Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

My first time visiting this facility and am surprised they have xray and other lab services on site. Though at this hour (8am) there is no xray tech on site. I like the open design of the facility and it has a very calm environment. The staff has been very professional in getting me checked in. I did show up a bit late to my visit and have to wait a about 30mins more than expected. Seems like there is 3 staff here at the moment.Staff has been attentive and listening to my symptoms.

I have (unfortunately) had to visit urgent care more than once in the last handful of weeks, and I am very fortunate this location has opened up so close to my area. Michelle and her staff are welcoming, professional, and definitely helped to put me at ease during some uncomfortable and scary health experiences I was dealing with. Each time I returned, they greeted me happily and treated me like a friend, which was a comfort.In addition to the warm atmosphere, the practitioners working here are knowledgeable, thorough, and took care to explain the treatments they were recommended (and kindly explain when they couldnt, due to the limits of an urgent care facility versus an ER or specialist).I experienced no adverse wait times during any of my visits, and I found the facility to be clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs good, efficient care.

This review pertains specifically to the front desk staff. When my adult daughter checked in on 8/15 and presented insurance, she was asked, How are you still on your moms insurance when you are a thousand years old? I wanted to go in and address her, but my daughter is the peacekeeper and asked that I not. My daughter is on my insurance, and the keyword is my, As long as my job and insurance carrier allow me to cover my daughter, that is my business. The sarcasm of you are a thousand years old folks must watch their words. I am submitting this review while my daughter is in Urgent Care to be seen. Consider how my daughter felt about the inappropriate remarks. The worker needs to mind the business that pays her instead of being in my business. All the front desk staff needed was the identification and insurance card to do her job. I am a lioness who protects my cub, and as long as the insurance is verified, the age is nobody elses business or concern. No other healthcare facility has ever made such comments. They may have been inquisitive and spoke among their peers, but they have never been so insensitive and boldly made such remarks.In closing, it is the epitome of a ghetto overall service experience. All the staff were a little hood and unprofessional with their conversations around patients. In fact we left before getting Flu and Covid test results after all the staff disappeared for an absurd amount of time. The staff had no cuuth The only professional was the doctor my daughter seen. Certainly a place to never visit again. It was the quickest option to avoid going to the ED.

I recently visited Inova Urgent Care and had an excellent experience. The facilities are very clean and updated. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the convenience of scheduling a same-day appointment online. The wait time was minimal, and Dr. Burke was particularly outstanding. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail, demonstrating a thorough and caring approach. I would definitely come back for any urgent care needs. Highly recommended!

2nd inova urgent care I have to visit and it was another disappointment . My niece had neck paint from gymnastics and we were send to an urgent care...so we went to this clinic.We arrived at an empty clinic, we were directed to sign in electronically, after we did that they proceeded to give a paper sign in, this process took 30 minutes... I asked if they could get started providing care and were not even acknowledged.....Finally after they asked for a copay ($100) they took us into the examination room, only to wait another long time.For an urgent care location...not so urgent.As my second experience with Inova urgent care I can honestly say that they are more concerned about getting paid than providing care. Even if the patient is a child who is in pain.

Great provider!! Front desk person was a little standoffish and not welcoming but she was okay. The building is well kept and was very nice. INOVA really does a great job. I took my 7 year old for a sore throat and they treated him well

My visit was wonderful! Staff were very nice and efficient, I was in and out quickly and my problem was resolved! I hope not to need urgent care again but if I do Ill go to INOVA!

Walked in at 7:55 pm one of the staff members said please sign on the Ipad to be seen, as I was entering my information the front desk lady came and aggressively asked what do you need then she said technically we closed now. Unprofessional and rude. Their sign say New Era of on demand care, yes thats what it looks like new unprofessional era for Inova urgent care

Much better that Burke Gohealth. Doctors are compassionate and actually, great Doctors. Staff is friendly and warm. Ill be coming back to this one.

I’d like to take away the star given. Stay away! Do not go here. I was treated VERY disrespectfully by front desk personnel. That individual, and purposely not listing her name, should not be working in any capacity in healthcare. I question Inova leadership for hiring such a person. I could go on but won’t. Save yourself. Don’t go here.

Unfortunately this location does not have an x-ray machine. The xray did not show a fracture, but the continuing pain drives me to get a more sophisticate test.

Super quick, professional and welcoming team. I did a walk in and got everything taken care of within 30 mins.

By far the best urgent care experience. These new INOVA urgent cares are nicely done and the staff are all amazing.

I called to see if they could do a certain procedure and they said yes. Since the other Inova location said no I pressed for details and it turned out this location couldnt either. They didnt listen to my initial question and just said yes.

Place is clean; staff assistance excellent; did not wait long. There is the option to set your own walk-in time on their website and it worked well for me.

Was easily able to make a same-day appointment online. Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!

They did everything on time.They dont keep people waiting.They explain to you what every procedure,and they treat with respect.

RN was very friendly, helpful, and patent. CNP listened to my concerns, was kind and thorough.

This was a lovely facility and the doctor took his time with me. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
