long, but understandable. When the nurseGot his vitals she alerted the NP and she came in and asked for an EKG. She immediately ordered an ambulance to send him to hospital, which potentially saved his life. Her quick actions and confident decisions were amazing! He had emergency surgery resulting in a pacemaker being inserted. The surgeon said the procedure was a success due in large part to her wise decision….we want to thank everyone involved. He is home already and doing well. By the way, his toe is getting better also.

I was there to be seen because I wasn’t feeling well. I was able to book an appointment online. I was called up to the front desk by Katrina(the regional manager). She was very rude and spoke horrible while waving her hands no to me in front of everyone because I didn’t have the insurance card in hand. She said that I cannot be seen because I could not provide an insurance card and there was no way to look up the insurance information or else I would have to pay out pocket. Katrina(the regional manager) immediately canceled my appointment and refused me care. She didn’t even give me an option to give her my member id number from my insurance. I was so sick I didn’t have the energy to be mean back to her. I ended up going to another location which they seen me without having my insurance card in hand, and I was able to provide them with my insurance member ID. I have never been treated so rude in the medical facility in my life. That was the first time I’ve been treated like that at this location.

Couldnt thank Dr Emily enough for listening to me and providing the right care to making me feel better! I had went to another urgent care after having a fever and cough for 5 days and was told it was a virus and to take OTC meds. After another 5 days of having a fever and my symptoms getting worse, I decided to go here. So glad I did. After being prescribed a few medications and antibiotic, I was already feeling better a few hours later. A week later, I feel almost 100%. Thank you again ♥️

Our 5 year old began showing signs of strep throat on our drive to vacation. I google mapped the nearest immediate care and that lead us to Physicians Urgent Care. They confirmed strep with a rapid result swab and we were on our way to better health. Check in was so fast and we were allowed to wait in our car. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the nurse and the provider were amazing….even with a little boy who was refusing a throat swab. Our nurse was very patient and accommodating with offering suckers and popsicles to win his cooperation. Thank you! You all helped us out so much!!

I felt listened to and fully considered by all staff within the facility. From the greeting at the door to the physician visit, everyone was nice and professional.

Dr. Prescribed me medication that I cant have because of a heart condition. Pharmacy told me that I should definitely call and figure out why he would have prescribed me something that could have killed me. Of course when I called physicians care the Dr. Couldnt be reached and when I was told Id get a call back from the Dr. I never did.1. Prescribed me meds that could have worst case killed me.2. Never got in contact with me3. Being sent a bill for over $100 for the visit 3 months ago.... 😂😂😂 like what?4. Literally went through my sickness with nothing being figured out or getting any other prescriptions etc cause they wouldnt call back or let me speak to the Dr.....5. Dr. Also described the Prescribed medication to me as the same stuff they use to make meth 🤷🏼‍♀️ so thats awesome. Real professional physicians care.Update: see the comment under my review from the (owner) to email them.... I did that right after I made the review still no response....

Wasted my time and gas to be told the school physical I was needing they cannot do. You should really list that under your services prior to scheduling. They used to do it in the past, but I guess being bought out by Wellnow changed what they can and cannot do. At least the lady working the desk was nice about it.

Going to the doctor or dentist always makes me anxious but the staff here were so friendly and nice. They helped me through every step of the process. They’re doing really good work at this location.

The billing department is absolutely incompetent and their charging practices are unethical. They *incorrectly* charged me 10x the amount the insurance said my copay was before I could even see someone to get help for my medical problem, despite me showing them the coverage amount from my insurance materials, and told me that they had no choice and once insurance processed the claim, they would refund that amount.They then took over a month and a half to submit the claim and after insurance processing the claim, still havent refunded the amount they *incorrectly* charged me.Dont go here if you dont want to get scammed.

Never go here to do sports physicals. They might leave you hanging.I went here to get a physical done for BSA, I needed it immediately to go to scout camp. After waiting an hour and a half, they said that they couldnt do it because 1 question-- Do you have an uncontrollable psychiatric disorder. Thanks to them not being able to say that Im not going coocoo, I cant go to camp. Thanks a lot, you guys are the worst.

Lady told me have a seat and she would be with me. Half hour later I left. Younger black girl who obviously didnt want to be there. My company uses you folks for drug screening etc. Ill be sure that changes. 🖕🏻

This place is absolutely amazing 💜 My daughter was super sick and nervous and they made her feel very comfortable and they were so kind. I really appreciate how sweet they were and how comfortable they made us feel . I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys again your so awesome ☺️

Update: I was back in Urgent Care for pneumonia today. Dr Rachel Wilson and her staff took amazing care of me yet again. The breathing treatment and the shot (painful, but necessary) are already helping me breathe a little better. Dr Wilson explained everything perfectly, and I know Im going to get better. Everyone was very kind and helpful.Dr Emily Brick took awesome care of my husband and me! She is one of the few doctors who cared enough to ask the right questions (not just the usual procedural ones) and listen to everything we had been through medically in order to correctly diagnose and treat our symptoms. So much better than the emergency room staff! Now we finally feel like were going to get better.

This location should not be allowed to use the words “Physician” or “care”. The staff is unprofessional beyond belief talking about anything from patient gossip to insurance/prescription information out loud for the lobby to hear. The wait time was worse than the hospital, and then the “Dr.” was only in the room for 2 minutes…happy to tell me that my daughter has the flu and complaining about her marital issues.With options such as Beacon clinic a half mile away, or your local drug store, I would heavily advise against coming here for treatment of any sort.

This by far has been the worst experience I have had at an urgent care. Not only did it take over two hours with only one guest in front of me, but the dr, Emily was more worried about her last name being changed due to her being married and not corrected yet vs her patients. We got to hear this whole conversation the whole time we were there. The nurse that took us back was very friendly and great with my 5 year old daughter. When it came time for the dr to come in, she came in more concerned telling us about the name issue and in the same breath tells us your daughter has influenza B. She had no care in the world and definitely shouldn’t be working with children. After we go to get her prescription I notice the Dr prescribes pills for a 5 year old. Wow! So my husband calls back and she has the nerve to tell us to crush up in food and give it to her that way. I asked how is that going to work when she has been getting sick and can’t hold anything down? I asked why she couldn’t get it in a liquid form as she was given at the urgent care? She had a bad attitude and said let me get the Dr….. came back on to tell me I was being confrontational and Dr didn’t want to speak with us anymore and that was that! Now I have to wait to go see her Dr in the morning to get her a liquid based medication. While on the phone I also asked for there corporate number and they stated, “I don’t have to give you that information”, also asked for her name and stated the same thing! If you work for a corporation you have to give that information out. We did what we needed to on that end as well as concerns for the Dr, Emily working with children. Please, please take yourself and your kids anywhere but here! Should have went the extra half mile down the road to Beacon Urgent care.

This place told my husband he had cancer. We got a second opinion. It was kidney stones. Dont ever go here. Incompetent and ridiculous.

Went to this facility because I had sliced my ring finger with a knife blade. The staff were so kind at Checkin and processed my paperwork quickly. The nurse who saw me to an examine room was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. The physician who stitched up my finger was very caring and efficient in her work. I enjoyed talking with her as she stitched my cut. This facility is excellent at what they do and I highly recommend them.

My husband just went there and was treated with extreme disrespect. The lady that answers the phone, working sat Dec 23 around 1:00 pm, not only was rude about his and other another patients concerns with the website not operating correctly but she accused him of smelling like pot and told him she was going press charges. First off it isnt a crime to smell like weed and should not get you turned away by medical professionals. The day before when he called to see if the were open she didnt tell him that they dont take walk ins after 6:30 and just let him drive across town for no reason. Unprofessional and judgemental

Went in for a covid test (negative) was met with love n kindness... The nurses n receptionists are tops! I hope they stay there forever 😉I could only give a score of 10 online but I can definitely say theyre 100+ in my book! Drs are outstanding too! 😉

Waste of time, they say to be there at 615. Got here at 6:10. Then they say “we just had 4 walk ins from the time I called to the time I made it.” About 15 minute drive. A heads up about “if four people come during that time they can’t see me.” Would have been a nice heads up!

The nurse that took my vitals was very kind. She made me feel at ease and I was very nervous when I arrived. Dr Emily came in and was awesome. She immediately discovered what was wrong and got me taken care of. The entire staff that I encountered treated me with genuine respect and cared for my well-being. It was clean and overall one of the easiest and pleasant visits I have ever had . THANK YOU

It’s really nice you can schedule an appointment online, when you’re super sick and not in a place to wait hours at an immediate care that really makes a difference. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean. Hopefully I don’t have to return for a while, but the next time I do catch something I know needs to be seen quickly I will be back!

Had a wonderful experience with our first trip to physicians immediate care for urgent care. We were able to upload all our documents and complete the online registration, we sat in the car awaiting our call as instructed. The website gave us a number of how many patients were before us which was nice to have. They called us before we entered the building to verify our information, we then went in and were met by pleasant front staff, a radiology tech took our vitals and was very nice…she gathered the initial visit complaints and then our provider was in a few minutes later. From the point we made it into the exam room to discharge was maybe 20 minutes. Our appointment was completed way before our appointment time, since we were there and registered early- (we didn’t know the process). Our provider was through with her exam and we had a diagnosis and medication at our pharmacy to pick up on our way home. No hiccups- just streamlined care. Thanks to all that made us feel better! ❤️‍🩹

My experience at Physicians Urgent Care was great! Staff was extremely caring and friendly. They took great care of my son and genuinely seemed concerned for him. I was in and out quickly and got his prescription quickly as well. This place is awesome! Thanks Physicians Urgent care!

I had a great experience through and through. Easy appointment set up and registration. Not a bad wait time for how many people they were serving. Nurse was quick and to the point. Dr. Brick was super nice and was ready to answer any questions I had.It was my first visit here and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I scheduled the appointment online at 9am. I was given an appointment time of 2:02 arrive 15 min early. I stayed in my car and checked in. Then they called me and did an assessment. At the end, they said you can come in to room 4. I went inside straight to my room. The MA was great and so was the Dr. Less than 20 minutes total. I highly recommend this clinic!!!

Wait time was minimal. staff friendly and knowledgeable. was able to get x-rays and diagnosis fairly quickly

Physicians Immediate Care was so great! They were one of the only urgent care centers in the area open on Easter Sunday and they were very efficient with all patients. Tracy Mitchel was very nice to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff were also so pleasant and worked very hard to reduce wait time and get patients in and out the door.

Nice place. Clean. Well kept. Front desk staff was great. Quickly did the registration. Personable. She spoke kindly to us and all the people that checked in after us. Medical staff worked quickly and were very nice. Easy to make an appointment on line. Needed a sports physical for my daughter’s school. They even had an online $10 discount, running a special this month. Very please with everything.

I almost missed my appointment! Got there in the nic of time! I was able to walk in and go straight to the exam room. The lady that took my vitals was personable and thorough. And the provider, she was awesome! Kind compassionate, knowledgeable all around pleasant soul. I had been having a rough day on top of running late and being sick. Unexpectedly, This Dr. Visit definitely lifted my spirits!I was in and out so quickly, got meds to take care of my sick at home (hopefully, looking good so far) instead of acquiring an ER bill! She even understood what I was asking for when I couldnt get the words out! Ive got anxiety and shes got great people skills.If I could have Erin Brick (I think thats right) as my Primary I would never dread Dr.s visit again.Keep up the good work! You guys are so very very appreciated!Overall 10/10 will recommendWill definitely drive the 25 mins if needed, to be treated with the respect understanding and care that I was.Thank you Urgent Care Team!!!

The online reservation was quick and easy. Once we arrived, we stayed in our car (like we were advised) and they sent us a text telling us they were ready for us to come in and what room number. Our nurse was fantastic! She made my daughter (age 6) very comfortable and relaxed. My daughter is not a fan of COVID-19 or strep testing but she was so sweet and explained everything to my daughter when she asked questions. The doctor was extremely thorough and he made sure to explain her diagnosis as well as treatment. On the way out, the crew was beyond sweet and again, made us feel at home. We were very happy with our treatment and the warm reception we received. Thank you all for making this doctor trip fast, simple and not scary for a 6 year old little girl (and her worried momma).

Physicians Urgent Care on Ireland has always provided my family the best care. I recently scheduled an appointment online and I was able to complete all my paperwork online, which I love. I was scheduled for 12:40 pm, arrived at 12:20, checked in, I was called to come in at 12:30 and was on my way back home by 12:40 pm. I was super impressed with the fast service and how friendly and professional everyone was. The nurse and doctor came in. took my child’s vitals and determined he had an ear infection. Literally, no wait time and my child received the care and prescription he needed in no time.

The front desk receptionist was giving off negative vibes. I walked in and she mentioned it was a 2/3 hour wait. If I desperately didn’t need my sons physical form I would probably have left but I stayed. I was in and out in 1 hour. I asked to fill out the registration form outside in my car and she said I couldn’t do that. I would have to fill out the form first then I could wait outside. 5 mins after I turned in my sheet more people walked in and another receptionist was super nice. Mentioned there might be a 2 hour wait and if they wanted to fill out the forms in there car they could, I would have rated higher if it wasn’t for the receptionist. I don’t understand why there are different rules for different people. There should be something standard set in place.

Physicians Urgent Care are efficient and effective, plus they all had a good attitude. I was checked in quickly and seen not long after, got tests done and had my diagnosis and prescription in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and am already feeling better the day after! Thank you!

We made an appointment at 2:50 and showed up at 2:35 as requested. We did not even get inside the clinic until after 4:00 and then waited another 45 minutes before we even saw the NP. I just don’t understand what the purpose of making an appointment is? I don’t think they stick to them. I picked the first available appointment, but I should have just went in whenever I was able too. They seem to prioritize walk-ins. The front desk ladies were a little rude and it just seemed to be mismanaged. The nurses and NPs were great and the care was excellent. Just don’t waste time with an appointment.

Came to this location for treatment of my shoulder. Was told by the very rude doctor that I needed to go to the e.r. for treament, due to the amount of pain I was in. Was there 10minutes,after waiting an additional 10 to complete my online check in. They were nice enough to charge me for a complete waste of my time and to be treated as if I was just there for pain medication. I will never step foot in this establishment again. So completely disgusted

I rushed my daughter here for an emergency after school and she was taken care of immediately by a kind and caring staff. Her condition was diagnosed within minutes and medication was prescribed. Additionally, my other kids were given popsicles while they waited. This will be our go-to urgent care from now on! Highly recommend.

I went here to be seen for mastitis that developed over the weekend. I received quick service, and the staff, nurses and doctor were all very kind and respectful. I was prescribed the medication I needed, and I was free to go. Whole visit took maybe 30 min.

I have taken my son here for 2 broken arms (one year apart) and my mom for a broken ankle- all spanning over the last 8 years. But yesterday was for me.When I arrived I was in pain. My Advil must have been wearing off and suddenly I was in a terrible state and really couldnt function. As I was sitting in the exam room waiting to be seen, I suddenly had stabbing ear pain. I was there for a strep test. I had been exposed several times at my work with small children (strep running rampant) and I had all the signs. I had a fever, aches, my skin hurt to touch, throat so sore and red, it hurt to swallow, glands swollen to where you couldnt see jaw bone, etc. Now, I was also nauseous. Long story short, after my exam the doctor or Nurse Practioner offered me a choice to have an injection of antibiotics and a syringe of oral steroids if I wanted. I said absolutely! They also gave me some meltaways to put under my tongue for nausea. I could barely drive home but I did. I went straight to bed in full sweatshirt and pants and my fever was 102. I slept for 3 hours and woke up sweating like crazy. I had broken the fever. I awoke and felt 50% human again, just 3 hours later.I am so grateful to the doctor/Nurse Practioner for going above and beyond. While I cant remember being this sick for a very long time, I have never been offered more than the standard oral antibiotic for 5 or 10 days. I should mention that I am also continuing with an oral antibiotic as well, prescribed as part of my treatment. BUT, I feel the extra interventions that were given to me in the office yesteday were pivotal for me feeling better and boosting the healing process. It turned out that I had strep throat and a double ear infection. I am not 100 % and its only 24 hours later, but Im probably 65% better and no pain. Im so grateful! Also, you can make your appointment online. I waited only 10 minutes in the waiting room. My wait was because they couldnt find my check-in (which I did from home) on their computer. Turns out I made my appointment for the following day but they took me anyway! Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend.And on a side note- regarding the previous families broken bones. All 3 times we had to follow up with an orthopedic doctor and all 3 times they were always very happy with the way the bones were set or in the ankle case, not set and rather a very supportive boot prescribed by Physicians Urgent Care.

I feel that my family uses Physicians Urgent care more than our primary Dr. It’s so much closer, we are seen way quicker and we are always satisfied! I love the Ireland road branch! The Mishawaka location is amazing as well.

The lady at the desk was very friendly and got me right in. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Once back the nurse came in and also was very nice and helpful. Dr. Noel Moore was great and efficient and a very nice man.

The doctor or a clinical team associate was talking poorly and sarcastically loud enough about me that I could hear her through my patient room door. Ive never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely in a care giving facility in my life. Thankful for the kind nurse and Dr who did treat me but the other female associate should be reprimanded for her poor attitude and lack of professionalism.

Great facility! Better than my family doctor. Emily was great! They got me in on time and were very helpful.

Everyone was extremely nice and we were able to check in online and wait in the car. My 2 year old (non-verbal, autistic, and developmentally delayed) son took a fall and hurt his ankle. The staff at PUC on Ireland in South Bend had the nicest and most understanding staff. They were so patient with the fact he is unable to speak or understand simple directions, never once losing patience with him. This was my first time going to that location and Ill definitely be going to them again if needed in the future.

The assistant who took my vitals and the NP I saw were sooo kind. They listened to my concerns, validated my concerns, and gave me what I felt like was appropriate medical treatment. I’ve gone to this location many times and it’s usually this positive. I’ve only had one issue and that was with the male doc being kind of dismissive.

I had a very positive experience here, the staff was very kind and welcoming and the Doctor and his (assistant?) listened to me about an ear issue that had been plaguing me for over a year. I had been to a couple of other doctors that told me it wasn’t what I thought it was, and turns out it was! The issue is basically gone thanks to them. If I need urgent care again I will be back. Thanks for all your hard work!

Drive down the street to be seen by the other urgent care down the road. I should have canceled my appointment when a woman left angrily claiming they dont care to help.Honestly, the check-in process was quick and easy, the actual visit was too. I didnt have any complaints, and the provider told me my prescription would be at my local Walmart.After shopping, I went to check to see if my prescription had been received and how long it would take, but I was told they didnt receive it yet. So I go back to my car to check the paperwork and I found that the urgent care sent the prescription to the wrong Walmart. I took note of the time it was escribed 11:10 am.I called urgent care to see if they could send the prescription to the correct location. I remembered clearly telling them that the Pharmacy I go to was on the same road as this urgent Care. The person I spoke with told me that since it went to a different Walmart, the pharmacy tech would be able to transfer it.I walked back to Walmart and they checked with the other Walmart, but they hadnt received the escribe either. So I called at 11:57 am to this Urgent Care to ask if they can send the prescription again, to the correct Walmart. I was told they would call to confirm the pharmacy didnt receive it and send it again.At 12:20 pm I asked the pharmacy if they would check if they received the escript yet, but not yet. At 12:30 pm the pharmacy tech came to me as I stood waiting and asked me if maybe I give the urgent care another call. I asked if they could call on my behalf and confirm the prescription over the phone. She very kindly said they would.I sat down and waited and after some time, the tech came back and told me some unfortunate news, They said, the Physician could not be bothered and we would have to wait.Enough was enough, I waited over an hour just for the script to be sent. I hadnt demanded that the script be filled right away, I had been patient and waited, all I wanted was for the script to be sent so it can be filled.I promptly called this Urgent Care and I was irritated at this whole situation. The only thing I wanted was for the script to be sent, that was it. I knew it would take time to fill, I just didnt think it would take more than an hour to send an electronic prescription over to the pharmacy.The woman I spoke to over the phone was very rude. I told her that I waited over an hour and she argued back and said No, I saw you in her only 30 mins ago. Which I then read straight from the paperwork the exact time the escribe was transmitted. Then she try to blame me for the script being sent to the wrong pharmacy. I told her very promptly that was not true. I didnt even know the name of the location of the other Walmart. Her response was, Well everything cant be done on your time! Which I replied, I know, I just want the script sent, thats all.She retorts, WELL I SENT IT! She ends the call with, I hope you fall flat on your face, have a good day! and hangs up the phone.I went back to this location to let them know of the rude experience I had, and the receptionist claimed she will pass the message along to the manager. So If I hear back from the manager I will update this review.

Went for private issue..Was very pleased with the front deak ladySahara. She helped get us all registered. AnOur wait was not to long..Loved our gal who took care of us in the room. Very fun,an professional...An I always love that they take good care of my 80yrDad so well..Dr. was very quick,in an out..an had nice smile,an informed us well .Thanks to all of you :)

I made an appointment and checked in online. They had me wait in my car until it was my turn. They were very courteous andprofessional. They came back with my test results in about 10 minutes, and then I was on my way! FYI - the lights in the patient rooms are motion activated, so dont be alarmed when they shut off and leave you in the dark while youre waiting. Just wave your arms and theyll turn back on!

Meh. To clarify the medical staff is great. The doctor who has been treating me is so kind and understanding. My first visit there, I was not impressed with reception. Very unkind and rude. She may or may not have been aware of how she was coming off but if you’re in front of customers, you should be. It’s unprofessional.

I have gone to Pyhsician’s Urgent Care multiple times with my children over the past 13 years during hours when our pediatrician was unavailable. They have always been very professional, thorough, and friendly. I would recommend Physician’s Urgent care to any friend or family member. The late hours and weekends have been very appreciated and are convenient for my family.

The staff was very helpful and resolved the health issue my family member had on a Sunday. Insurance was accepted and cost us nothing. They also got the antibiotic prescription quickly sent over to our local pharmacy. Grateful to have such a great emergency health resource that isn’t the local hospital emergency room.

I went online and booked my appointment time. They sent confirmation and a reminder.However when I got there, they were really running behind. I was getting cold waiting in the car, so I texted in and told them to cancel my appointment. I was in pain sitting and although I certainly understand during these times them being behind, I just wanted to go home.These marvelous people called me before I was 7 minutes away and told me that if I wanted to come back, they would be happy to see me. I was thrilled. I was seen quickly and helped. I managed to get my Rx filled at my local pharmacy and within 2 hours was feeling relief. You have a great team there and I will be singing their praises.I only wish I could bake them cookies to say thank you!!Will you tell them for me?They were so kind.....God bless...

The woman that took vitals and got my chest X-ray was very polite and caring. Dr. Jarrod was very warm and kind also. I appreciated that when he came in the room, he made eye contact, even with his mask on you could see that he was smiling. He didn’t act like he was in any hurry to move on. He will make a great physician any where he goes with an attitude like that! The only problem was the time it all took. I guess an ED would have been just as long if not longer, but from the time Dr. Jarrod assessed me and said someone would be right with me was way too long as they were not busy.

Best urgent care experience ever! Everyone is super nice and good at their job. The entire place is kept very clean. I was in and out quickly, even with getting X-rays. If you need to go to urgent care, go here!

On Monday July 4th I’m not sure of her name, but she was wearing glasses and was at the front desk. She was really respectful, kind, and caring. She was showing compassion to the patients walking in/checking in. I appreciate her professionalism! Best I’ve ever seen! Would come again!

They get me right in. Very friendly. Waited 5 minutes in exam room. Answered my concerns. Did Covid test it wasa cake walk. Results in 5 minutes. Couldnt of been better! Top notch! Satisfied customer.Clean upkept facility.

I was greeted by a very nice & patient receptionist. The nurse who took my vitals & symptoms made me feel like she really cared about how I was feeling. The doctor was sincere & explained things in laymans terms. The discharging nurse explained all my paperwork to me. Awesome customer service!! This will be my go to place for my Urgent Care needs in the future!!

My experience was apositive one. The staff when l first arrived was professional and put me at ease.The procedure performed was quick. After the procedure the PA explained the results and other actions l could take on my own.The entire visit was one l would recommend to others and repeat myself

My 1st time going there. To my surprise I was quickly helped. Not really a wait at all. All the staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Nothing like years ago going to an emergency clinic/center and being taken care of quickly.

Was able to register online for a Covid test. After notifying I arrived, I was quickly sent to a room where the test was also quickly administered. Test results came back in 20 minutes. All personnel were friendly and professional. Greatly appreciated that! Amazed at how quick this was transacted. Thank you!

Easy check in process, attentive and thorough nurses. Unfortunately thats where the good ends. I was seen on a Wednesday, prescribed an antibiotic for dispense on Friday. I had an issue with the antibiotic prescribed (I have drug allergies anyway so its not surprising with a new antibiotic Ive never taken) called the following Monday for something different. My call was ignored..never returned. Nothing sent to pharmacy. Now my initial symptoms are worse with no help from the care facility who saw me. Now Im back to fighting to get an acute appointment with my primary care doc. PUC is fine upfront but dont expect any follow through if you have problems. Id give one star but the support staff were great.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was polite. They responded quickly and efficiently. Every time I have been there I have been met with the same standards of excellent care

We liked the opportunity to find out our CoVid test within 10min of being tested. I liked the doctor who did my examination. Service is not the reason for 4 stars. Four stars because we waited over 2 hours for my husband to be tested. I had to register before he was done and we ended up in the parking lot for 4 hours. But, that’s the price for getting rapid results!

DO NOT go here for urgent care. First of all there is a note on the door saying they will call the police if you speak harshly or swear at the staff. There’s a reason for that. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I am sure plenty of people have had some ugly words for her. She speaks at you like you are a bother, putting her out. She refuses to help in any way, sends a link to your phone & very firmly tells you to go to your car, do the paperwork thru the website then wait in the car for 3 hours and do not leave or you will not be seen. I have very bad eyesight so forms are difficult on my phone. I had to beg for hard copies to fill out. When I was done I sat down and was collecting my stuff to go to my car when she yelled at me “YOU CANNOT STAY IN HERE. YOU HAVE TO GO TO YOUR CAR!” I simply said “hun, I am sick. I can’t breath. I move slow and have to stop frequently. I went to my car, made some calls and went to the South Bend clinic on Day Rd where I got in right away.

My hubby and I were really sick. Great care. Low wait time. Wonderful staff. She listened to us. Will definitely go back if we get ill again!!!

Got called to be checked by their staff in a reasonable time. Everyone was really friendly and the doctor took the time to explain what he diagnosed and the prescriptions. Everyone seemed to genuinely care despite only being in the exam room for less than 30 minutes!

The physician assistant was very kind and helpful in taking care of an issue we had been trying to solve for a week. He listened and showed a true commitment to caring for my granddaughters needs. He expedited her care so that I could get her to another appointment in a timely fashion. I am very thankful to him and would definitely recommend this Urgent Care center to those I come in contact with.

Made my Appointment online. Easy. Was early for my appointment. They got me right back. Loved the nurse who checked me in. Down to earth and easy to to talk. PA Rachel was great as well. In and out.

The receptionist was great. The nurse was great. And the physician was great. The only problem Was that they were short-staffed? The Physician performed a surgery procedure all by herself. I have never had a procedure performed where there was not someone to help the physician. As to not contaminate her gloves. She had to go to the door and yell for assistance. They are severely understaffed.

They were very good assisting on a mask fit test, very friendly. The nurse was new and doing a great job! They even worked me in to help with back pains after my fit test was over! The staff and the doctor were all very kind.

The doctor was great! The nurse was nice he was super fast and efficient. Not much for talking. But the fact the doctor gave up some time for me shared some life experiences it was great. I got a positive covid result, and he was so positive and told me exactly what I needed to do!

As is to be expected with any urgent care facility, lots of waiting. However, they did have a way to text when ready and an online registration to help ease the wait. Service was friendly, knowlegable and professional. Once in a room, the waiting was minimal and check out was quick. It would be nice to get in as quickly, but in urgent care that is not practical.

This is my go to facility for all of my families needs! The staff is always friendly and efficient, you can tell they do the best they can! This last visit we had Karen as our nurse and Dr whaley, they handled my son and I same time! We couldnt be more pleased with our care! Its staff like Karen and the doc that keeps us coming back! Thank you for caring for our community!

The only doctor that day, Kenneth Scott, had the best bedside manner and actually prescribed exactly what I needed (not always the case in my experience). He had patience with my questions and took the time to tell me some things about my condition that I didnt know! Very long wait time tho....

The staff was prompt and attentive. The physician was very concerned and very helpful. If I cant get in to see my PCP I would definitely come see them again.

Worst experience in my entire life when I went into this practice. Had to wait over an hour to be seen, when I was seen by the NP he made me feel extremely uncomfortable by absolutely staring at me for several mins straight in the eyes and was handling my foot inappropriately! I simply wanted to get X-rays because my foot feels broken and is hurting more than it did when I first broke it and to rule out any infections because it is burning! However I left asap, reported the incident to a different location, asked to be seen at a different location, I sent an email and never heard back from anyone.

The care was OK but dont let the name fool you. It may have urgent care in its name but they may not bill insurance as an urgent care making it so insurance may not pay. Still a fight Im dealing with. I would not recommend them because of this major issue that may result in unexpected out of pocket expenses.

I checked on online and arrived 20 minutes early. Filled out my paperwork and was called back shortly after. Nurses were great and doctor was very helpful. Answered all my questions and they called in my scripts. They were ready before I arrived there. This is my second visit and Im very happy. The faculty was clean and tidy.

Priya and the nurses are wonderful. They were thorough and didnt assume I just had Covid. They took time to check everything. Best experience Ive had there... it would be a 5 star but the front desk staff was rude. I walked in unsure of procedure do to covid so I asked how check in worked and she said well whats wrong with you. So I explained everything and she just stared at me. Then told me to sit and fill out paper work. Okay cool. As Im doing that I get a call from work and I take it. When the nurse calls me back I say I have to go and hang up. As I walk past the receptionist she states in the snotiest voice she can it would be nice if you could get off your phone long enough to be treated. If not you can leave. I know she heard my obvious work conversation. It was very obviously not a personal call considering I said have the client rescheduleI hope her day got better but maybe next time dont take it out on your customers.

My recent visit went well. The staff and the Drs were very kind, and I felt my health was important to them. The Drs were very personable, and I had a sense of trust in their care of me.

Made an appointment online and was sent a text for registration immediately. Registration was quick and easy. Once I arrived, the wait was less than 10 mins and the doctors and staff were all great!

My name is Kimberly Jones I’ve been sick for a year one visit at your office and I finally feel on the road to recovery thank you so much for being there and doing what you do I will always refer to you dr. James Diekema,PA whom was my physician thank you again so much I have not use my inhaler in the last three days I was able to run at work I have not run in over a year. It just feels good to feel normal again❤️

My wife took my 13 year old daughter for potential strep throat and the nurse practitioner allowed a test even though he didnt want to do so saying that she wasnt showing enough of the 5 signs of strep. When my wife asked him to name the signs he could only come up with 4 of them and my daughter actually fit 3 of those 4(really 4 of 5 once he finally remembered the last one.) The test was negative, and when my wife asked what type of panel they use (Abbott)she realized immediately that it was supposed to be subcultured due to the fact that she is running a microbiology department and had recently validated that panel for St. Joseph hospitals. He was going to do nothing and wasnt even aware that it needed sent for further testing especially since strep was going through my household at the time. Then he seemed to get defensive and said that he wouldnt treat her regardless. The next day we took her to the family doctor where she tested positive for strep and was issued antibiotics as she should have been. This place is a joke and the nurse practitioners are an even bigger joke. Never again will my family step foot in this establishment. My biggest regret is that I had to give you at least one star to write this review.

My first appointment there for 72 hour Covid test before international travel. I found the staff of on the phone before the appointment and during the appointment to be very efficient and very nice. Sitting in the car while waiting to be called to come in is, at this point, just ridiculous. Thats the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Such a great experience. I came here because my family doctor is sick and couldn’t see me while I’m sick. I scheduled my visit online. After filling out the necessary forms, I was seen within 5 minutes. I waited longer at the pharmacy than I spent at the office. It was so so great. I will use again without hesitation.

Horrible customer service! I had made an appointment for my daughter 24/hrs in advance for a COVID test, get there for the appointment while waiting in the car for about 10 minutes I get a TEXT stating that my daughter has a outstanding balance from a visit in 2017 and 2018 and she wont be seen until I come inside to pay it! So I go back inside ask for a statement of what they were talking about because pretty sure its her dads bill and his insurance from when he took her to the urgent care I have no idea what they are talking about and then was told I would need to call a billing number and they didnt have any of that information to share with me! So let me get this straight I make an appointment 24hrs in advance no one tells about an outstanding bill until I am waiting in the parking lot and I get a text and then you refuse my daughter a COVID test because of an old bill you can tell me nothing about! And yes despite me having insurance despite me already waiting 24hrs for her to get tested they refused to give her a COVID test!! I have had to calm down a bit since this incident but its not over!

Our Experience could not have been more awesome!Our PA Josh was thorough, direct, funny and very knowledgeable. Our Nurse, Karen was right there carrying out her duties, kind and very expedient. For not feeling well, including the young lady that checked me in, they couldn’t have been any nicer and straight forward! Absolutely, I would choose this kind group of 3 to care for me!

I made an appointment and went straight there. Waited maybe 3or 4 minutes while I registered on my phone. After being called back the xray tech and the NP who took care of my daughter were incredible. So kind, explained and showed everything to all 4 kids I had with me. The NP checked the xray, had radiology check then called his MD for a 3rd look to be sure. The educated my kiddos thru sight and touch!! Then upon leaving reception gave the kids popsicles!! This was hands down the best Urgent care experience I have ever had!! Thank you all so much for exceeding expectations and going above and beyond!!

I took my daughter because she been having a fever and found out she had the flu. Well she seen a doctor named Alex he was friendly kind and patient. I thank him for that because my daughter does not like the doctor. Happy holidays 🙏

Donny the PA was wonderful and very concerned for my daughters health that he asked that I call and let him know her outcome since he sent me to the emergency room thinking she had a appendicitis. He was right she had surgery in the morning. He called me to check on her next morning at 7am. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that one nurse told me if I came to the clinic to make sure it was earlier then 5mins til 8 when they closed. I felt that was rude and that she did not know my situation. I had just came home from work and my daughter was in pain and I didnt finish parking when she met me by my truck and said she wanted to go to the doctor. So I took her there not thinking I was gonna get grief from that one nurse. But overall Donny and other staff was great.

Physicians urgent care is amazing they are fast, professional and very good at what they do they got me in and out very fast and diagnosed me just by looking at my face I had cellulitis on my cheek from popping a pimple and then wearing the same mask for a few days and my face started to swell and had a black dot in the middle of all the swelling and my skin looked liked something was eating away at it so I figured it was mrsa or cellulitis and the doctor knew right away and prescribed me antibiotics and when I got to the pharmacy they were ready in 10 minutes I am very thankful for you guys at Physicians urgent care..everyone was very nice and sweet to me I will always go there as a first choice 😁 I recommend them to everyone who has a problem that needs to be fixed fast they are the best! Thank you all at Physicians urgent care I appreciate the great fast service I received god bless you all ❤️

Being someone who typically avoids walk-in clinics, I was extremely pleased with Physicians Urgent Care! I was able to check the wait time at home before I even left, waited for only 20 minutes in the waiting room (which is a pittance compared spending the entire day at most walk-in clinics when youre feeling awful). I was back in a room, treated quickly and out the door in less than an hour total. The staff was efficient, intelligent and friendly. Im not anticipating getting sick again but I know where to go when I do.

I scheduled an appointment with physicians urgent care in south bend for 8/31/21 at 6:50pmThey were friendly, efficient & very nice to meI was called back right away & had X-rays of my ribs. Then back to the room. The doctor came in within 5 minutes & gave me results of X-rays & I was released by 7:15. I’m very happy with my experience there!

A five star for dr and tech, but a1 for front desk. Every time we visit the front desk - 2 different people have not been personalable at all and makes you totally feel like - “Why are you bothering me?! Here, fill this paperwork out and - Don’t you even dare ask a question because- that’s NOT why I’m here! “So sad because we’ve never had a BAD experience with drs, nurses, techs at all! They go above and beyond and very personalable .People in these positions should work in an in environment that they don’t have to deal directly with people. Because it’s obvious they don’t like dealing with people and don’t think it MATTERS, but it does! 😢

I do not recommend these places for drug testing, etc. If samples are lost, and you have to retest it is not a simple process to go to either of the sites. You will have to register at each separate location, and long wait times, which only delays results bc of errors that you have no control over.

I have been having a good experience with urgent Care until my last visit. As usual I went and checked in, they asked me to wait in the car. After waiting for 2 hours they called me to inform me that they couldnt offer the services that I wanted. They should have told me this in the first place. Unfortunately they had already charged me. It has now been two weeks and every time I call to enquire about the refund they have a different story. They should not have charged me or made me wait in the car. At this point Im not even sure whether theyll ever refund my money.

Had to register 3 times for my appointment. Twice it said it went through but didnt. Finally completed on 3rd try. Suggestion if a patient has been to the facility in the last year and has no changes, the registration process should be shorter and quicker. I shouldnt have to take pucture of my license and insurance card each time if no change

Medical staff was awesome however, the process could definitely be improved. Instead of making the medical staff look in cars for each patient, why don’t you text the patient to go to a certain parking space or at least get a description of the patient’s vehicle So the medical staff isn’t looking all over the place! All you are doing is adding more of a wait time for each individual patient because the medical staff wasting time trying to find the patient! I greatly appreciate it the fact that you have a rapid Covid test so we didn’t have to wait for days in quarantine for no reason but I did not appreciate the three hour wait time!

My PA Leslie was very good, and very caring. Service was timely. I had to get X-rays which also was timely. I made an appointment ahead of time, so my wait was minimal. All in all, I could not have been happier with the overall experience.

The first time I was here 6/16 bc my son was sick with the flu. They were understaffed and we waited an hour to get into a room, but they told us as much when we got there. The doctor and medical assistant were wonderful with my autistic son. I cant remember their names unfortunately. I usually dont mind when doctors are running behind bc it often means the provider really takes their time to listen to the patient. This was definitely the case.They were also just as lovely when I had to come back and be seen yesterday bc my son had to share his illness haha. I only waited a cpl minutes this time, super quick.This is definitely my first choice for urgent care in the sb/Mishawaka area.

Not really sure how to rate this. They were friendly for the most part, though the lady at the front desk seemed very unenthused about being there, like everything was a chore. I filled out paperwork and waited my turn (only about 20-30 minutes) only to go into an exam room and THEN told I couldnt be seen because I was there with motorcycle related road rash. They refunded my co pay but it was time I could have spent getting help elsewhere.

Great experience at the south bend location on E Ireland rd. Got in quickly, and checking in online helped. Had great care for my daughter who strained her ankle. The nurse practitioner, I think his name was Kieth Scott, was great. They didn’t have the correct size crutches but they called over to the Mishawaka clinic and we were able to pick them up there. Highly recommend this location.

Dr. Whaley is a nice doctor. The office staff, Leanne specifically, is problematic. The process in getting an existing prescription to Alicks Med was a nightmare. I was continuously hung up on. I have since had negative effect to the prescribed nebulizer in which it tells me to call the physican. Each time I have called, they say they dont have record of me ever being at that location and that they will have the doctor reach out. This is a lie and absolute negligence and disservice!! I was even threatened to have the cops called on Me by the office Staff because they dont serve disgruntled patients!!!! I wonder why Im disgruntled!?!

Got an appointment the next day. Had to wait 45 minutes after appointment time, but thats a lot less than at most doctors offices. Very pleased with the personnel. Received good treatment. Very happy with my experience!

My second time at this urgent care. Good experiences both times. Staff was pleasant and the doctor was generally concerned, provided the diagnosis, made suggestions, and provided a prescription. The only thing was I had a long wait after seeing the doctor to be handed my papers and having the information reviewed. (They were not busy)

The supervisor is very rude to his/hers clients. I came in earlier this morning and she was answering everybody with an attitude, including me! We literally just come in to try and get our things done and out the way. It is not our fault that she woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. Very unprofessional.

My visit was more than I expected from an Urgent Care. It didnt take as long as I had thought. They were so caring thorough and comforting. The doctor explained everything clearly. I dont have a doctor because I had just moved to the state, by dinner time I had a referral and follow up appointment. Im so thankful I went to Physicians Urgent Care.

After our Dr office was full, I went to physicians to be checked out. On Saturday morning they said I was fine & to use an inhaler for my cough. By Monday I was miserable with a chest infection and a RUPTURED eardrum. Im on the mend now with enough meds to heal a horse.Unless you know exactly what is wrong with you, exactly what you need, & have no other options I would NOT recommend this facility.

I can’t sing enough praises about my care today. Haley was my PA and went above and beyond on the day after Thanksgiving to help me with my issue. She even called my doctor in Michigan several times. She talked to her Regional Director. I do not believe you can teach empathy or compassion, and I honestly wished Haley was my Doctor and I could always see her. So so wonderful!!! The two girls at the front desk were amazing too. Everyone was. And it was busy. 5 stars. Thank you Haley and team.

Great care! Emily is as extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I arrived shortly before closing and my wait was less than 30 minutes!

We chose PUC because they are kind and caring. My husband and I wanted to verify our covid test result. Online checkin was easy and fast. We waited in the car, then went right into a room. Very short visit but did not skimp on the care and explanations.

I had a nasty gash/puncture that required stitches. Right in my tattoo! The PA Rachel said she didnt think she could save the tattoo art! Ugh! Well she went to work and stiched me up! Guess what tattoo saved! She did a great job!!!! Yea its just a tattoo 🙄 but it means something to me and she took the time to save it! Shout out to her skills!

Went there for a decently deep cut on my thumb and waited 1.5 hours to get 5 stitches. And the training doctor had horrible bedside manners and couldn’t put on his gloves properly. Didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. Also gave me 6 shots in my thumb to numb it which seemed excessive. Overall, I won’t be going back there.

Thank You So Much for taking care of My Special Needs Adult Son. The Front desk was Wonderful. The NP who saw My saw was Very Caring and Thorough. Both Covid Tests Negative Yeah!!2 days after the until appt the NP called to see how my Son was Feeling. Gave Me Great Advice to Help Him. Thank You So Much🤗❤️

I cut my index finger and needed stitches. I made an appointment online got there 15 minutes early to do paper work as they requested that and was in the exam room at the time the appointment was made for. Everyone seemed professional. Was in and out in less than an hour. I recommend making an appointment online. It beats waiting. A few stitches cost 275 bucks which I thought was a lot, but the service was quick. Better than Medpoint.

Everyone was so friendly and nice to me! Everyone from Stacy the receptionist, to the blonde nurse, to Brent the radiologist to the Doctor herself. Everyone was super nice and made me felt comfortable even with a broken ankle (my first broken bone ever in the r2 years of my existence! ). Im from out of state visiting and they took care of me as if they were my family physician for years! I wish I could take this incredible staff back home to Cleveland with me!

I went in for a strep test on Ireland Rd. yesterday (01/08/20) at 9:30am. Wait was quick. Doctor was fast, got me what I needed, and I was out in less than an hour. I took away one star because the medical assistant or physicians assistant I had was horrible. She was very impatient, shook her head and rolled her eyes constantly, seemed annoyed I was so sick. I had to opt out of the flu test last minute because I did not feel safe with her giving it to me. At least try to be nice to people when you are assisting sick people.

Wow wow wow. Went here after being recommended by neighbor as well as consulting their website and double checking what services they offered. They listed exactly what was needed. When we arrived, we were faced with by far the rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered. It took all restraint not to absolutely explode on him with his unprofessional attitude. (Brent). This was unfortunately a preview of the nurse and doctor as well. When we made it to the exam room they explained that “we’re honestly confused why you came in today, as we don’t provide any of the devices you asked for.” They proceeded to be as rude as possible. By far the most irritating thing was paying before any service rendered ... we paid $150 for blood pressure check, some rude workers, and no help. Lovely isn’t it?

Went in with my ankle the size of a baseball. The PA walked in looked at it and said we’ll X-ray that, anything else hurt? I told him my right knee. He looked at me and walked out of the room. When the X-ray tech came in she asked what had happened. When I explained my fall she said she was surprised it was just my ankle that hurt. I told her my knee hurt also and she asked if I had told the PA because he didn’t have anything written down about that. She had to go tell him she thought he should X-ray my knee also. As I went back to the exam room from the X-ray room I passed the PA sitting at a desk, from there he told me nothing was broken and he’d have someone give me a brace before I left. That was it - no instructions- he never checked range of motion or even touched my ankle or knee!! Huge waste of time!!

Went for an x-ray for my wrist. Waited about 15 minutes to be seen. The staff was very kind and gentle. They did a great job of helping my problem. Was in and out in a little over an hour. Would recommend to anyone in need of care.

I arrived with my son at 9am for a Covid test. 3 1/2 hours later he was swabbed. At this point we were told the machine takes 25 minutes to run. An hour and a half later we got the results. For as many people as were working, it was very inefficient. We had to sit in the parking lot the whole time. I can’t imagine had I had my little ones with me!

Excellent care & very friendly staff. Dr Whaley is such a caring, awesome, & cool MD. Took his time with any questions that have & explained everything in full details. Highly recommend this urgent care.

I made an appointment to see a doctor because I had been sick for over 2 weeks. I had my vitals taken and a strep test done. I waited over an hour before someone finally came in. Dr. David Fellows was his name. He was very short with me and seemed irritated. This “doctor” spent all of 3 minutes in the room with me to tell me my strep test was negative and he pretended to listen to my lungs OVER the winter coat and sweater I was wearing. He told me there is nothing wrong with me and said to wait it out. I do not recommend going here unless you want to waste your time and feel of no value. Now I am still sick and cannot leave work again for another appointment bc the time I used to go here was wasted.

Well, after seeing the Nurse and Dr I should bump up to 3 but you are viewed by us as we first walk in. Idk who the receptionist black lady is but wow if her eyes could roll a little further they’d be stuck. So rude! How do we keep rude people in customer service? I bit over priced for sure and never gave me and sort of test to see what was going on with me. I walked out with more answers than when I came in.

Arrived. One person in front of me. Waited half an hour in waiting room. Got to my room waited another 1.5 hrs. Attending physician was working on the computer while I waited in the room. I told him that I couldn’t wait much longer, and then magically I was able to be seen. Fact I said I was probably going to ask for a refund to go somewhere else. Not sure why paperwork takes precedent over a patient. But that’s what happened here.

Hands down the best urgent care you can go to. They actually listen to you and figure out what is wrong. Amazing people. One woman even walked me all the way to my car because i was crying. I thought that was really sweet. Thanks to everyone there.(Also ignore the user name green bean lol my kid has somehow changed my whole google thing)

Needed xrays. Made appointment. Intended to go to Mishawaka but was unaware the number my insurance gave me was a central number? and was scheduled for South Bend. Went inside. I was asked if I was there for COVID test which disturbed me. If I needed a COVID test I would have called before coming in. Three employees behind the small plexyglass reception area and 1 had her masked pulled down. Also disturbing. All rooms were taken. Employee tried to do evaluation in waiting area and then several more people came in and I was refused care. I drove an hour 1 way and took time off work. I could not even fathom that I might be refused care. If I get COVID from this, become crippled or die due to a blood clot or infection I suppose no one at this facility will care. I would not be a bit surprised to get a bill or find out they claimed on my insurance.

VERY poor customer service. Was first person their that morning before 8 am the sign said new COVID-19 hours are 8 am till 430 pm. They didn’t open their doors until 815 am. Waited after the check in for a half hour before I was called back and remember I was the first person there. Didn’t get out until after 9 and I was only there to give a urine sample

The front desk staff was beyond rude. She was condescending and extremely rude from the time we approached the desk. The nurse or medical assistant was very inappropriate. The physician was wonderful!! The rest of the staff leaves alot to be desired!!

Great experience - PA was super friendly and listened to complaints/questions. Technician was also very nice. Front desk very business like and not too friendly.

I went in for something fairly simple. I needed a prescription for an infection and they persuaded me to purchase tests which amounted to $290, but then never took any tests. They made me wait in the room for over an hour and then gave me an injection without any explanation. This shouldnt have been a difficult visit but I left feeling taken advantage of and ripped off.

I went for a covid test and was very impressed by the kindness, care, and efficiency of the entire staff. The wait wasn’t long even though I was a walk-in patient. The physician let me know what he though my diagnosis was which was a big help. Definitely 5 stars service and I’m grateful.

I have been to this location and the one by the mall. Both have been very good to me and my children when we need immediate care. Very nice staff. No long wait times. I always get ingrown toe nails and they cut them out for me. Ive had this problem my whole life and it hurts really bad when you get them every time they grow back. Last time she cut off half my toe nail, which is what they normally do, and she damaged the nerves or something in there so the toe nail will not grow back into my skin. Its been awhile now and it has not grown back into my skin. Thank god. But I have another one now and will be going there today because its also infected and I am limping. I hope to get great service again, like always, and hope they do the same thing with this toe so that I dont have to deal with it being an ingrown toe nail again and painless.

Great, quick service. Everything explained each step of the way. The Nurse Practitioner was skilled, knowledgeable, personable, and highly professional. Her assistants were likewise top-notch.This was my second visit to this location, and the experience has been very satisfactory both times.

I went in with a cut on my hand and when they went in to put the needle in to put the lidocaine in she was digging around in my hand pressing down with the palm of her hand she just kept on digging around in different spots while I am screaming am crying finally my husband screamed enough is enough, so yeah I didnt get my stitches I needed, they just bandaged me up.. The woman was very nice I just dont think she has enough experience. My hand hurt way more by the time I left. She said she got a little lidocaine in there but she didnt I felt everything my hand is so so sore. I pray to God I dont get an infection from the way she was digging. I honestly should have got my money back

This is without a doubt the worst urgent care facility I have ever been too. That includes all of my years going to military health facilities. Waited for 3 hours to be seen. Watched as 8 other people come as walk ins and be slotted in front of me in line. I was shaking so badly from the flu that I hurt my old back injury. I asked the front desk for anything to help control it but I was dismissed. The provider later told me she would have given me something if she had know. So now Im sitting here taking pain meds the next day for my back. Thanks.

The staff was great . Very welcoming. Np Mr. Scott was awesome. Good bedside manners. He made me felt like he was about the patients needs and concerns. Thank you all for your services.

Urgent Care is rarely an experience that inspires a reaction of saying to oneself wow, that was really nice. Im glad I did this! But the staff and system of Physicians Urgent Care on Ireland have always delivered efficient, friendly, and most importantly, high quality care. I wont go anywhere else.

First experience (shortly after they opened) was good. Second trip was very different. Made an appointment online hoping avoid a long wait. When we entered, name was already on the board, so we checked in . . . and waited for everyone else in the lobby to be seen first! There were people who came in after we did who were called back before us. Why make an appointment when it means nothing???

. . . at 1:11 attempted to send prescription electronically. At about 3pm I arrived at Walgreens to find out I needed to call and request a phone in. Follow-up people. The medical part of visit was 5 STAR. Wasting my time because of poor processes is Unacceptable.

The provider that saw my son, Christina Ondercin- was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Thanks again, Christina! It was great having someone that ACTUALLY CARES!!

Staff is very pleasant. They get you in and out in a timely manner without making you feel rushed. Very thorough and answer any questions you may have.

Was at your urgent care on Ireland road on 06/04/2020 and was treated very kind. Nurse practitioner told me what he suspected was going on, explained why he could not order the must have tests and advised me to speak in length about my health issues with my family doctor. Very pleased with the treatment but being in pain still and unable to function as im used to is still bothering me, but I understand why they cant do more than they did.. will continue to use your services

I feel like the staff was helpful but irritated in doing so. The doctor that took a look at me was kind of insulting, I waited 3 hours for a 15min look even though I made an appointment.

The Dr. made me feel like I was there because of allergies and nothing more, I am pretty sure I have lyme disease which he looked at me and said I have symptoms of malaria but couldnt think of anything else. I asked how quickly blood work would be processed and was told 48 hrs. Its now 72 hrs later and the receptionist tells me it could take up to 7 days to get back. If I wait 7 days nerve damage will set in. I dont have insurance and I cant afford to go somewhere else. Find somewhere with much faster and friendlier service.

Very rude staff, said hi to the nurse who took me back she didn’t even respond nor told me where to go. She ordered me about and shoved me around. She couldn’t even get into the computer system so she was writing my information on down on a STICKY NOTE. They barely told me what was wrong just gave me some printed off papers. I asked for a note for work and she gave me one saying I could return the next day. The papers they had given me told me to NOT return to work or school until my fever was gone. I asked them to change it and they gave me the same note back with out saying ANYTHING to me and walked away before I could even speak. I heard Beacon has MUCH better urgent care facilities.

THE ONLY REASON THERE IS 1 STAR IS SO THAT I COULD BE ABLE TO POST MY STORY! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE ! I came in on a Saturday to have my TB test read FULLY EXPECTING TO WAIT. After a 2 hour wait I was called back, had my TB read and was taken to do my vitals for the physical I also needed. Upon the dr coming into my exam room and reviewing the documentation my college had provided me for the physician to complete, I was basically told she couldnt fill out any of the forms AND THEN advised me she couldnt do anything until I had had my TB done and read....See above I had already had this done! When I attempted to explain that I had already had it completed and read , the dr was VERY argumentative with me to which I responded in the same manner. I was then told that she was going to see a different patient and would come back to my room when my attitude changed! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Needless to say I WILL NOT be returning to this location NOR WILL I BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE!

Went in for Covid testing due to having symptoms. People at front desk were kind and nonjudgmental. I tested positive for Covid. I was just concerned about lack of protection worn by the assistant and physician after my diagnosis. Just a mask and gloves. No gown or eye protection so I was concerned for their safety and other patents after me.

If you are sick never use this place. Staff is unprofessional and Drs are not qualified they told me there was nothing wrong with me and I am still coughing until i throw up even though dr told me to take over the counter meds which are not helping. I was told to come back in 3 days no thanks. Now if you want to wait 2 hours and be seen by the rudest Dr and staff who loves to socialize and laugh about own life then go here. Also to have one person in front of me and then not be able to talk to staff the person in front of me must have been famous or their friend. Staff knows how to have a good time laughing and joking but nothing else oh and run around with their coffee laughing and carrying on instead of caring about client. I will never use this place again

Had 2 people in front of me but still had to wait over an hour to have drug screening done for employment. Didnt even have to see the Dr. Front office emoyees were not friendly. The MA that brought me back was quick once I was able to get back there and very friendly.

Karen 1 and Karen 2 were absolutely kind hearted and amazing ladies!!! The front desk ladies were very patient and welcoming also. I will go back as needed. Thank you so much for caring.

The nurse that did the initial screening questions in the back, the doctor and X-ray technician were all wonderful. They were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable!

Very happy with the physician Assistant that examined me. She along with the entire staff was professional and courteous as always. I have used this facility before and will continue to do so in the future if need be!!! Thank you all !!!!

Short wait however the medical staff I saw was not concerned with the patients well being. Test, lab work was to be sent out but was not. This caused another visit to an emergency room and finally my family doctor who is performing lab work. They also did not forward my information to my Doctor. My Doctor called, I called and still did not forward the information. If you want accurate diagnosis do not go here.

I am so disgusted with my care here. I only came here because Friday my regular Doctor could not see me. I am pregnant and have been running a fever and have not been able to eat anything since Friday without it coming out one way or the other. I sat here for over 2 hours yesterday just to be tested for the flu which came back negative. My fever had broken at the office due to my OTC medicine. I was told i have an ear infection and possible stomach virus. I asked for a note for my boss and i was sent home with a note saying i was seen for an acute illness! On my discharge paperwork it says i have an acute ear infection, stomach pain, and nausea. Good thing my boss knows me better than to know i would call off for something minor. My teachers however, not so much! I work full-time and go to school, i would never risk all of that if it was not serious! Congestion, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever sound a little more serious if u ask me. I came here because the Doctors in the E.R. are trying to save lives and shouldnt be bothered with people who are sick but i highly regret my decision.

Given wrong information over the phone regarding a Covid test. The wait time was over an hour after I arrived... The staff refused to tell me beforehand if my insurance would cover the cost of the test or not, and they were not friendly whatsoever. I had a horrible experience and do not plan on going back.

Long wait times even with an appointment. Waited over 2 hours my last two appointments. This was the only option for me since I was searching for a new physician. They will charge your account without notification, even though they tell they will let you know the amount and when they will charge you.I needed Fmla paperwork filled out due to my chronic asthma and none of that information was included. Wasted $45.00.The young man at the front dek is very rude and lacks empathy. Needs much training in customer service.Fortunately, I have found a new physician and will not be going back to this facility.

This is not a good place to go! Made an appt and was told I was 2nd in line to see the doctor, but 4 different patients got seen before me and the nurse just said “oh sorry, our bad.” Waited over an hour in the waiting room, and then after seeing the doctor, the nurse “forgot to discharge” us and we waited over 30 mins in the exam room waiting for someone to come back. It’s also the second time I’ve been here and they also skipped me in line when I was here months ago.

The staff were amazing. I work in health care...... the computer system and processes are keeping them down. More automated EMR systems to be more effective in there processes. I do feel the lines and lack of inefficient processes has caused conflict with the COVID patients. I’ve see some atrocious things by the patients in lines. I believe this is caused by management’s efficiency and lack of technology applied to the process.

I had previously visited another Physicians Urgent location for an abscess on my knee (no Im not 65) and was not happy with the staff. That was not the case when I visited the South Bend location for my followup. Nurse Melissa and Dr. Ross were very helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and calmed my fears about mrsa. They were very supportive in my treatment and kept a light mood in the procedure room. I would recommend them to any one in a bind that needs immediate healthcare.

The piece of sh physicians assistant would not prescribe me Tamiflu because it was expensive. His words. Ive been feeling awful for days, he said Tamiflu within 72 hours of symptoms. Thats me!!! I wish I never came here.

Hi, I’m from out of town and the location near my house that I would traditionally visit has a line around the building by 6:30 am for the rapid result COVID testing and they only had about 50 tests available per day. Is your location typically this busy? Or do you think You would run out of rapid result tests if I arrived around 8am? Or would I be okay?

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING! I went for just a COVID test. I had no symptoms, but found this place online after I was in contact with someone who had symptoms. At no point did they let me know I was there for an office visit or that I would be charged for one. I didnt ask for an office visit. Yet, during the midst of a pandemic, when people are short on funds, they are charging me the full, high, amount of an office visit since I have a high deductible insurance. Ive read about these types of scams where they charge you for something you didnt ask for, but unfortunately not in time to avoid this scam. They refuse to reduce anything, though I could tell this is a frequent complaint from the person I talked to in billing. Avoid COVID testing here!!!!!

Hands down the best healthcare! Joanna is excellent! She has very detailed knowledge about what she is doing,and its clear she works very hard to keep herself informed.She takes time with her patients to make sure all bases are covered. Joanna is very professional and friendly.

This by far is the worst place Ive been to! My child is sick so I get off work check your website to be sure your open! Your open till 8pm, got there with 10mins to spare and we were denied being seen bc they were busy and close in 10mins. Im very disappointed, when you close at 8pm you take patients until then. Nowhere on the website does it say we stop accepting patients at a certain time. My child didnt need to be seen at the ER she just needed an antibiotic. You dont deny patients! This place is rude and I did let her know. So I got told I was rude in advance. Ok if Im rude for getting there before closing time and wanting my child to be seen so be it!! Your a doctor/nurse and denied a patient because your full. Maybe you should have extended hours during cold and flu season. I will be finding a coorperate office. Thats like you going into a store 10minutes before they close and they deny you bc you close in 10mins. I am a customer and you see ppl until closing time!

Took my son in for a high fever and complaints of a sore throat and ears. Figured it might be strep. When the doctor came in and tried to look in his ears he was very weary of things by or in his sore ears so the doctor proceeded to be overly physical with him and threatened my son. Dr. Ross should definitely have her medical license revoked! Never ever will I take my kids there again or recommend their service. Ill wait 3 hours at Medpoint! Absolutely horrible.

I went to the facility today at 1:00 p.m. with excruciating neck pain, so much at I was in tears. I missed work on Friday because of it. I tried ibuprofen, aleve, bengay and icy hot patches and it had only gotten worse by Sunday.The staff is nice enough however the attending physician decided to give me a shot of tornadol for pain that included a muscle relaxer. It did nothing. He told me he was going to send me home with a muscle relaxer and a synthetic pain reliever. The orders brought in by the nurse indicated that I take a muscle relaxer. She check with the physician, came in the room and with a pen crosses off the muscle relaxer The prescription I received was for just Valium. He said I was too tense and this would be better for me. I filled the prescription and bought a neck collar at Walgreens. I’ve taken 3 valium in three hours and have been wearing the neck brace. I’m beside myself in pain.I’m a 57 year old professional that obviously needed pain medication and the physician knew it bit skirted around it. I won’t go back and I can’t recommend going there based on my experience. My medical situation could have been resolved today with the proper prescribed medication and then I could have possibly been back at work tomorrow. That won’t be happening.As it turns out, I ended up in the E.R. later that evening. I was assesed and X-rays were taken of my neck and head area. It was determined that I have a sprained clavical. I was injected with 3 shots of morphine and Flexural and that only took the edge off. The physican sent me home with flexerial and Percocet which I will have filled today. He wanted me off of work for 3 weeks, I asked if we could start with one week. As of today, I’m still in a great of pain. Hopefully, it will get better in the next couple of days.In all fairness Physians Urgent Care, they just aren’t equipped to handle a situation like mine. They are Better suited for the common cold type of cases. As unpleasant as the E.R.may be, If your circumstances are severe, that’s where you need to go.

I had the first or second appointment of the day at 8:20am and was instructed to show up at 8:05. I sat in my car for a full hour before being seen by a nurse. However, once I got tested I got my results back in just 20 minutes.

I made an appointment was called in about 15mins after my scheduled time, the doctor and nurse were very nice and through and and 2yr old daughter liked them as they made her feel comfortable 😊 would definitely recommend this place

Waited 2.5hrs for a pre-employment urinalysis. The new Covid-19 sanitizing process must not be shared between the staff. One nurse was pre-screening patients and then sanitize everything, the next nurse sanitized nothing after each patient because she was too busy and had to get back to her phone

It was my first experience there. But, its been 3 days and I still dont have my prescription from Kroger on Western and still no referral for a Podiatrist.

The whole staff is super kind and helpful, definitely the best urgent care around that I’ve been to so far, thank you guys! Recommend 10/10 :)

Front desk receptionist was very kind & friendly, as well as the nurse! Quick & easy check in & out. Overall I love this place & always have good experiences!

The PA was very welcoming and helpful. She wanted to help us. She was thorough and took time explaining her procedures. She was very caring. Wish she could be our primary care doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I specifically asked for no extra services besides just an exam. They sent labwork without me knowing about it. I Didnt even pee in a cup for them. This caused the bill to skyrocket, and they TOOK $115 out of my bank account without notifying me of the extra services or the bill. When confronted, they said We cant do anything about it.Horrible. Treat you like you are just another object to make profit off of.

I went to Physicians Urgent Care for a drug screening for work and out of all the places I’ve been for screenings this one was one of the few great ones to go to. They were kind, respectful, and tried to help every patient whether they had an appointment or walk-ins.

I called to schedule an appointment over the phone they told me to come at 12:30pm...I get there they didnt have me down....the front desk was very rude and disrespectful when clearly there was a misunderstanding when i ask the question to see if my number they had was correct they accused me of been rude when i never did ... ...no sign of being sorry that i had been giving the wrong information.....i was trying to explain they cut me off and ask me to leave and i do have a witness i never came out of character......i will never go there again......Sad part is i just had surgery on Friday and need help.....another place in this corrupt city with poor service

I did not get tested at your location. I cant believe that you are taking advantage of sick people the way that you are when all other testing sights are free. When I was told that the Covid test would cost me $240, I left.

Im new to South Bend and felt extremely welcome and well cared for. They saw to my needs and were very careful with COVID-19 precautions. I felt very safe there.

I was able add my name to the wait list which is a game changer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Physicians Urgent Care.

The nurse who swabbed my nose was very gentle , and I did enjoy listening to the gentleman who told me that my test was negative and also told me of his many travels to Africa.

This place called CPS on me because i took my daughter there to get her stitches out and she had scabs on the stitches. The physician Danny Winn didnt ask me anything that he was concerned about. Was a complete fake and has a terrible bed side manner with his judgemental self. I would NEVER recommend services here. Making the assumptions that were made against me is insulting and I will tell EVERYONE about my terrible experience.
