Planned Parenthood - Springfield Health Center

Everyone here was so nice! From the front desk, to the assistant who took my blood, to the doctor. I have never felt so relaxed at an apt like this. Everyone there is so pleaseant and and makes you feel like you are in good hands. Thank you!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and very comforting, as I was nervous. My nurse practitioner as well as my doctor answered any and all questions that I had without making me feel rushed and even helped me set up MyChart for quicker results. I cannot put enough emphasis on how well I was treated at this office on such short notice as my family doctor was on vacation. I highly recommend going to this practice and if I ever need to go back for any care, I have no doubt that I will be satisfied.

Absolutely horrible. The doctors and nurses did not prepare nor educate me on my birth control method. They explained the procedure while leaving out MAJOR details. The pain I experienced was the worst I have ever experienced and they did not warn or prepare me. I would never recommend this place and made a mistake trusting the business.

Trans friendly! I am a transgender man, on T for 3+ yrs, and they were very welcoming to have me come in and get an IUD. Thank you PP!

Love this planned parenthood, they get you in and out quickly & really care about you and make you feel comfortable.
