When I walked in, the registration was quick and I completed it on my phone. The waiting room was very clean and new. I was warned that there might be a 45-minute wait but they sped things up and got me in very quickly. She completed my vitals and offered to let me sit in a chair instead of the exam table in case I would be more comfortable. The PA was named Sam and he was incredibly easy to talk to, quickly assessed my issue and explained why it was a very clear diagnosis. I liked everyone there and I wish that the PA could be my primary doctor. I dont like to see doctors, and I never want to go anywhere else. I liked it there.

I would give this location ZERO⭐if possible for the following reasons:1. They outright refused to see me despite the fact that I have Medicare A/B coverage plus secondary BC/BS coverage. Then they wanted my drivers license which they legally did not need & my other insurances do not require. This is a HUGE security hole if I had released this info, especially since they provide no information about their security practices or any guarantees how they maintain the security of your records.2. Their advertising says they are part of the Memorial Hermann system. I was told they are not currently but it will be coming soon. So they follow none of their protocols. 3. Because they are not yet part of Memorial Hermann, they do not use MyChart medical record keeping, even though they falsely advertise that they currently use MyChart. If this company says they are affiliated with M.H. & use the same systems, then they should. If not yet, they could advertise Coming Soon. They did not of this type of notice.I advise other people to be leery of this group, especially the front desk persons backup who was extremely rude & refused me medical care.JH

Great urgent care facility. Conveniently located, adequate parking, next door to an H.E.B grocery in case you need a prescription. The checkin process was really easy and quick and they were familiar with my obscure insurance! I went with my daughter (we were both “broken” at the same time) and got right in to see the provider. PA Sam was outstanding and really very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about my orthopedic issue (he worked in Ortho for several years before joining the urgent care: win win for me). Got a prescription next door at the HEB and was on my way in no time. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care and had an exceptional experience. There was very little wait time, which was a relief. The facility was immaculately clean, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The location is absolutely fabulous, situated in a thriving and popular shopping center, making it convenient and easy to find. The physician who attended to me was very polite, professional, and informative, providing top-notch medical care. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.I would definitely recommend Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Their efficiency, cleanliness, excellent location, and wonderful staff make it a standout choice.

I would give no stars if possible. This place wasted my time and money. I had an infected sty and they couldnt tell me that. The dr flashed his light in my eyes for all of a minute and literally told me, I dont know whats wrong but try this topical antibiotic for a week and see a pcp. No other tests, no other interest in my condition or how to treat it. The entire visit was under 10 minutes and cost me $65, which I understand is my copay for an urgent care visit but was entirely not worth it. Went to another dr the next day and said the antibiotic prescribed is a waste and would do nothing for my condition. This place is a joke. To not even be able to identify a sty, much less an infected one, should give all indication of the capacity of the dr there.

Second time visiting this Woodlands location because my PCP wasnt available, and both experiences have been great! This is rare for me because interactions with providers and staff often tend to be cold and dismissive when seeking care. Also, not the clinics fault, but I absolutely hate that everything is digital at first contact. Not everyone wants a digital profile; some of us find it invasive and not very secure.

I was a walk in patient with what I believed was a UTI (never had one before). The staff was friendly and helpful, and confirmed my suspicions about the UTI. I was prescribed an antibiotic and it has cleared it up.

The process of registering was easy. I was seen fast and predicted my issue quite quickly. Went to HEB next door and picked up script. A couple days later, though not done with script, I am feeling a lot better.

Wow. Walk in Friday and its hotter than heck in there; it had some really loud temp portable AC units not helping at all. A black lady sitting over at a small counter to the right looks up and asks what we need. I remark it is hot in here and she says yes, the AC is out, what do you need. No sorry, nothing. The perfection of disinterest. I tell her and she directs me to the main counter (get off your chair and meet us there, dont make us walk to you to have us walk back, someone is sick) to go to and await the arrival of what turns out to be a white female with very short cropped hair who arrives with barely concealed hostility or real resentment or anger issue, but whatever it was it was rolling out of her facial expression and tone of voice. She speaks to me such that I cannot hear over the roar of the two large loud temp ACs. I have to have her repeat herself several times which only increases her irritability. The check in procedure was annoyingly over complicated. Finally, with the heat and the really negative vibe and treatment, I just get up and leave. Itd been another hour minimum and I wasnt going to sweat through that or subject my sick granddaughter to that staff and environment, I dont care how good the doctor is. The whole thing was making being ill only worse. Now, my guess is they may have both been very irritable about the oppressive heat and I dont know how long itd been going on. But I dont really care. If theyre like this under a little stress or maybe they just dont care about their jobs, the AC (if that was it) only revealed their true nature as employees in the healthcare industry dealing with ill people- little sick children. We ended up at Urgent Care for Kids where seeing and treating a sick little girl was done with obvious caring and all speed. Check in was smooth and flawless- we were there and gone in 50 mins. If you care about how your kid is treated, go to Urgent Care for Kids. If youre indifferent or want someone else to be indifferent for you, by all means go to this place.

This place is a waste of your money. It is ridiculous, there is no personal care, and there is no accountability. They think everyone is drug seeking. Even if you have a cast, a broken hand all they will offer. You is Tylenol. They are extremely rude and very rash. Do not waste your money, this place is trash. Honest review.

I brought my 11 month old in for a possible ear infection on a Saturday and was very pleased! The check is process went very quickly, which was great! We didnt have to wait to long to be seen. Michelle Fagelman was fantastic with my baby! She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She confirmed the ear infection and was sure my baby got what she needed that night from the pharmacy. She also told us next steps and other things to look out for. Highly recommend this location! The staff is great!

We took my son there, as he was sick and his symptoms were leaning towards strep throat. Tests ran, results came back, and he had strep throat!Prescription written, filled, and administered.Day 2 - my son is breaking out with a rash and he is itchy. Since this was a new medication that he had never taken, it appeared that he was having an allergic reaction - so we gave him Benadryl and everything cleared up. However, he now has 3 more days left of his antibiotics and hes allergic to it.No worries, Ill just call in and have a different medication written. And here is where theyve lost our familys future business.Im told that he must be seen again to rule out another illness. I try to explain that everything has cleared up from the Benadryl and the rashes went away. Nope, gotta see him, and yes - that requires another charge for both my copay and my insurance company. So the doctor brings him. No additional tests were run. Just a quick body scan... still no rashes. So out comes the prescription pad and a new antibiotic is sent away.Apologies left and right about policies yada yada yada. One doctor is unable to validate another doctors orders or they could lose their license. But dont worry, an email is being written to their higher-ups. We have never been contacted...Long story short, its best to find another place for your urgent care needs - as profits are greater than patient care.

Michelle (NP) and Tegan were on point when we arrived. They both provided high quality, thoughtful, and knowledgeable care of my mother for some light headedness and dizziness. We had an easy check in, quality triage, and fast decision making to help her get the necessary care she required. We’ll be returning here for future care! Thanks so much, ladies!

Nice, new facility. My hubby said the Dr was nice. He went on a Friday early evening, in some pain and needed an antibiotic. They sent the prescription to a pharmacy and they closed for the day shortly after. The pharmacy never got the prescription. Not even 13 hours later. I went there (bc my hubby was feeling too bad) to get a written prescription and they said it wasn’t their fault…there must’ve been a “lag” and they don’t give written prescriptions. Not sure how there is a 13 hour lag, but I’ve never had that happen before. With the abundance of Urgent Cares, I’ll be going somewhere else.

I took my husband to this location on Market Street. He had a high fever and coughing. The only test they did was a Covid test (I told them I did one at home). I had to ask them to do a chest xray but they couldnt because they did not have a radiologist on duty however they advertise it on thier website that they can do them. They had to send us to another location. They sent us to the pharmacy for meds that did nothing for him! I asked for antibiotics but she said they would not help him. I had to take him to a REAL emergency room that DID prescribed antibiotics for him and they worked. I would not trust Memorial Hermann GoHealth.
