I see why this place has 5 stars. I would give it 10 if l could. Everyone here treats you like a normal person no matter what brings you in. They go overboard to provide the services at a cost effective measure and ensure you feel valued as a person. I felt like I was talking to my sister after meeting Jennifer, Izzy, and Crystal. Each of them are funny in their own way and l didn’t want to leave. This place is gem and ALL women need to come here and experience the kind, gentle, lovingness of the staff as they receive the great services provided. You will truly be impressed and amazed like l was.

Dr drake is great if you see her. She brushes off her patients to a nurse for annual paps. The nurse does not ask questions, rather proceeds with the exam and leaves. The front desk woman cannot look you in the eye and has always been unpleasant. I said have a good day and she does not respond. I repeated myself speaking louder, she heard me and said nothing. The appointments are never on time so if you value your time add an extra 45 minutes of waiting, or show up late since they see you late. Last year the staff was great, wonder where they went. I’ll be sure to pass this along to my Nextdoor friends to save them from an unpleasant experience.Medical collaboration: please look up the definition. That is your organizations internal issue. Patients do not collaborate with staff. I was early. I said have a good day twice to your front desk person. She would not respond. I am not interested in having a 25 year old nurse perform my pap. I made the appointment with the doctor. The doctor is who I expect to see. Good luck with your practice

Dr. Natalie Drake is amazing. For 2 years I suffered from menopause (hot flashes, night sweats, moodiness etc). Dr. Drake did extensive bloodwork and discovered that I had an auto immune condition associated with menopause. I’ve been seeing Dr. Drake for a year and I have never felt better. She’s extremely thorough, patient, professional, funny and is a great listener. Thank you Dr. Drake for helping me navigate through menopause.

I highly recommend Dr. Natalie Drake and her team! I came to her after having perimenopausal symptoms and being told my bloodwork was normal. Dr. Natalie Drake is an amazing physician. Her and her staff were gentle and extremely understanding of my nervousness. They were able to get me seen on 08/07/23 for a wellness visit. They made me fell at ease and made me so much more comfortable. I hope to be able to continue my care with Dr. Drake and the fabulous team!

I chose Dr. Drake solely off reviews. All gynecologists Ive been to previously never gave me the chance to explain what my issues were. I was constantly told, you are a woman, our bodies change, deal with it. The reviews are all true. Youre appointment is set up to where you actually get one on one time with Dr. Drake. She asks questions and actually listens and engages in the conversation. She is extremely outgoing and funny, so it makes talking about the uncomfortable things with her much easier. I was in a riding accident leaving damage to my female area I came to her to try ThermiVa. As awkward as the procedure is, she made it comfortable. Not even 24 hrs later I already feel better. Regardless of what you may need, I highly recommend Dr.Drake.

Thermiva is freakin amazing. Any woman that has had a baby should get this treatment done. It’s noninvasive and the quickest turn around for returning to your normal activities (wink wink) that day. Everyone wants instant gratification and it’s usually never possible— until THIS. Even after the first session, I could tell a difference right away— and so could my husband. If I could give 10 stars, I would. And Dr Drake and her staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease— they take the time to fully explain everything so you know what to expect. Best. Decision. I actually had 3 Thermiva sessions a few years ago, followed by a very significant reduction in UTI’s. Given my present circumstances, I returned for a couple of new sessions. Dr Rich Drake is very sensitive to the patients needs. He explains the processes and procedures in laymens terms where a patient can understand. Support staff is very friendly and understanding.
