NW Cryobank

My brother (22yo) was diagnosed with a rapidly growing cancer, he needs treatment ASAP. He and my sister in law want kids at some point, so it was recommended they freeze his sperm for later use. We were encouraged to call this company to begin the process. Well it turns out they don’t do sperm freezing anymore and instead of dealing with the situation delicately they were told to “google it or Yelp it, because we don’t offer that anymore”. What the literal hell? Who says that to a newly diagnosed cancer patient!? Wouldn’t recommend. Have som tact people.

I have been trying to speak with someone since Monday. The donor number I purchased in 2004 was not the donor I received and conceived a child by. Vial # and paperwork clearly showed the donor I was ordering but my daughter’s DNA is NOT the DNA of the donor I purchased. Have they been helpful in all this since I discovered this issue in 2018? No.Through 23 and me, we have found a donor sibling. Finally. I have a donor # to work with but I am not getting a response and the times I have called, no one answered.This entire journey has been traumatic, chaotic, and anxiety producing.

The customer service has been absolutely amazing. I called this morning to change my shipment date and it was done with no issues or concerns.

Though I didn’t get pregnant my first IUI I still chose to go with NW Cryo bank again because I enjoy the service I get with them. If ever I called and get the answer machine they always called me back same day! Payton was very helpful and her positive energy was just what I needed going into this second IUI!

Very helpful and informative staff- easy process for me- successful pregnancy first try with one vial. My healthy beautiful son is now 1 year old. Thank you NW cryo for making my dream a reality

The least diverse cryobank Ive seen in the US. Weve been looking for donors of various ethnicities, and they have no black or Korean donors, 99% of the donors are white. Seems like in a community and national society with so many mixed race and minority people, its a purposeful choice that this company only uses white donors. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service. In April they updated/merged websites. Did not tell account holders this was happening and we lost all the information about donors and pictures purchased. I have been calling, and keep being assured that they will get me the information and I will be put at the top of the list I am now 4 1/2 months pregnant and have no information on the donor whose sperm I purchased.

Been trying to become a donor for them for over a year. Im only a 25 year old Army vet with a family need some extra income. Everytime I apply I get and email sorry cannot take you. Never been interviewed or called. Now I dont get an email when I apply they just ignore me.

Brittany was extremely helpful assisting me while NW Cryobanks system was undergoing maintenance. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Especially Bree. She is fantastic and full of useful information and is very encouraging.

Great experience!! My wife and I were able to conceive my son using ICI sperm on the first try in the comfort of our home.

While its a good thought process, its impossible to get anyone to actually keep you informed or give you a call back. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

This is a truly disgusting company. How these people sleep at night is beyond me.
