Ive changed doctors due to the uncomfortability of how theyve recently started having with over the phone service and in person service.While the care of Dr. Maggid and Newhouse are the ONLY ones that are very caring and very informative I have decided to switch to a different clinic.It has truly gone downhill.My recent call having been in June when wanting to make an appt for my pregnancy. Theyre extremely rude over the phone with the question you think youre pregnant or you know youre pregnant? Truly terrible service.

I’ve been a patient for four years now. I’ve delivered two healthy babies. The doctors are great. I received high quality care and support throughout my pregnancies. I highly recommend this practice.

Wait time on the phone was almost 10 minutes, couldn’t even make a new patient appointment. Go anywhere else a lot of other amazing people!

I havent seen an OB in nearly 6 years, so I was a bit nervous about going in for a checkup after so long. Everyone I met was very professional and helpful in showing me the correct paperwork to fill out and such. During my exam everything was explained to me before anyone touched me. I felt very safe and heard especially by the APRN, Emily Fredrickson. Great experience!

Have been calling and leaving voicemails for over a MONTH now with no response and no one ever answering the phone. Was told at my last appointment that they would reach out to set up my next appointment but that was nearly 6 months ago. Every other capital womens care office answers but you can only be a patient at one even though they all can access your file? This is hands down the worst experience Ive had in healthcare so far. Dont go anywhere else RUN ANYWHERE ELSE. Wish I could do no stars lol.

I had my second baby with these smart helpful women. I had such a beautiful experience with them versus my first baby which was with a different Gyno. The after care is just as great too. Definitely recommend.

This office is slow and unorganized. You’ll go a while before being acknowledged and you aren’t listened to so you have to repeat yourself at the front desk.I didn’t much care for the gynecologist I saw. She seemed half present during my appointment. I was seen 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a call about my test results smh. Also you can’t get bloodwork done in office so that’s a waste. At least Trader Joe’s is a block and a half away lol. Look elsewhere.

Im not one to write reviews on anything, EVER. But this has been going on throughout all the years I’ve been going to this location ..this one star is for the receptionist at the front desk (although if i could go LOWER than 1 star I would). Every time I call for an appointment or when I go to an appointment they have attitudes. Its always the same two ladies sitting there giving off attitudes and being rude when you ask a simple question, they literally look at you as if you were crazy. I called not too long ago hoping they would resolve my issue but I was wrong. I was told to call 2 days later to speak to the doctor, as she could not help me (that was a lie). I called two days later as I was told, and the receptionist that answered (different voice, had to be different person im assuming) was able to find my information and help me in less than 5 minutes. I know exactly who I spoke to on the phone the first time I called, as I’ve came to this location for years now. Its always the same two ladies. Its a shame because I love the doctors but they have to change their staff at the front desk, they genuinely look unhappy there.

This location and staff are fantastic! The front desk staff are friendly and capable, as are the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Brillhart - shes relatable and kind and very knowledgable. She takes time to answer your questions and concerns.

I am giving this place 5 stars. The Doctors were amazing during my pregnancy to delivery. This was my first pregnancy and this 5 doctors met me feel comfortable. Very professional

Dr. Artis did a c-section with my first baby girl.Excellent work, no complication or difficulties after the section. Even though there was an inappropriate comment made with her co-workers during the surgery, yet I lefted in a side because the most important was my baby and my health during and after the c-section. Scarf does not show that much. For the c-section they did it was excellent. No horrible pain as today that I choose OB GYN in silver spring located in holly cross apt for my 2nd baby because I move and it was closer. Yet wrong choice. However, I will truelly recommend Capital Women care near White Oak for a c-section.

I am glad I had been able to find a doctor that cares about her patients. We need more doctors like Dr. Jessica Berger-Weiss. She’s positive and has made me feel better about myself. Thank you for all you do!

Very friendly staff and a nice nurse I saw today. Everybody seems very helpful and genuine. Its nice when you feel like your stories are being heard and they care about you.

Terrible service.............Doctors didn’t listen to anything I tried to tell them about what was wrong . Instead replies to you by saying “your over reacting “ . Then I ask them if they can do certain procedures because I felt as if that might be where the problem is located instead they did basic prodecures on me that couldn’t identify the problem . Also I already knew what wasn’t the problem . Then doesn’t call you to tell you’re results . Now they telling me to reschedule another appointment on the same reason why I came up there to test me on what I already ask to be check on ...............Terrible money scam......

Ive used this practice for more than 20 years. I find it easy to make appointments. Office and drs are responsive. Highly recommend.

Best experience ever all the doctors are great they listen to your concerns and are very protective.

Front staff is horrible. Worst customer service. None of the doctors are worth the disrespect.
