Love this place. Seriously a life changing experience. You owe it to yourself to give this treatment a chance. The staff here is very personable, warm and friendly. Every single patient is on a first name basis. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I wasted a lot of time considering it - just give it a shot (no pun intended). They will spend a lot of time in consultation answering questions and you really feel comfortable before you get going.

This place is great! The staff are friendly, helpful and always professional. Im feeling better than I have in a long time. Took me about a month to feel the benefits. So glad Im finally doing this!

Love my experiences at this T center. Carrie quickly handles all my issues at the front desk and helped us resolve an insurance snag we ran into. Jessi’s genuine joy and care are palpable and she handles the needle like a pro (not even a pinch). Michael is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any concerns and thoroughly explains any questions I might have. I miss Ella! All-in-all, the entire staff treats you like family and succeeds in delivering top-notch care. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Go anywhere else, phlebotomists dont listen to you and wiññ dig around in your arm with a needle, then they want to charge outrageous prices to sell you more services after trying to use scare tactics when going over your bloodwork that they cant explain.After going here, I went to my GP and they did the same blood work. The result from my GP labs, were vastly different (I am miraculously no longer have type 2 diabetes, am not vitamin D or B deficient, have a normal iron count, and I no longer have liver disease).

I’ve been coming to The Low T Center for 3 years now. The staff is awesome and the TRT has made a huge difference in many areas of my life. Carrie, Jessi, and the other ladies are awesome. Jessi’s shot technique is so good you won’t even feel it. Michael, the nurse practitioner, is very knowledgeable and always happy to help if you need to make any adjustments to your treatment. Carrie is awesome, I’m always glad to see her.

Best wellness center in Houston. Been going for over 5 years. Jessie always has a Great attitude. It’s the only place I would go for TRT. Karri always has cool shoes.

Great staff. Loved working with their provider. The pharmacy they use, however, just CAN NOT deliver meds on a consistent basis. I ended up on meds for a month and then off for two weeks while trying to get refills delivered and then back on meds again. Tried working this out with Low T but with no results. Reluctantly moving to a new provider.

I had been self injecting with them for over a year with no issues at all, out of the blue I get an email that I needed to come back to have blood work pulled when I had it done two days before the email. Now they want me to pay for new bloodwork that they just did. I tried calling for two weeks, left over twenty messages with not a single call back. When I showed up in person, to ask what was goin on the lady was absolutely rude. I highly recommend finding another source

I have been a customer for 10+ years. A few bumps now and then but the clinical support always made up for any deficiencies. In fact prior to ownership changes I would have given a 5 star rating. This week it’s a 1 and is cause for consideration.Self inject patients are being moved to a new plan. Accept or go elsewhere. Stated plan = visit 7 days after last shot, pay clinic, tele-health in 3 days, wait for pharmacy text, pay pharmacy, meds shipped. It’s a change but can be sold.Except the first tele-health appointment is in 15 days. Call corporate = we don’t have enough tele-health providers and suggest you keep your appointment. Shots in the meantime = no.Unless someone comes to their senses, patients will wait 3+ weeks for shots. All they have to do is invite patients for shots at no additional charge until they get their business model working as advertised.AN UPDATE:Worse than expected. I knew my prescription was being delayed so I called the clinic last and was told to wait and come in today for a shot and to get my order sorted out.I am here at the clinic and now told they won’t help me. Oh, they did give me a pharmacy number to call. Maybe they could have given me that last week.No shot. No clue.Profoundly disappointing.

I’ve been coming to Low T for 6 years. They’re always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt like just another number and recommend them for your low testosterone needs.Just wanted to update my review from a year ago, since Google wouldn’t allow me to do another separate one.Through three locations and several iterations of staff, one thing that has remained a constant is the customer service, friendliness and actual service provided by the staff. They’re jovial and friendly and remain the consummate professionals whilst doing so.Just as a year ago, I recommend you try their service for much of what might ail you. Though the administering of testosterone is their bread and butter they actually over a plethora (I’ve always wanted to work that into a sentence), of other services and products.In a nutshell, yes, I highly recommend Low T.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!! My husband has been seeing the staff at Low T Center The Woodlands for over a year. Jessie and Ella are great! But their billing department and customer service is HORRIFIC!!My family has met our family out of pocket maximum for the year. We actually met it several months ago (today is Oct 13, 2023 for reference) BUT, because they are behind on their billing, they are still charging my husband for every weekly visit! When I call them (and Ive call more than once for the last couple of weeks), I can NEVER reach someone in their billing department. There is no way to leave a voicemail and never a return call.And when I spoke to the lady at the local center that answered the phone, she said that regardless of what the EOB says, they dont go off family out of pocket maximums. And since my husband hasnt met his personal deductable; he has to pay.PLUS they dont do primary and secondary insurance billing AND have not even billed our insurance company for the last 6 visits! Its absolutely asinine to have a medical practice that does NOT know how to properly handle their billing and accounting.He likes (most of) the staff and has received adequate care. But if you cant get your billing up to par, then its not worth it. Hes going to be going somewhere else.

So glad I made my first appointment almost 2 years ago. Fast and convenient, there is no waiting for hours in the lobby. Usually, I am in and out in less than 10 minutes.The staff are friendly and have a sense of humor and always greet with a smile.I also do my annual wellness check up here as well.On a scale of 1-10 they get a 2356.

The staff at the Low T Center the Woodlands are amazing! Very personable people that you feel comfortable talking to. Ella, Jesse and Claudia are so professional and at the same time treat you like family. Good hearts among these three ladies and excellent customer service and knowledge of there position. Ive been going to this location gor a couple years now. The treatments are amazing, Ive noticed a big difference in energy a maintaining healthy weight. The staff is awesome, they are professionals in the greatest since of the word. If youre looking to begin low t treatment this is the place and these are the people to help with that. Highly recommend!

I am switching providers. The app they require you to use is very buggy, almost non-functional. The pharmacy they use takes way too long to process and ship the at home injections, forcing you to go to their office so as to not miss an injection. But the main reason I would recommend you look elsewhere for T treatment, no one can help with these problems. Communication is poor.

Jessie is the best MA I’ve ever seen! She is truly makes getting stuck a easy pain free experience! Actually I just told her last week she better not ever leave here! Go see her at Low T you won’t regret it. Thx for always getting it done Jessie I appreciate you! I should also mention even at memorial herman they had to use a sonogram to hit my vein that Jessie just nails without fail. She’s the best!

Staff is amazing from the time you walk through the door. The director that I talk with, Brian Klug, has been extremely helpful with my treatment since my first day going. His staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to going in every Monday and talking with everyone.They also have this old man feeling like he’s back in his 20’s. I highly recommend this location if you are considering T therapy. At least go in and ask to talk with Brian about your options and expectations.

The Entire staff is great , they have very little turn over if any since I’ve been attending. They are Very helpful and address and needs that occur. It is generally pretty efficient system with very little wait times . It generally takes every personnel to be an asset that makes systems run smooth and efficiently. Only wish they where open a little later on more weekdays to be able to make it after work. It would be wise to look at putting a store in the conroe area as well with the growth and future growth projections .

Best Staff Ever!! These guys completely got me back on track with life. When I started my energy was always down even after 8 hrs sleep and my BP was out of control. Being tired and drained all the time was affecting my relationship and my social life. I am no longer having any of thise issues. I feel rested after sleep and I have enough in the tank to last the entire dayThese guys gave me my life back. So thankful

CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT! After being abandoned for 8 days with no outreach, no support, no explanation, and nothing in their chat window I went in to find out why. The NP refused to speak to me and sent the receptionist to tell me that they are stopping treatment after 5 years because I did not click the buttons on the app on the correct days. My medical support is being suspended and again I have to emphasize: I was not told. I was not warned. My numbers are not in dangerous levels. I was abandoned because I clicked buttons on an app on a Tuesday instead of Sunday. I asked if I put the WRONG information in the app. I was told no. I was right. I just did it on the wrong days. I was not allowed to talk to the NP. I was not allowed any options. I was told I will no longer be helped after 5 years of perfect interactions. NEW OWNERSHIP IS HORRIFIC!! RUN TO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU CAN FOR TREATMENT. THEY WILL ABANDON YOU WITHOUT CARE AND NOT TELL YOU!

Awesome staff, the clinic was great until they got bought out by synergenex…my weekly price quadrupled even with insurance with no real explanation,which caused me to stop going, guess it’s time to look elsewhere

They know their stuff. Good idea to come here and make sure qualified people are taking care of you. That and everyone has taken the effort to know me by my first name as soon as I walk in the door.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. As a healthcare provider, I was extremely disappointed to see how this Low T center is being run. I made an appt online and when I came, the provider refused to see me over a technicality and said I need to come back. He did not tell me, the nurse(who didn’t know the situation) had to tell me. When I came back the next week they told me they made ANOTHER mistake and that I had to come back a third time. No explanation, just an “apology”. There was zero follow through and no one ever contacted me to see how things were going. Throughout my experience with this particular location, NO ONE asked me how I was doing or how my experience was going. Zero follow through. Zero professionalism. I’m sad and dissatisfied on how this location is being run. Zero stars. If you can go to another location, try it and see how much better it is. I am now going to another location further away from my house and it is night and day compared to the Woodlands location. I think that’s sad b/c there is a certain expectation with the Woodlands and I was sorely disappointed. Save your time/money/frustration and go somewhere else. Sub par location

Still the best option there is for low testosterone treatment. Guys, dont short change yourself by not at least finding out if your numbers are low. I never thought this could be an issue for me, but I have been coming for 6 years now and have no plans to quit. This is life! Awesome! The people here are very friendly too, and they always make you feel welcome.

Service gets worse and worse. Moody nurses and incompetent office staff....Response to owner: not when front desk is the ones holding up processes. The desk is unmanned frequently and the amount of moto and attention to detail has gone downhill. It’s very much an “eh, whatever” mentality.

Extremely overpriced, I have been receiving replacement therapy from my GP for over three years. My average cost is less than $25 a month doing my own injections. This service is $250 a visit, if you go weekly that comes out to $1,000 a month! I contacted them because they specialized in low T replacement therapy, but I was put on hold repeatedly when I asked basic questions like What is the normal range of testosterone for menAs per their reply: I was told by their staff it was $250 a week. My doctor runs by blood work often. You do not offer the safety of monitoring more than any other doctor. Dont cloud the water. Besides the ripoff cost, beware the lies.

Everyone who works here is great. The very knowledgeable staff has helped me get my life back. I have energy again and feel great. Thanks yall!
