I will never forget the kindness of Dr.Chapman. Many years ago, I cut my hand with an avocado. I was working full-time as a nurse and was new to the state. I went in to get sutured, and I will NEVER forget how gentle, professional, and kind he was. Never underestimate the power of a good provider.

I could be wrong but I do not believe processing a referral should be a difficult task. Again, I could be wrong but when told by office staff at Louetta Family Medicine that a specialist referral was sent from Louetta Family Medicine to the specialists office on a specific date yet the specialists office claims the referral has not been received, who dropped the ball?? And why is the patient made to feel as though they are inconveniencing the Louetta Family Medicine office staff when asking about it? The lack of customer service is appalling and honestly a risk to patients with serious underlying medical conditions. Shame on Louetta Family Medicine!

Please dont waste your time. The doctor i was seeing is good. The front desk not so much and that is the reason I am changing doctors. My appointment was 1:15pm, I called to ask for a later appointment because work got busy.. She said they did not have any. I got there at 1:31pm and she told me I was a no show and had to pay $25. Apparently you have 15min past your appointment time or you have to pay $25 to reschedule. They do not tell you that. In their office it only says no show fees. So for 1 minute I was told they can not take me. I work all day and took off early so nothing.Stay away and save yourself the headaches.

More than just a number on a chart...Amy made me feel heard and cared for. A+ in bedside manner.

Dr. Amy Hamilton is GREAT! I have NEVER had a doctor care so much about someone. I get a hug from her every time I leave. She also found that my husbands PSI was way high and advised him to check it out, thank God he did, he had prostate cancer and we caught it just in time and she ask about him every time I see her. Thank you Amy your so sweet and I feel so comfortable coming to see you.

For over 7 years I have seen the very competent PA Amy Hamilton here. Her professional bedside manner is knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough explanation and time is always given to myself and entire family that sees her. I would miss her and have a tough time ever replacing her care.

I absolutely love the staff hear and i love my Dr. Amy Hamilton she is worth coming to see every time my mom also comes hear as well and has been and is pretty pleased with her dr as well don’t believe all these negative reviews Ive been to by far worse places and this place is clean and well kept and i never wait long please dont be mislead Ive also referred others hear as well

Ive been going there over five years and have always had positive experiences. I go at least four times a year. The office staff has always been respectful and helpful. The doctors are honest and care for the patients. They go out of their way to make things easy for us. Also, the lab attendant is so gentle you dont even feel the needle and Dr. McQurter works late so its convenient to go after work. I love them!

Highly recommend and here is why ... Ive been on the prowl for a new GP for a long time. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit and have an appointment with PA, Lindsey at this location. She had excellent bedside manner, did not rush me, listened to my concerns and questions she could not yet answer definitively she let me know what steps we can take to get the answers I craved. Not only was I impressed with her, but the front staff as well. They were kind and inviting and off of their electronic devices (an issue I had every time at my previous Doctor.)Another plus to this facility is they have an App that holds record of your appointments, medical card, medication(s) you are prescribed and much more. It puts everything in one place and I find that so convenient.I recently received my first bill from LFM and let me tell you ALSO AFFORDABLE. I am glad I finally found a place I am happy, can afford and am comfortable with the staff.

Husband and I went here today to meet the doctor and do our exams. We were very impressed with Dr. Heidi Nashed-Guirguis and her PA Ruth. The entire staff was very friendly and very thorough. Still cant believe my husband and I got to have an appointment together. Made it so nice. We look forward to building a great relationship.

I would like to say that I really appreciate everyone. At Louetta Family Medicine. The staff are quick in answering message’s and always have a pleasure and nice attitude. The office atmosphere and energy is amazing. I have never not gotten a response back before the end of the day when I have left a message. They do what they say their going to do and if not they follow-up giving you and explanation and an apology. We are quick to put out bad experience’s but very few people will give credit where credit is do. I am big on customer service and how it’s given. Dr.Sittie is wonderful. My 12 yr old son had been seeing her since he was a toddler. Great staff as well.

Ive looked high and low for a great GP since Ive moved to Texas and Dr. Nashed is phenomenal. Shes very transparent, hears your concerns and puts up with my sense of humor. If I could give her more stars I would!

This facility is very clean, professional and courteous. Mrs. Hamilton is great, she really takes the time to answer my questions and listens to my health issues.

Disappointed in them during Covid. Because of their incompentency and lying about available medications to treat Covid I ended up in the hospital. They said there was nothing to treat Covid, and I did a quick search and found at least 50 doctors that were treating Covid successfully, avoiding the death shot that has killed and disabled so many. I probably would have been dead before now if I would have followed their bad advise and taken the shot that has been documented to have killed more than the virus did. Not interested in phoney doctors that lie to me and recommend that I take a shot that could have caused my death.

I have been seeing Dr Nasid for 15years. She is easy to talk to and is always understanding of my aches and pains.Her nurse Ruth is always pleasant and friendly. I must like them I keep returning!

I have been going here for years and Im always taken great care of ... I cant see that there is anything but positive about them...

I highly recommend this office!! I see Lisa Vatani and I am very happy! She has a wonderful bed side manner, she spends plenty of time with me and she explains everything clearly and I trust her judgement. I am also pleased with the office staff and nurses. Everyone has been kind and professional. I have been going here for the past year and I take my teenage boys here too. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Amy Hamilton connected me with a medication that worked, then found a program for me which allows me to get the medicine for free since it costs $400 with my insurance.The team takes the time to care about their patients. You will not feel like they are herding patients like cattle. They will treat you like a human— one they truly care about. When you call, they will call back. When you have needs, they will address them appropriately.

Never go here. My son and I have never been treated to unprofessionally and disrespectful in my life. I took my baby in for poison ivy. When I called to make the appointment they told me I had a past due from JANUARY (mind you we have been several times since and never knew, never got a letter) they told me it was because at the wellness visit, which his insurance covers 100%, the doctor ASKED ME questions and I answered honestly. But bc she wrote down 3 things, one was even sending us to a GI for his allergies/tummy problems, I didnt tell her to do that, she told us to go. Anyways I was charged a copay of a normal visit bc anytime you are back there if more than 2 things are talked about its considered another appointment.So I said Im not going to pay that because that is ridiculous and Ill be talking to them and my insurance about it. But they told me we could still come in for the appointment because we owed less than $50.We get to the appointment and the front desk lady tells me I have to pay or he cant be seen. I told her what they told me on the phone, so she talked to the financing department. We got called back before she talked to me again so I assumed it was cleared up.We are in the room getting his vitals and growth checked and the lady walks back in and tells me I have to pay or leave. I was astonished. I said we are all the way back here, started the appointment and you will kick me out of this room? She said yes. I asked how its my fault that the doctor wrote 3 things? And should I lie if I have concerns so I wont be charged? And she said yes!!! To lie!!! About my 16 month old baby.THEY WOULD KICK OUT A 1YEAR OLD BABY WITH POISON IVY!!!!!We have had issues with this doctor and office since the week he was born.I pray to God if you know anyone who goes there you let them read this. Im still mind blown anyone would do this. Worst place Ive ever been.Side note the front desk is always on their personal phone and have paitents waiting. When did this become acceptable?

Be careful as they love to charge double for things. We’ve received duplicate bills on several occasions only to find out the charge was only supposed to be made once. As we speak, they charged me double and now I have to call and have them fix it. They really try to milk you and your insurance. They also misdiagnosed my wife for the flu and after a second diagnosis, it was something else.

This is my go-to for all of my health needs and concerns. I walk in, greeted by my first name, and brought back quickly. I truly feel that they listen to my concern but have no trouble adjusting my views when it concerns my long term health goals. This is the health care provider you need if you are looking for quality health care professionals.

All the doctors are very helpful and quick. But I have seen a dr Lisa twice now and she has skipped me both times. If your gonna wait in a room someone should come and check on you every few minutes. Very upset not very Good dr bedside manner

Hi, to youll. It is hard deside if we keep coming to a place that the doctors are good, but the customer service at the front Office are not well prepared to show respect and care about their patients. My mom, and I been here many times, and the last 4 appointment were kind of Extresful for me because they did not want it have my mom seen by a doctor because they said that no one were able to translate in Espanish for her, so I went to the reception and I told them that I was going to help my mom. The answer was that they did not have no-one to help her out now neither later in another appointment. They were really rude.Now, today, my husband went to an appointment, messing 2 hours of work, and they told him, that we were late in our monthly payments with our insurance ,and that he needed to resolved that or paid the full amount in orther for him to be seen by the doctor. They were supposed to verify and lets us know before the appointment day. We are in Magnolia, so it is hard for us to drive 45 to one hour just for them to said that he could take him. Ones I call my insurance they said that they had wrong information and that we were doing good to go. When I call the clinic, she just told me that she call and that, my insurance company said that everything was canceled, but in the other line, they mi insurance were telling me againg that everything was OK. Finally, they told my husband that the insurance said that we have an deductible of 25 thousand dollars, and that he needed to have a new insurance card. So which is not true, because we didnt need any insurance card since the information is the same, and my deductible is 2.500 . This is the second person in my family that have this issue, so I can say that they have descriminatio because we are Hispanic.

SHE CARES AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SHE FINDS A SOLUTION..AND THE STAFF (MOST DEFINITELY MRS. TYRA) THEY ARE ALL JUST THE BEST!!STOP LOOKING AND MAKE THEM YOUR PRIMARY!!!!

Ive been coming to this practice for over 3 years and the providers and staff are amazing. Ive seen both MDs, Dr. Nashed-Guirguis and Dr. Fong and both PAs, Amy and Lindsay. All my questions are always answered, my medications are sent promptly, and referrals are done quickly. I love the office and the atmosphere. I recommend this practice to all my family and friends who love their providers as well.

I love Louetta Family Medicine. All the doctors I have seen are fantastic and the staff is as well. I never have to wait long before going into a room or to be seen after I’ve been put in a room. I love that when I need labwork, it can be done in house. I highly recommend this office.

-i dont usually write a review but i just want to let the people know of my experience. i called the clinic as a new patient.lady i spoke made an instant appointment at a later hour. when i got into the clinic, i fill out a new patient form and submitted my insurance info a as usual. then after filling out and submit the form the ask me to pay a 140.00 upfront and thats different from my deductible which i know i already paid mine.they said that they have a 140.00 upfront pay for there clinic or whatever which i never experience in any other clinic. but i was there already and i wasted hours sitting and waiting so i paid. if i was only informed when i was in the phone, then i could have find another clinic.- i also i wrote and told them to send the prescription to walgreens and they sent it to HEB pharmacy. nobody mention about HEB..i mean who are they talking to??- they even prescribed me an antibiotic and steroids with out an xray.**so you know where to go now------ not here**

Dr. Nashed is thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Her experience and caring attitude makes her an ideal doctor for kids and adults. She is suggestive and works with the patient closely on a treatment plan and monitors progress accordingly. I feel that my family and I receive professional, individualized care. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Fong for the better part of seven years. As both my wife and I are elderly, Dr. Fong has had to deal with a wide range of health issues, and we have been totally satisfied with the care that she has provided. When she moved to Louetta Family Medicine, we happily moved with her, and we are exceptionally pleased that we did so. We have found that the doctors at this clinic take time to listen to their patients, reviewing each patients history before the appointment and ensuring that the best medical solutions for ailments are offered. Additionally, they have an extensive network of specialists, a feature that is increasingly important in an era of medical specialization. At times, we have had to wait a bit to see a doctor, but we are confident that when we are seen, the best care will be provided.I would happily endorse this practice to all ages, and I doubt that one could find better care and service than these doctors and their assistants provide.

My 10yr old saw this doc and she was amazing. She spent a lot of time with us and was very, very informative. She had a big impact on my daughter and weve definitely found our new PCP.

Do you want to be pissed off by your doctor? Do you want to be milked by paying for the not needed office visits? - Go to Louetta Family Medicine. They are private and have unusually greedy policies…Here is an example: doctor Fong during my office visit told me: “there are two (2) medicine types we can use. Try the first, if it doesn’t work, call me, and I will give you another one.” So, having side effects with the first medicine I called the doctor’ office to try the second one. The nurse told me that I have to come to the office and see the doctor (precious time and $40 out of pocket) again. So, I didn’t use any of their medicine, but alternative natural treatment to save time & money. After that I did a blood test. To know results they wanted me to schedule an office visit again (precious time and $40 out of pocket). I thought there is something seriously wrong and went to the office just to get the results printout. It appeared that ALL parameters are within normal limits. What was the follow up visit necessary for??My previous doctor would just send me the results by mail with comments and recommendations, and invite to the office for a visit only if needed. My husband’s doctor would call him to say: “all is normal – congratulations!” ...or discuss with him abnormalities, if any…Louetta Family Medicine spent $6.59 to send me a certified letter saying that they will no longer able to treat me… the reason is: I do not do follow up visits after the blood test results within the normal limits.What is so special about Louetta Family Medicine??? Too greedy, I guess. …that is why having six doctors their large waiting room has none to 3 patients at any given time…

Im still so confused about the experience I just had trying to book my first appointment. I needed to be seen for a couple of things, one being chronic eye condition, and have my FMLA paperework filled out. I agreed to the $40 payment, but then was put on hold only to have the receptionist come back and tell me the office manager said we wouldnt be able to do that. When I asked why, she just talked in circles about it and said we cant fill out FMLA for just one thing. Huh? I only have one thing wrong that I need FMLA for. She continued to say the doctor wouldnt see me for it. The best part was when I said that is so weird. why would a doctor just refuse to see a patient for no reason, without even knowing whats wrong? Her response was, Private practice, I guess...have a nice day! Lol what???

We love being able to be seen quickly and not being treated like a number. Everyone has been incredibly curteous and kind, taking the time to listen to their patients.

Have made 4 visits see doctor within 15 minutes set up all referrals, called to follow up to make sure I did not have any problems call me same day they received test results and made sure to fax them to specialist before my visit cost for visit is very reasonable and pa makesure sure you understand what going on what else could you ask for

I used Louetta Family Medicine recently for a yearly health checkup and had a very poor experience. The office staff is horrible with customer service my wife asked them for the results of the blood test we did and the response from the office staff was terrible. Since we checked with the Lab they had already faxed the results to the physician office and when we check with them their response was bad.I am very disappointed in the quality of the customer service received from Louetta Family Medicine.

This place takes for freaking ever. They will put you in a waiting room and leave you there for an hour. This has happened to me twice. If you dont have time for patients then dont schedule them.

Got my wifes prescriptions at CVS. Friendly and get extras if you need at the drive through so you dont have to go into the store.
