I had the chance to be seen by Dr. Kleinman you are absolutely right he was fabulous! he was patient and a great listener, observant, he asks questions and gave answers to my questions. The reason for my visit was resolved. With in the first visit, Im complete satisfaction. The staff was Excellent as well.

Dr. Kleinman is the type of doctor like they don’t make anymore. He takes his time and listens to the concerns and gives feedback. Very personable as well. The staff got me checked in fast and there was no wait. It’s a bit far from home but worth the trip for great medical care!

I started seeing Dr. Ely in 2023 and I just want to say that I have never met a doctor that genuinely cares so much about her patients. She is always very responsive and detailed in every visit I have had with her. If she opened her own practice I would follow her to another state! Everyone else at the office is also very helpful and kind.

So happy I found this place for my first pregnancy. I absolutely love this place. Everyone makes your experience great, everyone is friendly & greets you. The doctors really listen to you, receptionist are amazing and so helpful, & the ultrasound techs are fantastic.. made every sonogram I had enjoyable & a special moment.

This is my husband account but I am a patient at this particular practice. I had an appointment on 6/5 at 10 am I had gotten into a vehicle accident not mayor and planned to obtain a rental to make my way in. I called around 9:38am to notify the practice of my plans and requested a grace period. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and with an attitude conveyed that I had to be there at 9:45, I paused and clarified that I was not told that given I had gone to the shady grove practice and was not considered a new patient as far as visit goes. Well the person continued to rudely with an attitude relay that I am a new patient and my appointment is at 10 and 10:15 was not doable because my grace period starts after 9:45am. I once again took a deep breath and asked for her name she refused and asked me why I need to know, I explained that I dont think the way she is talking to me is appropriate, she said I can talk to her office manager I said sure, she put me on hold I actually hung up and filed a complaint with ethic point which I found on their website. I find it very stressful that facilities don not take service to patients seriously, this is a pregnancy center for goodness sake have some empathy, not that she was obligated to take me in later, if I had to reschedule well be it, it was the attitude the tone and we are already sensitive with pregnancy to then go to your care provider to get mis treated was just insane. Medical assistants not too friendly but not as bad as the receptionist. Now what calmed my nerves was the doctor, she was very friendly which eased my tension.I am highly upset I have to deal with this the rest of my pregnancy, I just wish patient care is treated seriously and not just with the doctor, it starts when we set foot in the door.Trust I am very upset, that I took time to write this. Huge headache so sad I couldnt leave my medical office fully at ease. But like I said aside all that - the doc was great!

The front desk secretary was warm and welcoming, and quickly contacted billing to make sure my insurance was in network. She got an answer within 5 minutes before my appointment! She also made sure I knew they offered therapy (for my anxiety) and sent me the link to the portal to create my account. I was seen by Dr. Chinwe Echeazu. She was so kind and respectful. She asked all the right questions about my medical history and gave me options in my treatment. Really glad to have found this practice and would highly recommend.

My appointment was thorough, and I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone was pleasant & professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kleinman for 40 years & we have a great rapport. He’s very kind & easy to talk with & he follows up in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience with the professionals I met there. Definitely made the whole pregnancy experience lighter for me. All of them were really patient and willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend them.

My first visit with Dr. Patel at Ob-Gyn Associates of Silver Spring and it was perfect. The front desk staff were professional and I was easily checked in. Kia came to get me within a few minutes and she warm and friendly. Dr. Patel is a consummate professional who listened, asked a good deal of questions and provided effective counsel and a caring exam. A great team.

The doctors are nice, but the follow up and communication is truly terrible. They have never followed up with me on my results and each time I’ve had to call and track someone down to get more information about my results and treatments. Once I just got a notification from my pharmacy about a medication that was prescribed to me with no explanation. It’s been 2 months and I’m still having to follow up weekly to check in on next steps and treatment

I got there 15 minutes before my appointment. I came early because I had a balance that needed to be paid. I didn’t get seen until an hour later. When I was about to leave, I was told that the doctor didn’t know I was there. The doctor saw me for 7 minutes before telling me to go to the lab. This appointment was a waste of my time. I say this because if I come 15 minutes late, they are quick to charge me a fee and reschedule my appointment but it’s ok to be waiting for close to a hour for the doctor to talk for 7 minutes. Very frustrating.

Had my first appointment yesterday and was so impressed with all the staff. I was cared for by 4 different staff members at various points while at the office and Everyone from the front desk to the lab technician was courteous, efficient, and caring. This will be my go to OBGYN!

Very bad experience, I had an appointment today at 1:45 08-29-24 with Dr. Carolyn, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in with the receptionist who was between the other 2 with long, slightly curly, brown hair, someone told me her name was Cinthia, Im not sure if thats really her name. She told me that a nurse would call me soon. 20 minutes passed and I saw that they were calling the other patients who had arrived after me. Then I asked the receptionist who speaks Spanish and she told me that she had never registered me and it turns out that the doctor could not attend to me anymore because she was late. I am very upset because I lost my day of work and wasted my time of pleasure because of the receptionist who did not do her job well.

I was seen exactly the time of my appointment. The staff was warm and courteous. The doctor was warm and caring, excellent “bedside manners.” She informed me of everything that she was doing and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Excellent, outstanding patient care.

I was treated extremely unfairly before even making it to my appt. I setup an appointment on ZocDoc with Dr Cole dated a week later, filled out all my paperwork did the registration/check in, everything seemed fine at first and then an hour BEFORE my appt I received a random text saying NO CHILDREN (yes it was in capital as if I wouldn’t understand if it was in lower case which seemed rude and unnecessary) I then called the office immediately because my husband was already at work and I had my 2 year old with me. I asked why this information was not provided during my initial appt request or before filling out multiple documents I was literally told “you shouldn’t of used ZocDoc, it’s not a good option” like what???!?! Why is it an option at all then…the girl wouldn’t give me her name this place is beyond unprofessional and the fact they’re not accommodating to children but deliver them is absolutely insane. I do not recommend them!!!

The doctors are great but the people who make schedules/including front desk/ are very rude and not willing to understand you. They will put you in a location you never been before and never ask for and its very difficult to get scheduled on day and time you wanted. Overall it’s good but patient care needs more attention!!

4/5 stars only because of the front desk and of my wait time. My appointment was at 230, and on the door, it states you can check in on your phone. I waited about 30 minutes, and realized patients after me were being called back. I asked the front desk if my appointment time was 230, which it was. There was an issue with their 2 systems, and in the one system it seemed I did not arrive. I wished instead of me coming up to the desk, they would have noticed I was waiting a while, or mentioned it to me as they also noticed the issue.Otherwise, I saw Sarah Morelli, and was extremely happy with my appointment. I felt comfortable and not judged at all of my answers to the questions she asked. At times, some doctors respond in a way where it seems Ive said something wrong. I did not feel rushed of my appointment, and I truly felt she wanted to help find answers of my health issues Ive been having.

Nurse Hannah is truly exceptional! Their kindness, compassion, and care are unparalleled. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. Thank you for all that you do! You truly make a difference.....Thank you.

Besides the doctor, it was an uncomfortable experience by dealing with the nurses. I don’t see why women would want to be treated that way and OK with it. Staff was impolite. The doctor was very kind and sweet. The nurse was not and I felt rushed and laughed at.

I always have a excellence experience anytime, I visit Dr. Kleinmans office. The check-in staff are always very professional and polite . Dr. Kleinman always spend time talking with you, to see how things are going. He is alway encouraging and care about his patients.

Dr Morales is simply the best! She is so down to earth, empathetic and full of great advice! Her demeanor is professional and engaging. She listens and takes her time! I cant say enough about how great she is!

I would probably have another baby just to work with Dr. Messersmith again. All jokes aside, I worked closely with Messersmith, Kapner, and Vasudeva during my pregnancy/delivery and would strongly recommend all three. I had a complicated pregnancy and delivery and truly feel like the doctors at this clinic saved my life. Dr. Messersmith was one of the few doctors I’ve ever worked with who really listened to my concerns and tried absolutely everything to alleviate discomfort and pain during my pregnancy. There was never a hint of dismissal. Dr. Kapner ended up performing my c-section and I credit her for my swift recovery. I have recommended all of my close friends to this clinic with absolute confidence and will always appreciate the compassion they showed our family during crisis.

Had a great experience. Great staff, bright friendly place, well-organized. My NP Hannah Tulkoff was excellent. She is knowledgeable , was very reassuring, explained everything clearly.

My provider was very knowledgeable and caring. I trust her recommendations. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a great experience.

OB-GYN Associates is a very well organized and pleasant office. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I was there for a first patient of the day appointment this morning and they were very efficient. They knew I was heading to work afterwards and made an excellent effort to make my appointment thorough and time sensitive. There was never a time that felt rushed or pressured to hurry. With that being said, I was still out of there in less than 30 minutes and was able to still get to work on time.

This was my first visit as a new patient. Cordial, professional staff; minimal wait time. It will definitely remain my choice for annual care.

Dr Carolyn Morales is wonderful…she never makes you feel rushed, she is patient with questions and she gives practical advice. The office team are friendly. Did have to wait 30 min undressed in the exam room but I think thats par for the course at most doctor offices. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr. Morales since 2018 and she has been nothing but amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone as she is a great doctor! Also, the front desk staff is so nice and helpful. It’s hard to find nowadays. All of the ladies truly are hidden gems! I always appreciate everything that you do.

The quality of care I received from Dr. Eric S. Chang and Nurse Kia Paige is outstanding. It meant so much to me to have such a great team. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chang. He kept me informed explaining every step of my treatment & recovery. I am healthy and happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team.

Dr. Kleinman is the hands down the best Doctor in the DMV area. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, reachable and a wonderful person. I have been his patient since 2006. His recommendations, treatment protocols and follow up are very effective. I am grateful for having him as my OB and main go-to doctor to keep my health on point.

Fantastic experience. Arrived early and was seen quickly and efficiently. Dr. Prust was very kind and thorough. Staff was very good as well.

My appointment was 2:15 and I was called to the back on time with no waiting. It was my first time seeing Dr. Prust and it was obvious she read my file and knew my history before entering the room. She took time to speak with me about any concerns I may have had before performing the exam. I would highly recommend her.

I have been going to this practice for over 50 years, and they have always been thorough and professional. They are on time and their facilities are clean and uncluttered. The doctors and staff are wonderful.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Ely. She was patient, bedside manner was great, knowledgeable, and was attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I rescheduled an appointment, after receiving a voicemail stating that my next appointment was “very important”. Later the same day, the Practice cancelled my appointment “due to a time conflict”. When I called to reschedule the cancelled appointment, I was informed I would be seeing a different nurse practitioner. However, I chose this particular OBGYN practice due to the reviews I saw for a certain practitioner. And due to some trauma in the past, it is important that I am comfortable with my practitioner. The admin I spoke with said I cannot reschedule according to the availability of an individual practitioner in the office. Even though they cancelled the appointment, I was told “No, you can’t reschedule. You have to keep your 3PM appointment but it will be with a different NP”. I have never been to a practice where a single practitioner cannot follow you throughout the entirety of your pregnancy. I decided to cancel the appointment altogether.

Dr. Kleinman and his team are fantastic. I have been with this practice for over 40 years and I will never change.

Professional, organized and friendly staff. I have been seeing Dr. Gould for many years. He is patient and explains every thing to you. He listens attentively and asks if you have questions.

Dont bother going here because they do not respect your time. I have had multiple appointments at this establishment. And every time they are at least 20 to 30 minutes late. They do not respect your time here. The doctors may be OK, but if you cannot see your patients on time, or at least within 10 minutes of getting there, then they are wasting your time. They are so quick to charge you a fee if you dont show up for your appointment on time. However, you cant charge them for being late. If you value your time then go elsewhere because they dont

I love coming here, I found this place for my pregnancy and it’s safe to say I will continue to come here for future pregnancies/checkups. The staff is always nice and make me feel comfortable to call/ ask any question and their wait time has always been great for me. They get me up and out under an hour depending on the visit. Everything is always explained well and I’m always left understanding what what said, overall really recommend.

My favorite medical practice ever. Love all the doctors. I saw one doctor today and while i was in the waiting room ran into another doctor I see and chatted and gave her a friendly update. The doctors have great bedside manner!

I’ve been going to this practice for over 40 years and find the doctor’s excellent. I see Dr. Kleinman and he is very thorough and easy to talk to about any problem. I have seen many other doctors too in this practice and all seem great! All my children were delivered by a doctor in this practice.

Dr. Prust is straight forward and no frills....I like that. She gives me every opportunty to ask questions and addresses my concerns as they come up. I have not had any serious isssues gynacologically, but I feel confident that if I did, Dr. Prust would provide very good care. The office staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

*Specifically regarding trying to conceive families*I used this OB-GYN clinic for monitoring during my fertility treatments as my fertility clinic was not local. The doctors I saw here have good bedside manner, although they dont spend a long time with each patient. They truly seem to care and want to help and look after their patients. The ultrasound technicians and phlebotomists are good and gentle with you. They have an online portal for sending messages and providing reports on tests they run, which was really nice.I cant recommend them though to other people looking for monitoring appointments as they no longer offer this service, due to the logistical burden. Im posting this review to help anyone else who might be calling around looking for monitoring, so they can look elsewhere. Might be a good clinic for care during pregnancy though.

I had a horrible time at this place to the point where Im hesitant to even go to another obgyn. The doctor and nurse that saw me were not nice at all. They said if I wanted to ask the Doctor questions they would have to charge me more because I was only there for an annual checkup (???). I waited a long time to see the doctor and then she was incredibly dismissive and rushed. I barely got my question out before she was like Im not gonna do that. She DID NOT lube up the speculum or WARN ME before inserting it into me. I cried in the car for a long time after my appointment. This happened 2 years ago and this experience still upsets me.

I’ve been seeing the same doctor, Dr Kleinman for almost 30 years. Never came across another doctor in my 50+ years of living with a bedside manner like his. He is THE best ever!! He’s encouraging, calming, and professional at all times.

I cant say enough good things about OBGYN Associates. Both locations, Beltsville and Silver Spring have been incredibly reliable, professional, and Ive never felt better about healthcare than when Im in their facilities. My most recent visit was to get a second opinion after another provider quickly brushed off a concern. The providers at OBGYN Associates were knowledgeable, passionate and thorough. Thank you!

It’s a shame that with great doctors you have to tolerate the disrespectful behavior of the lady in the front. I was trying to ask questions about my insurance and the services I can get with the clinic, while she was too busy waiting for her CAVA food order

Loved the check in and was seen quickly and no waiting. You will not feel like they are wasting your time here and yet Dr Prust answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. All of her staff was nice

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Cole Messersmith and I must say, it was a great experience. .Dr. Cole Messersmith was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and asked detailed questions to get a better understanding of my medical history. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, making sure I was fully informed about my condition and treatment options.What I liked the most was Dr. Cole Messersmith genuine care and empathy. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and I never felt rushed or dismissed.

My OB/GYN doctor was really friendly and took the time to ask questions and answer and questions

I have been going to this practice for 35 years and its the absolute best especially with dr. kleinman!!

Staff were extremely kind and empathetic. I felt very safe and at ease. I would recommend this place to everyone especially those who may be socially timid or scared of doctors visits. I came here for the first time and discovered some very traumatic news. The doctor treated me like I was a family member and made moving forward very easy for me even going as far as to set me up with a therapist. Lab work was done very quick and checkout was fast and easy so that I could go back home and grieve with my husband. I will be using them as long as I live in Maryland.

There was a lady I seen on my visit today 10/20/23 on the sono side who was warm and welcoming at the front desk. When instructed to go to the other side there was a short wait and I observed how clean and welcoming the facility was. Assistant was very kind and welcoming along with Brooke the Obgyn she was very personable and easy to understand. The phlebotomist was attentive and efficient. The lady at the front desk that sat on the side closest to the door shunned me as I was asking her assistance to schedule my follow up appointment. She was rude and distasteful and yelled at me that don’t I see that she is doing something and have a seat and wait. Service recovery was great from the receptionist farthest from the entrance and she swiftly assisted me as I was on my way. Besides the one hiccup with that receptionist it was an overall great experience. If it wasn’t for the initial interaction with the receptionist it would’ve been one of my most remembered, swift, excellent and pleasant healthcare experiences.

If you need a great Ob-Gyn, go to Ob-Gyn Associates. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor of over 40 years is Dr. Bradford Kleinman. Not only is he an expert in his field, he is also compassionate and attentive.

I absolutely LOVEEE Dr. Morales. She was originally my mothers OBGYN, so we have been coming here for as long as I can remember. When I turned 18 I was so excited to be able to have her as my doctor. She is super smart, gentle, and caring. I do not plan on leaving this practice anytime soon. There would be no point when I already have the best doctor possible :)

Dr. Kleinman always shows friendly professionalism and expertise when answering my plethora of questions. He is quick with appropriate humor to put me at ease.

Dr Kapner is always so welcoming! That is the reason I chose her as my gynecologist after she delivered my son in Jan 2022. I was seen by several other Obstetricians at the practice during my pregnancy. They were good, but she always makes the visit so personable. I would definitely recommend her as a great OBGYN.

Worst decision I’ve made in 2024 was coming here for a Pap smear. After the fact, I saw that the doctor used a metal speculum on me which is so mind boggling and terrifying to me because it’s 2024 and disposable speculum are commonly used by reputable and clean offices. I’ve have had over 10 Pap smears and never experienced pain, bleeding, and constant cramping days after a Pap smear like I’m experiencing after my Pap smear at ob-gyn associates in Silver Spring. And I did not see the doctor change her gloves when she inserted her hands deep inside me and strongly pushed down on my pelvis. I’m genuinely concerned about the sanitary condition of the metal speculum that was used on me. I do not feel well after the visit. I’ve been bleeding, in pain, and cramping. I pray to Jesus Christ that I didn’t contract something that could lead to something serious. I’m so angry at myself for coming here. It was so many women in here, like a busy market. How do I know if the metal speculum used on me was thoroughly sanitized?? I also feel the doctor intentionally inflicted pain on me to get me to return back for another visit. I’m so angry for coming here!!!! Don’t do it!!!!

I originally had selected Dr. Prust as my desired OBGYN, but rotated through most doctors in the practice in 2022. I think it’s just the policy of the practice to meet most of them. When I delivered Dr. Kappner was the one on shift at the hospital and she was amazing from start to finish. She was gentle, kind and encouraging. I was in active labor for more than 3 hours in a really understaffed day, so I only had 1 nurse and her. I cannot say enough good words about her work and to this day I wish nothing but to meet her again soon and give her a huge hug.

Doctor Ely is the best OBGYN Ive had so far. Shes caring, kind, and explains everything clearly. I can ask her anything and shes always ready to answer me patiently. I love to be under her care.

I never received any call backs from staff after my appointments. I had to wait over a month which I get but no one ever got back too me. I called multiple times and was told a nurse would return my calls but nothing because no one ever got back to me. They did not take me seriously nor do their job and I won’t be returning.

Dr. C. Morales was wonderful as always. The nurse was also nice and helpful. The waiting room is large and allows for good social distancing. One big problem for me is that the office is on the 7th floor and the buildings elevators are not working. I use a walker and cant use the stairs without 2 people assisting me. Evidently, this issue has been going on for quite a while. This medical building REALLY needs to address this elevator problem so that patients can get to their appointments without a struggle.

Highly recommended! I got pregnant shortly after moving and I went there mainly because it was close to home. My experience was great! Everyone is friendly and polite, all the doctors and nurses are very helpful. Throughout my pregnancy and delivery they were very meticulous and were explaining things clearly.

Everything about this visit was great! Dr. Patel is marvelous. She’s professional, personable and extremely proficient. The anesthesiologist was also spectacular!!! He really put me at ease.

Dr. Khokar is a consummate professional. She listens with a level of professionalism that I seldom see-she presents options, checks and rechecks for serious decisions. I am very picky and work in a STEM field and am very technical by nature. Dr Khokar met me where I was at and with kind compassion.Sometimes, nature gives us unexpected events. Dr Khokar was kind and honest about those and what could be done. I feel I am in great hands.

Dr Ely’s bedside manner is refreshing. She answered every question and looked for radiology offices near me and that were covered under my plan. The entire office staff is accommodating and polite. Excited to have established a relationship with them.

Dr. Meredith Kapner is literally an Angel, she is attentive and intelligent. She listened to all of my concerns like no other doctor has.

Dr. Kleinman is the absolute best gynecologist in the DMV. I have been going to him for years because of the high level of professionalism and amazing bedside manner that he and his staff have. There’s no long wait periods, he explains everything thoroughly, he’s always available through the portal, and, most importantly, his friendliness and kindness makes an uncomfortable yet extremely necessary experience easier to deal with every year. It’s also helpful that you’re able to do your blood work and sonograms in the same office. I highly recommend Dr. Kleinman at Ob-gyn Associates.

Dr. Kleinman is the best OB-GYN I have ever been too. His bedside manner is unmatched and neither is his knowledge base. The staff is friendly and I always feel welcomed. I plan to be a patient of Dr. Kleinman for many more years to come.

Thank you to the front office for being so kind and patient. I didn’t love the first doctor I saw a couple years ago, so I switched to another one and I had a really wonderful experience with her. I highly recommend this practice if you’re in the need of a new gynecologist that’s understanding, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to give you their time.

Amazing experience at the Silver Spring office. They were able to accommodate for me even when I was having a few mishaps. They were able to see me quickly but without rushing. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Provider Ellinger was particularly great at making me feel comfortable, heard, and answering all my questions and concerns. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in an office/healthcare facility. Definitely recommend! 10/10

Love my doctor (Prust) and during my pregnancy have now met all doctors in the practice and like them all. Highly recommend. They value your time, provide you with advice and options, and respect your decisions.

A great experience as a first time patient. No long wait - knowledgable care!

This place is the worst. I came in for a routine exam and got screened for cancer. They failed to let me know I had cancerous cells and I had to find out through lapcorp. They NEVER answer calls. I called them more than 30 times and left so many voicemails over 3 days time and never a single call back. You also have to wait on the phone on hold to terrible music to just get to caller #1 position than boom, voicemail every single time. Totally useless. Imagine if you had an emergency like labor or miscarriage. I would never come back and be in this terrible facility with the worst reception

People and place is great! Clean and timely efficient. My doctor is always supportive and gives plenty of information. Walks me through everything and eases any nerves. Love it here!

Very supportive, friendly and caring staffs and doctor.....nice to meet with Dr. Shrutika vasudev...good patient care....

Their services are excellent. The nurses constantly communicate with you, but the food is only when you order until the food comes to you. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. The most difficult stage of mid-anesthesia. The needle hit in the back painfully.

I made every attempt to have my scans and paperwork sent over to this office for my appointment. I called twice to confirm receipt and no one returned my call. My appoint time arrives and the doctor has absolutely nothing to review. Neither could anyone find my information. Just a waste of my time. Front desk staff is not helpful either. This is 2023, so a doctors office not being able to receive or handle a fax from another office is unacceptable . There needs to be a better system for receiving medical records, otherwise this place is useless. The “person” who is supposed to draw my blood has stuck me in both arms without success, so once again .. useless. Not dealing with this office again!

This was my first time ever getting a women’s wellness exam. The team was friendly, kind and considerate. I was seen right at my appointment time and was walked through the process and my anxiety was carefully eased. I really appreciated the level of care I was provided. I will stick to Dr. Patel as my OB GYN physician. I certainly recommend to all as well.

I’m so happy I made a switch to this practice. They take their patients very seriously. Met with NP Sarah Morelli. She was very patient, she listened and took the time to make sure every of my issues were met. I was satisfied. Great practice and would definitely recommend.

I enjoy this clinic in its entirety. I enjoy the staff and the doctors here and have a great experience overall. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because their phone answering and calling back services is horrible. I would be kept on hold and the automated message says that “I’m caller number ___” but when I’m finally caller number 1, it goes straight to voicemail. I have left voicemails before but no one returns my calls and it’s more than 24 hours since I’ve called. I wish they had more assistance for phone service because it’s frustrating especially because I can’t schedule/re-schedule sonogram appointments online. I need to speak to a person to do that.

Love everything about this office. Labs can be completed in the same area, checkin is convenient, the staff is amazing and I have the best Gynecologist ever(Dr. Kleinman). Highly recommend to any woman looking to feel comfortable for OB/Gyn.

Dr Jed Gould is always amazing. I’ve been seeing him for over 5-7 years and have never had a bad experience. He listens to my concerns, takes his time to explain thing to me. I always feel comfortable with him.Their new office in Silver Spring is easy to get to, good parking, and the office itself is very spacious. The staff is always so welcoming and on their top game.

Ive been at this practice for almost 20 years and 4 pregnancies. It seems like the wait for a sonogram has been getting longer and longer and more inconsistent. Today I had a sono appt at 9am. I arrived at exactly 9am and wasnt seen until 10:10 am - 80 minutes!!! This was so long that I had to pay my babysitter for an additional hour... Luckily she was available to stay otherwise I would have had to leave. When will the reliability and timeliness of sonograms returns?

The staff was so amazingly friendly! I wish I had gotten my nurses name, she made me feel so comfortable and calm. My doctor was very detailed and very interested in targeting my questions concerns. They both worked together to provide a very detailed an friendly visit that I will surely remember. Id highly reccomend this practice. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr Goodman for approximately 20 years. He has always made me feel very comfortable, takes the time to speak about any concerns or changes, is clear in communication and answers my questions thoroughly. Many years ago, I had precancerous cells, he has never over looked this and ensures I adhere to my appointment schedule. Recently, I have started entering menopause and he was helpful in working through some of the recent changes. I think the 20 year history speaks for itself, however I will confirm, Dr Goodman has been a trusted partner for my health and I highly recommend him!  In addition, the current reception staff of the Shade Grove location is wonderful. They are by far the best I have seen over my history with Dr Goodman.

I have been a patient here for over 9 years. Quick, efficient, and friendly staff. I love Dr. Patel she is the best! Listens to you, truly cares for you. I’ve meet all the doctors thus far and they are all amazing Dr. Prust helped me deliver my 1st baby and she was a God sent.

I visited this practice on 9/10/20. I am a new patient. I wasnt sure what to expect. I arrived on time. The office was very clean and was quite prepared to service patients during this COVID pandemic. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was pleased. I presented my ID and Insurance card and was directed to be seated and informed the Nurse will be with me shortly. I barely waited 15 minutes and the Nurse called my name. I met with Samatha a Gyn Doctor who was Fantastic! She listened to my concerns, was patient, and very detailed. Unfortunately, she broke my heart when she informed me that it was her last day as she was moving to another state. She quickly reassured me that I will be in good hands indicating that the practice has a great team of female Doctors that will be just as good. I will definitely utilize this Gyn located in Silver Spring MD for Gyn care. Great experience!

This practice is of moderate size to where you do not feel like just a medical record number and still you have several providers and practioners to suit your preferences. Everyone is very responsive and accommodating. I have been seen here for a few years and dont want to go anywhere else.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I had the best, most amazing experience EVER with this practice. I live an hour away, and it was worth every single drive, mins in traffic and overall best experience of my journey to motherhood… again. I saw Dr. Juliette Prust today, and this was the best gyn visit Ive ever had. Shes easy to talk to, thorough, and gave great recommendations. I was very at ease with her. Its such a hassle to find great care, Im very grateful I had my appointment with her! Highly recommend.

Came here from another state a few years ago. I didn’t think I’d find a doctor like mine from home, BUT Dr.Morales just made me feel like I’m back home. She made me feel calm. She is personable. She is loving. She is just an amazing Doctor! I’m so happy I found her. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but since it was hard for me to find a great OB doc, I have toShare! Dr.Morales better not retire until I’m oldenough not to know who is checking on me.

I am so glad that I found this practice. I havent had any issues with any of the staff or physicians. Each time I visit the front staff quickly checks me in and offers to validate my parking. I have only seen Dr. Wilson and she is an AMAZING provider. She is always thorough, upfront and honest. She also explains everything so that I am able to understand and is compassionate/empathetic. I would give her 5/5 stars. My only qualm is regarding wait time. There have been some instances in which Ive been at the office for HOURS for a 15-20 minute appointment. Otherwise, no complaints here.

It was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time with health care. I love my new OB-GYN Hannah Tulkoff and will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends.

Not worth the drive or time. I switched to this provider so that I could take photos during my delivery. That didn’t happen since I gave birth alone and during a short staffing period (one nurse and doctor in the room). You can show up early and still be seen late due to doctors falling behind and failing to inform patients of an additional wait time. I never felt like a “priority” in this facility or as if my concerns mattered. The billing process here is extremely difficult. I would not recommend going if you have multiple insurances. Even with one insurance the providers charge differently depending on who you see, which is ridiculous. A routine visit for one doctor could be $500 while a routine visit with another could be $700. Doctors fail to elaborate on lab results on the portal that they push you to use. They also sell your information so you get junk in the mail and to your email address. Besides that, the place is always clean, they have a strict mask policy as well as a no visitor policy unless it’s for an anatomy scan. They also CHARGE you to process FMLA paperwork which you will have to do TWICE - one to get paid leave and one to return back to work. Overall most doctors are nice and listen to your contents however a an African American woman I still feel as though my pain and discomfort was minimized and chalked up as “normal “ pregnancy things by every doctor. I don’t think anyone deserves to be uncomfortable, in pain and forced to just deal with it. Especially after continuously expressing concerns. Common courtesy and explanations of procedures can go a long way.In addition to these issues, they CHARGE YOU FOR FMLA PAPERWORK!! At other practices you don’t have to pay but this place seems to be all about their money. I tried calling today (1/9/23) around 9am and I was caller #4. The phone then told me I was caller #1 and then I was forwarded to the voicemail.

I have been coming to this practice for about 4 years. It is always a pleasant experience. All the doctors who work there are knowledgeable and extremely kind. I usually visit any doctor available but my absolute favorite is Dr. Ely. She listens to your concerns and talks it out with the patient.

Dr. Ely is always so courteous, calm, thorough and skilled. I appreciate her kind bedside manner and her expertise. She performs procedures with ease and minimal discomfort, and addresses my questions and concerns at each visit. She is also very responsive with secure messaging through the patient portal despite her busy work schedule, which I really appreciate. Overall, she is one of the best physicians I have ever had and am grateful that I have the opportunity to work with her.

Nurse practioner Brooke Ellinger is the TRUTH! I went to another physician prior to her and a procedure needed to redone and I am kinda glad that Brooke was my provider! She had a nice, cozy, personable vibe. She checked on things based on when I mentioned to her. I am so glad! There are things Ive been saying to many physicians who just have been overlooking things and make it seem like its nothing. The current results from the labs she did for me make sense now! Also, I get notifications for labs. Doctors usually take a long time to let you know what is what. Thats why I added the apps. She went ahead and ordered prescriptions based on the labs in record time! It was almost as soon as the labs became available! She has been great! I feel like she really cares. She isnt just going through the motions. She listened and asked questions.

Dr Morales is amazing. Personable, knowledgeable and caring. She gave all the info I asked for re the menopause transition and more. I highly recommend her!

This doctor goes above and beyond for his patients. I just started seeing him over a year ago and hes helped me in so many ways for with some autoimmune disorders I have. Hes very knowledgeable in the OBGYN field and also with other procedures like laser procedure. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Wishs office was closer to my house. Have to drive about an hour and 10 minutes but its worth the drive

I am very happy with the staff and doctors at Ob-Gyn Associates. I felt safe, as my temperature was taken at the door and social distancing was in effect. The facilities are also very clean. Dr. Patel is an outstanding physician, and I always look forward to meeting with her.

Dr. Kleinman was great! He made me feel comfortable, he didn’t rush me, and he’s very knowledgeable!

The prenatal care, ultrasounds and my visits were okay. I really liked the NP Hannah. She took her time and she was always very nice. Some doctors will rush thru my visit and always see me 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. But the most frustrating, sad, and upsetting was the delivery day. They scheduled me for a C-section because my baby was breached. My c-section was scheduled with Dr. Patel. I’ve only seen her once before so I really didn’t know her. My c-section was scheduled at 2pm. They said arrive 2 hours early which I did. Around 2:20pm, Dr. Patel comes in and says Hi and explains everything. She also says, is going to be a while because we had some add ons. She said I had 3 patients in front of me and that they do 2 patients at a time. The day that was supposed to be the happiest day, became a nightmare. Around 4pm, I started crying, I was upset, angry, hungry. I had a headache, I felt dizzy, and nauseous because I was starving. Around 8pm I went up to the nurses station and I asked about options because I couldn’t wait anymore. The nurse said, whenever we get a OR available. I asked to get my IV removed because I was going to leave. I couldn’t take it anymore. They ended up doing my c-section at 8:30pm. I was so angry, sad, and frustrated because I delivered my baby angry and sad. I understand Holy cross is a busy hospital. But I wished Dr. Patel would have communicated better with me. Pretty much she came in and said hi, explain everything and was like: you’re here and you have to wait for your turn, whenever my turn was going to be. I will always remember that day and how everything made me feel. Very bad experience.

I wish I could give more stars! This place is 45 min away from me but worth it! Doctor Tiffany Wilson was the best with pcos. But since she left the staff is still great the place is clean and they actually care!!! The doctors listen the staff is nice I love them!!! Best obgyn office in the dmv trust me I tried a lot!

Dr. Kleinman is compassionate and caring. He takes time with his patients, answers their questions and puts them at ease. I have been going to this practice for over 45 years and even though my drive now is over 2 hours, I will continue to be a loyal patient. The nurses, lab techs, and receptionists are always professional yet friendly and helpful. During the COVID pandemic, I felt safe and protected as the office staff used good practices to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

I have going to this practice for 39 years and I would not ever want to change. My doctor is Dr. Kleinman who is the best ever. He is a great, and caring doctor with lots of patience. He is an expert in his field and alway up to date on what is going on in Ob-gyn. I have been seen by a number of the other doctors throughout my time with the practice and they too have been very knowledgeable and caring. The nurses and front desk are great too. I have been going to this location since I found out I was pregnant in 2022. The support, answers to questions I have and clarity on what to expect has been extremely helpful during this time. I wish all places Id gone to previously had the ease that this location does. Every encounter (even if its my first time meeting with someone new) has been great. Had my first visit this past week for an annual. Met with Dr. Tiffany Wilson who was very friendly, thorough and attentive. She explained everything she was doing before and as she did it. The wait time was minimal as my appointment was at 7:30 am and I arrived a little beforehand. I was out the door and back to my car headed to work by 8am. The front desk representative was very friendly and so was the medical assistant, which is a super plus because I know it was very early in the morning. The facilities were very clean. My birth control prescription was called in immediately and available for pickup before the day was over. I have referred Dr. Wilson to several friends already. Parking was also validated and conveniently located. I appreciated the communication leading up to my visit with instructions. I also signed up for the portal and completed some of the paperwork online beforehand which also expedited my wait time to be seen. I definitely will be back next year as long as Dr. Wilson is still there. It is a priority for me to have a black woman as my OBGYN.

Ob-Gyn Associates offers a positive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone from front desk to medical assistants is helpful and seems to genuinely care about delivering quality care. They didnt do circumcision for my baby after delivered. The OB, she refused to do it and told me to do it with my pediatrician. Then I went to see my pediatrician they did not do it as well. Then I asked the OB, they resist to do again. So I have to find children hospital by myself without any help from this place.

Dr Jed Gould is a nice and caring person have known him since 2014 he takes his time to find out where that pains its coming from then he will explain it step by step to you he does not rush thats what i love about him. Be aware that you will be charged for the questionaries that is given to you by default for depression without asking if you even have it, and insurance will not cover it all. I had two charges on my bill and called and they said one is for depression questioner and the other is for anxiety, and lady said that next time decline it at front desk!!!! This is the first time Ive seen something like this, that they charge 60 $ for few questions without even giving me the option of decling it before head!

Dr. Wilson is an exceptional practitioner. She really understands that her patients are journeying through a human experience. Smooth check in. All aspects of this visit were superior. There are never enough superlatives to describe the ease and comfort of this practice from check in to check out. My overall experience has always been wonderful ! Doctor Wilson is awesome! She has a great personality and lets my husband and I be our silly selves during visits.The only negative experience Ive had is with the lab tech. The younger of the 2 is just not friendly at all. I wont deduct stars for that though. Im happy to be delivering at Holy Cross.

Dr. Ely is the best doctor! I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with my first and she has been SO helpful every step of the way and seems to really care about her patients. Meeting the other doctors on the team now and all seem well practiced and helpful. So glad that I chose them for my first baby!

Im going to be upfront with this review, and hopefully it isnt received too negatively.While I love the office environment, and Dr. Lisa Ely, I decided that it was time to move on after a series of issues that I had with the one provider. I took one star off simply because Brooke Ellinger, CRNP was very dismissive of my issues, and it seemed like she couldnt be bothered to listen to what I had to say. At the end of the day for my issues, I was left with more questions than answers, and another unsuccessful attempt to really get to the root of the problem.I had to switch because it just became too apparent that my options were not going to be listened to, and I wasnt going to receive adequate help for what I requested. For the better choice of myself not to stir any drama between the providers and I. While I do appreciate the service most of the providers gave me during the 2 years I was there, I can honestly say that was one of my worst moments and I wish to not deal with that again.

1. The receptionist are extremely rude, both in person and on phone. I tried to call in and ask some questions, when the receptionist interrupted me several times and finally hung up. When I went to the clinic, the receptionist was again very rude; she did not make eye contact and did not even talk to me, just extended her hand (I presume for my ID and ins).2. I was made to wait for over an hour and finally when I went to see my doctor, the visit was also very rushed and unprofessional. I chose this facility since I really like the doctor I see and they were really good especially when they were at their older location. However, this times visit (which was my first at this new facility) was very different. My doctor (the same doctor who is normally very patient and gives me all of the time to ask my questions and answer my questions) was extremely rushed. One of the nurses was calling her while the doctor was talking with me and asked my doctor to hurry up and that her next patient was waiting.So after waiting for my appointment for over an hour (45 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 minutes in the exam room), I only got

Dr. Ely and Dr. Wilson are my favorites tho. The staff and nurses are sweet and make your experience very personable. They have open ears about any topic and put you at ease for any concerns you have.

I was a first time patient at OB-Gyn Associates and was very happy with the practice. I saw Dr. Prust, who was thorough and quick. The office staff was very efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. They had me fill out all of the history paperwork in advance, so I didnt have to fill out any forms in the office.

Have been coming to this practice for 30 years and love it. Dr Morales is such an amazing Doctor and always takes her time with you. Dr Patel has been amazing. I have been with her over 5 years and each time she makes me feel at ease and takes all my concerns seriously. I feel heard. She also takes time to explain everything very well; this is especially comforting since I have had three high risk births. I am at ease knowing that she is truly working with me and presenting options that work for me and my lifestyle. I never feel overwhelmed or forced into doing anything I do not want to do.I have also seen Dr. Prust and Dr. Kapner. All just as equally the same great bedside manner. Dr. Prust delivered my first when things were not looking so good for me; I was hospitalized for preeclampsia and did not want an early birth. Throughout my hospitalization she updated me on my progress and always provided potential next steps so I was able to make the proper decisions for me and baby. Dr. Kapner is an angel! Each time I see her it is a pleasure; she take time to answer any and all questions as well as providing outstanding care for patients.

This was an amazing experience! Dr. Ely is simple the best. Explains everything with compassion and kindness. The office is modern and really savvy. I haven’t had this level of service ever. Especially as a woman of color. Also the staff are lovely and warm!

My experience with Ob-Gyn Associates of Silver Spring was great. The receptionist was very helpful with the forms and my wait time in the lobby was not long at all. Dr. Ely was very informative and answered any questions I had during my visit. I was very comfortable with her and she made the appointment very easy! I love this office - SS, Dr. Gould, and staff. I have been a patient for more than 10 years and their service is phenomenal including the staff that work for the other doctors. Speaking of perks - they validate patients parking - have onsite lab and sonograms etc.The billing staff explains all fees if you have an inquiry and patient care is their top priority and you feel that.Most of all I love the technology - online portal for patient results. I was referred to Dr. Kleinman by a friend. I have found my new forever Doctor! The office is nice, well appointed and I love his bedside manner. I enjoy that he speaks with you in his office before and after the exam. Excellent experience all the way around.

The staff at the office are friendly and professional. The facilities themselves are spotless and welcoming. There was a warm, welcoming feeling from the moment I arrived. Dr. Tiffany Wilson is always polite and listens well. I enjoy visiting the office and have chosen to keep her as my doctor although I have moved farther from the office based off of the experience. The administrative team and other staff members are great as well!

I was the first appointment of the day. I was checked in and brought back into the examination area on time. The examination was quick. Dr Kleinman was his usual personable self. The nurse was also kind. I was done in 30 minutes, including the blood draw.I like the new location much better than the Holy Cross location. Easier access and ample free parking.

Dr Morales is wonderful and the entire staff has always been kind and responsive. When I went through a scary situation, they continued to be understanding and my ultrasound technician was absolutely the best ever. I cant imagine dealing with my situation without her. I already love Dr Morales but this visit made me realize this is the practice for me. The kindness, compassion, humor, and most importantly expertise are unparalleled.

Love love love this office. They are quick and efficient, I am never waiting. The staff is so friendly and patient, as well as the doctors. I see doctor Wilson every time. This is my first baby and she makes me feel so confident and ready rather than anxious about giving birth.

I like this practice they are friendly and nice and even came and got for the blood glucose test. I misunderstood and was waiting in another area. The Lab corp lady notice I was late to the test and gave out to find me. That was very nice her and something I greatly appreciative that she did that. She didnt have to do that and if I miss my test time I would have to drink another bottle. This is a great practice and I like all the doctors I have seen Prust, Patel, and Morales

This was my first time here as Im new to the area. Parking was convenient and validated. The front desk staff were helpful, but clearly very busy. I didnt wait long to get called back. They have the soundtrack to various musicals playing (Grease and Dreamgirls when I was there). Getting my vitals was quick and the nurse talked low to keep my weight quiet. Dr. Patel was super quick getting into the exam room. For the most part she had read my chart thoroughly. She was very personable and sensitive during our talk. She tried to keep the conversation going to calm my nerves some. The flow was organized. It would have been nice to have someone point out that I had to sign in to get blood work done after my exam. The lab technician was a little dry. She could perk up a bit since shes sticking needles into people that are most likely already nervous. Overall I had a good experience. Dr. Patel had good patient care and bedside manner.

Here for my second pregnancy and finding this office to be far more organized and informative than what I experienced before. Dr. Wilson in particular has been excellent: very thorough and knowledgeable, all while being highly personable and empathetic.UPDATE: Been here now throughout almost my entire pregnancy and seen all the Ob doctors. Really find everyone energetic and patient and having a great bedside manner. Really feeling good about having any one of them deliver my baby in a few weeks.

I was excited for my first time appointment with Dr. Wilson based on positive reviews, but unfortunately I had to walk out. I was waiting about 50 minutes past my appointment time and did not want to be late for work. She was in the office. It would have been a more pleasant experience if she personally touched base for just a few seconds or so with her new patient (myself).

Dr. Wilson is absolutely amazing. She took time to talk to me about a plethora of questions I had and gave me thorough responses. Most doctors make you feel rushed, like your questions are wasting their time. Dr. Wilson was not that way AT ALL. She talked to me like a person rather than a patient she needed to cross off her to-do list. Words cannot express how much that help me.I came into my appointment overwhelmed in anxiety. I first and for most looked forward to having a OBGYN that looked like me. Dr.Tiffany Wilson is nothing short of amazing. For the first time in a long time it feels good to have a doctor who listens to you and doesn’t just say its just nothing and something that happens. Dr.Wilson if very proactive with we are going to figure this out and get you going. Dr.Wilson makes me feel comfortable always, I had to get a procedure done that I’ve never had before I was a ball of nerves and she assured me it was going to be okay , and it was! I would recommend Dr.Wilson to anyone I know because I know they will be safe and cared for in the highest regard. The office itself is always clean and nice. All the staff are always pleasant always , I have never encountered anyone rude in the office ever. Great practice of OBGYN care.

From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I’m a new patient so coming to a practice for the first time can be nerve wrecking but I felt so at ease. So many patients, you’d think it’s not going to be the best experience BUT Every visit I have; is swift but super efficient! My doctor is Dr.Lisa Ely; she has great bedside manner, and touches on any and every concern I have each visit. I’m super picky about my gynecologist and have changed them so many times but I was determined to find the right one for my third pregnancy; which feels like the first because it’s been 7 years ! The whole staff from Lab, ultrasound techs and front desk are very friendly and resourceful! & also Covid guidelines are definitely in use at this office!

Dr. Wilson and her staff at Advantia Health - Silver Spring are amazing. Yes, you may have to wait a little but when you arrive on time at your appointment, it does make a difference. Everyone is kind, efficient and they really go above and beyond for their patients. Im happy I found Dr. Wilson.

I think this office of all the Doctor ‘s I see is by far the best costumer service from the parking area, check-in process and Dr. Wilson. My visit every year is under 1 hour for the pass 10 years. Today was my first time meeting Dr. Wilson and I thought she was great with teaching and educating me on guidelines -Gyn in women over 50.

I have been a patient at Ob-Gyn Associates for about 5 years and see Dr. Sweta Patel. I cannot say enough great things about her but for the purpose of this review - she is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and personable. I have always felt comfortable and cared for as her patient. I highly and always recommend this practice, especially Dr. Patel to everyone :)

I had several appointments with Dr. Wilson! She is the best doctor I have found! She talks me through everything and has me repeat back to her everything she said to make sure I understand what’s going on with my body! Meredith Kapner was my ob during my first pregnancy and I could not more pleased with my entire experience. She took the time to really answer all of my questions and was supportive during postpartum (when the healthcare system really drops new mothers’ health). The office was clean and staff were always friendly. 10/10 recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ganjus for a couple of years and Im SO glad I found him. Hes so warm, caring, and compassionate. He also makes what can often be an unpleasant experience quite comfortable. He is very thorough during our appointments, asking lots of questions, and later following up on topics we discussed. The patient portal that the office uses makes appointment scheduling a breeze and I like that I can also access the notes from my appointments, test results, etc. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the location is very convenient. I have been to other practices and have had less than stellar experiences, but I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Klienman is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. It’s nice to have doctor who takes the time to listen and take the utmost care of their patients. My family also sees this practice. The staff here is wonderful!

Ob-Gyn Associates of Silver Spring was an excellent resource during my pregnancy. The doctors there were very helpful and patient with all of my concerns. I feel that I was in good hands with the doctors and the nurses and the hospital. The maternity suites were amazing and very accommodating. I especially liked how thorough they were when checking in on mine and my baby’s well being, prior and during discharge to ensure that the care received was exceptional. I would very much recommend their services to my many family and friends.

Everyone in both offices I’ve been to both Beltsville and Silver Spring, are very nice and professional. Dr Kapner is amazing she is a very nice doctor and willing to explain everything in a very detailed manner. She made me comfortable with her welcoming personality instantly.

This was my 2nd visit with OB GYN Associates, and I was seeing a different doctor, because my doctor had left the practice and I was nervous about seeing a new doctor. However, the new doctor (Dr. Kapner) was great, and her bedside manner immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kapner listened to my concerns and offered solutions that would help me to alleviate the problem. Also , the front desk staff, and medical assistants were very nice and polite. My overall visit went well and I will continue to get my well women check ups as needed from Ob-Gyn Associates of Silver Spring.

I cannot express how amazing my experience has been with this practice! I began coming here when I found out I was pregnant back in April, 2018. From that moment until I gave birth 2 weeks ago, I have been immensely satisfied with the quality of care Ive received. Every single doctor at the practice is amazing. My appointments are fast and efficient. I feel like the doctors really listened to my concerns. At my 37 week checkup, I brought some excessive swelling to the attention of my main doctor and she referred me for an ultrasound to check for a blood clot that very day. It turned out that I did indeed have a DVT. Because my concern was taken seriously, my and my sons life were saved. After the diagnosis, the doctor on call, not my main doctor, came up with a plan to induce my labor so that I could safely deliver. I spent 33 hours in labor, which meant I was seen by 3 different doctors at the practice during my stay. Each one was well aware of my situation and knew exactly what was going on. I ultimately had a C-Section, which was again not performed by my main doctor, but I still felt as though I was well taken care of. Should I decide to have another baby, I can think of no other practice I would rather go to. This experience has convinced me to use this practice for my ongoing Gynecological needs as well.

I just love Dr. Kleinman! Hes caring, knowledgeable and super funny! He listens and understands, which means so much to me given my unique health issues. From my first appointment, I knew I made the right choice. Hes the best! And, it also helps that the staff are always kind, helpful and professional.

The nurse practitioner, sonographer, and front desk staff here were so friendly and warm. Everyone was helpful and squeezed me in when I had an urgent concern. I was also pleased to find out that they do not perform abortions here, so I can feel safe knowing that my OBGYNs primary business is bringing healthy children into the world. Would definitely recommend!

Its kind of a pain to have to check in at the front desk of the hospital first, but even with that little detour, I still love how efficient and easy it is to visit this office. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I feel like my time is a priority for them, and they run a very efficient process. Dr. Prust is excellent and very helpful with any question. Highly recommended.

I just moved to the area and am currently 28 weeks pregnant. I was referred to Holy Cross hospital and after the ordeal of another clinic not letting me choose which hospital I wanted to deliver at, I thought I’d try here since they have fantastic reviews. Let me quickly state that this clinic does not care seem to care about their patients or even a potential patient. I was denied service because I’m “late” in my pregnancy. Let me explain:I called the appointment scheduler on the phone and explained that we had just moved here and that I’d like to find a new OB. The nice receptionist got the necessary info from me and asked how far along I was. She then said I’d need to speak to the OB coordinator because she wasn’t sure I could be seen there due to my lateness in pregnancy. I left a voicemail with the coordinator, which was returned within 24 hours.The message that was left on my phone was they couldn’t see me because it was late in my pregnancy. I called back because she gave no explanation. When I actually spoke with her, the only explanation first given was it is their policy to not take new patients after 20 weeks. Ok, that’s a weird (and frankly, dumb) policy, but I just moved here and had no choice but to move due to job relocation. So I very nicely asked for a better reason why and she said it would be malpractice. I’m not a high-risk patient, but she didn’t know that because she didn’t ask to see my records from my previous OB. One of the last questions I asked was “what happens when I go into labor? Do I just go to an ER?” Her response was go to the labor and delivery wing of a hospital and the staff doctor will attend to you. She then informed me that if I call other clinics in the area they won’t take me either because I’m 28 weeks. So she basically wrote me off because I’m late and refused to help me and unborn child.First of, how can you deny a person health care when you haven’t even looked at their chart? And then to tell me to just see the staff doctor at a hospital when I’m in labor? What about if there are complications before that I don’t know about? They’re penalizing me for moving here and could potentially put my baby and myself at risk by denying care. My last qualm was that they told me no other clinic would see me. She had no right to speak for other clinics in the area. And it’s not true as I have had other clinics offer appointments. This is the only one I’ve found that denied me service. I luckily found a clinic that is not a part of a big business chain of clinics like some of these. Anyway, take it as you will. I’m glad I’m not going to be seen here.

The office is clean and very safe. Only a few patients in the waiting. I did not have to wait for Dr Kleinman to see me and was immediately taken in to get my blood test. I was in and out in a very short time. Love Dr Kleinman and his practice. A doctor that takes time with his patients and makes you feel you are his most important patient.

Dr. Bradford Kleinman is an excellent Doctor and is highly recommend. Excellent patient care. He explains to you and make sure that you understand clearly what’s going on with you. And help you make the best decision for your health. And he gets right to the point and problem. And he doesn’t keep giving you the run around. And the nursing staff is very phenomenal. Thank you Dr. Kleinman and staff.

Dr. Kleinman is everything every doctor ought to be. Takes the time to listen and ask questions. For post-menopausal women, hes a godsend. Believes in helping you stay active, vital, and healthy even though you are past childbearing years--in fact, you are an important part of this practice when most OB-GYNs only focus on the OB part. Dr. Kleinman is a rare doctor who actually (wait for it) CALLS YOU! Not staff, but the doctor himself. When I complimented him for calling me instead of sending me a link to a portal to get information he responded with, Its my privilege to take care of you. I wish all of my other doctors were like Dr. Kleinman.

My Doctor Gould is very considerate, has patients , he is wonderful, easy to talk to, takes time to listen , and doesn’t make you feel like you are being rushed out of the room so they can get to their next patient. I always feel welcomed and cared for it. Thank you for caring for me.

Dr. Kapner is excellent! She listens intently and does what she can to make you feel in control of your own treatment. She’s super sweet and friendly and always makes me feel incredibly comfortable. The first 2 times I came to OBGYN associates of silver spring, I had excellent experiences. However, the next two times I came, support staff was very impatient and snippy with me. The sonogram technician i saw never even told me her name and was borderline rude. She made me feel stupid for not knowing what to do (it was my first ever sonogram!) and i ended up crying after she left the room. My advise would be to come in the morning during weekdays. I have found that is when support staff/techs seems to be the most pleasant. All in all I strongly recommend Dr. Kapner, regardless of my experience with the rest of the staff.

I moved to the area last year and needed a new gynecologist; based on great reviews I decided to see Dr. Prust. I liked her very much. She meets with you first with your clothes on so she can find out what you need. She’s very professional yet personable, easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with her throughout the visit and the exam. Her receptionist is great. My appointment started right on time too. It’s nice to know I can stop looking for my Ob Gyn.
