I really recommend Dr. Abdulkareem! He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. He genuinely cares about his patients, always taking the time to listen and address any concerns with empathy. I would highly recommend him for none looking for great medical care!

Excellent doctor I and my family members have been treated for all kinds of illness and he has diagnosed accurately and prescribed medications based on our illness and takes his time. Lessen to our health concerns. The doctor has excellent team in his office. Great in follow ups etc. I would recommend anyone may have experienced misdiagnosis or less than 5 minutes appointments with other doctors. If you are concerned about your health. As a new patient, I’m thrilled to have chosen Dr. Kraidy as my PCP. When I needed an infusion, he made it a point to check on me multiple times and ensure my comfort, even during his busy schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

The doctor is nice but they need to clean and dust the entire facility and rooms. I went there for weight loss but they do not have the medication Ozempic on hand. I was told it’s $1000 per month. They offered me an alternative drug but I couldn’t find anything about it on the internet. See attached

Dr Kraidy is one of the family doctors that you always feel extremely comfortable dealing with him, and always going back to him. He and his team care allot about their patients, by follow up , giving them the time they deserve, and meet their needs. The team are going above and below to satisfy their patients. I strongly recommend him as a family doctor.

I have to say Dr.Kraidy and his nurse Fatiha are AMAZING .l haven’t experienced such a genuine and top notch patient care at a Doctor’s office as the one experienced at Dr. Kraidy’s office. I’m not the easiest patient when it comes to blood work but I have to say this was by far the best experience ever. I didn’t feel rushed or they were frustrated on the contrary I was put at ease and Dr. Kraidy helped me with a smile on his face. He took his time to listen and did a thorough exam to find out what was going with me. Nurse Fatiha was breeze from start to finish she was smiling, pleasant and understanding I can’t say enough about her. I live in MD but for sure the drive to see Dr. Kraidy and his nurse Faitha is well worth it . Dr. Kraidy is definitely my new PCP and I am recommending him to my family and friends fyi this is how I came across his office . A Doctor you trust and takes the time to listen to your health concerns. He diagnose all kinds of health issues , prescribes the medication and if needed refer you to specialty doctor. Failed to get correct form of referral to visit professional doctor , my wife struggled 3 months and was not able to visit the professional doctor because of the wrong referral form , she tried to contact them several times and I tried to talk to the doctor to correct the form but unfortunately it was not work , I decided to write this review maybe doctor Abdul Karim will read it.

Great place to go, the Dr. is very understanding and kind. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful too. Great place to go if you are sick, fast appointment time and they send your meds to your pharmacy fast.

I recently had a positive experience at the clinic. The staff was friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facility was clean, and I felt well-cared for during my visit. Overall, a great place for healthcare.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to get to an urgent care. I looked on-line for reviews. The McLaren Clinic was highly rated. I called, and the young man who answered was very kind. He listened to my situation and advised that I come in anytime after 1 p.m. and the doctor would fit me in. I was in and out of the office in ONE hour. Dr. Kraidy was pleasant, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He gave me a prescription (for infected insect bites - cellulitis) which I picked up at a nearby pharmacy. And my condition improved in just the way he had predicted. I am very grateful for receiving such timely and good care. Thank you.

I have been looking for a doctor office to go to that has a feel of comfort I finally found it since my coming to this practice. Their Covid-19 testing system that they have is incredible! Very fast and straight forward. They are always soft spoken, friendly, and the office is clean, well setup, and very comfortable! The doctors are very caring and understanding. Most importantly they look out for your best interest. I have received more help here with my health issues and have seen an exceptional outcome than any other place I’ve tried in the past! I came here for a rapid and PCR test and had such a wonderful experience. The receptionist was respectful, professional, kind and answered any questions I had. The nurse who administered the tests was so happy and positive despite being overwhelmed with a large amount of patients waiting to be tested. Such a great clinic that provides the best treatment and care for their patients. Will definitely come back and appointment is required!

Best clinic in Springfield hands down. They are fast and reliable. Was feeling symptoms of Covid and couldn’t find any testing place that would take me same day. Till I ended up at mclaren health clinic. They were so nice and fast to get me checked up.

I’ve been to the office on two different occasions. Both time very unpleasant. With over a hour wait. And a staff that looks just as confused as the Doctor himself. Very unprofessional well I was being exam clothes off. Having staff walk in and out. Asking questions for patients on the phone. To leaving the door open after to get dressed. Who does that? There is no confidentiality at all. Already having been embarrassed about the my condition. I would highly recommend just praying to god for a miracle then go to Dr. Kraidy!

Great for overpriced rapid test in the parking lot. No respect for hippa laws as they discussed my medical conditions openly with the lobby listening. Came back a week later to find out they never actually did the testing they needed. Another week later they mishandled my referral and I. Spending 5 hours at the ER having everything redone. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Kraidy is a very great Doctor. He has been my primary care physician for more than five years. I haven’t had any bad experiences with him. He is a very successful and caring physician.

I want to thank this clinic because we have been coming here ever since the pandemic started and the staff is always professional and prompt. I have done more than 5 covid tests at this clinic and they are always so helpful. I recommend this clinic, they are usually very friendly and convenient.

There was a small team handling COVID-19 testing and they didn’t require appointments which made it convenient for those unable to get appointments with last minute travel plans. The manager personally spoke to each vehicle to let them know the procedure and was extremely helpful. It was two days before the holidays and despite how many people were there, they served everyone effectively with kindness and patience.

Loved the experience here, had to get me and my family tested for COVID and was able to get tested and ready to go with no worries. Procedure was fast and easy and I’m honored to be a patient here at an office that values their patients.

Found out my daughter and I needed a PCR COVID test for travel at the last minute before the holiday. Found McLaren since they didnt need an appointment and so glad I did! They were quick and friendly coming out to the car within minutes of having the paperwork done. I was called and emailed results for travel in 24 hours. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Dr. Kraidy is the right physician for my health problemsinstead if seeing different providers, he managed all of my diseases.Very knowledgeable and efficient physician.

This care is very professional and courteous. The physician Hasan is very efficient and helpful. I came for a covid testing after trying to get one for almost a week and he handled my insurance and testing in only about 20mins. I come here twice a week for a drive through COVID testing for work. The staff are very punctual and professional, they hand me my rapid COVID test results within 15 minutes. This is also a great Clinic to come to if you have any other health issues! Dr.Kraidy and Dr.Chien are both incredible.

Very bad experience ,no coordination between staff and cvs for medicine ,i have to call more than five times to doctor office to make some thing right . seem like lack of experience to take care of patient .i dont think so i will go there again.

Dr. Abdulkareem is a doctor who listens to you, actually listens. Never once have I left his office without my health concerns taken care of. At times I have needed an emergency appointment in which his staff worked me. If you are looking for a doctor who you can count on, hes the one! Much respect for him and his office.

I came to get Covid tested with my husband. Their were no longer wait lines. The experience was easy and hassle free. I will be coming here again. The employee was professional and gave great customer service.

Update to my previous review: My billing has been resolved and I have received my co payment refund. The office was in touch with their billing group that’s is off site and the billing rep helped mediate the matter. —- I still advise anyone going to a medical office to review their EOBs and ask questions.Beware! You should NOT be paying a PCP copay to this office when having a rapid and/or PCR COVID test taken. They are being paid in full by health insurance companies and not refunding the upfront costs they collect from you. While they are quick and convenient I have wasted so much other time getting a refund.

Had the BEST and welcoming experiences! Number one suggested spot if you are looking for traveling PCR Covid test as well as rapid COVID test. Got my result on time. Very professional and excellent staff. 10/10 recommended!!

Fast and efficient. The staff is very nice as well. I do recommend calling 24-48hrs to see your results for the PCR tests if you don’t receive an email. The rapid tests is ready within 15-20mins.

They dont follow appointment times. Long waits. Never pick up the phone. Results promised 1 to 2 days.. im on day 3 and no results. Joke of a place. Never again.Update. I got a call from the manager after he read this review. He said he was the manager but sounded like a teenager, using slangwhen speaking. He threatened me and said to never go back to the business while calling me names. He kept interrupting me even thought I never raised my voice or was disrespectful at any time. I recorded this conversation and will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well as Virginia Department of Health Professionals.Still no results.

Come here if you need a rapid COVID test!!! I was visiting from out of state and needed a quick covid test for travel. This is one of the fastest clinics I’ve ever been to. The staff are very attentive and quick! Im glad I found this place.

Dr.Karidi is the most knowledgeable and talented doctor in NOVA. He takes his time with the patients, also he wouldn’t send you to do extra labs if you don’t need them. Quick rapid Covid test less then 15 minutes results and also had my daughter get checked for an ear infection. We were out of the clinic in less then 30 minutes. I will be going back to this clinic for future services.

I needed to travel internationally for my aunts funeral. I went in Wednesday after lunch for a PCR test. They said I would have results by noon Thursday. Then at noon they said by 5pm. Then at 5pm they promised by 7pm and they new my flight left at 6am on Friday. I never heard from them again and missed my flight and my family at the funeral.

I am completely satisfied with the clinic in all aspects.Dr.Abdulkareem the best doctor.

Went to see the doctor for my mother paid the fee to see her. A few days later went to pick up my prescription and the assistant at the front requested that i go to the back to see the doctor again because he had to speak to me about something. Went to the back he handed me my mothers prescription and said go see the assistant at the front. Confused i left and the assistant at the front said $100 are due for this visit. I explained to her i was just picking up a prescription and she said i am sorry that is just his policy please be careful of this doctor.

On the website and Googles announcement it says that no prior appointment is needed, but ... when I got plr the COVID 19 test tells me that I have to do it online and that the appointments are for January 4 ... ... Lets go!!! by that date it may have infected hundreds of people or is already dead .... terrible attention and misleading publication!

Drive thru testing had to make an online appointment. Once we arrived we filled out the forms all online and we’re tested quick and got our rapid results within 15 mins

I travel a lot and I dont know if I couldve mentally made it thru the pandemic without this clinic, super reliable & friendly staff too. Also Balqees restaurant/lounge is 10 minutes away from this clinic so everytime I swing by for a PCR I grab some crazy good food on the way home

They have poor service. I have been waiting in my car for over a hour. The front desk lady i had to call 2 times & all she said was “we are very busy”. I still haven’t been seen even though i seen 4 people walk in since I’ve been here.

The receptionist was courteous. They DO NOT take Tricare insurance for military.

Needed a COVID test quick and was able to get it. Great service, very polite and quick.

Sadly unless u have certain insurance, and Tricare is not one the take, u have to pay out of pocket, so military dont bother
