Dr. Jurema and his beautifully spirited office staff made this last leg of a seven year journey complete. From the very first visit, and being welcomed by Alnisa, with not only her wonderful musical playlist, but her warmth and guidance, I should have known then I was in great care. Not to mention we are the same Zodiac sign. IYKYK. There was another nurse, unfortunately I forgot her name, but she is the same sign. She walked me back, to collect my vitals and a sample. I liked her energy as well. After a few moments, Dr. Jurema himself greets me and walks me to his office. It is so rare to see that nowadays, a doctor receiving their patients themselves, so it was again warm and welcoming to experience that. Dr. Jurema’s bedside manners from beginning to end are a class act. He’s matter of fact, yet gentle in his delivery, he’s confident in his knowledge, and thinks methodically to ensure all options are on the table so no stone is left unturned. After our consultation, I’m guided to meet Carolina, my nurse for the entire process. She kept me on top of things as this was my first time in this process. Every visit after, and phone calls, I was welcomed with love, compassion, and thoughtful care. Almost can’t believe it’s come to an end. There’s a sense of family, because truthfully, we as patients, are building our own right? After my procedure, Dr. Jurema came to tell me it was SUCCESSFUL!!! EVERYTHING WAS DONE. Tears of joy and elation!!THANK YOU DR. JUREMA AND YOUR WONDERFUL OFFICE STAFF for all your grace, love, compassion, and support!!!(And shout out to the call center for being patience with me!)

RMA Springfield is the place to go for fertility treatment. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Jurema. He is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes time to answer all your questions and concerns. The team at RMA Springfield is top knotch (including nurse Rania). Every step of the way, I felt listened to and felt confident in the course of treatment. I would recommend Dr. Jurema to anyone going through fertility difficulties.

The staff at RMA and Dr. Jurema are outstanding. Their attention to patient care goes above and beyond. Going through infertility is an unpredictable and extremely challenging journey. We felt so supported and informed throughout the entire process! I also had the pleasure of having Jessica Garth as my nurse. She was always available to answer questions, update me, and calmed my nervous every step of the way. We could not recommend their RMA office in Springfield enough.

During this very frustrating and sensitive time in my life, I am so grateful to the team at RMA for being so caring and walking me through all the steps to help my partner and I conceive. Dr. Jurema was gentle and extremely thorough explaining the whole process to me. He even took time to draw what each procedure would look like and what it entailed. He provided detailed information on what to expect so I didnt have to go home and rely on Dr. Google for answers. Im excited to continue my fertility journey with RMA.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jurema and am so thankful that he helped us build our family of 4.After 4 unsuccessful IUIs at Weill Cornell, it was time to find a new doctor. We did a lot of research and found the RMA care share program and Dr. Jurema. We had a consultation with him and found him to be extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, personable, kind, honest and transparent about the entire IVF process. He took a very complex topic and explained it in a way that made sense. He educated us on each step so that we were fully aware of what to expect. The stress and anxiety of this process takes a mental and physical toll, but having a doctor who you can trust makes all of the difference. From my very first consult throughout our entire journey Dr. Jurema and his staff have been the very best. Their level of professionalism and compassion has always been consistent. Dr. Jurema and nurse Barbara were always honest with me, I couldn’t have asked for more. Dr. Jurema is an amazing, passionate physician who is great at what he does. He is caring and truly listens to all your concerns and is reassuring. He gave us a treatment plan we could trust which has led us to 2 successful transfers. A great man and staff. Glad to have known them and have their help building our family.

Dr. Jurema is an exceptional doctor!Prior to choosing RMA, I went to another IVF clinic that gave me my first child, which I think was by luck. They had difficultly pinpointing the appropriate protocol for baby #2. After four unsuccessful IVF rounds, I met with Dr. Jurema. We discussed open communication between doctor and patient. I stressed timely responsiveness to any medical follow-ups, such as PDG results and any findings from any medical procedures. He drew me a road map for our vision of the IVF cycle. Along with my nurse Melissa M., I was educated throughout the entire process and my protocol was adjusted to fit my medical needs.He was able to exactly pinpoint my window of implantation. In a short time, Dr. Jurema took me off the IVF hamster wheel.As I sit and write this review, my eyes are filled with tears of joy staring at my beautiful baby laying in her crib!Dr. Jurema, my nurse, and the Springfield office were truly professional and responsive!

Dr. Jurema is an amazing doctor. He is caring and takes the time to speak with you individually. He has been on this journey with us for six years, through six losses, a live birth and a current pregnancy. He always listened to my concerns and was able to think outside the box to best help us. Marcus Jurema is a very nice and polite. However;I trusted him with my fertility journey when I walked into his office 4 yrs ago when I was in my late 30s. He suggested that I have two uterine fibroid surgeries back to back (1yr and 1 day apart to be exact), instead of harvesting my eggs. Now 4 yrs older my uterus is fine but Im having a difficult time producing. Every other Dr Ive seen after him has said why didnt he get your eggs first. He literally robbed me of my window of opportunity to have a fighting chance of getting pregnant. Sadly, I feel that if I wasnt black I wouldve been treated differently. This will have a lasting impact on me forever while he continues to practice. Seems so unfair. Overall, RMA is a well oiled machine. They do not care about individually changing their standard protocol to fit the woman. The woman must fit into their protocol. Do you research and dont take what these doctors say for face value especially Marcus Juerma.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Jurema. He explained everything very thoroughly from our first consult meeting on and I was pleased with how attentive all the staff at RMA were.
