I love this location. I have visit this place 4 different occasions for my kids and for my self. I have had the pleasure to visit with the nurse Letha Ferguson and she is wonderful. Every time I do go in and she is there I honestly feel that me and my family are in great hands. She ask all the right questions to get to the root of the problem and advise how to move forward with my primary care doctor. She provides excellent quality care. She is very gently, kind, and very knowledgeable. She gave me a shot and I didnt even feel it. Thank you Ms. Letha

I went in today, and all the staff were wonderful! The woman who took my vitals was so compassionate about me not feeling well, she was extremely kind. I wish I remembered her name because she was fabulous! The NP Letha was also wonderful, she showed compassion as well, was so concerned about how I felt and asking questions. By far the BEST I have ever been treated in an urgent care. They really care about your health and well being. Letha even took a call from me about additional concerns and took initiative to listen and gave additional instructions with medication. Truly, I was soo happy I went to that location.

I came here with a skin ssue and had a great experience with Dr Zeitler. He was kind, patient and seemed to care. He prescribed what I needed to take care of the problem so I can say I pretty much had an overall good experience. Currently trying to go back for an allergy issue and wanting to go back to him if possible.Update 9/8/24:My 3rd time coming back and the service is still great. Very little wait time and everyone has been so pleasant. Today I saw Brian who worked from desk and did double duty by doing my vitals as well. He was pleasant along with the practitioner Letha. Letha helped with my issue with no problem and even offered additional advice on an unrelated issue. She was very warm and nurturing. Great business. I really dont understand the 3-star review, but hopefully this review will encourage others to check them out.

I’ve been to this urgent care several times. The clinic is new, modern and clean! The clinicians are always nice and knowledgeable. They also work very quickly and efficiently.

Memorial Hermann Urgent Care is terrible due to its billing process. As of this year, they started requiring a card on file for payment because they have been having issues verifying insurance at the location, so the billing department has to do it. However, two months after my appointment, they have not sent my claim to my insurance and keep making excuses. My insurance has called and requested the claim via fax after I called three times about sending the claim, yet my insurance still has no claim. I demanded the removal of my credit card due to their neglect of sending the claim to my insurance.

HORRIBLE !!! The physician acted like she didn’t know what she was going really. On top of that I am on day 3 of trying to get these ppl to do their job and send the medication to the pharmacy. What’s the point of going to an urgent care if you have to wait DAYSSS FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOB AND SEND THE URGENT MEDICINE TO THE PHARMACY. Now my 7 year old is in pain just waiting on these ppl to do their jobs. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Update 6/24/24:As stated below, my entire family comes here and other then them sending prescriptions to the incorrect pharmacy after Ive confirmed before leaving that they had the correct one on file, Or not having a specific technician after I call to confirm that they have one, Ive had other issues with this place today. All the services, especially the nurse practitioners on duty. However, I guess today seeing how I came about 20 minutes before they close the MA at the front desk had a snobby attitude. Praying to God that I dont have to go way back to Benderslanding because when I refuse to do is deal with an attitude because you dont wanna do your job.The convenience of the location to my home is amazing, the staff is wonderful and the time from when you walk into the door until you leave is remarkable. Id choose this place over my PCP ANY DAY! I go here for EVERYTHING having 5 children and not being able to book same day appts with their PCP this place has saved me soooo much time from having to wait at Children’s urgent care or the ER! Im mad Im only able to give them 5 stars because they deserve so many more.

Wonderful staff! Very caring and listened well. Explained everything perfectly. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use them in the future.

This is a great place. Great staff and low wait times. The upsetting part is the price tag. $300 office visit charge every time you go here. I have insurance. I can see a doctor for $50 or go to a different urgent care facility for $50. Costs over $100 need to be disclosed before they proceed with service.

I was seen Sunday and the staffs were all nice. Tuesday I got the result and tried to call three times. It was a different NP. Her name was Natasha. Asking for explanation about the lab result and all of a sudden she hanged up. What???no call back... Its understandable I was not her patient, but pls have manners....I also work at MH but we dont treat patient like that...Hello MH management...

Had an amazing experience here! The staff was extremely sweet and straight to the point and helped me figure out why I was feeling ill and helped me fix it! The nurse let me know she would be here the next few days so I could pop in and talk to her again if needed. The place was super clean and friendly and I will definitely go here again if I have any future health needs.

I did not have the best experience here. I will say, the facility is very clean and in a beautiful shopping center. The PA David was so unprofessional. He had no answers for me or suggestions on my health. He said “we are all dying anyways”… very odd behavior. I felt so uncomfortable.Susan was absolutely lovely. She calmed me down and was very sweet upon arrival and leaving.I hope the PA works on his bedside manner. Even though it’s an urgent care and needs to be straight to the point, showing empathy is a game changer. Just my advice as someone as a director at a healthcare facility.Thank you Susan.

I have never had a better experience at an urgent care. We saw the PA, David Zeitler, and he genuinely kind and patient with my daughter and me. We were also helped by Sue— she was accommodating and helpful and kept us updated throughout the visit. Quick and easy visit, and they were even understanding about last minute medication change. I would definitely come again!

DO NOT GO HERE. Couldn’t get a same day appt at my Primary care Dr. Came here as a last resort. This is supposed to be an urgent care but nothing is urgent about it, they do not take you seriously at all. Your health and money is on the line, so do yourself a favor and go to a place that actually cares about people. I rather pay out of pocket than ever go here again this place is a joke.

The worse Urgent Care we have EVER been to! Went in for minor pain and swelling, the nurse/receptionist (same person, literally a 2 man show) did not inform us until AFTER we had already paid our copay and were in the room that this facility did not have X-ray available. It clearly states on their website that that service is offered at this location. I told them we would have liked to have been informed of that BEFORE paying our copay and in the room because we would have went somewhere else and she just said sorry. The NP told us she did not have a clue what was going on but that she would send over an RX and for us to call in 24 hours and they would send us to another Urgent Care to get that X-ray. The RX that was called in had different instructions than we were told at the Urgent Care by the NP. All the way around they were very inefficient. We could have just called Tele-doc and got the EXACT same thing without having to pay the Urgent Care copay. Contacted MH-Go Health billing office after the visit and requested just the copay back and again got absolutely no help or even concern. Will not ever be back!

Dr. David and his team are amazing, and so attentive. Dr. David is straight to the point and I admire that about him. He answered my questions and made sure I understood what was going on with my health. I’ve been to this urgent care a few times and each experience has been phenomenal.

We received outstanding care here. We were seen almost immediately. Both the medical assistant, Daisya Andrade and the doctor, Ricardo Valle were knowledgeable, informative and very nice. Thank you both!!!

Patient privacy was ignored. Take off everything and don’t cover up for an ekg, at this location. Another location didn’t require disrobing at all for the same test.

The P/A was great! The nurse/receptionist was okay. It is a small place. No wait time. Extremely clean!

Reasonable wait times, very friendly & helpful staff. Everyone was professional and attentive.

If you don’t have insurance or forgot it in a rush don’t worry THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY…..
