I had a horrible experience. I had been running extremely high temp. My throat was raw and ears felt like I had an ear infection. Im pregnant. I had already tested positive for covid. However, when I was in their office they barely swabbed my nose. They test came back negative and then they tested me for a UTI. They told me i was fine. I will never got back there again.

Everyone was very efficient and treated me well. They didn’t scold me for not making an online appointment (as happened at a different Mercy urgent care clinic). The process was also very fast. I was seen quickly and got immediate results to one test, next-day results in another, and had results of the third two days later. I was prescribed medication and on my way home before I knew it.

I have been to mercy urgent care 4 times. Every time I have to upload my insurance and ID. Then when I get to location I have to check in at kiosk.. sit down to find out I have to go to desk and give all the same information. Then walk in noted on monitor got to go before me that made appointment. If I would have known that I would have gone as a walk in.What is the point to to upload and check in if you have to do it again and wait behind people that just walk in???

I usually dont like to go anywhere where they are about to close . They close at 5pm on saturday. It was 4:30 when i decided i should go since it was eye related. The ladies there where so nice. The girl who takes the info before doctor comes in. Dr lady was so nice. I felt comftorable. Didnt feel like they where rushing or where upset someone came in last minute.

I was very pleased with the staff as far as knowledge and friendliness. They were very pleasant and friendly. My one concern was that I had an appointment for 12:45, arrived at 12:40 and didnt get into an exam room until 1:15 to 1:20. I thought the purpose of an appointment was to keep from having to wait. The did seem to be short-staffed, so I will go with that being the reason for the wait.

Staff was so kind with my three year old son. They had so much patience and made things easier. He was very happy with the stickers and little candies he did not even care he was having his ears cleaned out. He even hugged the doctor on the leg when he was done checking out his ear. He is still telling me about how he got so many stickers and had so much fun.

Very thorough, from receptionist, assistant who took vitals and physician’s assistant who spent lots of time with me and referred me to ENT and PT. I have to say this team happily exceeded my expectations. This was a much better visit than I had about a year ago.

What I liked best about my visit is that I was having a bit of an urgent concern and the staff and the nurse practitioner saw me right away. They sent me immediately to the ER and the nurse practitioner communicated with the ER about my urgent matter. So thankful for wonderful people that work at this clinic. I would like to thank each and every one of them that assisted me that day.

Will never be back. The provider took less than two minutes with me. Diagnosed me with TMJ but never checked my throat or responded to the fact that the side of my neck was extremely painful and sore. Turns out two days later I have inflamed carotid arteries in my neck and need to see a vascular specialist. The provider was unsympathetic, did not take any time to really look at anything. After going in and seeing a provider who cared I would rather wait hours to see a doctor than be shoved off and charged urgent care prices for nothing. I am still waiting for a call back from them after reporting my frustration. Avoid these people at all costs. It is not worth it.

I received timely and great care. My only problem was that I was given a tall boot for my broken foot. I am a very short person and couldnt even bend my knee all the way. It was so uncomfortable, I couldnt wear it. When I went to the orthopedic doctor, they fitted me with a short book which is working well. Since my insurance will only pay for one boot, Im stuck with the bill, and an appliance that I cant use. It wouldve been nice to get fitted with a short boot at Urgent Care.

The nurse was snarky and rude and made fun of my symptoms in front of me, then I could hear her and the doctor talking bad about other patients. Unprofessional. People are there because they don’t feel good. Act appropriately.

I went to urgent care on East Battlefield , springfield mo. I had dropped a big rock on my arm and the skin was scraped off. The doctor put the skin back in place and I didnt feel a thing. the nurse Kelly was very nice. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Estella W.

Very helpful, always thorough, have helped with a variety of issues. All the NP’s and nurses have been very considerate and explain after visit care well. Recently visited after having a poor experience at another mercy go health and it immediately showed how an urgent care experience should go and how it shouldn’t.

I had the worse experience at this Mercy Urgent care facility. I made my appointment online. I arrived and was taken into an examination room. The nice nurse Josh, took my vitals and gave me both a Covid-19 test and a Strep test.I had a fever and was feeling horrible. My throat was very sore, to the point where I could talk or swallow. He said the the test would take 10 min. I came back in in approximately 10 min. Looked at the test and walked out. Then I waited ……and 30 min later I was feeling so bad I was ready to walk out. I opened the door to the examination room and a Lady jumped back from the Computer where she was playing games…. and said“I have other patients before you”, there wasn’t anyone else in the building except for me and the receptionist and the nurse. I still had not said anything to her mainly because I was so sick and my throat was so raw. Then she said“Ok, I’m coming, She did come into the examination room but I felt no since of Trust or Security, at the end of the day she didn’t give me any meds and no treatments. And I’m back home sick and hurting! I will never go back to that Urgent care.

I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for the ladies at this location! I was completely miserable with an unknown illness. They ran all applicable tests, provided me with a steroid on site, and were so caring and considerate of my situation. I actually cried because of how cared for I felt (and because I was so miserable). I left feeling better, it could have been in my head, but I have definitely improved today.THANK YOU!

Friendly at the counter when I first walked in. It was also at that point I found out I was getting more than an ultrasound. I was a 1st timer doing this. The staff, Drs, techs, etc. were nice, and the information shared was clear and understandable.

Everyone was super nice and informative. I went in there wanting to know more about what was going on, and I left knowing exactly what was going on. A lot of doctors dont thoroughly explain whats going on inside your body, I wanted to know so I appreciated the help! It made it more enjoyable that everyone there was so polite and friendly. I also really appreciated the packet I got informing me about how to care for my wrists so they heal best, and I was pleased to see recommended strengthening exercises for me to do to prevent future wrist sprains or carpal tunnel. I also felt like I was listened to and treated with respect, some doctors arent very good at listening to me when I explain how Ive been feeling and how Ive been healing. I also really loved my nurse, I only talked to her for a little bit but she was so sweet and I could see myself even being friends with her!

After numerous visits, tests and xrays this past week or more to try and diagnose what was causing me to have such shortness of breath, the doctor at Urgent Care on E Battlefield listened to my breathing with a stethoscope and declared that I had walking pneumonia, put me on an antibiotic and two days later I am feeling much stronger, breathing better.

I found it quite convenient that all my doctors are in the same building. They have dental, optometry, primary, behavioral health, and even an urgent care. Staff is super helpful. On the down side of things, the doctors are incompetent.

To begin with, it was me and my husband. They did a quick evaluation of him and his Oxygen and heart rate were so low they sent him on to the ER with my daughter. They even called the ER to alert them he was on his way. They kept me to run tests - we both had respiratory illnesses. Long story shorter - I had the BEST care ever. They were all very kind and concerned. My son and daughter in law came to be with me. They allowed them in with me. I had not eaten all day - I was given juice and a protein drink and offered crackers, etc. By far, I highly recommend this facility on Battlefield. They diagnosed, ordered meds, and explained everything. I wish they were my Primary Care team ❤️

Disappointed, first visit here was amazing, this time I scheduled a head, got there early, not busy. 15 min AFTER appt time they took a walk in back, then me... an hour after my appt time I had to leave and hadnt been seen. Staff was friendly but wasted my lunch hour and have to wait another day to get treatment.

I went to this urgent care tonight at the advice of my Dr and several nurses I work with because my blood pressure was extremely high, I went in and explained to the ladly at reception why I was there, she was very friendly and we talked and joked a bit. She advised me it was going to be a bit of a wait which I was completely fine with, I grabbed my book and sat in the lobby to read. After 2 hours the nurse came and got me, I told her why I was there, she took my blood pressure and pulse ox, then left, I could hear her and the Dr talking about me on the other side of the door and it did not sound good. The Dr walked in, Dr Thomas, and said we cannot treat you here for blood pressure problems, you need to go to the ER. I said I understood, but inquired why no one said anything when I came in and explained why I was there. The nurse looked at me and asked if I would have listened to a receptionist and I replied, considering she is a Healthcare professional with the title of radiologist, yes I would have. I asked again, why was I not told before spending $75 and waiting over 2 hours with my blood pressure being as high as it was, was I not informed they could not treat me and that I need to go seek medical attention at the ER? Why did I have to wait there, instead of sending me to a place that could actually help me, just for them to tell me that cant help me and send me to wait even longer without getting medical care. They had no answer for me. I have never felt like my health mattered so little in my entire life.

Had a great experience here today. Diagnosed with bronchitis. Checked in in a timely manner. Not too long a wait to see someone. Vitals taken and short interview. A bit of a longer wait to see the NP or Dr. but she was thorough and very good. We left very thankful and encouraged, not feeling much better, but knew there was hope with the prescribed meds. Appreciated all our interactions with the 3 staff we encountered. Very friendly and caring.

Quickly seen, doctor seemed to listen to everything i had to say and offered a possible resolution as well as a recommendation for what to do if certain things got worse. Only thing i found disappointing was when I reviewed the notes, they were slightly incorrect. Which could make future treatment extremely difficult. Fortunately, when informed of how to contact them the issues were quickly resolved and i was reassured the necessary edits would be made regardless of how they appeared. This was client care at its best thank you!

Reception and medical assistant staff were great. The clinic was busy, yet my 91-year-old mother was kept waiting over 45 minutes in a frigid exam room after a nurse took her vitals. When Dr. Jamie Thomas finally appeared, he didn’t introduced himself, claimed they were short staffed and seemed utterly confused about what he was supposed to do. Fortunately, the assistant was able to get him straight. If my mother needs an urgent care service again, I will make sure Dr. Thomas is not the physician on site.

Called the number and they said they were taking walk ins. Got there and they turned us away cause they closed in 20 minutes and told me I could be seen in the morning.I cut my finger deep and am on blood thinners. The morning wouldn’t help. My wife went in because her blood pressure was high after $75 and a two hour wait in the waiting room she was told We cant treat you here go to the ER you would think the receptionist would know oh we dont do high blood pressure... Not only did they not treat her but made her all upset and made her pressure go higher. A refund for service not rendered would have been nice as well.

The woman at the front was friendly. The nurse who took us back was friendly. The doctor (Dr. Jamie Thomas) who saw us was not friendly. He walked in, asked several questions super fast, didnt even let my teen daughter answer some of them, then looked in her ear QUICKLY. Said yep its red. Ill give you amoxicillin. He talked so fast and was acting like he had a million patients to tend to. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE! The nurse with him didnt smile or say anything. Come to find out, the amoxicillin wasnt enough for her very inflamed ear and we had to go to her pediatrician a couple days later for ear drops. Why couldnt he have found this at the time? Maybe if he had slowed down and taken a little more time with her! We also werent given a print out. Just rushed out.

I went to urgent care a complete mess. I was hurting so bad inwas shaking. I couldnt speak clearly and could not follow simple instructions. The staff asked the right questions and understood what was wrong. They were able to take the edge off of my pain with an anti inflammatory shot. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Very considerate of my consequences with a throbbing wrist from tendinitis. I went to one urgent care all the way across town and found out that they were booked up solid for three hours and yet the gal behind the counter help me get an appointment in just a half an hour and another clinic. They could not be more helpful and got to me and took care of my element in a timely manner.Very friendly and I wish the best for all of them especially to the doctor first name Kay!

Last night and this morning I had the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had from healthcare professionals: Sam and Courtney. I came in to be treated for reoccurring bacterial tonsillitis-received a strep test that came back negative and was told that there was nothing they could do except run more tests($). I was billed improperly (the “receptionist” told me she couldn’t do anything because she’s an X-ray tech and didn’t know what to do), was not given any respect, but sass and rudeness were up for grabs, from neither Sam nor Courtney and wasn’t even given an after visit sheet/told how to treat what I had after they wouldn’t give me anything. I will never go to urgent care in general, but will go to great lengths to ensure that those around me don’t go to Mercy.

Never in my life have I ever heard of rude and selfish people! Both my wife and son are sick and they walked in and the front desk person said they didn’t have insurance…. They both indeed do have insurance but they looked at my wife and said, um well we don’t see it so either pay your money or leave!!! This place is by far the worst, especially when all they want to do is leave for Christmas. My wife counted at least 10 times the workers rolled their eyes at her and the other patience inside the place. Mercy, you need to do a better job having ur people treat people with respect!And if I could, I would give you guys a 0 stars

They arent doing walk -ins to prevent a lobby full of people so I had to make an appointment and while I did have to wait a while, the doctor was absolutely wonderful. I needed to have a procedure that was extremely painful in the past and she made it nearly pain free. She spent time going over after care and offering some good unorthodox suggestions and went over different antibiotic options. She was genuinely concerned with my comfort before and after and I appreciate that.

The only person who I felt listened to me and my concerns was the NP. The nurses acted like I was an inconvenience to them, and when I pointed out that my medications were not correctly listed on my chart, the nurse said it didnt matter. They also had the patient room doors open and were yelling across the lobby at one another to find a splint for a patient. I felt like that was a violation of HIPAA because they were saying her name, what the splint was for, etc. The patients privacy was not respected at all. I also got a call from Mercy GO Health Urgent Care that I missed, and no voicemail was left, so I called the number back. Whomever picked up said they couldnt help me without a voicemail, and without even asking my name or DOB, she hung up on me. Rude customer service and the care was not good either.

I thought this place was one of the better ones but today I was proven wrong. I took my 4 year old grandson in today and after he was examined he was getting down from the exam table and fell. One person saw him fall but just stood there, didnt help him get up or ask if he was ok, then the person that examined him (dont remember her name)came in and said did he fall and just stood there and looked at him thats it! I got him on my lap and he cried and cried. When leaving there was rudeness! I find it to be very unprofessional for staff at an Urgent Care not to help a little guy who fell getting off an exam table!!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was easily able to make an appointment for my son and pre-register online the night before, we arrived 5 minutes before his scheduled appointment, had zero wait time before he was being seen by the NP. She was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. The entire visit took less than 20 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. This is by far the best urgent/convenient care facility in town. Would recommend to anyone.

The whole building has suite numbers. Mercy doesnt have it at all while every other business in this strip has one consistently above their doors.I had a delivery here and it was difficult to locate. First experience with these new Urgent Cares and not a good first time. Staff was very nice. Waiting times were horrible. Checked in at kiosk for a time we reserved, waited 45 minutes to be seen. When we finally got in the room, the nurse said we would be seen in just a moment. 50 minutes later we were seen......NP and another NP didnt know how to treat my son.........at this point I lost all trust for this location. It was a simple treatment, due to the fact that we have dealt with this before. I will try another location next time. Would have had better luck at the ER.

I dont think Ive ever been to a clinic where the staff cared less than the people here. They were far more concerned with themselves then with my health. Ill never go to Mercy for anything ever again. It was a bad case of heartburn, seriously. But because your staff heard. Pain in my chest. They immediately refused any service.BTW. Coxhealth had me sorted out in 10 minutes. Can you guess which service Ill be using and recommending from now on?As you can tell, I never write reviews. That is a testament to how horrible this experience was.

I arrived at the clinic skeptical as to my wait time and the likelihood that they could administer an effective treatment. The provider, Kay, was absolutely fantastic! She explained what they could definitely do and what might occur. Once I understood the options and made a choice, she expertly treated me and actually fixed the issue in record time. I am very thankful for her and think Mercy should give her a bonus! Kay rocks! Mercy, please thank her again for me! If you use Mercy and have an urgent treatment need, you should very seriously consider using this clinic! Ive been to many other clinics for myself and others even in different cities and I have never received better or quicker treatment anywhere. Your mileage may vary, but give them a shot! This has been a very bad experience from the hour delay and the lack of respect. The NP Kaye Stone has absolutely no bedside manner, upon entering the room stated that she couldnt trust the patient because she had never met them before. Its an urgent care for gods sake not a primary care.

This is a very nice facility. However it’s not functioning properly. The urgent care on National was ran better and more efficiently. The very idea of an appointment for urgent care is silly. Especially when your time changes 3-4 times before you get in. It takes 2 to 3 times as long to get in and out as before. Keep this great facility. Go back to the old way of functioning. Came to urgent care with an elbow injury, they helped me set up an appointment for later in the day. I received a text message confirming the appointment with a link to fill out my pre-appointment paperwork online. The girl at the counter was very friendly and up to this point everything went smoothly. The paperwork I filled out asked if I had insurance, to which the answer was no. It accepted that with the rest and moved on like it wouldn’t be a problem.So nearly two hours after I initially went in to set up an appointment, I arrive only to be told that if you don’t have insurance you have to pay $125 up front in order to be seen by a doctor. I’m not upset that it costs money to see the doctor, I’m not upset that you have to pay before you see the doctor, none of this really seems unreasonable to me. What I’m upset about is that this was not once mentioned to me in person, it was not mentioned during the online paperwork process when I specifically listed that I did not have insurance, it is not mentioned anywhere that I can see on the website or at the physical location.I have been in pain all morning long and had to miss work for the day and I really don’t appreciate having my time completely wasted like that, if at any time I had been made aware that would be the situation I could have made other arrangements. Service was friendly and everything seemed to work well otherwise, but I can’t say I am at all satisfied with my experience. I think that as long as you have insurance or at least have over a hundred dollars laying around that the experience here might be better but that’s just speculation.

Everyone was super friendly and nice, explained all our options, were amendable to our last minutes changes, and were very efficient. We only had to wait for test results, nothing else. This is the best urgent care I have ever visited for Mercy Hospital. It was high tech!! I signed up for a “Save My Spot” online. When I arrived, I checked in per laptop at the door. I was taken in quickly.The nurse practitioner J Ethridge Brown was excellent—checked my vitals and my throat. I was given medicine and sent on my way. I feel great now. The diagnosis was correct. Acquired a nasty feral cat bite. He was pitaful looking and came to my patio. I gave him some tuna fish and he rubbed on my legs. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Made an appointment for my mother who had, what looked like a skin infection on her face. Before we even finished checking in, we were told by what I presume was a nurse practitioner that they wouldnt be able to treat her, because shed require a higher level of care, labs, etc... mind you, she hadnt even looked @ her face. She said, because of my moms age, shed need labs and they couldnt handle any infectious process here. It says on their website that they do, in fact, handle skin infections, but whatever. We ended up taking her to the Ambulatory Care Center, who actually assessed her before making a decision, and gave her a script for antibiotics for a simple skin infection. No labs were needed.

I have been fighting them for 15 months. An absolute joke. Wouldn’t go back here if I was on my death bed. I went in with extreme shoulder pain, and the nurse that finally came in my room asked me a couple questions and sent me home to buy Ibuprofen. She never even touched or looked at my shoulder, just asked a few questions. I went the next day to Cox to discover I had a torn tendon in my shoulder. Then the real kicker- I got a bill 8 months later for $200. I called to see why it wasn’t covered by insurance and their call center is based in another city and they’re completely unaware of anything going on. You’re better off just staying home than going here.

When I had my accident, my husbands first reaction was to go to the ER. But I knew wed have to wait for HOURS, so I suggested urgent care. We definitely made the right choice!I was directed to an exam room right away, and the PA came in 10 minutes later. He put staples and stitches in my laceration, and I was back hime in about an hour. The PA and nursing staff were professional, yet friendly. I couldnt be happier with the service I received!

Injured my ankle yesterday. I havent been to a UC in several years and due to the pain I wan in I just needed to find out if a fracture had occured. Arrived at 4:45 PM and was told I had to make appointment due to Covid-19, reasonable enough, though I was not happy due to the pain I was experiencing. Went home and set up an appointment for this morning. While on my way to the UC, they phoned me to advise their XRAY tech had called in sick and they would not be able to perform and XRAY. I would think that as big as Mercy is they would have an On-Call radiology tech to fill in if one has to be out for illness. Therefore, I told them to cancel my appointment since that was why I was seeking care. No fault of this Mercy Go-Health staff, just think Mercy could make better preparations for the situations.

Wasted 1 hour of waiting to find out they dont have a lab on site for diagnosing. The website said they had a lab which is why we chose them over another provider (who has lab equipment) thats a little farther away. My husband left without any treatment. He was so angry that wed have to go to another provider to get the labs that he decided to just go home and hope for the best. Its a pretty facility but not fast and was useless for us. We wont go back.

Brought my daughter in for a follow up on her Strep throat, concerned that the Antibiotics she was given a few days before werent enough since shes had strep so many times and that she may need a shot like she had last time. Instead I was informed (rudely interupted) by the RECEPTIONIST (not a nurse/Dr) that the Antibiotics hadnt had time to take effect and that the Dr.s here wouldnt do anything. Against my own better judgment I complied and asked for a work note that I NEEDED for proof I was there and was told that wasnt an option unless my daughter was examed. So I go with getting her seen by a Dr. And was told the visit would be $125 regardless of whether they did anything or not, so basically that $125 would JUST BE for the Medical Excuse letter!! Mind you this was an older/slightly bigger woman receptionist, the younger/smaller woman was very nice throughout the issue.

Over two weeks had passed since getting discharged from the hospital with covid. I was essentially symptom upon leaving the hospital. But over a week later I developed a sinus infection probably due to allergies. I went to go health for the first time hoping to get some relief since otc meds were no longer helping. Once the staff was informed about my experience with covid, they said it was because of covid, and pretty much showed me the door. And yes..I was billed for that. This was after I reminded them I had been symptom free for over a week following my discharge from the hospital receiving multiple rounds of anti-viral meds.Another week passes, my sinus infection has worsened and made way to some severe ear pain and discharge. I was forced to go to an out of network urgent care. The doctor said I had a sinus infection which caused a double ear infection and I was lucky my eardrum didnt rupture. He perscribed a course of antibiotics and the sinus pressure and ear pain was gone after a couple days.I am still almost deaf out of my right ear and am in the process of getting that diagnosed and treated through ENT.Perhapse the staff was having an off day? I hope so because I would hate to see what one would be if this was typical. Should I have went to a different location? Maybe so because who knows, I may still be able to hear today.So my question to whom it may concern is, how were they so confident my sinus infection was because I had covid? And even then, why did they refuse to do anything so much as write me up for the Augmentin that could have stopped this? I have emailed them and have heard nothing back after two weeksAnd the most important question, why should I pay for this visit?

Someone across the way is getting covid tested because they are having symptoms. The little girl kept removing her mask coughing and she left her dirty tissue on the row of seats. Her mom picks the dirty tissue up as they get called back to a room.Mercy NEVER cleaned those seats and now an elder couple is sitting in them.....It gets better though!!!!! Another lady with COVID symptoms that’s there to get tested has been sitting at the front desk on and off. She’s been removing her mask and talking.The receptionist not once cleaned the counter....And sometimes the nurse wasn’t even cleaning the rooms between patients!!!!!NO WONDER COVID IS SPREADING.... The appointment procedure is a lie.I made an appointment for myself and my kids to get flu shots, showed up early as requested, then five minutes after the time I reserved I was finally told I would have to wait another 30 minutes before we would be seen. Like a guy taking care of two kids by myself can just magically come up with 30 minutes. Wish i could give a zero star. Been in several times with my son. He was born premature so has some breathing issues. Everytime no matter what it is no ones attempts to figure out what he has. Get the same gimmick line. Its something viral all babys get it. The worst was when they missed that he had RSV that we was for 2 times in 2 days and had to be hospitalized for several weeks. Urgent care is the worst. Thank god the drs at the ER know what they are doing and actually helped us get our son better

Ive worked in a hospital (not in Missouri) for 30+ years. My daughter goes to MSU. She was sick and unable to go to Student Health so she went to Mercy-GoHealth because thats where my insurance TOLD her to go. The reception staff there told her they would not see her becaues they did not take her insurance. They said her insurance was not accepted anywhere in Springfield. (Oh, she has Blue Cross!) She spent an hour at the reception desk even after calling me and was repeatedly told that they would not check her in because of her insurance. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield thru the hospital where I work. When you look up BC/BS national office for Springfield, Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is the 2nd recommended office in the Springfield area. She was finally seen by a physician - who was extremely nice and very helpful to my already upset and sick daughter. But the only way she was seen was to tell them that she was self-pay and then she had to produce her credit card. She sent me the bill for the visit. I immediately called my BC/BS insurance and they said Mercy-GoHealth wasnt a First Tier provider but a Second Tier and that they should have taken her insurance. If this is the way of healthcare in Springfield, I hope she doesnt stay there. What if she needed something more urgent! Very disappointed! Especially since I work in healthcare and I know how were supposed to treat our patients!

Made an appointment online for my son got there I thought we were going to be seen then the receptionist asks him for the same information that we submitted online and she asked us for the same information. our appointment was set for 1pm and its almost 1:20 .

Very professional, yet friendly. Only criticism, and its minor, is that the Save My Place function on their website can be a little misleading. It indicated a 4 hour wait, yet the clinic was close to empty when I decided to just walk in.

Came in to get work done and they refused a service that they advertise on their windows that they do. They were rude and very unhelpful. Dont waste your time going to this place. They pretend to be busy and sit around on their phones.
